Abstract

Every parent has a role in instilling the values of good manners in their children, as well as the parents who live in Rumah Betang So Langke who apply the values of good manners based on the life of the Dayak Tribe. The aim of this research is to describe the role of parents in instilling good manners in children aged 5-6 years at Rumah Betang So Langke. The research method used was qualitative in the form of a case study with a total of 11 resource persons consisting of parents, children, and traditional leaders. The results of the study show that: 1) The role of parents in instilling good manners in children aged 5-6 years at the Rumah Betang So Langke is by providing motivation, educating, and guiding, as well as by providing examples and role models for children. 2) The polite values applied by parents to children aged 5-6 years at Rumah Betang So Langke are greeting and kissing hands, saying please, saying hello when entering, asking without forcing, apologizing, calling people by good names, respecting others, speaking, fart, and respecting those who worship. Factors that influence parents in instilling good manners in children aged 5-6 years at Rumah Betang So Langke are parental factors and environmental factors.

Abstract

This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at examining the role of a da'wah-infused elementary science learning model in developing positive attitudes the elementary school students. The research method used included a systematic search, selection, and evaluation of relevant scientific articles published nationally and internationally between 2015 and 2025. The research subjects were 40 articles selected based on their relevance to the topic of developing positive attitudes in students through da'wah-infused science learning. Data collection techniques were carried out by identifying and extracting important information from these articles, particularly regarding the positive attitudes developed in students. Data analysis techniques included synthesizing and categorizing the findings based on the research questions. The results showed that 26 positive attitudes developed through the implementation of this learning model, with spirituality and responsibility being the most dominant, followed by empathy, honesty, and cooperation. Conclusion: The integration of da'wah values ​​in science learning plays a significant role in fostering positive attitudes and shaping the character of elementary school students. Further development and implementation of this learning model is recommended to strengthen character education at the elementary level.

Abstract

AbstrakLingkungan sosial budaya diperkirakan masih kuat melekat di masyarakat menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya kasus balita stunting di Kabupaten Landak. Tujuan penelitian mempelajari hubungan aspek sosial budaya dalam transcultural nursing terhadap kejadian balita stunting usia 24 – 59 bulan.Jenis penelitian observasional analisis dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu dan balita usia 24-59 bulan. Besar sampel 149 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisa data univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji statistik chi square, regresi logistik sederhana dan t independent, sedangkan analisa data multivariat menggunakan uji statistik regresi logistic ganda model prediksi. Hasil penelitian yaitu jumlah anak di keluarga, usia ibu, tipe keluarga, pantang makanan saat anak sakit berhubungan dengan stunting berdasarkan analisa bivariat dengan p value < 0,05. Setelah dilakukan analisis multivariat, faktor pantang makan saat anak sakit merupakan faktor dominan dengan (Adjusted OR 2,4) (CI 95% 1,2208-5,0225) dan (p value 0,01). Studi ini mengukuhkan bahwa perilaku seorang individu akan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sosial budaya setempat dimana individu tersebut tinggal dan menetap. Kata kunci  : stunting, pantang makanan, transcultural nursingAbstractOne of the reasons for the high rate of stunting cases in Landak Regency is the socio-cultural context, which is thought to still be very strongly rooted in the community. The goal of the study was to ascertain how the occurrence of stunting in children between the ages of 24-59 months and socio-cultural characteristics of transcultural nursing relate to one another. Cross sectional observational analysis was used in this study. Mothers and toddlers between the ages of 24-59 months made up the sample population, and there were 149 respondents. Frequency distribution statistics were used in univariate data analysis, the chi-square statistical test in bivariate data analysis, t-independent simple logistic regression in multivariate data analysis, and multiple logistic regression statistical test prediction models in multivariate data analysis. The results of the study were the number of children in the family, maternal age, type of family, food taboo when the child was sick and related to stunting based on bivariate analysis with p value<0.05. After multivariate analysis was performed, the factor of abstinence from eating when the child was sick was the dominant factor with (Adjusted OR 2.4) (95% CI 1.2208-5.0225) and (p-value 0.01). This study confirms that an individual's behavior will be influenced by the local socio-cultural environment in which the individual lives and settles.Keywords    : stunting, food taboo, transcultural nursing

Abstract

Terrorism has become a serious international threat, and air transportation, particularly aircraft hijacking, is a crucial medium for criminal acts. This study aims to examine the legal norms regarding the regulation and effectiveness of law enforcement for terrorism crimes in the context of aircraft hijacking in Indonesia. Indonesia has ratified the Tokyo Convention (1963), The Hague Convention (1970), and Montreal Convention (1971), and regulates them in Law No. 5 of 2018 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism and Law No. 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation. The results of the study indicate that aircraft hijacking inherently contains elements of violence and threats that are characteristic of terrorism. Although the legal framework is in place, law enforcement faces obstacles, particularly related to regulatory weaknesses and criminal sanctions in the Aviation Law that have not provided a maximum deterrent effect. Therefore, a revision of the law is needed to strengthen legal certainty and justice.

