Abstract

While student motivation consists of high learning motivation and low learning motivation is an attribute variable. As the dependent variable in this study is abilityReading Comprehension Student. As for the results of research on the management of science learning by using a modelsnowball throwing and CIRC to increase students' learning motivation and abilityReading comprehension it can be concluded that science learning uses a modelsnowball throwing andCIRC regularlyblanded can increase learning motivation and abilityReading comprehension student. In the experimental class, the average value was 77.6% and increased to 81.6%, and the test resultsreading comprehension in the experiment 78.8%, while in the control class 68.9%.

Abstract

Cirebon, a city rich in history and culture, seeks to modernize while preserving its unique heritage. As part of its Smart City initiative, there is a need for a unifying symbol that reflects its identity and connects its technological advancements with cultural heritage. Wistakon, a symbol rooted in local tradition, is proposed as the ideal icon for this purpose. The study employs a mixed-method approach, including qualitative interviews with local stakeholders (government officials, cultural experts, and residents) and quantitative surveys to gauge public perception and acceptance of Wistakon as a city icon. Additionally, an analysis of successful case studies from other smart cities using cultural icons will be conducted to draw best practices.This research aims to conduct a performance study of the Wistakon Application service as an identity icon for Cirebon smart city. In this research, researchers examine the weaknesses and obstacles that arise when this application is used by domestic tourists. Apart from that, researchers also studied the benefits of the Wistakon application. The literature study used is the Integrated Guest-Operator Framework (IGOF) Theory as a framework for understanding the relationship between tour operators and tourist guests in the context of the tourism industry. This theory emphasizes the importance of integration and balance between the needs and expectations of tourist guests with the strategies and operations carried out by tour operators. Based on the results of the study, researchers concluded that the Wistakon application still needs development, socialization and promotion.

Abstract

Ngingas Hamlet is an area located in Simpang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. This hamlet has a tourist attraction called Alas Outbound or better known as Alas Prambon. However, in Ngingas Hamlet it is felt that it has good potential by adding a village mural and there is still a lack of dena in Alas Outbound tourism and there is still no RT / RW sign. The purpose of this design is to create an environmental graphic design that is applied according to the needs of Ngingas Hamlet.This environmental graphic aims to find out the layout, location plan and identity of the head of the RT / RW in Ngingas Hamlet, as well as beautify Ngigas Hamlet by making a village mural so that visitors get a happy atmosphere when visiting Alas Outbound.Data collection methods used in this design include observation, literature study, documentation and interviews. Abstract

Cough and runny nose are symptoms of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in children under 5 years old. ARI is a major cause of morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases worldwide. ARI is also the third cause of death in the world. The problem of cold cough in toddlers is very common, because toddlers' immune systems are still low so they are very susceptible to contracting viruses. Parents who find their child has a cold cough think it is normal for toddlers. Late and inappropriate handling of cold coughs can exacerbate the toddler's condition resulting in seizures. The purpose of the researchers to conduct this study was to determine the mother's knowledge about cold cough massage in infants aged 0-12 months. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a design. sampling using Cross Sectional, the data collection tool is a questionnaire, the results of this research show that there are 10 mothers' knowledge based on the lacking category (33,3%), 16 mothers with adequate knowledge (53,3%), and mothers with sufficient knowledge good as much as 4 people (13,3%). Abstract

This study aims to utilize the Clustering Algorithm in grouping the population Which have complaint health with algorithm K-means in Indonesia. Source data study This collected based on the information documents. The total population of the province have complaints health produced by the Central Bureau of National Statistics. The data used in this study are data for 2013-2017 which consists of 34 provinces. The method used in this research is K-means algorithm. The data will be processed by clustering in 3 clusters, namely level clusters high health complaints, clusters of moderate and low health complaints. Data center for clusters high population level 37.48, Centroid data for clusters of moderate population level 27.08, and Centroid data for low population level cluster 14.89. So that the acquisition of the assessment is based on the population index owned health complaints with 7 provinces with high levels of health complaints, namely Central Java, in Yogyakarta, Bali, Nusa Southeast West, Nusa Southeast East, Borneo South, Gorontalo, 18 province level complaint moderate health, and 9 other provinces including low levels of health complaints. It can be input to the government to pay more attention to residents in each area that has high health complaints through improving public health services so that the Indonesian population becomes healthier without exists complaint health.

