Abstract

As an innovative learning method, PBLRQA was created to overcome the weaknesses of PBL by integrating Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA). The focus of the research is to assess the impact of PBLRQA on the critical thinking skills of class X students at SMAN 4 Luwu. With the Quasi Experimental Design, class X.3 students became the experimental group and class X.4 as the control group. The results showed a significant increase in the critical thinking skills scores of students in the experimental group (45.19) compared to the control group (39.89). The t test confirmed a significant effect (p = 0.001 < α = 0.05), indicating the success of PBLRQA in improving students' critical thinking skills. The implications of this research highlight the need to implement suitable learning models to increase student interest and participation in the learning process.

Abstract

Islamic education based on the Koran and Sunnah of the Prophet plays a role in shaping the character and faith of the younger generation. The Basic Concepts of Islamic Science (KDII) program at the Le Natural Sciences School aims to strengthen students' Islamic scientific foundation, foster a love of the Koran, and prepare them as future leaders. This research evaluates the KDII program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to assess its effectiveness and impact. This research method is a case study with a qualitative approach at Le Scholar Boarding School. The evaluation results show that the KDII program has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the basic teachings of Islam and helping them apply Islamic values in their daily lives. This shows the success of the program in forming students who have noble character and are ready to make a positive contribution to society.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mencetak generasi yang unggul, dan kualitas guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran menjadi aspek yang sangat fundamental dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar menyadari pentingnya pengembangan profesional guru, sehingga merancang Program Sekolah Guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional mereka. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman kurikulum, menguasai metode pembelajaran inovatif, serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi program dengan model Four Level yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif, seperti peningkatan komunikasi antara guru dan murid, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan kurikulum, serta kemudahan dalam penerapan modul ajar. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan profesional guru turut mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah. Evaluasi hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penguatan materi tertentu agar program ini dapat lebih efektif di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of life that plays a major role in producing a quality generation. One important part of Islamic education is teaching the Qur'an from an early age. The Tahfizh Weekend Program at SMP IT Wahdah Islamiyah Gowa is an effort to improve students' memorization of the Qur'an through an intensive approach involving memorization learning, daily worship, and social activities. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model, focusing on context analysis, input components, process implementation, and the results obtained. The research method used is a descriptive approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results of the study showed that this program succeeded in improving students' memorization of the Qur'an, with 78% of students experiencing an increase in the number of memorizations. This program also has a positive impact on the formation of students' religious character, increasing discipline in worship, and strengthening social relationships between students. However, several obstacles such as limited facilities and environmental disturbances need to be considered. Parental support is also an important factor in the success of this program. This study suggests improvements in terms of facilities and time management to increase the effectiveness of the program in the future. The output of this study is expected to provide strategic recommendations for the development of similar programs in other schools.

