This study-aims to obtain contextual-based thematic teaching materials that are suitable and easy for teachers and students to learn. Teaching materials must meet the requirements of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The teaching material chosen is thematic learning, with the sub-theme of developing food production technology. The contents and contents focus on the food potential of the Tulungagung area. The-research method used in the development of teaching materials is Dick & Carey. The result showed that the teaching materials met very valid criteria based on material expert and learning designs, practical criteria based on teacher and student responses, and effective based on improving student learning outcames.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada motivasi intrinsik serta ekstrinsik guru mengajar pada kabupaten Melawi, menitikberatkan di penyebab intrinsik dan ekstrinsik ketekunan penelitian pengajar dalam mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengumpulkan berita mengenai motivasi intrinsik serta ekstrinsik pengajar buat melanjutkan mengajar pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumberaji 2 Kecamatan Kabuh, Jombang menggunakan enam informan menjadi asal data primer. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi masalah. Wawancara, observasi, dan studi terdokumentasi dipergunakan menjadi taktik pengumpulan data. Reduksi data, penyajian data, pengungkit data, dan penarikan konklusi merupakan teknik analisis data yg dipergunakan pada penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini adalah unsur motivasi intrinsik pengajar buat tetap berada pada kelas, mirip rasa tanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan anak-anak pada pedesaan, guru memandang pekerjaannya menjadi profesi yang mulia, dan guru menerima pengakuan positif dari rakyat. Aspek insentif ekstrinsik mencakup kerjasama guru, kantor yang menyenangkan, dan penilaian dan supervisi kepala sekolah. Motivasi serta ketekunan pengajar dalam mengajar ialah 2 kata yang timbul di benak waktu memikirkan penelitian ini.

Dewasa ini, kita diperhadapkan dengan era revolusi industri keempat yang disebut dengan revolusi industri 4.0, atau dengan istilah lain era inovasi disruptif, dimana inovasi ini berkembang dengan sangat cepat, yang berimplikasi pada terciptanya pasar baru. Dunia pendidikan saat ini dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut harus mampu beradaptasi, agar proses pendidikan sesuai dengan kondisi dan tuntutan zaman. Penelitian ini akan mengelaborasi lebih dalam terkait paradigma baru pendidikan karakter di era inovasi disruptif dan implementasi praktisnya pada era masyarakat 5.0 melalui analisis konten dengan pendekatan filosofis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, paradigma baru sistem pendidikan 4.0 bergaung kencang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah harus menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai dalam menyongsong era Pendidikan 4.0, mengingat pendidikan adalah sebagai garda terdepan dalam membentengi karakter peserta didik dari pengaruh negatif era inovasi disrupsi ini.Guru juga harus meng-upgrade kompetensi dalam menghadapi era Pendidikan 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0, karena subjek pendidikan karakter yaitu peserta didik yang dihadapi guru saat ini, merupakan generasi era cybernetics yang tidak asing lagi dengan dunia digital. Maka pendidikan merupakan asas terpenting dalam menjaga dan membangun karakter peserta didik diera inovasi dirsuptif dan dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

The problem solving ability of students in mathematics is relatively low. It takes a learning model that can help students to solve problem solving in mathematics, which is a problem-based learning model or PBL. This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Kedungotok Tembelang Jombang. This research is quantitative with the type of experimental research design. The population is all fourth grade students, totaling 27 students, the sample taken consists of one class. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with total sampling type, this study was conducted in two meetings, the first meeting the students were given learning not using the PBL model, the next meeting the students were given learning using the PBL model. This research instrument is pre-test and post-test. Data analysis in this study used statistical analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study concluded: (1) the ability to understand the material of circumference and area of flat shapes before using the PBL model in fourth grade students of SDN Kedungotok Tembelang students obtained an average score of 49.33. (2) the ability to understand the material of perimeter and area of flat shapes after using the PBL model in fourth grade students of SDN Kedungotok Tembelang obtained an average score of 89.56. (1) the effect of learning mathematics around and area of flat shapes for fourth grade students of SDN Kedungotok shows that there is a significant effect of 0.000. The significant value shows 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. That is, this study has an effect on student learning outcomes and there is a significant effect between students' ability to understand the circumference and area of the flat figure before and after using the PBL model. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the contextual learning model on learning outcomes of Natural Sciences material for the fifth grade elementary school students. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the research design used is Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The sample used in this study found 23 students consisting of 11 female students and 12 male students. Data analysis techniques used in this study include normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the effectiveness of the contextual learning model in learning natural sciences on ecosystem materials. This can be shown by the value of the hypothesis test with a t-test of 5.501 > 2.015 (df; 44). On the other hand, which shows the significance value is the result obtained by 0.003 < 0.05 (5%). So it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the results of the post-test of students in the control and experimental groups.

