Abstract

Dalam Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk Mengetahui strategi pemasaran Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk pensiun dan Kekuatan serta kelemahan dari strategi pemasaran Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk. Hasil penelitian ini melalui strategi pemasaran adalah untuk kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan manajemen Bank agar target pemasaran dapat tercapai. Strategi pemasaran ini disusun berdasarkan apa yang harus dilakukan, seperti siapa yang melakukan, dan kapan akan dilakukan. Strategi Pemasaran yang digunakan Bank Syariah Mandiri dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk pensiun yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi pendekatan dan promosi. Pendekatan pada nasabah juga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan jangka panjang pada Bank Syariah Mandiri dan kepuasan maksimum untuk pelanggan. Setelah  melalui proses pendekatan, lalu masuk pada tahap selanjutnya yaitu strategi promosi. Dalam kegiatan strategi promosi memiliki tujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi mengenai produk pensiun kepada nasabah, sehingga produk pensiun dapat dikenal dan dapat mendorong keinginan para nasabah pada kegiatan strategi itu sendiri.Kegiatan promosi juga sangat berguna untuk memberikan informasi mengenai kelebihan maupun keunggulan dari produk pensiun tersebut.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah merupakan sistem keuangan yang beroperasi dengan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam, yang mana aturan-aturan yang tercantum dalam Al-Qur'an dan Hadits dijadikan sebagai pedoman utama dalam penyelenggaraan layanan keuangan. Dalam sistem perbankan ini, tidak ada keterlibatan bunga (riba) atau transaksi yang mengandung unsur perjudian, spekulasi (gharar), serta praktik-praktik yang bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah serta mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi masyarakat dalam mengakses dan memahami layanan keuangan tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan mengukur tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Indonesia mengenai konsep dasar dan berbagai produk yang ditawarkan oleh bank syariah. Melalui analisis yang komprehensif dan mendalam, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai kondisi dan perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas mengenai tantangan yang dihadapi, serta memberikan dasar bagi upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendorong masyarakat agar lebih memanfaatkan layanan perbankan syariah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dapat memperkuat keberlanjutan sistem keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, perusahaan, termasuk perbankan, telah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk membuat produk dan layanan mereka lebih mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Untuk memudahkan pelanggan melakukan transaksi keuangan tanpa harus pergi ke bank secara langsung, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) telah meluncurkan layanan mobile banking. Layanan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemudahan dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan, tetapi juga memberikan akses yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat untuk menikmati layanan perbankan syariah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah Islam. Mobile banking memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan berbagai transaksi, seperti transfer dan pembayaran tagihan, dengan cepat dan aman dengan fiturnya yang lengkap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi keuntungan dari penggunaan mobile banking sebagai alat yang efektif untuk mempermudah transaksi nasabah BSI. Diharapkan BSI dapat memperoleh kemampuan untuk terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan perbankan syariah di Indonesia serta memperkuat posisinya di tengah persaingan industri perbankan yang semakin ketat sebagai hasil dari pemahaman tentang penerapan perbankan mobile.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia perbankan, termasuk dalam sektor bank syariah. Peningkatan kompetisi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen memerlukan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif dan adaptif untuk meningkatkan produk bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan produk bank syariah di tengah dinamika era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah perlu memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seperti platform e-commerce, media sosial, dan aplikasi mobile, untuk menjangkau konsumen secara lebih luas. Selain itu, penerapan strategi pemasaran berbasis data, personalisasi layanan, dan pengembangan konten yang relevan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan nasabah dan loyalitas. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya edukasi mengenai produk dan prinsip syariah kepada masyarakat sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran. Dengan menerapkan strategi yang tepat, bank syariah tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar, tetapi juga memperkuat citra dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap produk perbankan syariah.

Abstract

Digital financial innovation (IKD) is a sign that the financial services sector is developing rapidly along with technology. Sharia banking is one of the organizers of IKD, so it is important for sharia banking to participate in the development of digital finance by presenting forms of IKD in sharia banking. The presence of IKD will certainly provide opportunities and charity. In this paper, a descriptive approach is used to conduct library research. First, the research results show that digital banking and its features are a form of digital financial innovation in sharia banking. Has been adjusted to POJK Number 13/POJK.02/2018. Apart from that, analysis of the use of IKD in sharia banking continues to increase every year. Apart from that, the research results show that sharia banking has many great opportunities in the current digital era. On the other hand, the most challenging banking problems in the current digital era are human resources, cyber security, consumer protection, and the public's low knowledge of sharia banking.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of halal labeling on brand equity dimensions, including brand loyalty, brand identity, perceived quality, and brand image in the cosmetics industry in Indonesia. The results indicate that halal labeling significantly affects brand loyalty, with a p-value of 0.000, where consumers' trust in halal-certified products strengthens their emotional connection and preference for the brand. Halal labeling also plays a crucial role in shaping brand identity, positioning the brand within a market segment aligned with Islamic values. Furthermore, the perceived quality of halal-labeled cosmetic products is higher, as it is associated with standards of hygiene, safety, and ethical production practices, which enhance consumer satisfaction. Brand image is also positively impacted by halal labeling, with consumers viewing the brand as ethical and trustworthy. Overall, halal labeling is a vital component in strengthening brand equity in the cosmetics market targeting Muslim consumers.

