Abstract

Surface water is a strategic freshwater reserve that meets the needs of households, agriculture, livestock, industry, and research. Surface water quality is affected by anthropogenic activities and seasonal variations, which can pose ecological risks. This study aimed to assess the water quality of the Darma Reservoir, the status of water quality and trophic levels, and trends in water quality changes in the rainy and dry seasons. The study was conducted for one year, from October 2023 to September 2024, covering the rainy and dry seasons. Sampling was carried out at eight stations spread across three zones of the Darma Reservoir, namely the inlet zone, utilization zone, and outlet zone. Water quality parameters were tested using PCA, the water sample measurements were compared with water quality standards (PP/22/2021), and the Regulation of the Minister of State for the Environment number 28 of 2009 was analyzed using the STORET index. The results of the study showed differences in water quality characteristics between seasons, where the concentration of Total Nitrogen (TN) showed an increase in the rainy season, while the concentration of Total Phosphate (TP) was higher in the dry season.

Abstract

This study purposes to know how NFJuara application is accepted by the users in Nurul Fikri Lampung using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Integrated with D&M IS Success Model. Data was collected by a validated questionnaire with inner model and outer model testing using PLS-SEM software SmartPLS. The type of data in this study is a quantitative approach. The number of samples collected was 143 respondents. Results of this research show that one of the hypotheses is rejected, that is, Service Quality (SEQ) does not affect Perceived Usefulness (PU) significantly. Besides that, this study shows that Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) affect as significant Acceptance of IT (AI) with R2=0.59 (Moderate) and β=0,36 (PUàAI), β=0,46 (PEUàAI). These findings imply that developers of NFJuara applications need to improve the service quality to increase acceptance, although overall NFJuara application is accepted by the user because they still feel the benefits and usefulness of the application. The contribution of this study lies in testing the technology acceptance model in the context of mobile learning, which enriches the literature on the adoption of application-based e-learning, as well as providing practical recommendations for application developers to enhance user experience.

Abstract

Inventory management is a critical aspect of business operations, but at PT Integrasi Data Nusantara, the process of determining optimal stock levels and reorder points is still done manually, leading to risks of overstocking or stockouts. This results in high operational costs and potential dissatisfaction among training participants due to a mismatch between supply and dynamic demand. This study aims to optimize the goods tracking and inventory system by using a Genetic Algorithm to address these inefficiencies. The research was conducted at PT Integrasi Data Nusantara using historical training demand data and associated inventory cost data. The methodology includes designing an optimization system, implementing a genetic algorithm with a chromosome structure (ROP, ROQ), a fitness function that minimizes total costs, and evolutionary operators (selection, crossover, mutation). The research results show that the developed system is effective in recommending optimal inventory policies, successfully eliminating all stockout incidents, and significantly improving cost efficiency compared to manual methods. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a Genetic Algorithm can be an adaptive and functional solution to support more accurate, efficient, and automated inventory decision-making.

Abstract

This research attempts to highlight the syncretism of Islam and local culture that occurs in the reality of society. The focus of this research is what elements of the principles are syncretized with each other, in what ways and at what level the syncretic process occurs. Syncretism is a combination of two opposing elements, initially referring to the unification carried out in political matters, then developing in the field of religion, especially Christianity and Protestantism. The development of today's science that is experiencing ups and downs has also impacted the use of terms that are not only dichotomous in one field but also diverse in nature. The results of this research show that the syncretic elements are in a series of religious rituals, the media used through the externalization of culture. The conclusion of this research is the existence of syncretism between Islamic culture and local culture of the archipelago.

Abstract

The younger generation is the next generation of the nation in all respects, so that the nation becomes better. They are obliged to protect what has become the basis of a nation from changes that can eliminate the characteristics of a nation. The ability of the next generation must be supported to develop by the nation and state, so that the characteristics of a nation and state can be maintained and developed for the better for the whole community, for example cooperatives. The development of the world makes most of the younger generation less remember and less interested in developing one of the characteristics of the nation in the economic field. So that at this time the existing cooperatives tend to appear underdeveloped in Indonesia, because there tends to be a lack of regeneration in their organizational structure. To overcome this, the government should also assist the process of making cooperatives into organizations that are able to attract the younger generation to work for the organization and community members who are part of it, and help the government seek to increase people's income, whether they are members or not.