This study has the objectives, namely first, to find out whether students' mathematical problem-solving abilities can be improved by using external representations. Second, analyzing student activities in learning mathematics by using external representations. Third, analyzing student responses to learning mathematics by using external representations. This research uses classroom action research (CAR) or classroom action testing (PTK) methods. According to O'Brien in Mulyatiningsih, "action research is carried out when a group of people (students) identify the problem, then the researcher determines an action to overcome it." Classroom Action Research (CAR) seeks to develop and reflect on a learning model with the aim of improving learning processes and outcomes. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: learning using external representations can improve mathematical problem solving abilities; it can be seen that there is an increase in the number of students who score above the KKM in cycle II, with the percentage of students who are declared complete (reaching the KKM) at 71.4%, or as many as 20 students are higher than in cycle I, with a percentage of 53.57%, or as many as 15 students who are declared complete. This means that most students have achieved learning mastery resulting from learning through the use of external representations

This research is motivated by the results of researchers' observations that students in understanding Social Sciences (IPS) learning materials are less able to support achieving maximum learning outcomes. So an exciting treatment is needed using the Brainstorming method and audio-visual media to give a significant impact effectively. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of the treatment of student learning outcomes in Social Science learning through the Brainstorming method supported by Audio Visual media for fourth-grade students at SDN Grogol 1, Kediri Regency. The research method used is quantitative, with the True-Experimental-Design research technique using two classes, namely the control and experimental classes. The research sample was fourth-grade students at SDN Grogol 1, Kediri Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques in research are tests. The analysis technique used with the t-test (Independent Sample t-test) is used to test the effectiveness of using the Brainstorming method, which is supported by Audio Visual media in learning Social Sciences (IPS). The results showed that the probability (Sig. 2-tailed) = 0.002 <0.05 (significance level) and a t-count of 3.206 was more significant than a t-table of 2.009. The conclusions in the study provide evidence that the effectiveness of the Brainstorming method supported by Audio Visual media can improve learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) in class IV Elementary School students. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi melalui hasil pengamatan peneliti bahwa siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) kurang mampu mendukung tercapainya hasil belajar yang maksimal, sehingga dibutuhkan perlakuan yang menarik dengan menggunakan metode Brainstorming dan media audio visual sebagai bentuk efektivitas dalam memberikan dampak secara signifikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas perlakuan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial melalui metode Brainstorming yang didukung media Audio Visual siswa kelas IV SDN Grogol 1 Kabupaten Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian True-Experimental-Design dengan menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Grogol 1 Kabupaten Kediri tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah tes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan uji-t (Independent Sample t-test) digunakan untuk menguji tingkat efektivitas penggunaan metode Brainstorming yang di dukung media Audio Visual dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya probabilitas (Sig. 2-tailed) = 0,002 < 0,05 (taraf signifikasi) dan diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 3,206 lebih besar dibandingkan t-tabel sebesar 2,009. Simpulan dalam penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa efektivitas metode Brainstorming yang didukung media Audio Visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

The rapid advancement of technology also affects entrepreneurial activities. An entrepreneur will definitely update or follow any existing developments so that the business is not out of date. The transactions carried out also varied. These transaction activities certainly use a variety of payment instruments, ranging from cash to non-cash. A person's preference for something is related to the reasoning process that is built in explaining the reasons for his liking for something. Preference in this sense will certainly be related to a person's opportunity to achieve something he is interested in. This type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that includes data collection by testing hypotheses or answering questions about the latest status of research subjects. From the interviews that have been conducted, it can be interpreted that entrepreneurs who choose to use cash only think that using cash only can help, those who use cash state that if the use of cash payment is in the form of cash, the form of the money can be confirmed.

This study aims to prove that there is a relationship between learning motivation and students' academic procrastination behavior at one of the Public Elementary School in Sukabumi, West Java. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population is a group of elements or cases, be it individuals, objects or events, which are related to specific criteria and are something that becomes the target of generalizations set by the researcher to study and draw conclusions. The population in this study were all fifth grade elementary school students with a total of 64 students, consisting of 41 male students and 23 female students. Independent variables, namely variables that can influence or influence other variables and are denoted by the variable X. Based on the research results obtained through the process of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a negative and significant relationship between learning motivation and students' academic procrastination with an r count of -0.539 and is in the category of moderate relationship level. The existence of a negative relationship means that if student learning motivation is high then student academic procrastination is low, and vice versa if student learning motivation is low then student academic procrastination is high.

Character education plays a vital role in the development of children's mature personalities. The lack of adequate character education strengthening in schools is an issue that requires attention. As facilitators, companions, and sources in the process of conveying knowledge to students about the importance of character education in elementary school, teachers must play a crucial role in the development of children's character. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in assisting elementary schools in implementing strategies for improving elementary school students' understanding of character education in order to provide benefits in terms of understanding the obstacles in the application of character education in elementary schools and strategies that can be implemented, particularly for teacher-student communication. Using a literature review, this study determines the elements and tactics that can be implemented in primary schools to improve character education for pupils. Recommendations were made for schools based on the findings, including employing active learning techniques and incorporating character education values into all learning materials. Reflection and evaluation should also be conducted to assist students in comprehending and improving their character education-related behavior. To reach the true aims of character education, it is necessary to overcome obstacles such as schools' lack of preparedness, educators' lack of comprehension, and ineffective learning techniques.
