Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan infrastruktur membutuhkan investasi besar dan pendanaan dari APBN atau APBD saja tidak mencukupi. Peran sektor perbankan sangat penting dalam pembiayaan infrastruktur, karena ada banyak peluang keuntungan bagi bank di sektor ini. Keterlibatan perbankan akan mendukung program pembangunan infrastruktur yang tercantum dalam RPJMN 2014-2019 dan 2020-2024, khususnya dalam hal pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan perbankan terhadap penyaluran jumlah kredit infrastruktur. Analisis menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari publikasi bulanan Statistik Perbankan Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR, LDR, dan DPK memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran jumlah kredit infrastruktur. Variabel ROA, NIM dan NPL kredit infrastruktur memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran jumlah kredit sektor infrastruktur. Sedangkan variabel BOPO memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. The role of the banking sector is very important in infrastructure financing, because there are many profit opportunities for banks in this sector. Banking involvement will support the infrastructure development programs listed in the 2014-2019 and 2020-2024 RPJMN, especially in terms of financing. This study aims to analyze the effect of banking financial performance on the distribution of infrastructure loans. The analysis uses the panel data regression method. The data used comes from the monthly publication of Indonesian Banking Statistics, Financial Services Authority (OJK). The research results show that the CAR, LDR and DPK variables have a positive and significant influence on the distribution of infrastructure credit. The ROA, NIM and NPL variables for credit infrastructure have a negative and significant influence on the distribution of the total credit infrastructure sector. Meanwhile, the BOPO variable has a negative and insignificant effect.Keywords: Banking Financial Performance, Infrastructure Loans, Financial Services Authority

Abstract

Cutting forces in turning process are usually measured using dynamometer and they can be used to evaluate the quality of the cutting process. Commercial dynamometers on the market today offered with quite expensive prices. Therefore, many researchers are trying to design dynamometers at more affordable prices. One of the most important components in designing a dynamometer is tranducer. This article discusses the design and static and dynamic analysis of a full octagonal shaped ring tranducer for measuring cutting forces in orthogonal cutting. The tranducer design is analysed statically using the Finite Element Method (FEM) and dynamically using the Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) method to determine its structural strength. The results of the static analysis of the strength of the tranducer structure were able to withstand static loads of 224 to 388 N. It is because the tranducer stress did not exceed the yield strength of the material which is 233 MPa. While the dynamic analysis of the tranducer structure using EMA shows that the natural frequency, the damping ratio, the stiffness constant, the modal mass, and the damping coefficient 3851 Hz, 18.5 x 106 N/m, 1.04%, 32 g, and 16 N/s/m, respectively. With these dynamic parameter, the tranducer design for this low-cost dynamometer is safe and reliable when used in the turning process with spindle rotation speeds reaching 20 Krpm.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between chest girth, body length, and sex with body weight and average daily gain (ADG) in Batur lambs. The study sample consisted of 12 male and 8 female Batur lambs, aged 5 to 12 months, with an average body weight of 23.97 kg. Data were collected through a survey study using a random sampling method. The variables measured included chest girth, body length, sex, body weight, and ADG. The results demonstrated that: (1) the regression equation for chest girth on body weight was Y= -50.47 + 1.02CG (r = 0.91, R2 = 0.82); (2) the regression equation for body length on body weight was Y= -64.19 + 1.58BL (r = 0.88, R2 = 0.78); (3) the multiple regression equation for chest girth and body length on body weight was Y = -62.08 + 0.65CG + 0.69BL (r = 0.93, R2 = 0.85). These results indicate a very strong positive correlation between chest girth, body length, and body weight, suggesting that body weight in Batur lambs can be accurately predicted using these variables. However, ADG was not significantly correlated with chest girth or body length due to a low coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Abstrak – Kawasan karst Maros Pangkep yang terletak di sebelah utara kota Makassar adalah kawasan penyangga bagi kawasan sekitarnya Sedemikian banyaknya masalah di Kawasan karst seperti yang diungkapkan , maka keterbatasan sumber daya air bersentuhan langsung dengan kehidupan manusia dan makhluk lainnya di kawasan sekitar, sehingga memperoleh perhatian besar bagi Tim PKM Pascasarjana UNM Makassar.  Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah penanaman pohon di kawasan ini, sebagai alternatif. Sehingga  diperlukan terobosan kegiatan dengan melibatkan Tim  Dosen dari Prodi Sains Fisiika PPs UNM Makassar untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul PKM Konservasi Kawasan TN Bantimurung Bulusaraung Melalui Penanaman Pohon. Kegiatan dalam PKM ini terbagi menjadi 3 yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil yang dicapai dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan Beberapa jenis pohon yang baik untuk tanah di kawasan karst adalah tanaman berbuah seperti sirsak, jambu kristal, jeruk purut, jeruk nipis. Sedangkan yang pohon seperti angsana, glodokan, ketapang kencana, tabebuya, pucuk merah, daun salam, tape puya, jabón merah, gamelina, jati, sengon,  bitti, mahoni, kayu putih, bayam jawa, dan pohon ebony. Selain itu kegiatan penanaman pohon sebagai upaya konservasi di Kawasan Karst Maros TN Bantimurung Bulusaraung memerlukan pertimbangan khusus dan tantangan, yakni tanah yang tipis, ketersediaan air, stabilitas tanah, dan keanekaragaman hayati. Tanggapan warga masyarakat pada kegiatan penanaman pohon sebagai upaya konservasi  di  kawasan Karst Maros TN Bantimurung Bulusaraung, diperoleh dengan mengedarkan angket yang meliputi tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan  tahapan evaluasi.Kata kunci: Karst Maros, Konservasi, TN Babul, Pohon

