Abstract

AbstractThesis title "Societys? Perception on the Social Ethics of the College Students Live in Dormitory at RT 03 Kelutahan Bansir Darat Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara". The main problem in this research is how is societys? perception towards social ethics of the college students who live at dormitory. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Technique data collection used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation study. The results showed that: (1) Societys? appraisement towards social ethics of the college students showed that students who are sociable proven fairly with greeting and smile, interaction with society has not been good yet because interaction occurs only when there is needs (2) Forms of violation have done by the college students are coming home over time which it has to be not later than 11 pm and guest of the opposite sex visiting hours which it has to be not later than 10 pm (3) The control towards college students showed that the preventive and repressive controls done by society leader and the dorm owner towards college students is quite good because the prevention through rules and repressive reprimand in the form of warning, punishment in the form of expelling and advice in the form of calling students who violated the rules have been conducted.Keywords: Perception, Social Ethics, College students live in dormitory

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out the shift in the activities of perori local farmers Dayak Keninjal in Ribang Rabing hamlet. The research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources of this research are the village head of Bina Jaya, the hamlet head of Ribang Rabing, the traditional figure of Ribang Rabing hamlet and local farmers Dayak Keninjal hamlet Ribang Rabing. The data obtained are sourced from the bina jaya village document, the results of observations directly to the field and interview with informants. The results showed that perori activities of the local farmers Dayak Keninjal in the hamlet of Ribang Rabing had undergone a shift and were rarely carried out again, this is evidenced by changes in the system of perori activity so that the wage system emerged. The forms of planned change is the change in the system of perori activities, changes in livelihoods, shifts in agricultural equipment, and changes to agricultural pattern traditions. While the form of unplanned change is a change in the values of perori and changes in attitudes and behavior patterns among groups in society. Keywords: Dayak Keninjal, Shift in Perori Activity

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study is to determine the relationship of learning independence to the learning outcomes toward Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. The method in this study is descriptive method with a form of relationship study (Interrelationship Studies). The population in this study were 30 students because this study took only one class.  The technique of Data collection in this study is Direct Observation Technique, Indirect Communication Technique (learning independence questionnaire), Documentary Study Technique (student test score data). The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between learning independence to the learning outcomes toward Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. It can be seen that the significance value is obtained at 0,000 or less than 0.05.   So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning independence towards the learning outcomes of  Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of  SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. The conclusion of this study is learning independence has a significant relationship to the learning outcomes of  Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of  SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak that is 7.6%. Keywords : Learning Independence, Student Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerjasama asosiatif dan akomodasi antara pengurus Osis SMP Islam Ashabul Kahfi Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat periode 2015-2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan subyek atau obyek penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 7 orang anggota Osis dari total keseluruhan pengurus Osis sebanyak 24 orang anggota. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama antara pengurus Osis telah berjalan dengan baik atas kerjasama yang selalu ditingkatkan oleh seluruh pengurus OSIS dan pembinaan yang terus-menerus dilakukan oleh pembina OSIS SMP Islam Ashabul Kahfi Pontianak, walaupun masih kurang sempurna dikarenakan berbagai hanbatan-hambatan yang terjadi didalam pengurus OSIS.   Kata kunci : Teori Kerjasama, Interkasi Sosial, Pengurus Osis Abstract : The study aims to determine the associative cooperation between board and accommodation Osis SMP Islam Ashabul Kahfi Pontianak in West Borneo period 2015-2016. The method used is descriptive with problem solving procedures investigeted by describing or depicting the state of the subject or object of research. In the study sample are seven members of the total board Osis twenty four members. The analysis showed that the cooperation between board Osis has worked well for the cooperation ehich is always enhanced by the whole OSIS and coaching are continually done by coach OSIS SMP Islam Ashabul Kahfi Pontianak, although still les than perfect because of several obstacles that accur within board Osis. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan, proses, evaluasi serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Teknik perolehan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian : (1) RPP tematik yang dibuat oleh guru sudah memenuhi syarat pembuatan RPP; (2) Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran tematik berbasis Scientific yang banyak melibatkan peserta didik, metode yang bervariasi, peserta didik berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai instrument penilaian sehingga guru dapat memahami perilaku dan kemampuan peserta didik; (4) Tersedianya sarana dan prasarana, kemauan dan kemampuan guru, motivasi dari kepala sekolah dan perhatian orang tua merupakan faktor pendukung; (5) Perbedaan kemampuan, minat bakat dan  jumlah peserta didik menjadi faktor penghambat penerapan Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis Scientific . Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Tematik, Pendekatan Scientifik. Abstract: The purpose of this research is for describing the program, process, evaluation, encouraged and obstructed factors. The technique of achieving the data is based on observation, interview, and documentation. The analyzed data is by triangulation. The result of this research are: (1) The thematic lesson plan made by teacher is qualified (2) the teaching and learning process is by using thematic teaching based on scientific which involved many students, variation method, the students doing active role through the learning process.  (3) the learning evaluation is done by using many kinds of assessment instrument therefore the teacher is able to comprehend students capability and behavior; (4) the adequate facilties, the willingness and teacher ability, motivation from the headmistress and also parents attention is also encourage factor. (5) The differences of ability, talent and interest and also the amount of the students became the obstructed factors in implementation of thematic learning based on scientific. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of utilizing disasters Based-maps outcomes learning geography XI class in SMAN 3 Pontianak. The research method that used is experimental research which is quasy experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The populasion of this research is the whole of the XI class in SMAN 3 Pontianak with total 94 students. The sample of this research are XI IPS 2 class (experiment) and XI IPS 1 class (control). The average learning outcomes of post-test class experiment is 72,24 and class control is 66,12 and acquired   is 2,440 and   ? = 5% is 1,671. So,  (2,440) > (1,671). Then, Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is the effect of the effect of utilizing disasters Based maps outcomes learning in geography XI class SMAN 3 Pontianak. the result of effect size is 0,69 (medium criteria). It means that learning by utilizing disasters Based maps gives high effect to the learning outcomes of Student XI Class in SMAN 3 Pontianak.Keywords: Disasters Based-Maps, Learning Media, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out teacher's role in overcoming students undiscipline behavior by directing, guiding, supervising, and leading in class VIII A of Kemala Bhayangkari Middle School. The research approach used was a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques that were used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis in this study was presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using 8 informants, consisting of social study teacher, information technology communication's teacher, guidance counseling's teacher, and five students who behave undiscipline in class VIII A. The result of this research indicates that the teachers have played a role in overcoming the undisciplined behavior of students in class VIII A. The role of directing is when the teacher make students accustomed to dress well and pray before or after learning. A teacher also plays a role in guiding students through providing the guidance for students who behave an undisciplined behavior. Then, the teacher also plays a role in supervising which is when a teacher controls students and provides reprimands or sanctions for students who behave in undisciplined ways. The final role of the teacher is that the teacher has a role in leading which is the teacher is a good role model for students. Keywords: Teacher's Role, Undisciplined Behavior, Junior High School Students

