This research examines income distribution and poverty in Indonesia through the lens of Islamic economics. By focusing on the principles of inclusiveness, fairness, and sustainability in Islamic economics, this research goes in-depth on economic inequality and poverty in Indonesia through a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings show that despite a decline in poverty, income inequality in Indonesia is still high, creating a widening gap between the rich and poor. In-depth analysis reveals the important role of Islamic economics, zakat, infaq, and Islamic financial institutions in addressing inequality and poverty. The research also examines the challenges in implementing Islamic economic principles and presents innovative strategies to improve income distribution. The focus on zakat and infaq as potential redistribution instruments highlights the need for a more structured and sustainable approach. This research provides a foundation for inclusive and equitable policies, guiding Indonesia's steps towards equitable and sustainable economic growth. By integrating Islamic economic principles, this research suggests ways to create a more just and prosperous society, in accordance with Islamic principles and global sustainable development principles.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy in Strengthening Business Incubators to Form an Entrepreneurial Spirit in Islamic Higher Education. This study uses the Analytic Network Process method and the help of Super decision software. The results of the study show that the obstacles encountered in the Business Incubator Strengthening Strategy as forming an entrepreneurial spirit in Islamic Universities in North Sumatra can be divided into two, namely internal and external problems. Internal problems come from regulations, lecturers, digitization and infrastructure, while external problems come from network partners, environment and funding. Based on the results of the research that has been done, regulatory issues are a top priority in the Business Incubator Strengthening Strategy to Form an Entrepreneurial Spirit in Islamic Higher Education in North Sumatra with a score of 0.298.

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Medan, Indonesia. UMKM berperan sebagai tulang punggung ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, mendiversifikasi produk, dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Namun, mereka dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti akses terbatas terhadap modal, pendidikan, dan regulasi. Dalam konteks ekonomi syariah, UMKM menjadi alat untuk mencapai kesetaraan dan distribusi kekayaan yang merata. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran UMKM dalam perspektif syariah, mengidentifikasi tantangan, dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan. Hasilnya menunjukkan UMKM berperan penting dalam mengatasi pengangguran, menciptakan produk lokal yang beragam, dan mendukung ekonomi yang inklusif. Namun, diperlukan solusi terhadap tantangan keuangan, pendidikan, pemasaran, dan regulasi. Dukungan dari pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan perguruan tinggi bersama dengan pengembangan ekonomi syariah dapat mengoptimalkan kontribusi UMKM dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Kota Medan.

Economic potential shows the ability of economic resources produced by an area that needs to be developed to provide added value for economic development. The economic potential of the ecobrick community in the Bukit Lawang plantation village can be seen from the many economic resources generated from the utilization of ecobrick such as the construction of a recycling village and the manufacture of modular furniture crafts. With the use of ecobricks, they become goods that have economic value so that they can improve the economic welfare of the community. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, with the data sources used in the form of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were used in the form of interviews, observation, and direct surveys. The research results obtained that the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village is one of the areas that utilize waste to become ecobrick as a manifestation of a creative business that can become a selling point of quality goods so that the use of ecobrick can improve the economic welfare of the community by fulfilling the needs for clothing, food, and shelter. that is needed by society. The use of this ecobrick is the result of an agreement from the community to utilize plastic waste to become a quality selling point.

In analyzing the company's financial performance can be done using the Du Pont System method. Du Pont System is a chart designed to show the return on assets obtained from multiplying the profit margin by the total turnover of total assets. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that caused the decline in financial performance using the Du Pont System method at PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi). This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The object of this research is the audited financial statements of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) for the period 2018 to 2022. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis can be concluded that from the level of Net Profit Margin for five years, namely from 2018 to 2019 and from 2021 to 2022, it can be said that it has increased even though in 2020 there was a decrease and the company's performance is quite good because in these five periods the company has never experienced losses, from the level of Asset Turn Over for five years, namely from 2018 to 2019 and from 2021 to 2022

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the internal control system at PT. Petrokimia Kayaku (Persero), Tbk Tanah Karo Branch, is aware of the suitability of the company's financial statements which have been presented based on PSAK No. standards. 1, and knowing the obstacles faced in implementing an internal control system. This research includes qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data which was carried out using interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the company's internal control system is divided into two parts, namely financial audit and operational audit. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles, namely audit results which are often ignored by company management, communication network problems between the Factory and head office, inadequate infrastructure to the Factory. Another obstacle at the head office is that the Head of SPI no longer has staff because the old staff have resigned so that SPI is not optimal in carrying out audits. Then the implementation of SOPs is not optimal. As well as obstacles in terms of human resource development, namely that the implementation of job training for employees is not carried out periodically so that employees are still constrained in carrying out their duties. In facing these obstacles, the company will always carry out continuous supervision and carry out training for all human resources at PT. Petrokimia Kayaku (Persero), Tbk Tanah Karo Branch so that the existing internal control system can run as well as possible.

Highlighting the experiences of countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Saudi Arabia, the study underscores the transformative role of Falah in shaping economic development strategies. From the integration of Falah-based economies to the empowerment of Sharia-compliant economic sectors, each nation exhibits a unique approach to realizing this paradigm. The article emphasizes the significance of aligning with Sharia principles, fostering socio-economic well-being, and contributing to sustainable development goals. Indonesia is one of the countries whose residents have started using the internet in conducting buying and selling business transactions, with the increasing number of internet users and online business transactions, a marketplace, Shopee, was born. Shopee is an online marketplace platform that is used to practice buying and selling goods actively and easily. The products offered by this application are very diverse, ranging from garments, cellphones, beauty products, electronics, sports instruments, medicines, home furnishings, office stationery to food and beverages. Shopee services are implemented in interactions between producers and consumers quickly, easily and precisely. The advantages of Shopee are not only online business transactions, but Shopee is also a source of employment which is quite large and easy to work on. The sales strategy carried out by Shopee is very good so that this makes sellers and buyers more comfortable in shopping. The Shopee application is very suitable to be used as a sales medium because the promotional features provided by Shopee are able to increase the seller's sales profit. From the explanation above, the Hyunbina Collection business has a marketing method to sell products to consumers, it is necessary to use the Shopee Marketplace Sales to increase sales of women's bags. Based on the background of these problems, the authors are interested in compiling a Final Project report with the title "The Effect of Utilizing the Shopee Application in Increasing Sales of Hyunbina Collection".

The role of the government through training activities and job fairs to reduce unemployment in Asahan Regency is seen from 3 indicators from the vision of the Asahan Regency Manpower Office, namely creating a competitive, productive, and prosperous workforce. This study aims to determine how the government's role in training programs and job fairs and the results of the analysis of the government's role in training and job fairs to reduce the number of unemployed according to the perspective of Islamic economics. The research methodology used is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the government's role in reducing unemployment through training programs and job fairs is seen from the 3 indicators from the vision of the Asahan District Manpower Office that has played an optimal role and the results of the analysis of the government's role in training and job fairs to reduce the number of unemployed workers have not been able to reduce unemployment. The number of unemployment rates in Asahan Regency is still increasing every year, when viewed from the basic values of Islamic Economics, the government's role in conducting training programs and job fairs to reduce the unemployment rate is fair and responsible, but the social security provided by the government can be said to be lacking effective because there are still many people who have not got a job after participating in the job fair.
