Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) has a fundamental role in the formation of children's character which will later influence their behavior and morals in the future. Teacher leadership in PAUD is not only limited to teaching, but also includes the role as a guide to children's character. This article aims to examine the leadership of PAUD teachers in instilling character values ​​in children, with an approach based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a library research method, this article analyzes the texts of the Qur'an that are relevant to the principles of leadership, as well as the application of these values ​​in the context of early childhood education. The novelty of this study lies in the perspective of the in-depth application of the Qur'an in the map of ideal leadership characteristics for PAUD teachers, including the values ​​of honesty, compassion, discipline, and justice. The results of this study found that from the perspective of the Qur'an, a teacher's leadership must include exemplary behavior, wisdom, and patience, all of which play a role in forming children's character in a gentle and understanding manner. This study also suggests that the application of these principles in teaching practice can optimize the process of forming children's character and strengthen children's moral foundations from an early age. Through this literature research, it is hoped that it can provide a contribution to the development of educational practices based on the spiritual values ​​contained in the Al-Quran.

Abstract

According to data from the World Health Organization, around 90% of women experience severe dysmenorrhea, and 10-15% experience mild dysmenorrhea. Research in various countries has also shown that more than 50% of women suffer from primary dysmenorrhea. This study aims to analyze the impact of health education on how adolescent girls cope with menstrual pain at MA Alhudaebiyah, Sukabumi, in 2024. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 50 female students from grades X, XI, and XII. The results show that 88% of the respondents experience primary dysmenorrhea, and most of them employ strategies that are not very effective. The Chi-Square statistical test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (α < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between knowledge level and efforts to reduce pain. The Odds Ratio (OR) value of 215 indicates that good knowledge greatly increases the likelihood of taking more effective actions.

Abstract

Abstak: Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Negeri YogyakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi; (2) pengaruh beban kerja; (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja; (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan yang sebelumnya menduduki jabatan struktural beralih ke jabatan fungsional penyetaraan UNY. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal, melalui survei kepada pemangku jabatan fungsional di perguruan tinggi UNY. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Deskriptif, Teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3 terhadap variabel Y baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel independen (Motivasi kerja(X1), Beban kerj(X2), dan Lingkungan kerja (X3)) secara simultan (bersamaan) terhadap Kinerja (Y). This research was conducted using a causal quantitative approach, through a survey of functional position holders at UNY. ata were analyzed using Descriptive Analysis Techniques and Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques to determine the effect of variables X1, X2, and X3 on variable Y both partially and simultaneously. There is a significant influence of the independent variables (work motivation (X1), workload (X2), and work environment (X3)) simultaneously on performance (Y). The contribution of this research provides an empirical basis for policy-making aimed at optimizing human resource performance in higher education institutions.Keyword: Work motivation; workload; work environment; performance; educational staff

Abstract

The use of technology in Mathematics learning is crucial because it can provide convenience for the learning process. This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe how Mathematics teachers use existing technology or applications in Mathematics learning during the new normal. The participants were three high school Mathematics teachers who utilized technology in their learning. The analysis technique used refers to a three-stage analysis technique which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the use of applications available in Mathematics learning varied. Some utilized and maximized various kinds of application features, but some only took advantage of a few main features. There were teachers whose learning activities did not involve too much technology integration and there were also those that involved the use of various applications, even those specifically designed to learn mathematical concepts. The purposes of using applications that can help the teaching and learning process were very diverse. The use almost involves all activities in all teaching and learning processes such as creating, providing, and teaching the teaching materials, assessment, discussion, assignment, and announcements and reminders.

Abstract

This article explores the political, religious, and socio-cultural dimensions of the Fatimid Dynasty's rule in Egypt, highlighting its unique contributions to Islamic civilization. The Fatimid Caliphate, which ruled from 969 to 1171 AD, represented a significant Shi'a Islamic power that challenged the dominance of the Sunni Abbasid Caliphate. The study analyzes the origins of the Fatimid dynasty, its establishment in North Africa, and its eventual relocation of the capital to Cairo, which became a vibrant center of learning and governance. Special attention is given to the administrative reforms, religious tolerance policies, and architectural advancements initiated by Fatimid rulers. Additionally, the article examines the tensions and conflicts both internally and externally that eventually led to the dynasty’s decline. By using historical and historiographical methods, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how the Fatimid Dynasty shaped the political and religious landscape of medieval Egypt and left a lasting legacy that can still be seen in Egyptian culture and architecture today.

