Abstract

Transisi TK ke SD masih melekat budaya mewajibkan anak memiliki ketrampilan membaca oleh pandangan orang tua walaupun orang tua sudah teredukasi bahwa pembelajaran di TK dunia anak itu eksplorasi bermain. Bahkan orang tua rela anak les untuk mahir membaca, maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui miskonsepsi orang tua dalam transisi TK ke SD wajib tidaknya ketrampilan membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dilaksanakan di semester dua berlokasi TK Tunas Harapan Nusa Dukuhsalam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakaan wawancara, observasi, maupun dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan miles, hubernan, dan saldana berupa mencari data, menyajikan, dan penarikan kesimpulan melalui instrumen pedoman wawancara dan peneliti sendiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tetap adanya harapan anak mahir membaca dalam transisi TK ke SD karena kekhawatiran orang tua terhadap pembelajaran di jenjang tersebut walaupun orang tua sudah teredukasi tetap saja mencari cara agar anak mahir dalam ketrampilan membaca termasuk pemberian hadiah dan menunggu kondisi hati anak mau belajar membaca dengan hakikat keliru karena kebiasaan lingkungan dan kebudayaan transisi TK ke SD yang memang dianggap memerlukan hal tersebut. Tidak ada yang salah memberikan pengenalan membaca karena bermanfaat seumur hidup, hanya saja lebih baik tidak mewajibkan biarkan anak distimulasi sehingga memiliki minat baca dari diri sendiri menjadikan anak senang, tidak rugi, dan orang tua pun bahagia.

Abstract

Language development in early childhood is an important aspect in the child's growth and development stages. This process involves various abilities ranging from understanding to expression, as well as the use of language to interact with the surrounding environment. Early childhood language development starts from birth, from knowing the mother tongue as the first language to getting to know more complex languages. Language acquisition in early childhood is a complex process involving various factors, such as natural factors, cognitive factors, background factors and hereditary factors. This research provides a better understanding of the factors that influence language acquisition in early childhood and provides insight into how approaches can be applied to facilitate optimal language development in the early stages of a child's life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher performance. 2) determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on teacher performance. 3) determine and analyze academic supervision on teacher performance. 4) determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance. The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research uses correlational research. The population of this study was 202 teachers and the research sample was 134 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests including simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) the correlation between leadership style and teacher performance was 0.938. the influence of leadership style on teacher performance was 88.0%, 2) the correlation between organizational climate and teacher performance was 0.858. the influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is 73.6%, 3) the correlation between academic supervision on teacher performance is 0.798. the influence of academic supervision on teacher performance is 63.8%, 4) the correlation between leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance is 0.905. the influence of leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance is 90.5%. The conclusion of this study is that leadership style, organizational climate, and academic supervision on teacher performance are 0.905 or 90.5 % . The author suggests that teachers evaluate and develop learning, then teachers can also attend training and seminars in order to improve teacher performance

Abstract

Latar belakang permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana ketersediaan e – modul flipbook yang sekarang di gunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa? Bagaimana langkah pengembangan e-modul flipbook kelas 5 subtema 1 materi manfaat air berbasis problem based learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa? Bagaimana hasil uji coba e – modul flipbook pada subtema 1 pada materi manfaat air di SD N Kemijen 04?. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini peningkatan keterampilan membaca. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Media pada penelitian pengembangan ini melalui subjek penilai berupa validasi ahli media, validasi ahli materi, angket tanggapan guru dan angket tanggapan siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada kelas 5 SD N Kemijen 04 Semarang pada Juli 2023. E-modul ini dinyatakan valid yang dengan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 97,7%, dan validasi ahli media sebesar 93,75%. E-modul flipbook juga dinyatakan praktis dengan dibuktikan dengan tanggapan guru sebesar 97,22% dan dari tanggapan siswa sebesar 100%. Hasil tes menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan membaca siswa yang diperoleh yaitu 41,93% dengan kategori “cukup praktis”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan membaca siswa dikatakan meningkat setelah menggunakan e-modul flipbook.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strengthening of the character of mutual cooperation through the Pancasila education learning process for class IV SD Negeri Bugangan 02 Semarang. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being class IV teachers and class IV students at SD Negeri Butangan 02. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation.  The results of this research state that the achievement of strengthening the character of mutual cooperation which has fulfilled the 3 aspects of solidarity reached 53%, the mutual help indicator reached 47%, the respect indicator reached 73%, and the cooperation indicator reached 63%. It can be said that strengthening the character of mutual cooperation in class IV of SD Negeri Bugangan 02 Semarang is quite good.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in terms of their learning styles. The research was conducted at SDN Palebon 02 Semarang with the research subjects being 27 class 4-B students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results show that the application of PBL which is adapted to students' visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles has succeeded in improving their learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student score was 58, while in cycle II it increased to 84. This shows a significant increase in understanding and application of Indonesian language material. In conclusion, the PBL model which is used by considering students' learning styles can be effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes. The implication of this research is the importance of adapting learning methods according to the individual needs of students to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine learning using the TaRL approach on students' activeness in learning mathematics in class II elementary school. This research was conducted in class II B at SD Negeri Palebon 02. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data obtained in this research was obtained by observing the class or observing during the learning process. The type of research data is qualitative data based on learning with the TaRL approach in mathematics subjects regarding fractions. The data sources in this research were class II B students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research showed that students' activeness in learning with the TaRL approach to mathematics learning obtained a good percentage of 84.6%. Learning with the TaRL approach uses steps to group students according to their level of ability, group discussions and presentations in groups that are actively involved and enthusiastic in participating in learning.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perubahan teknologi, sosial, dan lingkungan sedang terjadi secara global membuat seorang pendidik atau guru perlu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kualitas agar dapat menyesuaikan diri serta memberikan edukasi efisien terhadap peserta didik. Tujuan: Melihat kurangnya beberapa kategori pendidikan di Indonesia membuat peran guru sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan. Permasalahan mitra adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 Karangawen Kabupaten Demak masih membutuhkan penyegaran dalam hal pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis Metaverse. Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana yang sangat mendukung dalam penyampaian informasi kepada peserta didik guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan lebih baik. Metode: Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini, yaitu metode presentasi, metode demonstrasi, dan metode praktik. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta pelatihan berhasil memahami konsep dasar metaverse dan mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam desain pembelajaran interaktif. Kesimpulan: Guru-guru juga berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran virtual berbasis metaverse yang mendukung berbagai materi pelajaran, serta mengintegrasikan teknologi ini untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the final assessment items theme 6 reviewed High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in grade VI SD N 1 Klewor 2019/2020 academic year. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The documents analyzed were in the form the Final Semester Assessment (PAS) Theme 6 for the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection techniques using documentation. The data this study were obtained from interviews, and documentation. The results the analysis show that there are 3 categories 45 items. Namely, Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) there are 11 multiple choice questions with a percentage 37%, 1 short entry question with percentage 10%, Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS) there are 10 multiple choice questions with percentage 33%, 9 short questions with percentage of the percentage 90%, 2 essay questions with percentage 40%, and High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) there are 9 multiple choice questions with percentage 30%, 3 essay questions with percentage 60%. The overall percentage the 45 end-of-semester assessment questions Theme 6 “Towards a Healthy Society” class VI SD Negeri 1 Klewor Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) is 26%, Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS) is 47%, and High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) by 27%.