Abstract

Pelajaran adalah sesuatu yang wajib di dapatkan setiap mahluk sosial di dunia ini. Melalui edukasi seseorang dapat memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan. Dibidang pendidikan terdapat sesuatu perlengkapan mengajar khusus disediakan pada jenjang pelajaran dalam bentuk silabus. Survei tersebut juga bermaksud mencari tahu penyusunan program silabus yang terdapat di SDN 3 Tambun dan bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran baik K-13 ataupun program belajar sekarang ini yang di terapkan di kelas 1 dan 4 SDN 3 Tambun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencaan kurikulum merdeka di SDN 3 Tambun belum berjalan dengan baik. Pembeda baik K-13 dan program belajar yang sekarang ini mencakup hal yang berbeda di suatu proses belajar mengajar, dokumentasi, perencanaan penyiapan belajar, penilainan proses belajar, serta jam lokal . Metode yang di gunakan dalam melakukan review yakni teknik kualitatif dan memakai metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pengambilan data. Sekarang ini K-13 telah berubah jadi silabus khusus yang diimplementasikan pada sekolah tetapi, terdapat juga dirancang di KEMENDIKBUD yang baik buat di terapkan.

Abstract

B Background: Babies and children are susceptible to bronchopneumonia due to infection caused by Streptococcus pneumonia and Haemophilus influenzae. Nursing problems that often arise due to bronchopneumonia are ineffective airway clearance due to airway hypersecretion and the child's inability to expel secretions. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to overcome this problem is effective cough training. Objective: Effective cough training aims to train children who cannot yet cough effectively to be able to clear the larynx, trachea, and bronchioles of secretions or foreign objects in the airway. Method: This case report describes the application of effective cough training in a child aged 7 years 11 months with ineffective airway clearance problems. Sampling was based on the criteria of the child's age being over 5 years, rapid breathing frequency, and the presence of additional breath sounds on lung auscultation. Results: The results of applying effective coughing training for 3 days showed changes in the child's general conditions, phlegm was able to come out, there wasn't additional breath sound (rhonchi), and respiratory frequency and oxygen saturation improved. Conclusion: The conclusion is that this intervention can help children expel phlegm, improve respiratory frequency, and increase oxygen saturation. Suggestions for pediatric nurses, that effective cough training can be an independent intervention in overcoming problems with respiratory system disorders.

Abstract

This research has the aim of knowing how the effect of role playing learning on increasing social studies learning motivation in 6th grade students of SD Bojong Salam 4. This study uses an experimental method. or experiment. Based on quantitative data analysis, it can be concluded that this role playing learning model has a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the administrative division of PT Kehatilab Indonesia Tangerang Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study show that: (1) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.686 (XI). (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.702 (X2) (3) Work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance by showing a value of 0.793 (Y). Work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.375 + 0.667 X1 + 0.597 X2 with the adjusted r square coefficient of determination being 0.495 or 49.5%, while the rest (100% - 49.5% = 505%) are influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or (36.345> 3.13) is obtained. In addition, it is known that the significant value is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of administration employees at PT. . Kehatilab Indonesia South Tangerang (Y).

Abstract

Indikator pelayanan rawat inap berdasarkan standar Depkes yaitu BOR, LOS, TOI, dan BTO dapat digunakan untuk mengukur mutu pelayanan dan pengambilan keputusan. Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Surakarta memiliki nilai LOS dan BTO yang fluktuatif setiap tahun dari tahun 2017-2021 masih belum sesuai standar ideal yang ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran prediksi kebutuhan tempat tidur di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta tahun 2022-2026 dengan menggunakan metode analisis trend linear regression. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah data rekapitulasi sensus harian rawat inap pada tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan cara mencatat data tentang jumlah tempat tidur, hari perawatan, jumlah pasien keluar hidup dan mati, periode waktu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prediksi kebutuhan tempat tidur mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2022-2026. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kebutuhan tempat tidur tahun 2022-2026 yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan jumlah hari perawatan, lama dirawat, dan jumlah pasien keluar hidup dan mati. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan tempat tidur untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan serta pendapatan rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
