Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Microteaching practice in preparing professional prospective Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and to identify critical gaps regarding the spiritual and reflective dimensions in the existing literature. The study was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework. Following a rigorous staged selection process, a qualitative synthesis was performed on 10 final articles derived from 202 initially identified records. The findings indicate that Microteaching is highly effective in developing technical skills and mastering Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), but its evaluation tends to be mechanistic and fails to capture the Holistic dimension, specifically the spiritual and ethical aspects vital for PAI teacher professionalism. The main contribution (novelty) of this study is the proposed framework for the Holistic PAI Microteaching Model. This model suggests a paradigm shift toward reflective-clinical teacher education, adapting reflection into the mechanism of muhasabah (spiritual self-reflection), supported by technology integration such as video-supported collaborative learning to train ethical response and character. It is concluded that the adoption of the Holistic PAI Microteaching Model is a methodological imperative to produce graduates who are not only technically proficient but also possess complete character integrity and spirituality.

Abstract

This article discusses the issues in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kasui, Way Kanan Regency. The purpose of this study is to (1) identify the issues in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kasui, Way Kanan Regency; (2) identify the efforts that can be made to address these issues in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kasui, Way Kanan Regency. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The population in this study consists of all students from class X 1, XI 2, and XII 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Kasui, Way Kanan Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 96 students. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques with source triangulation and method triangulation. The conclusion of this study shows that the issues in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kasui, Way Kanan Regency, are quite varied, with various problems identified, such as: lack of motivation, monotonous teaching methods, insufficient facilities for practical classes, and lack of support from family and community environments. The researcher suggests: (1) For students, to always cultivate internal motivation to acquire beneficial knowledge and enthusiasm for learning; (2) For teachers, to provide good teaching by understanding the weaknesses and strengths of students' characters, talents, and interests, and to create a conducive learning environment with varied methods to prevent students from feeling bored or fatigued; (3) For parents, to collaborate with teachers in instilling religious education at home.

Abstract

Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan aspek fundamental dalam menjamin kelangsungan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Berbagai penelitian menyoroti pentingnya manajemen keuangan yang terstruktur, transparan dan akuntabel melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Namun, di SD IT Cendikia Tulang Bawang, masih ditemukan kendala dalam pencatatan keuangan manual,  pemahaman guru dan komite terhadap budgeting, yang berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi dan akuntabilitas publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis praktik manajemen pembiayaan berbasis model POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling) dalam pengelolaan dana BOS di SD IT Cendikia Tulang Bawang serta mengkaji integrasi aspek budgeting, accounting dan auditing sebagai pilar akuntabilitas dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi. Responden merupakan kepala sekolah, bendahara BOS, komite, perwakilan wali murid. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif (reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan) serta triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran BOS dilakukan melalui rapat tahunan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, dengan menyusun RAPBM keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyulitkan pelaporan dan monitoring. Partisipasi masyarakat melalui komite dan yayasan cukup baik, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam pemahaman istilah budgeting dan pelaporan keuangan. Monitoring dan evaluasi telah dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal, menjadi tantangan utama dalam mewujudkan transparansi dan efisiensi. Dalam hal ini terbukti bahwasanya partisipasi masyarakat dan monitoring eksternal telah mendukung akuntabilitas, namun optimalisasi sistem digital menjadi kunci peningkatan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan dana BOS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Strengthening 21st-century competencies at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level remains a challenge, particularly in creating learning environments that encourage students to generate creative ideas while collaborating effectively. In science and social studies (IPAS) learning, these competencies are often underdeveloped because instructional activities tend to be dominated by teacher-centered content delivery and limited student engagement. Addressing this issue, the present study examined the contribution of the Project-Based STEAM approach to the development of fourth-grade students’ creative thinking and collaborative skills. The study employed a quasi-experimental method using a Non-equivalent Control Group Design and involved 76 students. The experimental group participated in learning activities based on Project-Based STEAM, whereas the control group received Inquiry-Based Learning. Data were collected through a creative thinking test and a collaborative skills questionnaire that met established validity and reliability criteria. The data were subsequently analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA). The observed learning outcomes indicated that students in the experimental group outperformed those in the control group on both measured competencies. Statistical analysis further confirmed that the Project-Based STEAM approach had a significant effect on creative thinking and collaborative skills, both simultaneously and partially. These findings suggest that the integration of project-based learning and STEAM offers a contextual and effective alternative for IPAS instruction while supporting the development of essential student competencies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. ABSTRAK Penguatan kompetensi abad ke-21 di jenjang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong peserta didik menghasilkan gagasan secara kreatif sekaligus bekerja sama secara efektif. Pada pembelajaran IPAS, kondisi tersebut sering kali belum berkembang secara optimal karena aktivitas belajar masih didominasi penyampaian materi dan keterlibatan peserta didik yang terbatas. Berangkat dari kebutuhan tersebut, penelitian ini menelaah kontribusi pendekatan Project-Based STEAM terhadap pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kolaboratif peserta didik kelas IV. Kajian dilaksanakan melalui metode quasi experiment dengan desain Non-equivalent Control Group Design yang melibatkan 76 peserta didik. Kelompok eksperimen mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis Project-Based STEAM, sedangkan kelompok kontrol memperoleh pembelajaran Inquiry-Based Learning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes berpikir kreatif dan angket keterampilan kolaboratif yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis melalui Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA). Pola capaian yang muncul menunjukkan keunggulan kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol pada kedua aspek yang diukur. Pengujian statistik juga mengonfirmasi adanya pengaruh signifikan pendekatan Project-Based STEAM terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan kolaboratif, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa integrasi proyek dan STEAM dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran IPAS yang lebih kontekstual dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

