Abstract

The development of information technology, especially in the field of social media, has created a new paradigm in the business world. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the backbone of the national economy, need to adapt to these changes to be able to compete in an increasingly complex digital era. This research aims to identify revolutionary marketing strategies that can help MSMEs optimise the utilisation of social media as an effective tool in facing the challenges of the digital era. This research method is a descriptive qualitative literature review that uses primary data sources from scholarly articles found through Google Scholar. This research will conduct an in-depth analysis of relevant and current literature that has been published in the 2021-2023 timeframe. The study results show that revolutionary marketing strategies through optimising the use of social media have proven to be a solid foundation for the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. Through this approach, MSMEs can build stronger relationships with customers, increase brand visibility, and expand market share. By understanding the target audience, creating creative content, utilising innovative features, and building online communities, MSMEs can transform into key players in a rapidly changing market.

Abstract

With the ongoing development of digital technology, the business landscape is undergoing a significant paradigm shift. Digital transformation has altered the way companies operate, communicate, and engage with customers. In the digital business era, a company's success is not solely determined by technical expertise but also by the individual's ability to manage interpersonal relationships. The objective of this research is to analyze the enhancement of soft skills competence in human resources as a primary success factor in the digital business era. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative literature review method utilizing primary data sources from scholarly articles identified through Google Scholar. The study will conduct a thorough analysis of relevant and current literature published between 2017 and 2023. The findings indicate that human resources with a strong portfolio of soft skills become valuable assets to a company. Effective communication, collaboration skills, and proficient leadership form the foundation for team productivity and success. Leaders capable of guiding through change and possessing a strategic vision will steer the company toward long-term success.

Abstract

Effective communication stands as one of the key pillars in human resource management (HRM). Good communication among human resource team members can enhance productivity, collaboration, and job satisfaction. This research delves deeper into how ChatGPT can be effectively implemented to improve the quality of communication within HR teams and address potential challenges that may arise in the process. The research methodology involves a qualitative literature review drawing data from Google Scholar spanning from 2006 to 2023. The study results indicate that the utilization of ChatGPT in enhancing the communication quality of HR teams has proven to bring significant benefits across various aspects of human resource management. With its ability to understand and respond to human conversation naturally, ChatGPT opens new opportunities in recruitment, training, performance management, and team collaboration.

Abstract

Successful digital marketing is not just about broadcasting messages to consumers but also about building meaningful relationships with them. This demands a more humanistic approach in digital marketing. This research aims to explore the role of ChatGPT in humanizing digital marketing, with a specific focus on how this technology can be utilized in human resource management training programs. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review using data obtained from Google Scholar spanning from 2016 to 2023. Qualitative approach was chosen to allow for in-depth analysis of relevant literature on the research topic, involving a better understanding of concepts, theories, and findings already existing in the related scholarly literature. The study findings indicate that in rapidly evolving digital marketing, humanization is key to building strong customer relationships. The role of ChatGPT in human resource management training programs is crucial to reinforce humanization in digital marketing strategies. By leveraging ChatGPT, marketing professionals can create more personalized and relevant experiences for their audience, while also opening opportunities to enhance marketing strategy efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of human resource (HR) capacity in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through innovation, digitalization, and strategic partnerships as drivers of community economic welfare in tourism villages. The research method employed is a literature review with a qualitative approach, focusing primarily on providing additional references related to community service. Data were collected from scholarly articles published on Google Scholar and credible websites within the timeframe of 1964–2025. Out of 50 articles gathered, a strict selection based on relevance and quality yielded 23 articles that were further analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that innovation drives creativity and product differentiation in tourism village-based MSMEs, digitalization expands market access and improves operational efficiency, while strategic partnerships strengthen networking, knowledge transfer, and access to broader resources. These three factors collectively support the enhancement of MSME HR capacity, directly contributing to income growth, job creation, and collective community welfare in tourism villages. The study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the integration of Human Capital Theory, Diffusion of Innovation Theory, Technology Acceptance Model, Resource-Based View, and Community Development Theory, while also providing practical contributions as additional references for developing community service programs focused on empowering tourism village MSMEs.

Abstract

In this digital era, HR management is key to improving employee productivity and well being. Digital transformation requires organizations to adapt not only in business processes but also in workforce management. This includes the implementation of information technology, process automation, and more flexible work approaches. This study adopted a literature review method to explore how HR management can optimize employee productivity and well-being through digital innovation. The results show that utilizing technology in HR management processes can increase work efficiency. However, this also carries the risk of causing technostress, which can negatively impact employee mental well-being. Therefore, a management strategy that balances digital efficiency and employee emotional well-being is needed. This can be achieved through stress management training, mental health support, and the development of a work culture that supports work-life balance.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of training and human resource development (SDM) in enhancing the quality of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the digital era in the midst of the development of the digital era. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and content analysis on various empirical studies, this study evaluates the contribution of HR training to improving the competence of business actors, mastery of digital technology. The results of the analysis show that training programs that are contextually designed based on local needs, and combined with participatory methods and post-training mentoring have been proven to be effective in improving operational efficiency, product quality, and the adaptability of MSMEs to market changes. In addition, training that integrates digitalization also encourages the transformation of MSMEs into more modern and competitive businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the impact of education investment on labor productivity in Indonesia over the past ten years. Education investment is viewed as a strategic element in human resource development, which ultimately contributes to national economic growth. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the World Bank, which includes indicators of government spending on education and labor productivity levels. The analytical method used is linear regression to measure the relationship between these variables. The results show that increased investment in the education sector contributes significantly to increased labor productivity. Education not only plays a role in improving skills and technical competencies but also influences individual competitiveness in domestic and global labor markets. These findings strengthen the argument that effective and sustainable education policies are key to accelerating the transformation of a knowledge-based economy. Therefore, the government and stakeholders are expected to strengthen resource allocation and education programs that are more inclusive and relevant to current industry needs.

Abstract

This article aims to critically analyze how the strategy of optimizing the role of MSMEs in the digital economy ecosystem can encourage sustainable regional economic growth. This research uses a library research method, with narrative data analysis that emphasizes extracting, interpreting, and telling experiences or phenomena based on existing literature. The results show that optimizing the role of MSMEs in regional economic growth can be achieved through digital transformation and local technology-based innovation. Collaborative support from the government, private sector, and community is needed so that MSMEs are able to adapt, improve competitiveness, and create an inclusive and sustainable economy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain knowledge and understanding regarding the influence of Entrepreneurial Literacy and Digital Economic Literacy on the Success of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Makassar City with Entrepreneurial Motivation as a Moderator Variable. The method used is quantitative research techniques with descriptive research type. The sample in the research was 100 Culinary MSME Business Actors. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). The research results obtained are, 1. Entrepreneurial literacy and digital economic literacy have an influence on entrepreneurial motivation; 2. Entrepreneurial literacy and digital economic literacy have a significant effect on business success; 3. Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant influence on business success; 4. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and business success; 5. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and business success.
