Abstract

Pariwisata syariah merupakan konsep yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai syariah ke dalam kegiatan-kegiatan pariwisata dengan menyediakan fasilitas dan layanan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah. Hotel syariah sebagai salah satu bentuk fasilitas layanan dalam pariwisata syariah memberikan bentuk layanan hospitality dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai syariah dalam segala bentuk layanan dan fasilitas yang dikelola. Kriteria-kriteria dalam lingkup usaha hotel syariah yang saat ini diterapkan terkesan sangat ekslusif, dari sisi sigment yang dituju yaitu wisatawan muslim. Di samping itu beberapa kriteria baik dalam sample pertama maupun sample kedua secara umum belum nampak adanya konsepsi syariah yang mewakili tujuan penyediaan sarana hospitality, justru yang mengemuka adalah kriteria parsial dan lebih cenderung pada aspek ubudiyah. Dari dua aspek temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan konsepsi hotel syariah masih bersifat pelengkap dalam industri pariwisata belum menjadi satu konsep yang mandiri dan mengarah pada konsep yang universal sebagaimana tujuan syariah yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter religius santri berbasis hidden curriculum di Pondok Pesantren Darul A’mal Kota Metro pada kelas Sabrowi, peran kyai, ustadzah, dan pengasuh dalam pembinaan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, subjek penelitian meliputi kyai, ustadzah dan pengasuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, dengan keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembentukan karakter religius santri berjalan efektif melalui hidden curriculum yang terimplementasi dalam kegiatan seperti shalat berjamaah, dzikir, tadarus Al-Qur’an, kerja bakti, dan akhlak sosial, terutama sopan santun terhadap guru. Proses ini diperkuat oleh keteladanan kyai, pembinaan, dan pengawasan, membentuk perilaku santri tanpa instruksi formal. Faktor pendukung meliputi lingkungan pesantren yang religius, budaya pesantren yang kuat, dan kerjasama antar elemen. Hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain perbedaan latar belakang santri dan keterbatasan waktu pembinaan individual. Penelitian juga menemukan kurangnya pengelolaan dan kepengurusan yang jelas dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan tugas, sehingga pembentukan karakter religius belum maksimal meski hidden curriculum berperan strategis secara holistik dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency that occurs in Syarikat Islam is a teenager who is affected by economic factors so that teenagers who should be enthusiastic about learning for the future must be cut off because of economic factors, besides that wrong association such as having free sex, underage thugs and motorcycle gangs that endanger other people. The purpose of this study was to find out the Da'wah Strategy Method, the implementation and the results obtained in dealing with unwanted juvenile delinquency in the Syarikat Islam environment. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that: da'wah strategies through the socialization method, strengthen brotherhood through online (WhatsApp) or in person; As for the implementation, using the tadarus method aims to make the congregation understand the content of the Qur'an which is the guideline for Yaumil Akhir; and the results obtained Using the lecture method to convey da'wah with interesting studies or theories so that it is in great demand by young people who are currently attracted by western culture.

Abstract

Waqf, including cash waqf, is one of the Islamic social finance instruments that has been playing a significant role to develop community welfare throughout the history of Islam. Nowadays, Cash waqf significantly grows globally in countries like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Turkey, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Singapore. The unique feature of cash waqf is though it is subject to value volatility, shariah imposes that the value of cash waqf should not depreciate hence appreciation is required. Involving different parties in the process of cash waqf management, several risks may arise including moral hazards, conflict of interest, non-shariah compliance events, and so on. Thus, risk management becomes a must in managing cash waqf. Studies have deliberated on this issue and concluded with various findings. This study aims to use a Good Corporate Governance (GCG) perspective to examine risk management in the management of cash waqf at BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera. A qualitative method using semi-structured interviews was deployed to obtain primary data which has some extent of more comprehensive information to be analyzed rather than secondary data. This study concludes with some points including advantageous impacts on Cash Waqf Management Institution (LKS-PWU) regarding financial performance and the mauquf alaih nuance resulting from effective risk management. Moreover, the implementation of  GCG principles as a framework for risk management in Cash Waqf institutions encourages the community to continuously contribute to cash waqf through LKS-PWU.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan kemungkinan diintegrasikannya teks Islam dan Psikologi. Argumentasi dasar dari integrasi Psikologi dan Islam itu adalah bahwa hubungan yang simbiotik di antara keduanya harus terjadi. Keyakinan (credo) dan peribadatan yang benar harus ditopang oleh ilmu pengetahuan, dan sebaliknya ilmu pengetahuan yang bermanfaat harus memberikan peningkatan keimanan dan peribadatan. Selanjutnya, penulis mendeskripsikan berbagai persoalan yang terjadi dalam upaya integrasi tersebut. Dari beberapa permasalahan yang teridentifikasi itu, penulis menawarkan pengembangan Psikologi Islami melalui pendekatan studi Islam, yaitu eksplorasi Psikologi Islam dari ajaran Islam sendiri, menggunakan ayat-ayat kawniyah maupun qauliyah sebagai postulat utama untuk menggali premis minor. Kata Kunci: Psikologi Islam, Studi Islam, Ayat Qawliyah dan Kawniyah.

