Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the role of student council in Muhadhoroh activities at MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. The purpose of this research is to analyse how the role of student council in running muhadhoroh activities at MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive types, and the main informants in this study are student council and student council supervisor. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of research data by triangulating sources, triangulating tactics and triangulating time. After the research was conducted, it was found that the role of the student council in carrying out muhadhoroh activities at MA Nurul Hilal Senuro was by becoming a forum for student activities, a mobiliser or motivator, a preventive role. With this task, it teaches the student council about responsibility for activities in this school, especially those held by the student council itself, such as this muhadhoroh activity. Being a forum for student activities is by means of the student council being responsible for student activities, one of which is muhadhoroh activities, being a motivator or motivator, which is carried out by the student council by giving advice or direction to students and also sometimes the direction and advice is given by the teacher or student council coach directly, then it becomes a preventive role, one of which is by taking attendance every attendance in order to prevent students who are not intentionally absent.Keywords: Role, Student Council, MuhadhorohAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Peran Osis Dalam Kegiatan Muhadhoroh di MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa bagaimana peran OSIS dalam menjalankan kegiatan muhadhoroh di MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, dan informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah OSIS dan pembina OSIS. Tektik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi taktik dan triangulasi waktu. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dihasilkan bahwa bagaimana peran OSIS dalam menjalankan kegiatan muhadhoroh di MA Nurul Hilal Senuro yaitu dengan cara menjadi wadah bagi kegiatan siswa, penggerak atau motivator, peranan yang bersifat preventif. Dengan adanya tugas tersebut mengajarkan OSIS tentang tanggung jawab atas kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di sekolah ini tertutama yang dipegang oleh OSIS sendiri seperti kegiatan muhadhoroh ini menjadi wadah bagi kegiatan siswa adalah dengan cara OSIS menjadi penanggungjawab pada kegiatan-kegiatan siswa salahsatunya kegiatan muhadhoroh, menjadi penggerak atau motivator yakni dilakukan OSIS dengan cara memberikan nasehat atau arahan kepada siswa dan juga terkadang arahan dan nasehat tersebut diberikan oleh guru atau pembina OSIS langsung, selanjutnya menjadi peranan yang bersifat preventif yakni salah satunya dengan cara mengabsen setiap kehadiran agar dapat mencegah siswa yang tidak sengaja untuk tidak hadir.Kata kunci: Peran, OSIS, Muhadhoroh

Abstract

Along with technological advancements and the ease of internet access through mobile phones, people of all ages—from children to adults—often use them to spend their time. This situation raises concerns among parents and their children. Therefore, the implementation of a full-day school program offers a breath of fresh air for parents, encouraging them to choose schools that apply this learning model. The aim of this study is to explore the implementation of a faith-based full-day school program at SD YKPP Pendopo. The research used a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study show that it analyzes the implementation of the faith-based full-day school program at SD YKPP Pendopo, focusing on strategies, challenges, and efforts to overcome these challenges. Interviews revealed that strategies to avoid student boredom include the use of varied learning methods, learning media, and the arrangement of seating that considers students’ biological aspects. The full-day school aims to develop students’ intellectual, physical, social, and emotional aspects through a curriculum designed to support their growth. However, there are several obstacles such as student fatigue, limited facilities and infrastructure, and differences in students’ individual characteristics. The strategies to overcome these challenges include varied teaching methods, the use of media, adjusted seating arrangements, and learning outside the classroom. Parental support and teacher creativity are also considered crucial. This study concludes that the implementation of the faith-based full-day school program at SD YKPP Pendopo provides significant benefits but requires appropriate strategies to address emerging challenges.Keywords: Full Day School, Implementation, Religion.