The educational communication of the Prophet Muhammad in tarbawi hadith constitutes an important source for understanding a pedagogical approach that integrates dialogic and humanistic patterns. This study aims to explore the educational communication model of the Prophet Muhammad based on authentic hadiths and to analyze its relevance to modern education. This research employed a qualitative approach with a library research design. The main data sources consisted of authentic hadiths that describe the Prophet’s communication with his companions and wider society. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify dialogic and humanistic patterns. The findings show that the Prophet’s dialogic communication pattern is highly relevant to student-centered learning in modern education, particularly in encouraging active participation, reflective reasoning, and critical thinking. In addition, the humanistic pattern, grounded in empathy and respect for individual dignity, contributes significantly to the formation of students’ moral character. The dialogic and humanistic dimensions of the Prophet’s communication provide a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic educational communication theory that can be applied in contemporary education. These patterns are also relevant for addressing twenty-first-century educational challenges, including moral crises and the need to strengthen students’ social skills. The Prophet’s educational communication model offers an inclusive and character-oriented approach that can help improve communication practices and moral formation among young people.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating the Community Language Learning method and the Think Talk Write strategy in developing maharah kalam (Arabic speaking skills) through a systematic literature review of scholarly publications from 2020 to 2025. The main problem identified is students’ low fluency and lack of confidence in speaking Arabic, which stem from speech anxiety and insufficient cognitive structuring in the language production process. The research employs the Systematic Literature Review method, encompassing stages of exploration, selection, and thematic synthesis of fifteen peer-reviewed articles indexed in SINTA, DOAJ, and Google Scholar that are relevant to the implementation of Community Language Learning and Think Talk Write. The findings reveal that Community Language Learning effectively reduces the affective filter, enhances motivation, and fosters a humanistic and supportive learning environment. Meanwhile, Think Talk Write strengthens idea planning, speech cohesion, and linguistic production skills through the sequential phases of thinking, discussing, and writing. The synthesis of results indicates that the integration of these two approaches produces a significant affective-cognitive synergy: Community Language Learning mitigates emotional barriers, while Think Talk Write optimizes cognitive readiness and utterance structuring. This combination consistently enhances students’ fluency, coherence, and oral participation, although grammatical accuracy improvement still requires additional corrective feedback. It is concluded that the integrative model of Community Language Learning and Think Talk Write is a viable and innovative pedagogical framework for reinforcing the teaching of maharah kalam in a communicative, collaborative, and sustainable manner

