Abstract

This research aims to analyse the increasingly complex breach of contract in the digital era, with a focus on the phenomenon of breach of contract that occurs in online transactions. This research was conducted at the company PT ILMCI Indonesia International, with the aim of providing theoretical and practical contributions in developing effective strategies to overcome breach of contract and support the improvement of company performance in the midst of digital challenges. This research uses two methods, namely normative and empirical legal research, to provide a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between legal theory and the practice of breach of contract that occurs in the field. Hopefully, the results of this research can serve as a guide for companies in designing stronger and more legally binding digital contracts.

Abstract

Introduction: Echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the larva stage of a Taeniidae parasite of Echinococcus. Echinococcus granulosus (E. granulosus) causes cystic echinococcus (CE) and is the most common species causing disease in humans. A pleural hydatid cyst should be considered initially with a corresponding chest radiograph. It can develop into fatal complications, including secondary infection, severe bleeding, bronchial rupture and pleural or pericardial cavities. This case report shows a rare case of a pleural hydatid cyst. Case: We reported a 59-year-old woman with shortness of breath and a productive cough for three months. The chest radiography and computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a cystic lesion measuring 14.2 x 18.5 cm with edge calcification thick around 3 mm. The pleural histopathology revealed that the cyst wall was made of fibrocollagen with a red oval echinococcus. The patient received oral albendazole/ABZ (400mg BID) for three months, paracetamol (500mg TID), and n-acetylcysteine (200mg TID). After three months, the patient had no complaints, only shortness of breath with heavy activity. Conclusion: It is important to be aware of this condition to avoid inappropriate and potentially dangerous underdiagnoses and treatment, which could endanger the patient.

Abstract

Soil erosion causes a loss of nutrients in the soil and is evident in the agricultural areas of Batu City, primarily due to the steep or very steep topography. So it will affect the level of production. Determination of the effectiveness of observation was based on four classes of slope: 0-8%, 8-15%, 15-30%, and >30% at various altitudes: <1,100 m, 1,100-1,300 m, 1,300-1,500 m, 1,500-1,700 m, and >1,700 m above sea level 40 observation points. Geostatistical analysis with ArcMap software was conducted to determine the pattern of semivariograms. The results of this study indicated that the slope, altitude, and organic matter affect the yield of potatoes. The resulting formula is y = 11.845 - 0.258x1 + 0.007x2 + 2.454x3, where y is the potato productivity, x1 is slope, x2 is altitude, and x3 is the organic C, with r value is 0.87 and R2 value = 0.74. The highest potential production of potatoes in Bumiaji reached 33.06 t ha-1, and the lowest was only 7.12 t ha-1. Available land planted with potatoes can produce  35,891 t of potato, with average productivity reaching 24.6 t ha-1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) dalam meningkkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa sekolah dasar. Studi kepustakaan merupakan suatu studi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi atau data dengan mengkaji atau menganalisis berbagai macam bentuk materi yang diambil dari berbagai sumber seperti dokumen, buku, majalah, artikel, kisah-kisah sejarah dan sebagainya. Sumber yang menjadi bahan kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah jurnal, buku, perpustakaan, laporan tugas akhir, dan prosiding seminar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari tanggal 20 Juni sampai dengan tanggal 16 Juli 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis beberapa artikel dari suatu jurnal, buku, tugas akhir mahasiswa, dan prosiding hasil seminar yang relevan dengan judul penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menerapkan PAIKEM untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA, guru menerapkan PAIKEM sebagai model, sebagai pendekatan dan sebagai strategi. Dalam menerapkan PAIKEM untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa, guru selalu menerapkan pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan. Pembelajaran Aktif adalah proses pembelajaran yang membuat siswa dapat berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran IPA. Pembelajaran inovatif adalah proses pembelajaran dimana guru selalu berinovasi. Pembelajaran kreatif adalah yang membuat kreasi-kreasi berkaitan materi IPA. Pembelajaran efektif adalah proses pembelajaran yang menekankan adanya strategi pengorganisasian pembelajaran IPA, strategi penyampaian materi IPA, dan strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran IPA. Pembelajaran menyenangkan adalah proses pembelajaran tanpa rasa bosan dan rasa lelah. Hasil Belajar IPA yang diajar dengan PAIKEM selalu mengalami peningkatan atau berbeda secara signifikan dengan hasil belajar IPA dari siswa yang tidak diajar dengan PAIKEM.

