Abstract

This increasingly modern era often affects students so that their learning motivation becomes faded and results in student learning outcomes not meeting the criteria for maximum school completion. Therefore, it is necessary for a teacher as a professional to overcome it, such as applying innovative and varied learning models in each subject. This study aims to improve student motivation and learning outcomes through the Round Clud learning model in class X TBSM UPT SMK Negeri 10 Pinrang. This research is a class action research so that data collection is in the form of observation methods, test methods, and documentation. The data obtained then analyzes it with analytical descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) The percentage of student learning motivation increased each cycle. Where in the first cycle it is in the low category of 40.4% and increases in cycle II with a very high category of 80%, 2) The completeness of student learning outcomes has increased every cycle. Where the average in cycle I is 67.9 and increases to 88.3 in cycle II, then in classical completion in cycle I by 30% and cycle II increases to 90%. Thus, it is concluded that the application of the Round Club learning model can increase student motivation and student learning outcomes in Indonesian history subjects for class X upt students of SMK Negeri 10 Pinrang.

Abstract

A healthy and safe environment is essential, because a healthy and secure environment can make a person work quietly, and the results of work are expected to meet the established standards. Job satisfaction is one of the factors that influences the working environment. This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. Hypothesis test results in tcount>ttable (10,292>1,664), Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

The main purpose and this study are to the satisfaction of patients in terms of punctuality, The satisfaction of patient in terms of information, the satisfaction of patients in terms of technical competence, the satisfaction of patients in terms of human relations, The satisfaction of patients in terms of convenience, the objective of the study was to understand and analyze resident satisfaction with health quality at the local government general hospital of Pangkep Regency. The method of this study is to analyze facts regarding the view from punctuality, information, technical competence, human relation, and convenience on patient satisfaction with the service experience at the local government pangkep Regency. The data for the study was collected through questionnaires and observation. The population of the study was all patients and their family members residing in the pavilion room. The results of the study showed patient satisfaction with a quality experience at the local Government Pangkep was categorized as high. The patients were satisfied with the quality of their experience. The satisfaction of patients in terms of punctuality. The satisfaction of patients in terms of information, The satisfaction of patients in terms of human relations. The satisfaction of patients in terms of convenience. The satisfaction and quality certainty were also categorized based on the study result. It was suggested that the hospital management could always improve the doctors' and nurses' quality and increase the number of pavilion rooms.

Abstract

Augmented reality memungkinkan penggunanya memproyeksikan hasil tampilan desain-desain yang diinginkan ke dalam dunia nyata, melalui layar smartphone. Penggunaan teknologi augmented reality yang digunakan pada smartphone mempermudah penggunanya dalam memahami objek benda yang ada di dunia nyata. Teknologi augmented reality sangat berguna untuk memahami bentuk dari objek alat-alat dapur, karena memperlihatkan betuk asli dari objek tersebut, sehingga mempermudah seseorang yang ingin bekerja di dapur memahami fungsi alat-alat tersebut. Pada teknologi augmented reality diperlukan sebuah marker base tracking untuk membuat objek 3D dapat di tampilkan ke dalam dunia nyata dengan menggunkan pandangan kamera smartphone. Dalam pembuatannya teknologi augmented reality diperlukan sebuah software unity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran biologi umum berbasis blended learning di Universitas Nggusuwaru Bima. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk memahami efektivitas metode pembelajaran ini dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan khususnya dalam bidang biologi umum yang memiliki kompleksitas materi yang tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi kepada mahasiswa dan dosen pengampu mata kuliah biologi umum. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran biologi umum berbasis blended learning dan 2 dosen yang terlibat dalam proses pengajaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Reduksi Data (reduction data), Penyajian Data (display data) dan Menarikan kesimpulan (cocluting drawing) dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kehadiran mahasiswa dalam sesi daring mencapai 85%, kualitas konten menunjukkan bahwa 80% mahasiswa merasa materi yang disajikan relevan dan menarik, 85% mahasiswa merasa puas dengan pengalaman belajar mereka, nilai akhir mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Biologi Umum mencapai 90% yang menunjukkan pencapaian yang baik dan sebagian besar mahasiswa (80%) melaporkan bahwa mereka dapat beradaptasi dengan baik terhadap format pembelajaran daring. Mahasiswa merasa lebih termotivasi dan terlibat dalam proses belajar karena adanya kombinasi antara pembelajaran daring yang fleksibel dan interaksi langsung dengan dosen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi khususnya dalam bidang biologi umum.

