Abstract: The leadership of the Kiai is very important in the management of Islamic boarding schools, especially the salafiyah Islamic boarding schools, which of course depend heavily on the leadership of the Kiai. The flow of globalization which is a very fast change also affects the pattern of education and of course Islamic boarding schools as one of the national education entities. The influence of globalization in Islamic boarding schools mainly occurs in the pattern of education and leadership models which also affect all aspects of pesantren life. This change also occurred in the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school, which eventually implemented paperless learning because some books had become e-books that could be edited for student learning. In the end, Kiai's leadership became a milestone in the rise of Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization.

Minimnya penggunaan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran IPA disebabkan oleh jumlah alat peraga di sekolah yang terbatas. Penggunaan alat peraga inovasi dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Pelatihan mengenai pengembangan alat peraga sangat dibutuhkan bagi guru pengampu mata pelajaran IPA. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru IPA berinovasi menggunakan alat peraga sederhana. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah pembimbingan, pembuatan alat, uji coba alat, dan implementasi secara langsung dalam kelas. Hasil angket menunjukkan kesuluruhan peserta memberikan predikat sangat baik yang menunjukkan bahwa alat peraga yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan layak digunakan. Nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan dari hasil angket yaitu 84.3, 95.1, dan 89,4 masing-masing untuk alat peraga Hukum Ohm, Resonansi, dan Hukum Hooke. Respon yang diberikan siswa pada implementasi alat peraga inovasi ini menunjukkan bahwa alat peraga inovasi ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Language is considered very important by people and even by the world because it is considered a necessity as well as dependence in capturing the understanding of what the interlocutor is saying. In Indonesia, there are three languages ??that are very popular and often used in life, especially in the world of education. The first language is Indonesian as communication, and two foreign languages, namely English and Arabic as the language to be studied for the future. Therefore, it takes an Arabic language learning in the first step to get to know and apply Arabic in everyday life, both in terms of profession or just for personal needs. This research is descriptive, qualitative, which means a research conducted to get an overview or description of the Arabic language, regarding learning Arabic through the Kitab al-Arobiyah Bayna Yadaika by a number of IAIN Pekalongan students who reside in the An-Nur Dormitory, Pekalongan Regency. This learning is considered to have been able to build the enthusiasm and activeness of students. This is evidenced by the preparation of students when they will follow the course of learning.

The implementation of this activity aims to improve the skills of writing scientific papers for teachers within the scope of the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School Probolinggo. The hybrid experiential learning strategy used in the implementation of scientific writing training is a combination of reflective, continuous and project-based learning. Scientific writing training activities for Islamic boarding school teachers are carried out boldly and attractively which are useful for maximizing the expected skill achievement. The above training activities have several stages as follows (1) finding out, ideas and basic scientific studies; (2) preparation of theoretical studies; (3) research design methods; (4) writing scientific articles; and (5) journal selection and article submission. At each stage of the assignment participants' activities and reviews to determine the understanding and skills acquired. The results of the implementation of scientific work training for Islamic boarding school teachers through a hybrid experiential strategy show that Islamic boarding school teachers can identify ideas or problems within the scope of their study and write them into scientific works.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Implementasi UU No 14 Th 2008 pada pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro khususnya pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bojonegoro, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan UU No 14 Th 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah keterbukaan informasi publik dengan indikator pada inisiatif regulasi, media transparansi informasi, kualitas informasi, kualitas pengembangan transparansi, dan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teorinya George Edward III yang meliputi Komunikasi, Sumberdaya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi. Hasil dari penelitian implementasi UU No 14 Tahun 2008 pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bojonegoro menunjukan sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal, dalam temuan penelitian ini ada beberapa hambatan dalam implementasinya. Masyarakat masih cukup lama untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan, Organisasi Pemerintah Daerah (OPD) masih enggan dan belum bersedia memberikan informasi yang dimiliki dan menjadi kewenangannya kepada pemohon informasi. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, penulis memberikan rekomendasi saran dalam Implementasi UU Nomor 14 tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik di Daerah menjadi kunci tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan daerah yang baik dan transparan, dimana perlunya perbaikan proses Implementasi Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP) secara teknis khususnya pola koordinasi yang baik antara OPD dengan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

