Abstract

Pendidikan suatu proses dalam rangka mempengaruhi siswa agar dapat menyesuaikan diri sebaik mungkin terhadap lingkungan dan berfungsi secara kuat dalam kehidupan masyarakat untuk membekali diri dalam menghadapi masa depan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran. Termasuk pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam materi iman kepada malaikat dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dan satu siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengamatan, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah menggunakan tes. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil dari Penelitian ini berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam materi iman kepada malaikat, hal ini dapat dilihat dapat dilihat bahwa hasil belajar siswa terus meningkat dari Pra-Siklus sampai pada Siklus II penelitian Tindakan kelas ini. Pada saat Pra-Siklus, Hasil belajar dengan skor diatas 75 dipeoleh hanya 46,88% naik menjadi 56,25% pada siklus I. Kenaikan terjadi lagi pada siklus II menjadi 87,50%. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang cukup signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam materi iman kepada malaikat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to discover and analyse the principles of supervision from the point of view of the Qur'an and Sunnah, as well as how they can be applied in Islamic education. Education supervision is crucial to improving teaching learning processes and educational outcomes. According to this study, an effective approach to supervision can be found in the teachings of Islam, especially in the Qur'an and Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Research results show that the Quran and Sunnah contain principles of supervision that emphasize justice, transparency, constructive advice, and loving supervision. This research found that these principles in educational supervision can improve work ethics, teacher performance, and student learning outcomes if applied. Furthermore, this research compares Islamic supervision with conventional, and finds that Islamic has higher moral and ethical integrity than conventional. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis prinsip supervisi dari sudut pandang Qur'an dan Sunnah, serta bagaimana mereka dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam. Supervisi pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar dan hasil pendidikan. Menurut penelitian ini, pendekatan supervisi yang efektif dapat ditemukan dalam ajaran Islam, khususnya dalam Qur'an dan Hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW. Ayat-ayat Qur'an dan Hadits adalah sumber utama penelitian ini, serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Qur'an dan Sunnah mengandung prinsip-prinsip pengawasan yang menekankan keadilan, transparansi, nasihat konstruktif, dan pengawasan yang penuh kasih. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prinsip-prinsip ini dalam supervisi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan etika kerja, kinerja guru, dan hasil belajar siswa jika diterapkan. Selain itu, penelitian ini membandingkan supervisi Islami dengan yang konvensional, dan menemukan bahwa yang Islami memiliki integritas moral dan etika yang lebih tinggi daripada yang konvensional.

Abstract

Teacher administration is an important element in the implementation of effective and efficient education. This administration covers various aspects, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and management of educational resources. In the context of teaching and learning activities, teacher administration plays a role in ensuring that the learning process runs smoothly, is structured, and in accordance with the established curriculum. Teacher administration involves arranging lesson schedules, managing classes, monitoring student progress, and preparing and implementing learning programs. In addition, teacher administration is also related to the development of teacher professionalism through training and workshops aimed at improving the competence and quality of teaching. Effective teaching and learning activities depend not only on the academic abilities of teachers, but also on their ability to manage administration well. With well-organized administration, teachers can focus more on the teaching process, create a conducive learning environment, and meet the individual needs of students. This study aims to explore the relationship between teacher administration and the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities in schools. The results of the study are expected to provide new insights for the development of better education management strategies, as well as improving the quality of education at various levels. Abstrak Administrasi guru merupakan elemen penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Administrasi ini mencakup berbagai aspek, termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengelolaan sumber daya pendidikan. Dalam konteks kegiatan belajar mengajar, administrasi guru berperan dalam memastikan bahwa proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan lancar, terstruktur, dan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang telah ditetapkan. Administrasi guru melibatkan pengaturan jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, pemantauan perkembangan siswa, serta penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran. Selain itu, administrasi guru juga berkaitan dengan pengembangan profesionalisme guru melalui pelatihan dan workshop yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas pengajaran. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan akademis guru, tetapi juga pada kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola administrasi dengan baik. Dengan administrasi yang tertata rapi, guru dapat lebih fokus pada proses pengajaran, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, dan memenuhi kebutuhan individual siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara administrasi guru dan efektivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi pengembangan strategi pengelolaan pendidikan yang lebih baik, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di berbagai jenjang.