Abstract

The banking sector has recently experienced significant employee turnover, with reported annual rates ranging from 15% to 20%. This study employs a systematic literature review (SLR), guided by the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework, to identify key factors influencing employee turnover intention within this context. Comprehensive searches were conducted across the Google Scholar, Scopus, and Publish or Perish databases for peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2025. Following rigorous screening, 41 articles met the predefined inclusion criteria. Analysis revealed that the predominant factors associated with turnover intention are work-life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, and career development opportunities. Furthermore, the review identified significant research gaps concerning the relationships between turnover intention and work-life balance, job stress, career development opportunities, compensation, leadership style, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), perceived organizational support (POS), and work engagement. These gaps highlight critical avenues for future empirical investigation into the specific relationships between these variables.

Abstract

There are various methods for reading the Koran, one of which is the an-Nahdliyah method. The Al-Qur'an learning at TPQ Riyadlotul Uqul also applies this method in teaching the Al_Qur'an to children. The method used in this service is the PAR (Participation Action Research) method, which involves researchers and the people involved to be able to take advantage of the existing research process and contribute fully during the research. The results of this research show that the use of the An-Nahdliyah method is quite effective in providing guidance and learning the Qur'an to children, because the method is fun, not boring, and uses classical stick tapping, and the application of the an-Nahdhiyah method is carried out in 3 (3) ways. three) stages, namely the stage of recognizing letters, the stage of understanding beats as a reading murottal, and the stage of reading together.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi model kualitas pelayanan Service Quality (SERVQUAL) pada jemaah haji khusus di PT. NRA Tour & Travel. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lima dimensi SERVQUAL bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati telah diterapkan cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari fasilitas memadai, pelayanan konsisten, respons cepat, serta perhatian personal staf dan pembimbing ibadah terhadap jamaah. Meski demikian, masih terdapat kelemahan pada koordinasi internal dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan integrasi sistem pelayanan agar kualitas haji khusus semakin optimal sesuai standar yang ditetapkan Kementerian Agama.

Abstract

Individuals who work with feelings of happiness is who have positive feelings at all times because he knows how to manage and influence his work world. The research method is a systematic literature review (SLR) which is carried out using the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison & Outcome methods to find literature that matches the research title. The selected journals are international and national journals published in 2015-2024 with quantitative methods and in English Based. On the results of the journal analysis that the author conducted on 29 journals, it was found that there are many factors that can influence happiness at work. The most influential factor on happiness at work is leadership. Based on results of the study, the researcher hopes that organizations will be able to pay attention to the factors that can influence and create a positive environment to support happiness at work for employees. If employees work with a happy feeling, they will be more productive in their work so that it provides good outcomes for an organization.

Abstract

This research aims to qualitatively explore the dynamics of marital resilience from psychological and theological perspectives through an in-depth literature review, highlighting couple therapy as a conceptual lens to understand and strengthen the relationship between husband and wife. Through an in-depth literature review analyzed using thematic analysis, this study found that Islamic values such as patience (ṣabr), reliance on God (tawakkul), good communication, and collective responsibility significantly contribute to marital resilience. Couple therapy, especially the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches integrated with Islamic principles, have been shown to be effective in increasing relationship resilience by strengthening emotional and spiritual bonds. These findings confirm that marital resilience does not only depend on individual and relational factors, but also on the integration of deep religious values. Therefore, Islamic-based couple therapy can be a contextual and relevant therapeutic solution.
