Abstract

Prestasi pendidikan saat ini sangat ditentukan dengan performa belajar generasi muda. Untuk meningkatkan performa belajar mahasiswa ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi pengaruhnya. Hal terpenting yang perlu diperhatikan saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung adalah peningkatan performa mahasiswa. Naïve bayes adalah sebuah algoritma supervised learning berdasarkan teorema Bayes yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah klasifikasi dengan mengikuti pendekatan probabilistik.  Hasil capaian tersebut tentu saja berpengaruh pada ketepatan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan waktu studinya. Eksperimen ini juga menguji accuracy, precision, recall, dan f1-score menggunakan k-fold cross validation. Nilai accuracy tertinggi didapat dari hasil pengujian 10-fold data 60% dari total atribut dengan nilai 89,31%. Nilai precision tertinggi didapat dari hasil pengujian 10-fold data 60% dari total atribut dengan nilai 92,20%. Nilai recall tertinggi didapat dari hasil pengujian 10-fold data 60% dan 10-fold data 80% dari total atribut dengan nilai 92,20%. Dan nilai f1-score tertinggi didapat dari hasil pengujian 10-fold data 60% dari total atribut dengan nilai 92,18%. Sedangkan pengukuran dengan menggunakan ROC curve, berdasarkan hasil AUC disetiap perbandingan yang dilakukan bahwa hasil pengujian dengan 60% dari total atribut memiliki nilai tertinggi dari pengujian lainnya.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to find out whether the application of the Think Pair Share Learning model assisted by Google Jamboard can or not improve the social studies learning outcomes of Grade 5th Students at SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle held two meetings through 4 stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The focus of the research is the application of the think pair share learning model assisted by Google Jamboard to improve students' social studies learning outcomes. The research subjects were 31 the students in Grade 5th of SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe, consisting of 14 boys and 17 girls. The data collection technique used was a test technique with data collection instruments in the form of test sheets. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The research results showed that the percentage of students who achieved learning completeness from cycle I to cycle II was 64%. Conclusion: the application of the think pair share learning model assisted by Google Jamboard can improve the learning outcomes of social studies students in Grade 5th at SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study which aims to determine the problems of teachers in designing the IPAS learning in the 5th Grade. The subjects of this research were the 2 teachers of Grade VA and VB at SD Negeri 2 Manurunge. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which consists of : data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research showed that teachers' problems in planning IPAS learning in Grade V of SD Negeri 2 Manurunge, Bone Regency includes: difficult in preparing appropriate media according to the demands of the independent curriculum, difficult in creating teaching modules, CP, TP, and ATP related to science and science learning, it is difficult to determine the right teaching method, it is difficult to prepare science as learning due to differences in students' IQ levels, it is difficult to prepare the right science and learning materials and media, and it is difficult to carry out the IPAS practicum

Abstract

The increase in drug abuse among adults has been rising significantly. This can be observed through reports in electronic and print media, which daily cover the arrests of drug abusers. Authorities responsible for combating drug abuse include the National Narcotics Agency and the Indonesian National Police. Internationally, there are several conventions governing the use and distribution of narcotics issued by global organizations such as the United Nations, including the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs 1961 (United Nations Conference for Adoption of a Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs 1961), the Convention on Manufacture and Distribution of Narcotic Drugs (Geneva 1931), and the Convention for the Suppression of Illicit Traffic in Dangerous Drugs (Geneva 1936). Furthermore, it is important to note that drug traffickers involved in the production, import, export, or distribution of Class I and II Narcotics can face the death penalty if the amount of narcotics distributed exceeds certain limits. The death penalty can also be applied to traffickers who engage in activities such as offering narcotics for sale, selling, purchasing, receiving, acting as an intermediary in transactions, exchanging, or delivering Class I and II Narcotics when the quantity exceeds a specified amount. In relation to law enforcement efforts, the term justice collaborator refers to a criminal offender who is willing to cooperate with law enforcement to expose certain organized criminal cases that pose a serious threat. These offenses include corruption, terrorism, narcotics, money laundering, human trafficking, and other organized crimes. In Supreme Court Circular (SEMA) Number 4 of 2011, a justice collaborator is also referred to as a cooperating witness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR GOOD-FAITH BUYERS IN THE PURCHASE OF SHOPHOUSES BASED ON FULLY PAID SALE AND PURCHASE BINDING AGREEMENT (PPJB) IN THE EVENT OF SELLER'S DEFAULT." This paper is motivated by the questions of how good-faith buyers are regulated in the sale and purchase of shophouses based on the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) in Indonesian civil law, and how legal protection is afforded to good-faith buyers in the purchase of shophouses under a fully paid PPJB in the event of the seller's default, according to Indonesian judicial practice. The writing method is descriptive-analytical, and the research method uses a Normative Legal Research method, or literature research, which is oriented towards data sourced from literature and similar references related to the preparation of this academic paper. This academic work aims to explore the legal strength and protection offered by the PPJB as a preliminary agreement leading to the Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB).

