Abstract

Pendekatan Jelajah Alam Sekitar merupakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan lingkungan sekitar peserta didik sebagai objek belajar biologi yang fenomenanya dapat dipelajari melalui kerja ilmiah. Materi ekosistem merupakan materi biologi kelas X yang membutuhkan pengamatan secara langsung agar siswa lebih memudahkan memahami konsep tentang ekosistem. Penerapan metode jelajah alam sekitar bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik bagi siswa dan dapat memudahkan siswa dalam memahami konsep tentang ekosistem. Keefektifan penerapan metode pendekatan jelajah alam sekitar dapat dilihat dari nilai LKPD yang diperoleh kelas X IPA 2 yakni nilai tertinggi yaitu 85 menunjukan bahwa pemahaman siswa sangat baik dan nilai terendah yaitu 40 yang disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa. Pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sekolah di SMAN 1 Gunungsari sebagai sumber belajar yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam mempelajari materi khususnya dalam pembelajaran biologi.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the factors that influence to the quality of pension fund financial reports, a proxy with earnings management. These factors related to corporate governance. This research using 22 Pension Fund in Indonesia, which was established and approved by the Minister of Finance until 2005 and still actively running the business as the Pension Fund by the end of 2009. The research period is taken is 4 years, starting in 2006 until 2009. This research used multiple linear regression model. The independent variable in this research include variable performance of the Pension Fund, the rights of stakeholders, disclosure, and type of Pension Fund that is predicted significant influence on the quality of pension fund financial reports. The result of this research showed that only the audit quality has positive and significant influence on the quality of Pension Fund financial reports, whereas for the variable performance of the Pension Fund, the rights of stakeholders, disclosure, and type of Pension Fund showed no significant effect on the quality of the financial reports of the Pension Fund. Variable types of the Pension Fund (sharia and non-sharia), no significant influence on the quality of Pension Fund financial reports, this can be expected because up to this time there are no special regulations for sharia Pension Funds. Sharia arrangements in relation to aspects of Sharia Pension Funds activities, such as guidelines for preparing the financial reports of Sharia Pension Fund is still using regulations that apply to non Sharia Pension Fund. Abstract

Islam recognizes that every human being who is born has been equipped with nature in the form of basic potential and abilities. These basic potentials are still hidden in him. The introduction of human nature will have implications for Islamic education. Islamic education exists to develop the human nature that it already has and minimize the development of human negative potential. The development of this nature is a must because these potentials are still in a simple form that is always waiting for the help and touch of others to develop it. Natural development must continue to be pursued through the educational process, considering the existence of human nature which is still weak (especially at the age of infancy). If there is no adult intervention, it is certain that the baby will be disabled and lose his humanity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline, motivation, and commitment on the performance of the employees of the Economic Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study were all 28 employees of the Bureau of the Economy. The data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the following test results: Y = 2.688 + 0.299X1 + 0.244X2 + 0.462X3 The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Economic Bureau of East Kalimantan Province, and there is no and no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Economic Bureau of the Province of East Kalimantan. Partially, work discipline has no effect and is not significant on employee performance with a ttable value of 2.063 > (more) tcount 1.639 with a significance value of 0.114 > (more) 0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a ttable value of 2,063 < (less) tcount of 2,145 with a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05. And work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a ttable value of 2.063 < (less) tcount 2.913 with a significance value of 0.008 <0.05.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease and is one of the most important contributors to heart disease and stroke which together are the number one cause of premature death and disability in the world. Hypertension control can be done if the patient regularly checks blood pressure at a health facility. Blood pressure control cannot be separated from one's motivation. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the motivation of hypertensive patients to control their blood pressure. The design of this   research is the descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were hypertensive patients at the Simpang Tiga Public Health Center. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 66 respondents. The data collection technique used a family support questionnaire and a control motivation questionnaire which contained 22 valid and reliable statements data analysis using a chi-square test. The showed that 43 respondents (65.2%) had high support and 58 respondents (87.9%) had high motivation. Based on the results of the chi-square test, p-value = 0.115 (>0.05). There is no relationship between family support and the motivation of hypertensive patients to control blood pressure at the Simpang Tiga Health Center.Keywords: Blood pressure control; family support; hypertension; motivation.

