Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding information technology and accounting on organizational commitment with the quality of human resources as a moderating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 44 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study, namely data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test, simultaneous test, and moderated regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study concluded that information technology partially influences positive effect on organizational commitment, while accounting understanding has a negative effect and does not succeed in giving a significant effect on organizational commitment. As well as the simultaneous test results of information technology and understanding of accounting together influence organizational commitment. Meanwhile, after being moderated by the quality of human resources, only information technology variables have a positive effect on organizational commitment. This is because the moderating variable contributes to supporting the understanding of information technology, the more qualified human resources an agency is, the more capable it is to understand technological developments that continue to evolve. Meanwhile, accounting understanding after being moderated by the quality of human resources, did not succeed in having a positive influence on organizational commitment. This is because the synthesis of human resource quality moderation is still not in accordance with the existing implementation in agencies.

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive qualitative and uses literary analysis; The aim of this research is to provide assessment material to stakeholders in the company's efforts to achieve optimal national economic results. The author of this research used a literature study taken from Publish & Perish as a data collection technique. Publish & Perish also uses analytical techniques to collect previous research. This research shows that business ethics plays an important role in shaping the economic activities of businesses, societies, and governments. The dynamics of this business activity can improve the economy and the general public's sense of well-being. Efforts to increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia must continue to be made considering that the number of entrepreneurs is relatively small compared to the population. The facts show that improving the standard of living for individuals, communities and countries is a top priority for business owners. Entrepreneurship is also very important to produce a more cohesive society and nation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training and business assistance on strengthening the role of MSME actors assisted by PLUT KUMKM Prov. South Sulawesi Makassar City. By using quantitative methods and sample collection, namely probability sampling. With partial and simultaneous tests. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurship training and business assistance on strengthening the role of MSME actors assisted by PLUT-KUMKM Prov.South Sulawesi Makassar City. Partially, entrepreneurship training (X1) has an effect on strengthening the role of MSME actors and business assistance has an effect but not significant on strengthening the role of MSME actors. The percentage of the influence of entrepreneurship training and business assistance assisted by PLUT KUMKM South Sulawesi Province is 33.3%.

Abstract

Farmers in Kelompok Tani Sukawargi 2, Sukawargi Village, Cisurupan District, Garut Regency face challenges related to their dependence on conventional farming that uses chemicals, which impact health and environmental sustainability. A community service program was then implemented to enhance the knowledge, skills, and awareness of the community regarding the benefits of organic farming. The training provided covered the basic principles of organic farming, organic fertilizer production, natural soil management, and pest control using natural ingredients. The training also educated farmers on the importance of transitioning from chemical-based farming to organic farming for the sake of health and environmental sustainability. The results of the community service showed a significant improvement in farmers' understanding of organic farming and organic product marketing. Farmers showed a high interest in applying the techniques learned and implementing broader product marketing strategies. Awareness of the impact of chemicals on health and the environment also increased. Furthermore, training on organic product marketing opened up better economic opportunities for farmers.