Abstract

Pasar Tradisional Mawar Kota Pontianak merupakan pasar yang bernunsa Modern, saat ini sedang dihadapkan dengan berbagai masalah, salah satunya adalah perparkiran. Saat ini banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan bahu jalan sebagai area parkir sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan parah di sekitar lokasi pasar. Dalam pelaksanaan parkir sendiri sudah memiliki aturan namun dikarenakan banyaknya hal seperti kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh juru parkir sehingga tidak melihat aspek-aspek lingkungan, keselamatan, ketertiban dan kelancaran lalu lintassehingga menimbulkan kemacetan saat kendaraan keluar masuk dan yang melintas di sepanjang lokasi pasar tersebut. Tata acara parkir sudah diatur dalam Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor 272/HK.105/DRJD/96 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Fasilitas Parkir. Pasar tradisional sendiri sudah memiliki fasilitas parir yang cukup untuk menampung kendaraan, namun sampai sekarang tidak satupun kendaraan yang masuk ke tersebut. Dengan melakukan kajian ini maka dapat diketahui penyebab mengapa masyarakat yang akan berbelanja tidak menggunakan ruang parkir yang disediakan, mejadikan lingkungan sekitar bangunan bebas dari parkir liar.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide an overview or situation about the impact of the application of the Pancasila student profile on this dimension at Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta Karawang Junior High School. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection method is by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the sympathy of faith is the recognition of verbal pronunciation of the truth that is special and believes it in the heart and then applies it in oneself. The dimension of fearing Allah SWT is to protect oneself from wrath by carrying out all His commands and staying away from all His prohibitions. The dimension of noble character is to do good deeds with sincerity without expecting praise from others. It is hoped that the positive impact of the implementation of the Pancasila student profile in the dimension of faith, fear of God Almighty, and noble character at Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta Karawang Junior High School will form students who have a strong character, are ethical, and play an active role in the usefulness of community life

Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to determine several strategic alternatives by maximizing the role of counsellor of Islam in developing religious moderation based on literacy in the new media era of 5.0 in Majalengka Regency. In this study, the author used a mixed methodology, a methode that combine qualitative and quantitative approaches and used a SWOT analysis as a knife analysis to examine internal and external factors that influence the counsellor of Islam in developing religious moderation based on literacy in the new media era of 5.0 in Majalengka Regency. Based on the results of IFAS-EFAS, it is discovered that the role of counsellor of Islam in developing religious moderation based on literacy in the new media era of 5.0 in Majalengka Regency is relatively good and must be maintained because it has enormous potential for public benefit. The existing internal and external factors basically becomes a big support for the role of the counsellor of Islam.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan berbagai alternatif strategis dengan memaksimalkan peran Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam membangun moderasi beragama berbasis literasi di Era Media Baru 5.0 di Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran (mixed methodology), metode yang memadukan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis SWOT sebagai pisau analisis untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor internal dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam membangun moderasi beragama berbasis literasi di Era Media Baru 5.0 di Kabupaten Majalengka. Berdasarkan hasil IFAS-EFAS, diketahui bahwa peran Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam membangun moderasi beragama berbasis literasi di Era Media Baru 5.0 di Kabupaten Majalengka sedah relatif baik dan harus dipertahankan karena memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk kemaslahatan publik. Keberadaan faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal, pada dasarnya, menjadi dukungan yang sangat besar bagi peran Penyuluh Agama Islam.

Abstract

Spodoptera frugiperda Smith is a major pest of corn plants. Information on the life cycle and survival of this pest is important for proper and effective control. This study was conducted to determine the life cycle and survival of S. frugiperda in several areas in West Java. This study was conducted from June to August 2020. Samples were taken from several areas divided into three categories: highlands in Lembang District (1,100 m asl), middlelands in Jatinangor District (858 m asl), and the lowlands in Tarikolot District (103 m asl). Sampling used the observation method to study the effect of differences in altitude on population, life cycle, and survival. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the development time of S. frugiperda among the three different areas. The average development time of S. fugiperda was 24.55 days (highlands), 24.36 days (middlelands), and 24.07 days (lowlands). The survival percentage of S. frugiperda from highland, middle, and lowland areas in the egg phase was 95.44%, 97.34%, and 96.89%, larval phase 98.46%, 98.65%, and 98.48%, and pupal phase 87.63%, 88.08%, and 93.43%. The sex ratio of S. frugiperda from the highlands was 1:1, from the middlelands was 1:1.28, and from the lowlands was 1:0.89. Location did not affect the width parameter of the head capsule in S. frugiperda. Based on the test results, it is known that the life cycle, survival, and sex ratio of S. frugiperda from several regions do not have significant differences.

Abstract

The use of digital technology in public organizations is currently unavoidable. Advances in information technology provide the greatest benefits for the benefit of society. Road infrastructure is an absolute necessity in the road transport system to support economic, social, cultural, as well as defense and security activities. This research intends to find out implementation e-Government in the Dumai Berkhidmat Program by the Government of Dumai City in 2023 in complaints and reports from the community about the damaged roads in Dumai City in the field of infrastructure services of the Dumai Berkhidmat application. Research Location in Dumai City. This research uses the theory according to Rianto and Tri Lestari, namely general complaints and poverty complaints, Software, Hardware, Data and Information, Human Resources (HR) and Implementing Attitudes, Communication, and Organizational Structure. The results of this research show that with the presence of the Dumai Berkhidmat application through the Infrastructure Service sector, the Dumai City Government through the Public Works and Public Housing Department is always consistent with reports and complaints from the public regarding damaged roads in Dumai City. And by always maintaining intense communication between the Government (OPD) and the community, it shows that their presence as one of the supports for this application-based service encourages the community to be able to report any problems that exist in Dumai City and evaluate the performance of the apparatus. Despite its designation as a National Tourism Strategic Area, CBT implementation in North Rupat continues to face challenges including inconsistent community participation, limited mentoring, and weak program sustainability. This study employs a qualitative approach within the pentahelix framework government, academia, business, community, and media to analyze stakeholder roles in tourism development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight purposively selected informants directly involved in tourism activities, supported by participant observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that while all actors contribute to tourism development, weak coordination and limited long-term mentoring hinder the effectiveness and sustainability of CBT initiatives. This study contributes by applying the pentahelix collaboration model to the context of North Rupat for the first time, integrating it with the concept of community based tourism. Strengthening community capacity, adaptive governance, and cross-sector collaboration is essential to achieving sustainable tourism development and inclusive local economic growth.