Abstract

The problem of plagiarism is a serious problem in tertiary institutions, given the high number of plagiarism acts that do not uphold the principle of honesty. Problems related to plagiarism in the academic field have been widely discussed in previous studies. However, previous studies that were conducted only focused on checking thesis similarities, but had not implemented the stemming algorithm in processing the data used in the research. Therefore, in this study a plagiarism detection system will be developed in thesis journals by implementing the Rabin Karp algorithm and optimization with the Literary Stemmer algorithm so that it is expected to increase the accuracy of the results of plagiarism detection. Based on the results of tests carried out through a combination of the Rabin Karp algorithm and optimization with Stemmer Literature in detecting plagiarism of student thesis journals, an accuracy rate of 80% was obtained in detecting similarities in student thesis journals in this study and the average speed of execution time was 25.6934 seconds.

Abstract

The complexity of the motifs and large number of different patterns make the classification of Toraja carvings challenging. The objective of this study is to develop a Convolutional Neural Network automatic classification model using a comparative analysis of the performance of three ResNet architectures. Data augmentation techniques were used to enrich the diversity of the training samples and improve the robustness of the model. The experimental results showed that ResNet101V2 had the highest validation accuracy, which was greater than 97%, followed by ResNet50V2 with more than 96%, and finally, ResNet152V2 with more than 94.74%. These test results indicate that the ResNet101V2 architecture has a better classification performance for complex motifs, with a good balance between precision and recall. However, the confusion matrix and per-class performance metrics indicated that motifs with high similarity, such as Paqdon-Bolu and Paqtedong, remained challenging. This study demonstrated that deeper CNN architectures and data augmentation techniques are effective in improving the classification accuracy of complex carving patterns. Further research should explore hybrid or advanced augmentation methods to improve the overall robustness and accuracy of the model.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a voluntary employee behavior that does not directly cause imbalance, but contributes significantly to organizational effectiveness. This behavior is strongly influenced by internal employee factors, such as commitment to the organization and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on OCB among PT. XYZ employees. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-associative design was used in this study. The entire population consisting of 45 employees was taken as a sample using a census technique. Data collection was carried out through a Likert-sized questionnaire (1–5), which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that organizational commitment (β = 0.41; p < 0.01) and job satisfaction (β = 0.35; p < 0.01) had a positive and significant partial effect on OCB. Simultaneously, the two variables explained 57.2% of the variation in OCB (R² = 0.572; F = 28.6; p < 0.001). In conclusion, increasing employee commitment and job satisfaction is an important strategy in forming a work culture that supports OCB behavior and increases organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and digitalization has broadened access to various investment instruments, driving greater participation in investment activities, especially among younger generations. This shift highlights a contrast between classical investment theory, which emphasizes rational decision-making, and real-world investor behavior often influenced by trends, emotions, and phenomena like fear of missing out. This study aims to compare the performance of Bitcoin, LQ45 index stocks, and Antam gold using recent data, including local gold prices. A comparative analysis approach is used to evaluate which investment yields the best performance. The findings, based on the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen methods, reveal notable performance differences. Bitcoin achieved the highest Sharpe ratio, reflecting high potential returns relative to total risk, making it attractive for high-risk-tolerant investors. Antam Gold ranked highest on the Treynor ratio, indicating its strength in generating returns relative to market risk (beta), and serving as a more stable option for conservative investors. LQ45 stocks excelled using the Jensen method, showing their ability to deliver returns above market expectations, ideal for fund managers seeking to outperform benchmarks. This research reinforces the importance of aligning investment instrument choices with individual risk profiles and financial goals.

Abstract

Mobil bekas menjadi pasar penjualan mobil yang cukup diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pasar mobil bekas di Indonesia secara mendalam. Melalui analisis data dan survei, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data-data berisi informasi tentang berbagai daftar mobil bekas, atribut dan fiturnya, termasuk merek, tahun pembuatan, harga, jumlah cicilan, jarak tempuh, jenis transmisi, lokasi, jenis plat nomor, dan berbagai fitur seperti kamera belakang, sunroof, kaca spion otomatis, dan banyak lagi. Secara garis besar, penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda serta memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang prediksi harga mobil bekas berdasarkan fitur di Indonesia.
