Abstract

The study's intent is to find out about the Pancasila student profile strengthening project module based on project-based learning on social arithmetic material and to explain how it was made, what its prototype looked like, how valid it was, how practical it was, and how effective it was. This research involves developing a 4D model with four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The subjects of this study were mathematics teachers and students at Public Middle School 33 and Public Middle School 6 in Makassar. The study's results show that (1) at the definition stage, it was learned that there was no P5 module related to a math topic or material, that students were not interested in learning on their own, and that pupils did not understand the concepts. (2) Design stage: During this phase, we produced prototype 1, which was the initial module design. (3) Development: The module is now in the valid category, and the module development trial is at the practical level. This process is based on how teachers and students responded to the module, how students responded to learning, observations of how the module was used, and results from learning outcome tests that showed how effective the module was. (4) Disseminate: At this stage, a summative evaluation is done to make sure that the module is useful and can improve learning outcomes. Next, they package the module and disseminate it.

Abstract

This study was conducted to effect of application online learning on motivation and mathematics achievement of student at grade XI SMA. This study is an quasi experiment study with a research sample 72 students from each one class XI SMA for the academic year 2021/2022 which were selected using the Stratified cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used observation of learning implementation, test achievement and scale motivation learning. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics by Independent Sample T-Test.the results showed that (1) The mathematics achievement at grade XI SMA of using application online learning (Google Classroom and WhatsApp Group) in high category and the motivation learning mathematics using application online learning (Google Classroom and WhatsApp Group) in high category. (2) There is difference using the Google Classroom online learning application with using the WhatsApp Group online learning application on the mathematics achievement of student at grade XI SMA. (3) There is difference using the Google Classroom online learning application with using the WhatsApp Group online learning application on the mathematics motivation of student at grade XI SMA.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pedagogical competence of teachers after being given Continuous Professional Development (PKB) treatment in the form of MGMP in Takalar Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. There are six research subjects, namely mathematics teachers who are members of the MGMP and have participated in the 2015 UKG which are grouped into three parts based on the order of values: high, medium, low. Data collection techniques in this study are by conducting pedagogical competency tests and interviews. The results showed that: Highly competent teachers have the ability to master six aspects of pedagogic competence. Medium competency teachers have the ability to master five aspects of pedagogic competence. Low competence teachers have the ability to master three aspcets of pedagogic competence. In this study, MGMP has been able to contribute to the improvement of teachers' pedagogical competence. The results of this study are expected to add insight and improve the pedagogic competence of teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio  dan Debt to Asset Ratio terhadap Return on Asset. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah maka secara parsial Current Ratio  diperoleh nilai thitung s-1.385 < ttabel 2.26216 dengan nilai signifikan 0.200 > 0.05. Artinya Current Ratio  tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return on Asset. Pada variabel Debt to Asset Ratio diperoleh nilai thitung -3.834 > ttabel 2.26216 dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05. Artinya secara parsial Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah maka secara simultan diperolah nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 20.104 > 4.26 dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Current Ratio  dan Debt to Asset berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Return on Asset. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0.817, artinya Current Ratio  dan Debt to Asset Ratio secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 81.7% terhadap Return on Asset. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18.3% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: CR, DAR, ROA

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) has a fundamental role in the formation of children's character which will later influence their behavior and morals in the future. Teacher leadership in PAUD is not only limited to teaching, but also includes the role as a guide to children's character. This article aims to examine the leadership of PAUD teachers in instilling character values ​​in children, with an approach based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a library research method, this article analyzes the texts of the Qur'an that are relevant to the principles of leadership, as well as the application of these values ​​in the context of early childhood education. The novelty of this study lies in the perspective of the in-depth application of the Qur'an in the map of ideal leadership characteristics for PAUD teachers, including the values ​​of honesty, compassion, discipline, and justice. The results of this study found that from the perspective of the Qur'an, a teacher's leadership must include exemplary behavior, wisdom, and patience, all of which play a role in forming children's character in a gentle and understanding manner. This study also suggests that the application of these principles in teaching practice can optimize the process of forming children's character and strengthen children's moral foundations from an early age. Through this literature research, it is hoped that it can provide a contribution to the development of educational practices based on the spiritual values ​​contained in the Al-Quran.

