Abstract

This research is based on the importance of cross-disciplinary teacher collaboration in creating meaningful learning processes and increasing student engagement and academic achievement. The integrated team teaching model is believed to not only have a direct impact on student learning outcomes, but also shape psychological aspects such as motivation, which in turn contributes to academic achievement. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of integrated science-based team teaching on student learning motivation and achievement, as well as to examine the mediating role of learning motivation in the relationship between learning and achievement. This study was conducted on 174 eighth-grade students at MTs Ummusshabri Kendari. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the students. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive and statistical analyses with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that team teaching learning based on science integration has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation; team teaching learning based on science integration also has a positive and significant effect on students' learning achievement; learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' learning achievement; and learning motivation partially mediates the effect of team teaching learning based on science integration on students' learning achievement. Another important finding is that team teaching had the most dominant influence on learning motivation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing a cross-disciplinary collaborative learning model that not only enriches the learning process but also strengthens students' motivational drive as a basis for improving academic achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to find how audit effort, audit fee, and audit tenure affect audit quality. The measurement of audit quality using modified audit opinion and absolute accruals discretionary. The object of this research is non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021. This research used purposive sampling in data collection and the data analysis using logistic regression and panel data regression. The result shows that audit effort, audit fee, and audit tenure have no significant effect on the issuance of modified audit opinion. This study also found a significant effect between audit effort and audit tenure on the quality of audited financial statements, while audit fees have no significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence the income of urung ketupat craftsmen during the covid-19 pandemic as a supplement for teaching materials for class xi high school. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research with primary data sources. The results showed that 1) the business capital factor was the main factor in the activities of urung ketupat craftsmen, 2) the raw material was palm leaves, 3) the labour for production activities used daily freelancers, 4) government policies such as (a ) social distancing keeps the distance between sellers and buyers (b) Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) results in reduced productivity of working hours, (c) Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), is the most influencing factor because wedding receptions are prohibited, more diamonds are ordered for that matter. (5) a description of the declining income of urung ketupat craftsmen can be used as local teaching materials in class XI SMK.

Abstract

Kinerja perbankan merupakan hasil menyeluruh dari proses pengelolaan sumber daya yang telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien oleh perbankan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Profitabilitas di perbankan Indonesia maupun Malaysia dari tahun ke tahun menunjukan masih belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inklusi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel independen yaitu inklusi keuangan, inklusi keuangan digital dan modal intelektual serta menggunakan tiga variabel untuk memproksikan kinerja perbankan yaitu Return On Asset, Pertumbuhan Kredit dan Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan berbankan yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia dan Bank Negara Malaysia periode pengamatan 2019-2022. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 124. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data keuangan Bursa Efek Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, Badan Pusat Statistik, website masing masing perbankan dan sumber lain untuk data jumlah penduduk. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inklusi Keuangan (IK) yang diproksikan dengan jumlah kantor tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,185 dan Pertumbuhan Kredit dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar. Namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap efisiensi BOPO dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,000. Inklusi Keuangan Digital (IKD) yang diproksikan dengan jumlah agen berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,009 dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap efisiensi BOPO dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,002. Namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Kredit dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,973. Sedangkan Modal Intelektual yang diproksikan dengan VACA berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,000 dan efisiensi BOPO dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,011. Namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Kredit dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,539.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to examine the intersection of labor market dynamics and economic growth, focusing on key themes, trends, and emerging areas of research. Using VOSviewer, we analyze 980 publications from 1959 to 2024, identifying central themes such as "labour market," "human capital," and "economic development," which play critical roles in shaping the relationship between workforce dynamics and economic growth. The findings highlight how technological advancements, globalization, and demographic shifts have influenced labor market structures, wage dynamics, and industry-specific developments over time. Emerging topics, such as the relationship between labor markets and energy consumption, point to the growing importance of sustainability in economic discussions. The results provide valuable insights into the evolution of labor market studies and offer directions for future research, particularly in the context of green energy transitions and workforce adaptability in an age of rapid technological change. This analysis contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the complex interactions between labor market behavior and economic performance.

Abstract

Qardhul Hasan as Social Financing in Combating Poverty. The well-being of the people is the primary objective of the establishment of a nation. However, for developing countries, it is still a homework in tackling poverty. The Islamic Shariah manages poverty primarily to reduce poverty with funds derived from zakat, infaq, and sedekah. Indonesia, as the country with the largest number of Islamic believers in the world, has the potential to have large funds for zakat, infaq, and sedekah, but the current management is still not at its maximum. This research is aimed at exploring the literature on financing Qardhul Hasan as a means of combating poverty. Among them is an increase in profits of up to six times. Besides, there are other advantages, such as improved customer skills. With increased sharia financial inclusion, financing for the community can improve the well-being of the community and reduce the poverty rate.