ABSTRACT Writing scientific papers allows students to strengthen their cognitive abilities and creativity while also exploring their experiences, knowledge, and feelings. It takes a combination of education and empirical experience to realize it on a continuous basis. This activity achieves this goal by combining extensive real-world experience with a research-based scientific writing aid program. The target audience is MA Alif Laam Miim Surabaya students accompanied by a supervising teacher. This service activity uses the Asset Based Community Development technique. The activities included proposal drafting, presentation, research, report, and quarantine. This program resulted in eight research reports on various topics that were ready to be entered into scientific contests divided into social humanities, science and technology categories. Furthermore, the effects of this activity are recognized as having a favorable impact when compared to the previous intense mentorship program. This program's contribution is significant to develop students' critical and inventive academic personalities.

The dynamics of intercultural communication and language acquisition are very important in Islamic schools, where English language learning intersects with the formation of students' Islamic identity. This study aims to analyze the intercultural dynamics in English language learning in Islamic schools and its impact on the construction of students' Islamic identity in a pluralistic cultural context. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this study were students in grades X, XI, and XII in four selected schools, as well as English teachers who teach in these classes. Then, for in-depth interviews, subjects were selected purposively. The data for this study were collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The research data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the thematic analysis of the data indicate that students face significant intercultural challenges, including linguistic barriers, cultural misunderstandings, and limited exposure to English outside the classroom. These challenges often create tensions as students try to balance the pressure to adopt a global identity and maintain their local cultural and religious values. The findings of this study indicate that although most students considered the impact of English language learning on their Islamic identity to be neutral (having neither positive nor negative effects), a number of students experienced positive reinforcement or potential conflict in their identity construction.

This study investigates the multifaceted role of zakat in promoting not only poverty alleviation but also communal security, social stability, and sustainable community development. The research aims to expand the traditional understanding of zakat by highlighting its potential to address economic disparities and foster social cohesion. Employing a qualitative research design and secondary data analysis, the study systematically examines existing literature to assess the broader social and economic impacts of zakat. The findings demonstrate that effective zakat management can significantly mitigate social unrest by alleviating poverty, reducing unemployment, and addressing economic inequalities. Moreover, the study underscores the pivotal role of Islamic education in enhancing zakat's impact. By equipping recipients with financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and investment strategies, Islamic education enables sustainable resource management and economic empowerment. The research concludes that zakat, when combined with targeted educational interventions, can serve as a powerful tool for fostering financial security and communal peace. By integrating these approaches, zakat has the potential to become a catalyst for long-term social stability and the development of resilient, self-sustaining communities.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with high epidemiological report data. Pathogenesis in HCC also involves several signaling pathways. This study aims to evaluate the in vitro activity of Moringa seed NanoChitosan against Hep G2 liver cancer cells and Co-Treatment with Doxorubicin. Initially, nanoparticles were prepared by extracting Moringa seeds, formulating them into nano chitosan, and then characterizing the compounds and particle sizes. The IC50 dose was investigated using the MTT assay. Then, the IC50 dose was confirmed in more detail through immunofluorescence, betatrophin gene, several genes in the Wnt-βcatenin-CyclinD1 proliferation pathway, and the addition of the apoptotic effector Caspase-3 using RT-qPCR analysis. Each treatment used a single dose of NCH-Mosee and co-treatment or combination with 4 μg/ml doxorubicin. The IC50 dose was 994 μg/ml in single treatment and 649 μg/ml in combined treatment with Dox. Hep G2 showed a decrease in the expression level of each parameter measured with increasing single dose and combination treatment (p < 0.050). Histologically, cells shrank, betatrophin expression was inhibited, and luminescence was seen, which decreased with increasing dose. In conclusion, NCH-Mosee with dose-tracking toxicity combined with Dox can suppress the viability of Hep G2 cells.