Abstract

According to data from the World Health Organization, around 90% of women experience severe dysmenorrhea, and 10-15% experience mild dysmenorrhea. Research in various countries has also shown that more than 50% of women suffer from primary dysmenorrhea. This study aims to analyze the impact of health education on how adolescent girls cope with menstrual pain at MA Alhudaebiyah, Sukabumi, in 2024. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 50 female students from grades X, XI, and XII. The results show that 88% of the respondents experience primary dysmenorrhea, and most of them employ strategies that are not very effective. The Chi-Square statistical test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (α < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between knowledge level and efforts to reduce pain. The Odds Ratio (OR) value of 215 indicates that good knowledge greatly increases the likelihood of taking more effective actions.

Abstract

Abstak: Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Negeri YogyakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi; (2) pengaruh beban kerja; (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja; (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan yang sebelumnya menduduki jabatan struktural beralih ke jabatan fungsional penyetaraan UNY. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal, melalui survei kepada pemangku jabatan fungsional di perguruan tinggi UNY. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Deskriptif, Teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3 terhadap variabel Y baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel independen (Motivasi kerja(X1), Beban kerj(X2), dan Lingkungan kerja (X3)) secara simultan (bersamaan) terhadap Kinerja (Y). There is a significant influence of the independent variables (work motivation (X1), workload (X2), and work environment (X3)) simultaneously on performance (Y). Abstract

The use of technology in Mathematics learning is crucial because it can provide convenience for the learning process. This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe how Mathematics teachers use existing technology or applications in Mathematics learning during the new normal. The participants were three high school Mathematics teachers who utilized technology in their learning. The analysis technique used refers to a three-stage analysis technique which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the use of applications available in Mathematics learning varied. Some utilized and maximized various kinds of application features, but some only took advantage of a few main features. There were teachers whose learning activities did not involve too much technology integration and there were also those that involved the use of various applications, even those specifically designed to learn mathematical concepts. The purposes of using applications that can help the teaching and learning process were very diverse. The use almost involves all activities in all teaching and learning processes such as creating, providing, and teaching the teaching materials, assessment, discussion, assignment, and announcements and reminders.

Abstract

This article explores the political, religious, and socio-cultural dimensions of the Fatimid Dynasty's rule in Egypt, highlighting its unique contributions to Islamic civilization. The Fatimid Caliphate, which ruled from 969 to 1171 AD, represented a significant Shi'a Islamic power that challenged the dominance of the Sunni Abbasid Caliphate. The study analyzes the origins of the Fatimid dynasty, its establishment in North Africa, and its eventual relocation of the capital to Cairo, which became a vibrant center of learning and governance. Special attention is given to the administrative reforms, religious tolerance policies, and architectural advancements initiated by Fatimid rulers. Additionally, the article examines the tensions and conflicts both internally and externally that eventually led to the dynasty’s decline. By using historical and historiographical methods, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how the Fatimid Dynasty shaped the political and religious landscape of medieval Egypt and left a lasting legacy that can still be seen in Egyptian culture and architecture today.

Abstract

Training on the use of Edredo based on Simulation-Based Learning is designed to improve the digital pedagogy skills of teachers at SMKS Handayani Gowa. This activity was carried out as a response to the limited skills of teachers in implementing digital learning that is relevant to the demands of the 21st century. The training was conducted through the stages of pre-test, simulation of using Edredo, reflection, interactive discussion, digital project implementation, and post-test. The pre-test results showed that the participants' average digital pedagogy skills were low to moderate, with an average score of 2.08 to 3.17. After the training, there was a significant increase in post-test scores which ranged from 4.42 to 4.58. The results of paired samples t-test analysis showed a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). The distribution of post-test scores centred in the high score range (4.0 to 5.0) showed an even distribution of skill improvement among the trainees. Documentation of the activities showed the participants' enthusiasm in following all stages of the training, from the simulation of using Edredo to the implementation of digital projects. Thus, the implementation of Edredo based on Simulation-Based Learning proved effective in significantly improving teachers' digital pedagogy skills at SMKS Handayani Gowa. This finding is expected to be a reference for the development of digital technology-based teacher training models in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