Abstract

Education is a right for all Indonesian children without exception, both normal children in general and children who have special needs. Children with special needs need unique methods, materials, services, education, and equipment to achieve optimal development because they may learn at different speeds and in various ways. This study aims to see the classroom management model applied in inclusion classes for children with special needs in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District Public Special School. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the application of the inclusion class management model. Qualitative research with a descriptive design and case study approach was used in this study. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The study subjects involved SLBN Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir district school principals and teachers. Data analysis techniques are done through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, providing an in-depth understanding of the inclusion class management model. The inclusion class management model is based on three aspects: physical environment management, socio-emotional condition management, and organizational condition management.Keywords: Classroom Management, Inclusion, Children`s Special Needs.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Headmaster's Strategies in Managing Teacher Performance at MI Fatimah Sriwijaya Palembang." The research method used in this study is qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants are the headmaster, teachers, and administrative staff. The technique used in qualitative data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and subsequently drawing conclusions/verification. Triangulation in this study involves using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study show that the strategy of the head of the madrasah in managing teacher performance is certainly implemented quite well through several indicators, namely rational empiritical strategy (by holding teacher council meetings), normal reducative strategy (dividing tasks according to teacher positions and areas of interest), fellowship strategy (social interaction between teachers in madrasahs), academic strategy (holding trainings, seminars, bimtek),  and engineering strategy (giving examples to all madrasah residents, especially teachers). Furthermore, the factors that influence the strategy of the head of the madrasah in managing teacher performance are good cooperation between colleagues, the existence of motivation that encourages morale, not only that in managing teacher performance limited funds are inhibiting factors, especially limited funds in facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the process of supervising the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The key informants in this research are the principal and the vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, while the supporting informants are the teachers. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the supervision of facilities and infrastructure maintenance has been carried out well and has led to many positive changes in the school, improving conditions through the implementation of maintenance supervision, which includes awareness, understanding, organization, implementation, and documentation. Supporting factors for the supervision of facilities and infrastructure maintenance include the availability of human resources and good communication. The inhibiting factor is the lack of available funds.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the need for facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 11 Palembang. This study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation. It can be concluded that the needs analysis of facilities and infrastructure at the school has been well implemented. The purpose of this analysis is to identify the facilities and infrastructure needed by the school community. The analysis process begins with compiling a list of needs through coordination meetings between the principal, the vice principal in charge of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, staff, and administrative employees. The second step is cost estimation by estimating the required costs. The third step is setting priorities based on the results of the coordination meeting, considering the urgency or level of importance. The final step is to prepare a procurement plan, which includes a report on the results of the school's needs analysis, classification of needs, and the preparation of a proposal submitted to the City Education Office. If approved, the proposal will be reviewed and assessed for feasibility to obtain approval from the relevant parties

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student administration services at SMP Negeri 55 Palembang, covering service processes, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants include key and supporting participants, totaling 20 individuals. Key informants consist of the head of administration, administrative staff, and students. Supporting informants include vice principals, teachers, and parents. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that student administration services have been running effectively, supported by a digital system that minimizes errors in the administrative process. Administrative staff exhibit reliability, active responsiveness, and a high level of empathy in assisting students, parents, and teachers requiring help

Abstract

SD Negeri 3 Lumpatan, yang berlokasi di Desa Lumpatan 1, Kecamatan Sekayu, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, adalah sekolah dasar yang diminati oleh banyak orang tua. Sekolah ini memiliki lokasi strategis, fasilitas memadai, dan jarang terkena banjir. Dengan hanya satu kelas per tingkatan dan jumlah siswa 26-30 orang per kelas, sekolah ini telah mulai menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di hampir semua kelas, kecuali kelas 3 dan 6. Meskipun demikian, penerapan kurikulum baru ini menemui berbagai tantangan, termasuk kebingungan guru dalam pembuatan modul ajar yang kompleks dan kurangnya pelatihan. Tantangan lain mencakup keterbatasan sarana prasarana teknologi dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Perubahan kurikulum yang sering terjadi di Indonesia juga menuntut waktu dan pelatihan tambahan bagi guru. Selain itu, keterampilan soft skill guru seperti empati dan komunikasi efektif menjadi kendala dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini, beberapa solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penyediaan infrastruktur teknologi dan pelatihan bagi guru, program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat melalui seminar dan forum diskusi. Dukungan holistik dari berbagai pihak diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Lumpatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Kurikulum Merdeka, khususnya pada aspek berkebinekaan global dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila, dapat mengembangkan keterampilan citizenship siswa SD/MI. Metode yang digunakan adalah Library Research. Library Research ini metode pengumpulan data yang memeriksa dan mempelajari teori-teori yang ada dalam literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan citizenship siswa, khususnya dalam aspek berkebinekaan global. Jika nilai-nilai Pancasila diterapkan dalam pendidikan, itu tidak hanya meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa, tetapi juga membentuk karakter yang baik. Namun, masih ada masalah untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran, serta memerlukan kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami kompleksitas pengembangan keterampilan citizenship siswa di era globalisasi melalui implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode game based learning terhadap pemahaman belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA materi bagian tumbuhan dan fungsinya. Masing-masing peserta didik diberikan soal dalam bentuk google form (posttest) dan aplikasi wordwall (pretest) untuk diberikan menggunakan metode game based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang memakai banyak angka baik dari pengumpulan data, analisis sampai hasil akhir data. Hasil penelitian menggunakan paired samples statistics diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0,05, maka ditolak dan diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil belajar Pre Test dengan Post Test yang artinya ada pengaruh metode game based learning terhadap pemahaman belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA di MI Al Awwal Palembang.