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study is motivated by the increasing challenges of digital ethics among students such as cyberbullying, hoax dissemination, low awareness of digital privacy, and moral degradation in social media use. This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning practices in strengthening the religious digital ethics of Generation Z at SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research participants consisted of PAI teachers, Rohis supervisors, and Generation Z students. The findings show that PAI learning practices are carried out through religious habituation, exemplary behavior, lectures, advice, integration of Islamic values in learning activities, and Rohis programs. Religious values such as discipline, responsibility, empathy, trustworthiness, and tabayyun shape students’ digital behavior to become wiser and more responsible. PAI learning also helps students develop self-regulation in using social media. This study indicates that PAI learning has an important contribution in shaping the religious digital ethics of Generation Z through character strengthening and digital behavior control. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya tantangan etika digital pada peserta didik seperti cyberbullying, penyebaran hoaks, rendahnya kesadaran menjaga privasi digital, serta menurunnya nilai moral dalam penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam penguatan etika digital religius Generasi Z di SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru PAI, pembina Rohis, dan peserta didik Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pembelajaran PAI dilakukan melalui pembiasaan religius, keteladanan, ceramah, pemberian nasihat, integrasi nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran, serta kegiatan Rohis. Nilai religius seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, empati, amanah, dan tabayyun mampu membentuk perilaku digital peserta didik menjadi lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab. Pembelajaran PAI juga membantu peserta didik mengembangkan self-regulation dalam menggunakan media sosial. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI memiliki kontribusi penting dalam membentuk etika digital religius Generasi Z melalui penguatan karakter dan pengendalian perilaku digital.

Abstract

This study aims to map publication trends, conceptual structures, key scientific actors, and thematic developments related to digital transformation in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) and character building based on Scopus-indexed publications from 2020–2025. The method employed is bibliometric analysis using the PRISMA approach as the data selection process. The research dataset consists of scientific articles filtered according to relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 25 final articles, which were then analyzed using Biblioshiny. The findings indicate that publication trends have increased significantly since 2022, with Indonesia emerging as one of the dominant contributors in this field. The main evolving keywords include digital transformation, Islamic education, character education, artificial intelligence, and blended learning. The thematic map analysis reveals that the integration of digital technology in Islamic education is developing toward more innovative pedagogical approaches; however, the issue of religious character formation still requires further strengthening. This study confirms that digital transformation in Islamic Religious Education is growing rapidly on a global scale, yet the reinforcement of religious character remains a strategic area for future research development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan tren publikasi, struktur konseptual, aktor ilmiah utama, serta perkembangan tema penelitian terkait transformasi digital dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan pembentukan karakter berdasarkan publikasi terindeks Scopus periode 2020–2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik dengan pendekatan PRISMA sebagai proses seleksi data. Dataset penelitian terdiri dari artikel ilmiah yang disaring berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang relevan hingga diperoleh 25 artikel final, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren publikasi mengalami peningkatan signifikan sejak tahun 2022, dengan Indonesia sebagai salah satu kontributor dominan dalam bidang ini. Kata kunci utama yang berkembang meliputi digital transformation, Islamic education, character education, artificial intelligence, dan blended learning. Analisis thematic map menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dalam pendidikan Islam berkembang menuju pendekatan pedagogis yang lebih inovatif, namun isu pembentukan karakter religius masih memerlukan penguatan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital dalam PAI berkembang pesat secara global, tetapi penguatan karakter religius tetap menjadi area strategis untuk pengembangan riset lanjutan.
