Abstract

This study examines the synergy between influencer marketing, interactive content, and digital strategies in increasing the visibility and sales of MSME products during Ramadan. Using a literature review method and a qualitative approach, this study analyzes 21 selected articles from Google Scholar and other credible sources published between 2021 and 2025. The findings reveal that influencer marketing plays a crucial role in building consumer trust and expanding market reach, particularly through collaborations with micro-influencers who have strong engagement with their audience. Interactive content, such as live shopping and social media challenges, has been proven to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty. Additionally, the implementation of digital strategies, including paid advertising and consumer behavior analysis, enables MSMEs to effectively target their audience and increase sales conversion. Case studies of MSMEs such as Jiniso Indonesia, Mamahke Jogja, and Azarine Beauty demonstrate that the combination of these three strategies can lead to significant sales growth during Ramadan. However, challenges in implementing these strategies persist, including budget constraints, changes in social media algorithms, and difficulties in maintaining content consistency.

Usury has become the main driving force in the conventional financial system in most countries, especially Western countries, and even countries that implement dual financial systems are not left behind. Abstract

Foreign Direct Investment, or FDI, plays a significant role in Indonesia’s economic growth, especially in highly strategic sectors that rely on natural resources. The purpose of this study is to examine how foreign direct investment (FDI) influences the management of the resource economy in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative, using literature studies and analyzing policy reports, scientific journals, and official data from government agencies and international organizations. Research shows that foreign investment drives economic growth and infrastructure development. But foreign investment also raises many problems, such as environmental exploitation. Strong regulation, policy transparency, and the capacity of regulatory institutions are essential for the successful management of FDI. Consequently, to deal with global investment flows, a fair, sustainable, and national interest-oriented governance approach is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the human resource (HR) investment strategy and its impact on the productivity of the economic sector in Indonesia, as well as to identify challenges and gaps in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data analysis from various official sources such as the Central Statistics Agency, related ministries, and international institutions. The results of the study indicate that the HR investment strategy in Indonesia includes the development of formal education, vocational training, increasing digital competence, and improving health services. The positive impact is reflected in the increase in the Human Development Index (HDI), labor productivity in the industrial and service sectors, and better national competitiveness. However, there are a number of challenges, including inequality of access between regions, mismatch of competence with industry needs, limited role of the private sector, and policy fragmentation. This study recommends increasing equal access, strengthening partnerships between education and industry, optimizing the role of the private sector, and integrating data-based systems and governance to increase the effectiveness of HR investment in Indonesia. These findings are expected to be a reference for policy makers in designing more inclusive and productive HR development policies.