Abstract

Baby massage is a massage that is done closer to fine strokes or tactile stimulation done on the surface of the skin. Data from a preliminary survey conducted in Tunjung Village, Udanawu District, Kabupaen, Blitar stated that out of 10 infants aged 0-6 months, 6 of them (60%) did not experience weight gain. And 3 of them who did not gain weight said their children had never been in a baby massage. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with a two-group posttest with control design The population to be used in this study is all infants in Tunjung Village with the age of < 1 year in January 2023. The sampling technique uses Simple Random sampling. The samples in this study were 32.16 for the control group and 16 for the treatment group. Treatment by giving baby massage is done 2x a week for 15 minutes within 4 weeks. The statistical test used the Mann Whitney. Based on the statistical test carried out obtained by Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.007 < (α = 0.05), then Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted meaning that there was a difference in baby weight after baby massage between the control group and the treatment group. It is expected that baby massage can be routinely done so that the baby's weight increases and growth runs normally.

Abstract

Cultivation of layer chickens carried out by the Kelompok Ternak Unggas Halmahera is carried out with the aim of meeting the needs of the community in meeting the need for animal protein derived from eggs and to increase the business of cultivating laying hens from a production aspect as well as an economic aspect so as to increase the income of livestock groups, especially those in Halmahera Selatan Regency. The methods used in carrying out this activity to achieve the objectives and overcome the problems faced by farmers include training in handling DOC and implementing vaccinations, training in making feed, guidance to livestock groups which is carried out on an ongoing basis, monitoring and evaluation carried out on assisted livestock groups. The results of implementing this service activity are (1) The laying hen livestock group has the ability to improve the planning of its business activities; (2) Have the ability to handle the initial arrival of DOC; (3) The livestock group has been able to make plans for work programs from the Starter to Layer periods; and (4) Ability and skills in implementing disease control

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji esensi penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam serta upaya implementasinya dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, memanfaatkan berbagai sumber seperti buku, catatan, artikel, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Berbagai konsep yang dikumpulkan dianalisis untuk memahami hakikat nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dan penerapannya dalam pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam dan pembentukan karakter berfungsi sebagai landasan untuk mendorong manusia memiliki itikad baik dalam mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan memenuhi kebutuhan manusia melalui aktivitasnya. Pendidikan Islam mampu membangkitkan kesadaran individu sebagai seorang Muslim yang bertanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri, masyarakat, dan umat. Di sisi lain, pendidikan karakter berperan dalam membangun integritas pribadi yang kokoh, bijaksana, serta mampu menghindarkan peserta didik dari sikap mental nihilisme, hedonisme, dan alienasi intelektual.

Abstract

A recommendation system is a system that provides suggestions or recommendations to a product or service for its users. One of the problems encountered in the recommendation system is sparsity, namely the lack of available data for analysis, resulting in poor performance of the recommendation system because it cannot provide the proper recommendations. On this basis, this study proposes the mean method and the stochastic hot-deck method to calculate missing values to improve the quality of the recommendations. The experimental results show that the hot-deck imputation method gives better results than the mean imputation method with smaller RMSE and MAE values, namely 2,706 and 2,691.

Abstract

Novel "Istri Kedua" tells the story of polygamy experienced by several women. This story is a true story written by Asma Nadia and Isa Alamsyah. The image of women in this matter was taken because, some people still think that women are weak creatures and are easily deceived, so the depiction of a woman will prove that women have a better image than other people think. Novel "Istri Kedua" is analyzed with feminism theory, feminism theory is taken because feminism is a study that opposes patriarchal culture. The method used in this research is qualitative description with data in the form of paragraphs, sentences, and words related to the image of women. The results found are, the image of women is divided into two, namely the self-image of women and the social image of women. The self-image of women based on the self depicted by women both physically and psychologically, while the social image of women is reflected in the behavior of women both in the family and in society.