Abstract

Training on the use of Edredo based on Simulation-Based Learning is designed to improve the digital pedagogy skills of teachers at SMKS Handayani Gowa. This activity was carried out as a response to the limited skills of teachers in implementing digital learning that is relevant to the demands of the 21st century. The training was conducted through the stages of pre-test, simulation of using Edredo, reflection, interactive discussion, digital project implementation, and post-test. The pre-test results showed that the participants' average digital pedagogy skills were low to moderate, with an average score of 2.08 to 3.17. After the training, there was a significant increase in post-test scores which ranged from 4.42 to 4.58. The results of paired samples t-test analysis showed a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). The distribution of post-test scores centred in the high score range (4.0 to 5.0) showed an even distribution of skill improvement among the trainees. Documentation of the activities showed the participants' enthusiasm in following all stages of the training, from the simulation of using Edredo to the implementation of digital projects. Thus, the implementation of Edredo based on Simulation-Based Learning proved effective in significantly improving teachers' digital pedagogy skills at SMKS Handayani Gowa. This finding is expected to be a reference for the development of digital technology-based teacher training models in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative research. This research aims to determine the effect of modern archives management on the work efficiency of employees at the Lampung Province Forestry Service Office. This research uses primary data which collects data using a questionnaire. In this research, researchers used quantitative analysis, simple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 26.0. The population in this study was all employees of the Lampung Province Forestry Service Office, totaling 70. The results of the research obtained using the t test showed that modern archives management had a positive and significant effect on employee work efficiency values, with the results of hypothesis testing where tcount (8,176) > ttable (1,995). In the coefficient of determination test, the data obtained was 49,6% which could be explained by modern archives management, while the remaining 50,4% could be explained by the influence of other variables not examined by the author.   Keywords: Archives; Efficiency; Employee; Management

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescent reproductive health (ARH) remains a critical global issue, with social media serving as a primary yet complex information channel for youth. Understanding how health students, as future professionals, engage with these platforms for ARH is essential. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the determinants of interest and behavior among health students in Cirebon City in accessing ARH services through social media platforms. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted from January to March 2025, involving 150 health students from three institutions selected via proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and bivariate tests (t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Chi-Square). Result: The results revealed that knowledge (r = 0.612) and trust (r = 0.489) were strongly and positively correlated with both interest and behavior (p < 0.001). Gender (p = 0.015) and academic program (p = 0.016) were also significantly associated with interest. A notable gap was identified between students' high interest and their more moderate actual service-seeking behavior. Conclution: To effectively leverage social media for ARH, interventions must cultivate digital health literacy and trust. Addressing the practical barriers that create an "interest-behavior gap" is crucial for empowering future health professionals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Academic Supervisors in the management of student educational psychology at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Academic Supervisors have an important role in providing academic guidance and supporting students' psychological development. Academic Supervisors function to help students plan their educational paths, choose appropriate courses, and provide solutions to academic problems. Academic Supervisors play a role in helping students overcome psychological challenges related to campus life, such as stress and academic anxiety. However, there are challenges faced by Academic Supervisors related to the excessive number of students, reducing the time to give full attention. This study concludes that strengthening psychology training for Academic Supervisors, as well as increasing the number of Academic Supervisors, can increase the effectiveness of the guidance provided. This will support students' academic and psychological development, create a more conducive academic environment and support student success in college.

Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah Desa Kresno Widodo untuk membantu masyarakat pada sektor pengolahan hasil dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah hasil pertanian dan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup atau pendapatan masyarakat. Salah satu hasil perkebunan adalah tanaman kopi. Tanaman kopi yang selama ini sangat diminati oleh masyarakat tentunya memiliki pemanfaatan lain yaitu pemanfaatan daun kopi. Salah satu mitra yang memiliki usaha dibidang pengolahan kopi khususnya daun kopi yang dikelola oleh Ikatan Pengusaha Makanan dan Minuman (IPM2K) Lampung di Desa Kresnowidodo Kabupaten Pesawaran.Usaha yang didirikan oleh Kelompok Mitra ini baru berjalan kurang lebih 2 bulan dan masih dilakukan secara sederhana. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah adakah pengaruh kebijakan  inovasi produk minuman dasar teh Daun Kopi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin di  Desa Kresnowidodo. Metodologi yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa dari 30 orang responden yang menyatakan bahwa Pengaruh kebijakan Inovasi Produk Minuman Berbahan Dasar Teh Daun Kopi (variable x) dengan jumlah 76,67% Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat Pengrajin (variable y) dengan jumlah 73,33%. Disarankan bahwa perlu adanya inovasi-inovasi yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan alat yang lebih maju untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi yang bisa bersaing di masyarakat.