Abstract

The imposition of criminal penalties for the crime of child molestation should require the judge to consider the consequences arising from the act, both the psychological and psychological aspects of the victim, so that in his decision he can satisfy the sense of justice for the victim and the community. Seeing this reality, criminal law should provide appropriate sanctions for the perpetrators of the crime so that the supremacy of law is truly upheld and order is created in society. The research method used is normative juridical law. The results of the study are Legal responsibility for perpetrators of sexual violence against children that the first form of responsibility is of course, criminal responsibility carried out by adult perpetrators which can be seen in the provisions of Article 82 Paragraph (1) must be viewed as inseparable from Article 76E of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. The form of legal protection against objects faced by objects and the implementation of Restitution from the perpetrator, that restitution is a form of material legal protection. The perpetrator of the crime or third party is responsible for replacing the loss by providing fair restitution to the victim of the crime, his family or dependents. Restitution includes the return of property or payment for damage or loss suffered and the restoration of rights

Abstract

This research aims to determine the correlation between students' mathematical abilities and science abilities. The population of this study were te students of the PGSD Department of FIP Makassa State University, the 6th Campus of Bone, Class of 2020, in totaling of 60 students. The data analysis technique were descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that the average mathematics and science abilities of students were 41.43 and 57.80 and the based on inferential statistical analysis it was found that the correlation coefficient value for students' mathematics and science abilities was of 0.858 and the sig. (two parties) value was of 0.000. Because the Sig value. < α/2 (with α=0.05) then H1 was accepted. The results of the research can be concluded that there is a relationship between students' mathematical abilities and students' natural science abilities: (1) the type of connection is unidirectional, meaning that if the students' mathematical abilities increase, the students' natural science abilities also increase or if the students' natural science abilities increase, the students' mathematical abilities also increase and (2) the relationship between mathematics ability and students' science ability is very strong and significant

Abstract

This research is a survey research which aims to describe the speaking skills of the prospective teacher students in interacting with their lecturers. The subjects of this research were the prospective teacher students of PGSD FIP UNM who were actively in taking the part in lectures taught by researchers (Konsep Dasar IPA, Pendidikan IPA Lanjutan, Pengembangan Konsep Dasar IPA, dan Evaluasi Pembelajaran) whose parents' work backgrounds were farmers. The population in this study was of 100 people. The sampling method uses is a quota technique. The sample size was of 80 people, obtained using the Slovin formula. The data collection techniques used were a observation and interview techniques with research instruments in the form of observation sheets, daily recording sheets and interview guides. The data analysis technique used was the descriptive data analysis technique. Research results and conclusions: In general, the students in speaking when take interacting with their lecturers demonstrated the speaking skills of "not being rude" and "thankful" every time they end a conversation with their lecturer. Meanwhile, generally, the students lack of in speaking skills in terms of: speaking correlated, not interrupting the conversation, not having a commanding tone in the conversation, being empathetic, paying attention to the time, and paying attention to the lecturer when speaking. In other words, when students speak in take interacting with lecturers, they generally lack of connection, interrupt, have a commanding tone, lack of empathy, pay less attention to the time and pay less attention to the lecturer when speaking.