Abstract

Educational personnel administration is the entire process of activities that are planned and carried out deliberately and seriously as well as providing ongoing and ongoing guidance to teachers and employees in schools or educational institutions. Personnel administration is the entire structuring process that is concerned with the problem of obtaining and using the workforce and the school efficiently, in order to achieve predetermined school goals. With good administration of teachers and employees, we can achieve our business goals even better, namely more effectively and more efficiently. This administration is a tool to achieve goals faster, more successfully, more economically in the use of tools and costs. In personnel administration, it is the main supporting element that enables students to excel in the teaching and learning process. Among personnel members there are arrangements of duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology due to globalization has led to digital transformation in several educational sectors, particularly in school administration. Using a literature review approach, this article aims to explore school administration management and the impact of digital transformation, as well as to identify the challenges faced and opportunities that can be leveraged to improve the quality of education. The research shows that school administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Digital transformation in school administration, such as the use of integrated information management systems, online learning platforms, and classroom management applications, can enhance transparency and data accuracy within schools. However, several challenges, including budget limitations, lack of technical skills, resistance to change, and data security issues, are still obstacles that need to be addressed. By understanding these aspects, educational institutions are expected to design effective strategies to integrate technology and capitalize on its potential for better educational management.

Abstract

The curriculum is the core of the educational system, guiding the objectives, targets, and learning processes in schools. Effective curriculum administration is essential to ensure successful educational outcomes by managing the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. This study aims to explore the strategies and challenges involved in curriculum administration in schools. Utilizing a literature review method, this research analyzes primary and secondary sources from relevant literature on curriculum management in education. The findings indicate that a well-structured curriculum administration can enhance teaching quality and student performance. However, challenges such as resource limitations, policy misalignment, and lack of flexibility in curriculum design continue to impede the process. This study recommends improving collaboration between educators and administrators, integrating technological advancements, and ensuring curriculum relevance to student needs and global demands. By addressing these challenges, curriculum administration can play a critical role in achieving quality education and preparing students to face modern global challenges.

Abstract

Teacher administration and teaching and learning activities are two important entities in the world of education. The existence of teacher administration is needed to support teaching and learning activities. The aim of this research is to explore the importance of teacher administration to the success and quality of teaching and learning. The method used in this research is literature study. Data collection was carried out by reading a collection of scientific articles/journals and books in various digital library institutions and the internet. The analysis was carried out based on similar research as well as studies of various theories regarding teacher administration, learning and teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that although teacher administration does not have a significant influence on the quality of learning, its existence must still be used as a guide in designing teaching and learning activities. The interactions that occur between teachers and students in learning are very much determined by the teacher's preparation and supporting facilities.

Abstract

Infrastructure management is a crucial element in the development of Islamic educational institutions; however, its management often faces challenges such as budget constraints and unequal distribution of facilities. This study aims to analyze the role of infrastructure administration in enhancing the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions and how effective management can contribute to the development of these institutions. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, analyzing various literatures related to infrastructure administration and its implementation in Islamic educational institutions. Data was collected through reviewing relevant journals, articles, and books, and analyzed descriptively. The findings show that effective infrastructure administration, which includes planning, procurement, maintenance, and disposal, plays a significant role in improving education quality. Adequate infrastructure can create a conducive learning environment, improve access to education, and support extracurricular and religious activities. In conclusion, proper management of infrastructure is a key factor in the development of Islamic educational institutions, although challenges such as budget limitations and human resources still need to be addressed for optimal results.

Abstract

Teacher competence is one of the key factors influencing the quality of education in a country. Competent teachers are able to carry out the teaching and learning process effectively, enabling students to achieve optimal learning outcomes. However, in reality, not all teachers possess adequate competence. Therefore, continuous efforts are required to improve teacher competence. One effective way to achieve this is through educational supervision. This study aims to identify the definition of teacher competence, understand the role of supervision in improving teacher competence, and explore the strategies of supervision to enhance teacher competence. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, analyzing various literatures related to educational supervision. Data was collected through a review of relevant journals, articles, and books, and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that with effective supervision, teachers can receive the guidance and support needed to develop their professional competence. Several supervision strategies that can be applied include clinical, collaborative, formative, and technology-based supervision. With continuous and directed supervision, it is expected that teacher competence will improve, which in turn will enhance the overall quality of education.