Abstract

Rural community empowerment recently is becoming one of the central themes in the process of community development. The orientation of community development should be oriented in line and kept in pace with new approach of s sustainable development. Community empowerment process can be simplified into some strategic environmental aspects of development which covering production, economic, social and ecological issues. Rural community should be facilitated and supported in order to have enough capabilities in utilizing own and local resources in the optimum way. Steps of community empowerment process for rural community in brief are (1) identification and study on problems, potency and opportunities of rural people, (2) planning arrangement for group activities based on previous identification; (3) implementation of group activities planning; and (4) monitoring and evaluation on process and activity results continuously

Abstract

Abstract Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of GCG and CSR on Financial Performance Through Earning Management during Covid-19 pandemic to see whether the company can be sustainable. Design/methodology/approach - Study employs a quantitative methodology and utilizes the firm LQ45, one of 45 companies listed on the IDX for the 2018–2022 time frame. Based on EPS and TBQ as proxies.Findings - The research findings demonstrate a substantial impact of CSR on FP. Financial performance is significantly impacted by GCG factors with institutional ownership proxies, ROA, EPS, and TBQ proxies, as well as audit quality indicators. The Kind variable on financial performance, which is mediated by the total accrual of the CSR variable in the form of TBQ and EPS, can't be mediated by Total Accrual. This indicates that the independent variable has no discernible negative impact on financial performance. Total accruals mediate between the independent variable's large positive impact on financial performance. Thus, it is clear that whereas earnings management can do so between GCG and CSR variables to financial performance. Management can choose to either maximize or minimize income through accounting policies, which can worry investors. Hence, enhancing environmental and social activities through CSR can impact earnings management.Research limitations/implications – Implementing CSR in businesses can safeguard the environment while also improving financial success, Especially given that the ordinary investor is concerned with the environment and the company's sustainability. Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze social interactions and social practices underlying investment decision-making in the Islamic capital market. The research focus includes an understanding of how Islamic values are reflected in the interaction of market participants, the communication practices used, and the impact of social context on investment decision-making. This research uses qualitative methods with an ethnomethodological approach through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Researchers are involved in the daily activities of market participants, whether on the stock exchange, Islamic finance seminars, or investment forums. In-depth interviews were conducted with investors, brokers, and Islamic finance experts to gain a more in-depth perspective. The document analysis includes a study of Islamic finance literature, fatwas, and related documents. The results showed that social interaction and social practices of market participants have a significant role in making investment decisions in the Islamic capital market. Communication practices based on Islamic values play a key role in the decision-making process. The social and cultural context also influences investors’ perceptions and preferences towards Islamic financial instruments. These findings provide deep contextual insights into the factors influencing investment decisions in Islamic capital markets, which can be the foundation for the development of Islamic ethics-based investment strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify financing opportunities and obstacles in the agribusiness sector in Boyolali District as well as the effectiveness of agribusiness financing provided by financial institutions on farmers' income. This study used a qualitative method supported by quantitative data. This study used both primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. The data were tested for validity using the triangulation technique. Then, the data were also crossed check. The results of this study showed that in carrying out the agribusiness financing, Bank Jateng Syariah faced the following obstacles, namely 1) the agribusiness sector is a risky business sector, 2) the length of time in the agribusiness sector, 3) the agribusiness sector requires large input costs, and 4) Lack of qualified human resources. The effectiveness of agribusiness financing is seen from some aspects. The first is usefulness. Islamic Banks provide capital to meet the short-term production needs of food and non-food crops. The second aspect is accuracy and objectivity. Problems with access to agricultural credit and banks’ low interest are caused by non-well targeted credit. The third aspect is scope. Distributing agribusiness financing face many obstacles. The fourth aspect is cost-effectiveness. Farmers lack knowledge of Islamic banking due to the location of the bank which is far. The fifth aspect is accountability. Based on the total financing in Islamic banks in 2019-2021, financing in the agribusiness sector continues to increase. The last aspect is punctuality. In terms of payment of financing in the agribusiness sector, everything went smoothly and with no problems. The distribution of agribusiness financing by Bank Jateng Syariah is less effective as it is still below 2%. However, the percentage increases each year and can be said to be effective as the total agribusiness financing increases each year too. In terms of the effectiveness of agribusiness financing in increasing farmers' income in Selo Sub-district, Boyolali District, it can be said to be effective. The income proposed by the procurement of goods and production facilities increased compared to the previous income of 50%. Then, income from the farming business also increases compared to the previous income of 36%. Meanwhile, the income proposed by Processing increases from the previous income of 50% and the income proposed by Marketing also increases from the previous income of 15%.