Abstract

Keberadaan pabrik alat – alat pertanian dan pertukangan di daerah banyak manfaat yang didapat salah satunya menambah lapangan tenaga kerja supaya tidak menuju kota untuk mencari pekerjaan. Keberadaan pabrik yang sudah berdiri agak lama ini sudah banyak membantu warga sekitar untuk menambah pendapatannya .Untuk keberlangsungan pabrik berdiri yang dewasa ini banyak para pesaing yang juga ingin exist ditengah persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Untuk itu perusahaan dituntu untuk menjaga akan kualitas produknya tersebut untuk memenangkan persaingan dalam merebut pasar yang sangat kompetitif. Untuk produk yang dihasilkan yang memenuhi pasaran banyak pabrik - pabrik yang memproduksi mulai pabrik besar maupun pabrik yang kecil yang mana dalam produksinya tinggal pelanggan mana produk yang dipilih. Untuk produk alat –alat pertanian dan pertukangan yang dihasilkan CV. Putra Agung dalam satu bulan menghasilkan permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam produksi tersebut banyak memiliki kecacatan yang mempengaruhi nilai kualitas dan nilai jual produk tersebut. Adapun yang hal – hal yang mempengaruhi nilai jual produk antara lain : Ganco, palu, sekrop, alat plester tembok, palu, sabit dll. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk memberikan masukan atau usulan dalam perbaikan mengurangi cacat pada produk dengan menggunakan metode PDCA. Dalam metode PDCA ini menggunakan beberapa tahap dalam untuk tahap Plan : cara menyelesaikan permasalaahan antara karena Manpower (tenaga kerja), Machines (mesin-mesin) Methods (metode kerja): Materials (bahan baku dan bahan penolong), Media, Motivation (motivasi), Money (keuangan), Untuk tahap Do dengan cara menentukan apa yang perlu dilakukan dalam melakukan perbaikan Manpower (tenaga kerja), Machines (mesin-mesin) Methods (metode kerja): Materials (bahan baku dan bahan penolong), Media, Motivation (motivasi), Money (keuangan) . Untuk tahan selanjutnya dilakukan tahap Check yaitu melakukan pengujian terhadap sampel produk yang dihasilkan setelah ada perbaikan dan masukkan. Dan untuk tahap terakhir dilakukan pada tahap Action yang mana pada tahap ini dilakukan masukkan atau usulan untuk perbaikan dalam mengurangi produk cacat atau rusak dan mengusulkan pembuatan SOP dalam melakukan pekerjaan baik itu peraturan kerja amaupun dalam saat pelaksaaan produksi dimulai dari awal pekerjaan sampai selesai pekerjaan. Pada tahap Check melakukan pengujian sampel produksi setelah menerapkan tindakan perbaikan. Pada tahap Action melakukan usulan perbaikan yang telah berhasil mengurangi cacat produk yaitu pembuatan SOP peraturan pekerja dan SOP pelaksanaan produksi.

Abstract

Di era seperti sekarang ini persaingan usaha yang membutuhkan fokus yang lebih dalam untuk memenangkan persaingan usaha yang sangat kompetitif, perusahaan dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk dengan mutu yang sesuai harapan pelanggan. Produk dengan mutu yang dihasilkan perusahaan yang sesuai harapan pelanggan merupakan langkah menuju perusahaan yang sehat. Untuk mendapatkan pengakuan pelanggan baik itu yang ada di dalam negeri maupun pengakuan pelanggan internasional produk yang dihasilkan haruslah produk atau sistem tersebut sudah mendapatkan pengakuan yang sudah ditetapkan lembaga standar yang resmi. Untuk standar yang digunakan adalah ISO 9001 : 2015 yang mana standar internasional tersebut mengenai tentang manajemen mutu, dalam penerapannya harus konsisten dikarenakan berpengaruh tentang loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Peningkatan mutu akan produk tersebut merupakan salah satu cara bagaimana perusahaan menerapkan strateginya untuk mendapatkan atensi pelanggannya dengan tetap eksis menggunakan produk perusahaan dengan konsisten dan bisa menjadi jembatan kepada calon pelanggan baru maupun pelanggan pesaing untuk beralih menggunakan produk perusahaan dengan mutu produk yang sesuai harapan. Manajemen mutu yang baik dan diterapkan sesuai harapan pula maka sales dengan sendirinya akan bisa meningkat. Dalam peningkatan sales peranan tim sales sangat berperan penting untuk memahami dan melaksanakan bagaimana menyusun strategi yang tepat sasaran guna bisa mencapai target sales yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Dengan melihat kondisi dilapangan tidak mudah di prediksi arahnya baik kondisi pelanggan sendiri maupun aktifitas pesaing dan banyak lagi hal – hal lainnya. Penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan suatu gambaran umum tentang penerapan Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001pada perusahaan PT Oxyplast Indonesia untuk di analisis tentang pengaruhnya dalam penerapan sistem tersebut yang sudah diterapkan dalam meningkatkan sales perusahaan dan apa saja yang menjadi pendukung maupun penghambat dalam penerapannya.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi penerapan ISO 9001 terhadap peningkatan sales dan standart mutu powder coating, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif.

Abstract

The Nusantara Fishing Port (PPN) Kejawanan is located in the Lemahwungkuk District of Cirebon City. Cast nets are a widely used fishing gear for catching squid. This study aims to describe how cast nets are operated and to analyze variations in squid catch productivity per trip and per gross tonnage (GT) of the vessel. The method used was a survey method through direct observation and interviews to obtain technical data on fishing operations and catch results. Observations were made on seven (7) cast net vessels per month (n = 7 vessels/month) during the period January–March 2024. The results of the study show that during January–March 2024, the highest productivity value occurred in January at 7,349 kg/trip and the lowest value was 6,224 kg/trip in February. Meanwhile, the highest productivity per GT of vessel catch was in January at 183.73 kg/GT of vessel, and the lowest was in February at 121.02 kg/GT. This variation in productivity between months occurred in the context of the season and was related to a combination of technical operational factors and fishing environmental conditions.