Abstract

Assessment of counseling guidance programs in schools is very important to ensure that the program can run well and have a positive impact on the development of students. One evaluation model that is often used in the assessment of counseling guidance programs is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. This study aims to review and compare various studies that have applied the CIPP model in evaluating school counseling guidance programs. The research method used is a literature review by first analyzing its application then comparing several journals that discuss counseling guidance programs using the CIPP evaluation model, drawing conclusions and providing recommendations for future research or practice. Data collection is done by collecting supporting literature from books and also research journals from various sources. The results showed that the three studies that used the CIPP model on counseling programs showed that despite facing different challenges, this model was effective in program evaluation. In SMA Negeri Tegal Regency, the implementation of the CIPP model went well thanks to the supportive background of the teachers. At SMK Penerbangan PBD Medan, despite limited resources and facilities, the program still had a positive impact. Meanwhile, at SMKN 34 Jakarta, most aspects of the program were rated as good, but improvements were still needed in terms of teacher coordination and parental understanding. Overall, the CIPP model provides a comprehensive picture for the improvement of counseling guidance programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the essence that occurs at each stage in the discrepancy evaluation model which consists of the Design, Installation, Process and Product stages related to the Blended Learning method in the modern spectacles course at the Muslim University of Maros. Based on the type of research used, this research is included in program evaluation research using the discrepancy evaluation model. The research sample consisted of 14 people plus 1 modern physics lecturer. Data collection was carried out using a mixed method with data collection instruments using, (1) interview guidelines, (2) questionnaires with a Likert scale model and (3) documentation. The data analysis technique used for qualitative data is data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. This data analysis technique consists of data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. As for the quantitative data, the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and the calculation of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that (1) there was no discrepancy in the design stage (2) there was a discrepancy in the installation stage of 0.04 (3) there was a discrepancy in the Process stage of 0.23 (4) there was a discrepancy in the Product stage of 0. 78. So that the Blended Learning lectures can be continued with suggestions for improvement, namely (1) Lecturers continue to carry out their obligations to carry out face-to-face lectures, (2) Require students to study material in Google Classroom, (3) Uploaded material has various forms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of MAN 1 Bone's curriculum as a Madrasah Plus Skills program. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a phenomenological method, and incorporates data collection techniques that include interviews, observation, and documentation. The key informants in this study included the head of madrasah, deputy head of madrasah, vocational teachers, and vocational students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that: 1) Curriculum planning includes preparing program objectives, flexibility in teaching materials, integrating theory and practice in learning strategies, and designing holistic evaluations. 2) Curriculum Organization includes a clear division of tasks, integration of skills material in local content and special classes, and optimization of resources to support learning strategies. 3) Curriculum Implementation includes Fashion styling is taught in intracurricular and special classes with teaching modules, while welding is only through special afternoon classes with lesson plans with learning strategies, and evaluations covering student theory and practice. 4) Evaluation of the Curriculum shows tangible benefits in the mastery of vocational skills, despite challenges such as time constraints, low interest, and a lack of instructors. This study contributes practical insights for developing vocational-oriented curriculum management in Islamic educational institutions, especially madrasahs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan bentuk implementasi manajemen personalia dan menemukan faktor pendukung serta faktor penghambat pelaksanaan manajemen personalia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Madrasah Ibtidaiah Tahfidzul Qur’an Azhar Center Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi manajemen personalia yang meliputi pengadaan, pengembangan, dan penilaian kinerja personalia dalam pelaksanaannya dapat dikatakan cukup baik namun belum maksimal; faktor pendukung pelaksanaan manajemen personalia di MI Tahfidzul Qur’an Azhar Center Makassar, yaitu adanya lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; adapun faktor penghambat pelaksanaan manajemen personalia adalah ketertutupan pemberian informasi, kualifikasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, dan perencanaan personalia yang kurang maksimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi referensi untuk pimpinan MI Tahfidzul Qur’an Azhar Center Makassar dalam melaksanakan manajemen personalia agar memperhatikan latar belakang pendidikan setiap personalia madrasah dengan mengacu pada asas the right man on the right place; dan dapat digunakan pihak Yayasan Al-Azhar sebagai bahan evaluasi dan masukan bagi personalia MI Tahfidzul Qur’an Azhar Center Makassar dengan membenahi hal-hal yang terkait dengan pengembangan menajemen personalia.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of designing and developing a liveworksheet-based evaluation instrument and assessing its quality in the Respiratory System material for grade XI MIA 3 MA Madani Alauddin Pao-pao students. The quality of the instrument was analysed based on the aspects of validity, reliability, discriminating power, level of difficulty, and effectiveness of distractors in each item. This study adapted the development model proposed by Tessmer, which falls under the category of Formative Research. The development procedure consisted of three main stages, namely the initial stage, the self-evaluation stage which included analysis and design activities, and the prototyping stage which consisted of expert review, individual testing, small group testing, and field testing. The subjects of this study were grade XI MIA 3 MA Madani Alauddin Pao-pao students. The results showed that the content validity coefficient reached 1, indicating a very high level of validity. Of the total 25 items, 44% were declared empirically valid, while 56% were classified as invalid. The reliability test using the KR-20 formula produced a value of 0.99, indicating very high reliability. The discrimination power analysis showed that 36% of the items were in the very poor category, 36% were poor, 24% were adequate, and only 4% were good. Based on the level of difficulty, 84% of the items were categorised as easy and 16% as moderate. The results of the distractor effectiveness analysis showed that most distractors were not functioning optimally, with 24% very poor, 28% poor, 8% not very good, 20% good, and 20% very good.

Abstract

This study aims to test the significant influence of learning activities of students who are taught using the Project Based Learning learning model of the reproductive system material of class XI SMAN 9 Gowa. This study is a quasi-experimental design with a research design in the form of a Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study involved all students of class XI MIA SMAN 9 Gowa totaling 210 people. The sample of this study is class XI MIA 3 which totals 35 students as the control class and class XI MIA 4 which totals 35 students as the experimental class. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data collection tool in this study uses observation sheets of student learning activities and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis with independent sample t-test. The results of the analysis showed that the sign value was less than 0.05, so the hypothesis in this study H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected, because 0.000 < of 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence on the learning activities of students who gain learning by applying the PjBL learning model to the reproductive system material of class XI SMAN 9 Gowa