Abstract

Some problems in real life can be solved by using mathematics. The first step to solving the problem is to formulate or represent the problem in mathematical language. The process of formulating or representing into mathematical language is referred to as mathematical modeling. The implementation of mathematical modeling in the classroom is still relatively new and rarely applied in the classroom. However, based on the statements of several experts, it is explained that mathematical modeling can be taught, studied and suggested to be implemented in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to present the results of studies from several sources data related to the implementation and the role or importance of implementing mathematical modeling learning in the classroom. The research method used in this research was literature review. Furthermore, based on the study of several literatures, it is found that learning mathematical modeling is recommended to be implemented in the classroom because it has many positive effects on students. Some researchers explain that learning mathematical modeling is important to be implemented in the classroom because it can improve students motivation, creativity, and independence in learning mathematics. However, it also explains some of the weakness of learning mathematical modeling and recommendations for follow-up.

Abstract

Mempelajari Al-Qur'an sangat penting bagi umat Islam di mana pun untuk menjalani kehidupan yang memuaskan. Ilmu ini adalah kunci yang membuka ilmu-ilmu keislaman lainnya. Seseorang dapat belajar lebih banyak tentang ilmu Islam, termasuk bab-babnya tentang aqidah, ibadah, moral, dan agama, melalui membaca, menulis, dan memahami Al-Qur'an saat dipelajari. Pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan kesadaran budaya baca tulis Al-Qur’an di kalangan ibu-ibu perumahan Graha Tirto Asri. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, pengajaran langsung/demonstrasi, praktik (hands-on learning) dan tanya jawab. Hasil pengabdian ini menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan ini menjadikan sebuah perubahan-perubahan, perubahan langsung, seperti orang yang sebelumnya tidak tahu Al-Qur'an menjadi akrab dengannya, mereka yang sebelumnya tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur'an akhirnya bisa melakukannya, dan orang yang sebelumnya tidak tahu huruf-huruf abjad menjadi tahu, makharijul menjadi akrab dengan huruf makharijul, membantu mereka yang kesulitan membaca Al-Qur'an untuk melakukannya. Serta membantu orang-orang yang sebelumnya tidak mengetahui panjang pendeknya bacaan Al-Qur'an menjadi sadar, dan mereka membantu orang-orang yang sebelumnya tidak mengetahui bacaan wakaf (tempat untuk berhenti membaca Al-Qur'an). 'an) untuk menyadarinya. Sementara itu, untuk perubahan tidak langsung, seperti hati Ibu-ibu yang membaca al-Qur’an menjadi lebih tenang, keluarganya lebih bagus, dan bisa memberi contoh pada anak-anak dan keluarganya untuk membiasakan membaca al-Qur’an di rumah sehingga tumbuh energi positif dari dalam diri ibu-ibu yang membiasakan membaca al-Qur’an dan berpengaruh terhadap keluarganya.

Abstract

Equity Crowdfunding is an alternative investment instrument, Indonesia with the largest Muslim population is a potential market for Islamic Equity Crowdfunding. The purpose of this study is to identify the motivation of investors to invest in this instrument. There are three subject sizes, namely; related to project funding (network externality and perceived informativeness), related to a platform (perceived accreditation, structural assurance, and third-party seal) related to fundraising (Islamic value congruence, social interaction ties). Belief perspective is divided into cognitive and affective. The sample used is 101 investors spread across Indonesia in a national equity crowdfunding company with Islamic-based management. The data was processed using the structural equation modeling technique using the WarpPLS 7.0 tool. The results of this study prove that investor interest is directly influenced by cognitive and affective beliefs and network externalities. Trust is proven to be able to mediate perceived informativeness on interest. The form of investor cognitive trust is perceived accreditation and third-party seal. The shapers of investor's affective trust are perceived informativeness, structural assurance, and Islamic value congruence. This finding can be used as the basis for how startup companies in sharia-based equity crowdfunding instruments build trust and interest.Keywords: Equity Crowdfunding, Trust, willingness to invest, project, platform, fundraiser.