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the implementation of Character building/Education in PPKn Subject to Class XI MIPA 5 SMA 1 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive study in form of qualitative research. The data sources of this study are PPKn teachers and student of class XI MIPA 5. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The analysis in this study is presented in a descriptive qualitative research with 5 people as the main informants. The results of this study indicate that the planning of learning made by the teacher for completeness of the lesson plan components starting from school identity, subject identity, class / semester, subject matter, time allocation, learning objectives, basic competencies and indicators of achievement of competencies, learning materials, learning methods, learning media, learning resources, learning steps and assessment of learning outcomes, while for character values that appear as many as 12 character values namely religious, national spirit, discipline, love to read, independent, curiosity, communicative, responsibility, honest , tolerance, creative and appreciating the achievements in learning planning. The implementation of character education carried out by teachers is by implementing exemplary, routine activities, conditioning and spontaneous activities. Keywords: Character Building, Implementation, PPKn

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua yang bekerja sebagai pemulung dalam pendidikan dasar anak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan informan sebanyak 5 orang yang terdiri dari 2 keluarga dengan masing-masing keluarga beranggotakan sebanyak 3 orang dan 2 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua sebagai perencana, dilakukan dengan cara merencanakan tingkat pendidikan anak kejenjang yang lebih tinggi serta menyiapkan dana untuk pendidikan selanjutnya. Kemudian peran orang tua sebagai pelaksana pendidikan dasar anak dilakukan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan anak dalam menunjang pendidikan yang dijalani. Selanjutnya peran orang tua sebagai pengawas dalam pendidikan dasar anak dilakukan dengan memberikan perhatian kepada anak, peduli terhadap kemajuan belajar anak, membimbing anak belajar, memberikan motivasi terhadap pendidikan yang dijalani anak serta mengajarkan nilai moral dan spiritual kepada anak.   Kata Kunci : Peran Orang Tua, Pendidikan Dasar Abstract : This research aims to determine of the role of parents who worked as scavengers in the primary education of children. The approach used is qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data accumulation techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis in this research served in descriptive qualitative by using 5 informant consisting of 2 families with each family of as many as 3 people and 2 people. The results showed the role of parents as the planner, is done by plotting the level education of children to the higher and prepare the cost for further education. Then the role of parents as the executor of primary education to meet the needs of children done to support children in undertaken education. Furthermore, the role of parents as a supervisor in the child's primary education is done by giving attention to the child, care for children's learning progress, guiding children to learn, providing motivation to the education of children who lived and taught moral and spiritual values ​​to the children.   Keywords : Role Of Parents, Primary Education

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XA SMAN 2 Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas XA yang berjumlah 39 siswa dan kelas XB adalah 36 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukan peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas XA SMAN 2 Sekayam yang ditandai dengan peningkatan hasil rata-rata evaluasi yaitu sebelum diberi pelakuan sebesar 58,85%  setelah diberi perlakuan sebesar 78,46% dengan merapkan model pembelajaran SQ3R, sementara kelas XB  sebelum diberi perlakuan rata-rata kemampuan membacanya sebesar 57,36% setelah diberi pelakuan sebesar 72,50%.   Kata Kunci: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran SQ3R, Kemampuan Membaca  Abstract:This study aims to improve the reading skills of students on the subjects of economy class XA SMAN 2 Sekayam Sanggau . The method used is experiment with the design of the study is a post- test design . This research subject is class XA totaling 39 students and class XB is 36 students . The results of data analysis showed improved reading skills class XA SMAN 2 Sekayam characterized by an increase in average yield evaluation , namely before being granted by the commission of 58.85 % after being given treatment equal to 78.46 % by applying the learning SQ3R, while class XB before being treated average reading ability of 57,36%, after being treated for 72,50%. Keywords: Application of Learning Model SQ3R, reading skills
