Abstract

This Thematic KKN was carried out with the aim of building synergy between students, the Pematang Gubenur Village community, and various related parties to jointly advance the village through the development of MSMEs. Through training, mentoring, and socialisation activities, it is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in managing their businesses. In addition, this activity also aims to build a wider marketing network for local MSME products so as to increase the income of the village community. With the resulting product, namely the manufacture of garbage cans for the village.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 03 Empat Lawang of South Sumatra is an agency that operates in the field of education, the objective that must be observed SMK Negeri 03 Empat Lawang of South Sumatra is the process of processing student value data, the procedures that occur in processing student value data are still manual or written, the values students and lecturers are collected in a large number of papers and it makes it difficult for teachers, admins to control them, the problems that occur include quite a few test papers, assignments, final semester exams being lost, students also have to wait a long time to find out their grades, therefore in this final assignment discusses the PHP MYSQL-based student grade data information system at SMK Negeri 03 Empat Lawang of South Sumatra. The software development method used is Waterfall, and in the research process the data collection techniques used include interview observation and literature study, this grade data information system designed to simplify the way teachers and admins work in managing student grade data such as per meter report cards, apart from that, students can also view and print their own report cards online.

Abstract

This service aims to socialize and assist the partnership program of parents, schools, and the community in involvement in the implementation of early childhood education, as mandated by the Minister of Education and Culture No. 30 of 2017 concerning Family Involvement in Education. This activity was carried out in Lawela Village, South Buton Regency. This service activity consists of 3 stages. The first stage is the Community Service Team together with parents, schools and communities to carry out FGD (Forum Group Discussion) to socialize the partnership program. The second stage is partnership assistance to families, schools and communities. Third Stage The Service Team conducts interviews and observations to parents, teachers and the community regarding involvement in children's education at the Lawela Village Kindergarten. The results of this service show that through the socialization and assistance of the partnership program, a partnership relationship is built between parents, schools and the community, towards the implementation of early childhood education. These three elements of education are mutually involved in parenting programs, building communication for early childhood education, learning activities at home, and joint decision making.

Abstract

One alternative to preserve the existence of black orchid populations in nature is to carry out ex-situ conservation by multiplying them using in vitro culture methods. In vitro propagation requires the right composition of growth media, including the addition of growth regulators to stimulate shoot and root initiation, especially auxin and cytokinin groups at the right concentration. The aim of this research is to obtain the best interaction concentration of shallot extract and BAP for the growth of black orchids on MS media in vitro. The research was carried out at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak, which lasted for 3 months. This research used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is shallot extract with 3 treatment levels, namely m₁= 15 g/l, m2 = 30 g/l, m3 = 45 g/l. The second factor is BAP with 3 treatment levels, namely b1 = 1 mg/l, b2 = 1.5 mg/l, b3 = 2 mg/l. The variables observed were shoot emergence time (MST), root emergence time (MST), increase in the number of shoots (buds), increase in the number of leaves (strands) and increase in the number of roots (roots). The research results showed that there was no interaction between shallot extract and BAP in influencing the growth of black orchids, of all the growth variables observed. The concentration of shallot extract independently had a significant effect on the variable of increasing the number of leaves, and the shallot extract concentration of 45g/l was an effective concentration, producing 4.55 leaves. Keywords : Black Orchid, BAP, In vitro, Shallot extract  INTISARISalah satu alternatif untuk melestarikan keberadaan populasi anggrek hitam di alam adalah dengan melakukan konservasi  secara ex- situ dengan memperbanyaknya menggunakan metode kultur in vitro.  Perbanyakan in vitro membutuhkan komposisi media tumbuh yang tepat, termasuk penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh untuk merangsang inisiasi tunas dan akar, terutama dari kelompok auksin dan sitokinin dengan konsentrasi yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan konsentrasi interaksi ekstrak bawang merah dan BAP yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan anggrek hitam pada media MS secara in vitro. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Labolatorium Bioteknologi Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak yang berlangsung selama 3 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu ekstrak bawang merah dengan 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu m₁= 15 g/l, m2 = 30 g/l, m3 = 45 g/l. Faktor kedua yaitu BAP dengan 3 taraf perlakuan  yaitu b1 = 1 mg/l, b2 = 1,5 mg/l, b3 = 2 mg/l. Variabel yang diamati yaitu waktu muncul tunas (MST), waktu munculnya akar (MST), pertambahan jumlah tunas (tunas), pertambahan jumlah daun (helai) dan pertambahan jumlah akar (akar). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara ekstrak bawang merah dan BAP dalam mempengaruhi pertunbuhan anggrek hitam, dari semua variable pertumbuhan yang diamati. Konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah secara mandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel pertambahan jumlah daun, dan konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah 45g/l merupakan konsentrasi yang efektif dengan menghasilkan 4,55 helai. Abstract

The Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Bengkulu Province is one of the government agencies that annually conducts outreach to farmer cultivators to increase crop yields. Therefore, in this study an expert system application was developed that can be used by cultivators to find out pests and diseases that attack plants based on the symptoms they experience. The expert system for diagnosing oyster mushroom pests and diseases at the Agriculture and Food Security Service of Bengkulu Province can be used as a tool to help diagnose oyster mushroom pests and diseases by entering the symptoms experienced by the oyster mushroom. This expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010). The expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms has been applied to the Certainty Factor Method which is used to obtain a percentage level of certainty for pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms based on the symptoms experienced by oyster mushrooms. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional application of the expert system for diagnosing oyster mushroom pests and diseases is running as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations in the form of a diagnosis of oyster mushroom pests and diseases

Abstract

Cataracts are a disease when the lens of the eye becomes cloudy and cloudy. In general, cataracts develop slowly and are not bothersome at first. However, over time, cataracts will interfere with vision and make the sufferer feel like seeing a foggy window, making it difficult to drive, read, and carry out daily activities. The expert system for diagnosing cataracts at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu was created to assist in diagnosing cataract patients by entering the symptoms experienced by the patient. In the process of diagnosing the expert system, a method has been applied as an inference engine that makes it easier to find out the results of the diagnosis, this method is Forward Chaining. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system for diagnosing cataracts at Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital has been running well as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations to determine cataracts.

Abstract

This study aims to create an expert system application to determine the type description of mental disorder in humans using certainty factor method. Mental Disorders are a group of symptoms characterized by changes in a person's thoughts, feelings and behavior that cause dysfunction in carrying out daily activities. The problems that often occur are the lack of knowledge and limited sources of information causing low public awareness of efforts to prevent and even treat mental disorders. The MySQL database can accommodate patient information and data who consult with an expert system that can make it easier for patients to consult about Mental Disorders. From the results of the system program on users, it was found that the average results of respondents' answers which reached 53% answered strongly agree, 26% answered agree, 14% answered less agree and only 7% of respondents answered disagree. So from the results of data processing, it can be concluded that this system is feasible to use. Because more than half of the respondents agree that this system is suitable for use

Abstract

Toko Izza Aquarium is a business that sells animal feed and aquarium equipment. This research analyzes the sales data of Toko Izza Aquarium by applying the Apriori algorithm with the aim of providing data-based strategic recommendations to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This research is also expected to contribute in the field of sales data analysis in small and medium enterprises. The application of data mining to analyze the sales data of the Izza Aquarium Store is to provide information. The results of the analysis of Monthly sales data for the Izza Aquarium Store. Can be used as a parameter for inventory management at the Izza Aquarium Store and also provides information about the best-selling items at the Izza Aquarium Store. In analyzing sales data, the Apriori method is applied, so that the final result stage of the analysis passes the Apriori Method stage by meeting the Minimum Support and Minimum Confidence that has been determined. Based on the results of tests carried out on a data sample of 20 transactions in August 2024, the sales products that are most in demand by the public meet Minimum Support of 15% and Confidence 90% It turns out that Misster Puss Salmon and Chat Choice Green.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, posing significant public health challenges globally. The prevalence of hypertension with uncontrolled blood pressure and its increasing number is not only caused by individual negligence but can be caused by community ignorance as a result of a lack of information on a disease. Measures to control and prevent hypertension in the community can be carried out including hypertension self-management education, introduction of antihypertensive plants, and training in making health supplements from herbs. To improve the degree of public health and knowledge of the community in the area of West Martapura Subdistrict, counseling, and training were conducted with the PKK mobilizing team of West Martapura Subdistrict using visual (electronic) media, leaflets in the form of education and demonstrations of making health supplements (fermented garlic). In this activity, the average post-test results of knowledge about self-management of hypertension prevention and control were 90.5, the average knowledge of herbal plants that have the potential as antihypertensives was 89.0 and the average post-test value of knowledge and skills in making health supplements from herbal plants in the form of fermented garlic was 84.5.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the student community service programs at Dehasen University. In 2025, KKN emphasizes the development of student creativity as well as an understanding of the conditions and potential of the target community. One of the main issues raised is the low reading interest among students in Indonesia, which remains a serious problem despite the increasing access to information through technology. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to describe the understanding of school community members regarding literacy and its implementation in teaching and learning activities in elementary schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand the phenomenon in depth. The research results show that the reading method, which involves asking students to read a text and retell its content, accompanied by the provision of rewards, effectively improves students' reading skills significantly. Students showed improvement in understanding the text, recognizing difficult words, and visualizing the content of the reading. In addition, this activity also successfully increased students' interest in reading, making them more motivated to read other books. Teachers reported an improvement in students' speaking and writing skills as a result of this activity. Thus, the reading program implemented through community service (KKN) has proven effective in improving students' academic abilities while also building a strong literacy culture.