Abstract

This research is a library research which aims to find out the students' mistakes in writing their thesis reports in relation to the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The research object is the 15 copies of student theses for 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The data collection technique used is to directly examine the data source, namely the student theses. The research instrument used was a document recording sheet. The data analysis technique used is narrative descriptive and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Results and conclusions: the mistakes were made by the students (thesis writers/makers) in conducting the thesis research or writing the thesis regarding instrument validation and reliability include: the students/thesis makers not carrying out the empirical validation and not carrying out the reliabilization, validating research instruments (content/surface validation/ construct), but it is not clear in what terms the instrument was validated and in the validation sheet it is not clear in what terms (on what criteria) the validator gives a score of 1, 2, 3, and 4 on the items to be validated, the improvements that have been made based on validator suggestions/input are not included in the thesis, improvements that have been made based on the validator's suggestions/input are not included in the thesis, validating learning tools that should not be necessary, and not validating content/surface/construct instruments (not including evidence) evidence related to instrument validation). The biggest mistake students/thesis makers namely they were not implementing the empirical validity and reliability of the instruments

Abstract

This research is a correlation research that aims to determine whether there is or there is not a correlation between the students' naturalist intelligence and the environmental care attitude of the Students High Grade at SD Negeri 30 Mico, Palakka District, Bone Regency. The population of this research was all the high grade students, while the sample was the entire of the population, in totaling of 66 peoples. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. Research data was obtained using a questionnaire with the Guttman scale. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, naturalist intelligence obtained an average value of 19.42 and the attitude of caring for the environment obtained an average value of 18.50. Based on inferential statistical analysis, it showed that tcount (3.472) is greater than the ttable value (1.671). Thus, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between naturalist intelligence and the environmental care attitude of high grade students at SD Negeri 30 Mico, Palakka District, Bone Regency

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament Type Cooperative Learning Model to Improve the Science Learning Outcomes for the V Students at SD Negeri 163 Tellulimpoe, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in the V of SD Negeri 163 Tellulimpoe with a totaly of 16 students as subjects consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. Data collection techniques in this research used an observation and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative. Based on the results of this research that has been carried out, the student learning outcomes increase through the implementation of the teams games tournament type cooperative learning model. This can be seen from the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes of 62.5% in cycle I, to 81.25% in cycle II, an increase of 18.75%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the team games tournament type cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in science subjects for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 163 Tellulimpoe

Abstract

This research was motivated by the application of a humanistic-based Quantum learning model to improve the students' science learning outcomes in the 5th Grade at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1 Bone Regency. The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of humanistic-based Quantum learning model can or can not improve the science learning outcomes of the 5th Grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The subjects in this research were all of the fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency in totaling 15 students. The data collection technique used was the test technique. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive. Research results: the number of the students who completed cycle I was of 9 people (60%) and in cycle II was of 12 people (80). Conclusion: the application of a humanistic-based Quantum learning model can improve the science learning outcomes of the fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This research is a correlational research which aims to determine whether there or there is not a correlation between the teacher creativity and the active learning of high grade students in Indonesian language subjects at SDN 102 Mario, Bone Regency. The population and sample in this study were all of the high grade students at SDN 102 Mario, in amount of 84 students. The data collection used a questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis techniques used a descriptive statistical analysis and an inferential statistical analysis. Based on the descriptive statistics results of the research, the average teacher creativity was of 55.83 (high category). Meanwhile, the average student learning activity was of 32.88 (medium category), rcount ≥ rtable (0.0971 ≥ 0.212) at a significance level of 5%. Thus, H is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusion: there is a correlation between the teacher creativity and the high grade students' learning activeness in Indonesian language subjects at SDN 102 Mario, Bone Regency with a very strong correlation level.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research that aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the third-grade students of SD Negeri 47 Unra through the application of Dekak-Dekak ​​teaching aids. The subjects of this study were of the 9 people of the third-grade students at SD Negeri 47 Unra. The action plan in this study consisted of two cycles with four stages, namely : planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used were observation and testing. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of the study showed that there was an increasing in the students' mathematics learning outcomes from cycle I (sufficient qualification) to good qualification in cycle II. The conclusion of this study is that the application of Dekak-Dekak ​​teaching aids can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the third-grade students of SD Negeri 47 Unra, Awangpone District, Bone Regency.