Abstract

This study investigates the concept of green marketing in Islamic banking, exploring its principles, challenges, and opportunities for implementation. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews with Islamic banking experts and a survey of consumers, the study identifies key Islamic principles that underpin green marketing practices. These principles include maṣlaḥah (public interest), istiqlāl (sustainability), and adāl (justice). The research reveals that while awareness of environmental issues is increasing, Islamic banks face challenges in adopting green marketing practices, such as limited incentives, a lack of clear standards, and high initial costs. However, opportunities exist to leverage green marketing as a competitive advantage, attract environmentally conscious customers, and contribute to sustainable development. The study concludes that promoting green marketing in Islamic banking necessitates a collaborative effort involving government, regulatory bodies, and Islamic banks themselves. Specific examples of green marketing practices in Islamic banking identified in the study include offering financing for environmentally friendly businesses, promoting online banking to reduce paper consumption, and developing green deposit programs. The findings suggest that by integrating Islamic principles and addressing the challenges, Islamic banks can effectively implement green marketing strategies to achieve both financial and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Sharia banking risk management is a process of controlling risks arising from Shariah-compliant activities. In this regard, liquidity risk management becomes a crucial factor as it has the potential to impact the sustainability and resilience of Sharia banks. Adequate liquidity allows Sharia banks to meet their financial obligations, maintain customer confidence, and operate stably, even in volatile market conditions. In a competitive landscape, Islamic banks need to understand, control, and regularly monitor the risks they face. This is essential to ensure they can manage liquidity effectively and avoid potential financial losses. This paper examines the causes of liquidity risk in Islamic banks, which are influenced by the Shariah principle prohibiting interest in business transactions. This prohibition of interest creates unique challenges in liquidity management, as Sharia banks must seek alternative funding sources and carefully manage assets. Although Islamic banks have shown resilience during crises, this study highlights their challenges in maintaining liquidity. These challenges include fluctuations in fund flows, regulatory changes, and competition from conventional banks. This paper also examines the main causes of liquidity risk in Islamic banks and concludes with managerial and policy recommendations to address liquidity risk management issues to prevent potential future financial crises. These recommendations include developing diversified funding strategies, enhancing transparency and accountability, and collaborating with other Sharia financial institutions. By effectively managing liquidity risk, Sharia banks can continue to grow and make positive contributions to the economy.

Abstract

This study analyzes the methods and techniques of product marketing through social media, with a special focus on its impact on sales and brand awareness. This study takes the example of the business "Sosis Obong Dendra," which uses Facebook as the main platform to interact with customers, and has more than 1000 friends on the network. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, which allows for an in-depth exploration of the marketing practices implemented. The results of the study indicate that the use of social media effectively increases brand visibility and allows for direct interaction with customers. This interaction not only builds positive relationships but also strengthens brand loyalty among consumers. The findings show that this marketing strategy has succeeded in increasing sales, especially among the millennial generation who are active on digital platforms. In addition, the ability to understand customer needs and preferences through direct interaction increases engagement and satisfaction. This study confirms that social media is an important strategic tool in creating an engaging and personalized customer experience, as well as in building strong brand awareness in an increasingly competitive market. These findings provide valuable insights for business actors in formulating more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the determinants of customer satisfaction and loyalty towards Wardah products, focusing on the role of price and product quality. In the increasingly competitive cosmetics industry, an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty is crucial to the success of the company. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, with a literature study technique involving the analysis of related literature. The results show that product quality has a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. Products that meet customer needs and expectations tend to increase levels of satisfaction, which in turn drives loyalty and repurchase intentions. While price also contributes to the perception of value, product quality remains the main factor determining customer loyalty. This study suggests that Wardah needs to prioritize innovation and product quality improvement in their marketing strategy, accompanied by competitive pricing.