Abstract

The Indonesian National Army (TNI) is part of Indonesian society that is trained and educated to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. TNI has a life guideline in carrying out its official life, namely Sapta Marga and the Soldier's Oath to improve discipline in the TNI's official life. However, TNI members are only ordinary people, not free from mistakes and actions related to crime. One of them is the crime of desertion during peacetime. The crime of desertion during peacetime is a crime committed by military members by mistake or intentionally being absent without permission for 30 days. This type and research is a qualitative analysis research using primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research are to examine the problems and find answers regarding legal policies, law enforcement and future regulations regarding the crime of desertion during peacetime committed by military members in the regionlaw of TGKH Air Force Base. Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization has a very broad impact on the lives of individuals, communities and countries. The impact covers various aspects such as ideology, politics, economics, socio-culture, and defence and security. Globalization can be interpreted as a process of interaction, dependency, interconnectedness, and mutual influence between individuals, groups, and countries. In the context of globalization, the life experience, ideas, and information has become a standard that applies throughout the world. This is due to increasingly sophisticated technological advances, from communication to transportation. Therefore, globalization has changed the face of the modern world and influenced the way humans live and interact. One of the influences of the global era that is of concern to the author is the problem of online loans which feels has really disrupted people's lives in society and the facts show that there have been so many victims as a result of this system. Online loans are money lending facilities by financial service providers that operate online. Because the system is virtual, online loans do not require collateral. Online loans are an innovation in the field of financial technology that makes it easier for people to borrow money. Firmly, online loans is a money loan facilitated by a financial service provider that is integrated with information technology, starting from the application process, approval to disbursement of funds carried out online or via SMS or telephone confirmation. Therefore, what online loans needs to be aware of are; 1) Loans without license. Online loans that are unregulated or do not have a license from a valid financial authority may be considered illegal; 2) Loans with high interest rates; 3) Aggressive or unfair billing; 4) Concealment of important information; 5) Identity falsification or fraud. This research was conducted in Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The research method used is normative juridical using secondary data generally from the library, along with case examples, supported by empirical research based on direct experience, experiments, and observations of realities that can be observed concretely.

Abstract

Every parent has a role in instilling the values of good manners in their children, as well as the parents who live in Rumah Betang So Langke who apply the values of good manners based on the life of the Dayak Tribe. The aim of this research is to describe the role of parents in instilling good manners in children aged 5-6 years at Rumah Betang So Langke. The research method used was qualitative in the form of a case study with a total of 11 resource persons consisting of parents, children, and traditional leaders. The results of the study show that: 1) The role of parents in instilling good manners in children aged 5-6 years at the Rumah Betang So Langke is by providing motivation, educating, and guiding, as well as by providing examples and role models for children. 2) The polite values applied by parents to children aged 5-6 years at Rumah Betang So Langke are greeting and kissing hands, saying please, saying hello when entering, asking without forcing, apologizing, calling people by good names, respecting others, speaking, fart, and respecting those who worship. Factors that influence parents in instilling good manners in children aged 5-6 years at Rumah Betang So Langke are parental factors and environmental factors.

Abstract

This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at examining the role of a da'wah-infused elementary science learning model in developing positive attitudes the elementary school students. The research method used included a systematic search, selection, and evaluation of relevant scientific articles published nationally and internationally between 2015 and 2025. The research subjects were 40 articles selected based on their relevance to the topic of developing positive attitudes in students through da'wah-infused science learning. Data collection techniques were carried out by identifying and extracting important information from these articles, particularly regarding the positive attitudes developed in students. Data analysis techniques included synthesizing and categorizing the findings based on the research questions. The results showed that 26 positive attitudes developed through the implementation of this learning model, with spirituality and responsibility being the most dominant, followed by empathy, honesty, and cooperation. Conclusion: The integration of da'wah values ​​in science learning plays a significant role in fostering positive attitudes and shaping the character of elementary school students. Further development and implementation of this learning model is recommended to strengthen character education at the elementary level.

Abstract

AbstrakLingkungan sosial budaya diperkirakan masih kuat melekat di masyarakat menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya kasus balita stunting di Kabupaten Landak. Tujuan penelitian mempelajari hubungan aspek sosial budaya dalam transcultural nursing terhadap kejadian balita stunting usia 24 – 59 bulan.Jenis penelitian observasional analisis dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu dan balita usia 24-59 bulan. Besar sampel 149 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisa data univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji statistik chi square, regresi logistik sederhana dan t independent, sedangkan analisa data multivariat menggunakan uji statistik regresi logistic ganda model prediksi. Hasil penelitian yaitu jumlah anak di keluarga, usia ibu, tipe keluarga, pantang makanan saat anak sakit berhubungan dengan stunting berdasarkan analisa bivariat dengan p value < 0,05. Setelah dilakukan analisis multivariat, faktor pantang makan saat anak sakit merupakan faktor dominan dengan (Adjusted OR 2,4) (CI 95% 1,2208-5,0225) dan (p value 0,01). Studi ini mengukuhkan bahwa perilaku seorang individu akan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sosial budaya setempat dimana individu tersebut tinggal dan menetap. Kata kunci  : stunting, pantang makanan, transcultural nursingAbstractOne of the reasons for the high rate of stunting cases in Landak Regency is the socio-cultural context, which is thought to still be very strongly rooted in the community. The goal of the study was to ascertain how the occurrence of stunting in children between the ages of 24-59 months and socio-cultural characteristics of transcultural nursing relate to one another. Cross sectional observational analysis was used in this study. Mothers and toddlers between the ages of 24-59 months made up the sample population, and there were 149 respondents. Frequency distribution statistics were used in univariate data analysis, the chi-square statistical test in bivariate data analysis, t-independent simple logistic regression in multivariate data analysis, and multiple logistic regression statistical test prediction models in multivariate data analysis. The results of the study were the number of children in the family, maternal age, type of family, food taboo when the child was sick and related to stunting based on bivariate analysis with p value<0.05. After multivariate analysis was performed, the factor of abstinence from eating when the child was sick was the dominant factor with (Adjusted OR 2.4) (95% CI 1.2208-5.0225) and (p-value 0.01). This study confirms that an individual's behavior will be influenced by the local socio-cultural environment in which the individual lives and settles.Keywords    : stunting, food taboo, transcultural nursing
