Abstract

Investasi merupakan sektor ekonomi yang sangat menguntungkan untuk membantu perekonomian. Namun, masyarakat Indonesia masih enggan berinvestasi karena kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya investasi masih lemah. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui faktor apa saja yang dianggap lebih mempengaruhi minat investasi, sehingga hasilnya dapat memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam persaingan investasi. Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan masalah apakah media sosial, tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh secara parsial atau simultan terhadap motivasi investasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan tingkat Pendidikan terhadap motivasi investasi (Generasi z kota Medan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang mana data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh sampel dari populasi mahasiswa Febi Uinsu . Ini digunakan untuk berteori dan membandingkan interpretasi informasi dari sumber buku, surat kabar, internet, dan literatur tertulis lainnya.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim (climate change) merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dihindari akibat pemanasan global (global warming) dan diyakini akan berdampak luas terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor pertanian. Perubahan pola curah hujan, peningkatan frekuensi kejadian iklim ekstrem, serta kenaikan suhu udara dan permukaan air laut merupakan dampak serius dari perubahan iklim yang dihadapi Indonesia. Pertanian merupakan sektor yang mengalami dampak paling serius akibat perubahan iklim. Di tingkat global, sektor pertanian menyumbang sekitar 14% dari total emisi, sedangkan di tingkat nasional sumbangan emisi sebesar 12% (51,20 juta ton CO2e) dari total emisi sebesar 436,90 juta ton CO2e, bila emisi dari degradasi hutan, kebakaran gambut, dan dari drainase lahan gambut tidak diperhitungkan. Apabila emisi dari ketiga aktivitas tersebut diperhitungkan, kontribusi sektor pertanian hanya sekitar 8%. Walaupun sumbangan emisi dari sektor pertanian relatif kecil, dampak yang dirasakan sangat besar. Perubahan pola curah hujan dan kenaikan suhu udara menyebabkan produksi pertanian menurun secara signifikan. Kejadian iklim ekstrem berupa banjir dan kekeringan menyebabkan tanaman yang mengalami puso semakin luas. Peningkatan permukaan air laut menyebabkan penciutan lahan sawah di daerah pesisir dan kerusakan tanaman akibat salinitas. Dampak perubahan iklim yang demikian besar memerlukan upaya aktif untuk mengantisipasinya melalui strategi mitigasi dan adaptasi. Teknologi mitigasi bertujuan untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) dari lahan pertanian melalui penggunaan varietas rendah emisi serta teknologi pengelolaan air dan lahan. Teknologi adaptasi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi penyesuaian waktu tanam, penggunaan varietas unggul tahan kekeringan, rendaman dan salinitas, serta pengembangan teknologi pengelolaan air.

Abstract

Indonesia's exports are susceptible to changes due to various factors. Therefore it is necessary to do research to see what factors influence Indonesia's exports.This article aims to elaborate the influence of inflation, interest rate and Islamic Bank Financing on Indonesia’s exports. This study uses a quantitative method using secondary data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS),  The Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia ( BI). Data analysis using multiple linear regression method. The results indicate that inflation and Islamic Bank Financing influenced on exports, meanwhile interest rate had no influenced on Indonesia’s export

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of investment knowledge, motivation and risk variables on the millennial generation's interest in investing in Securities Crowdfunding Sharia Gallery investment. Research using a quantitative approach. The technique of data collection was carried out using purposive sampling, and the sample used was 88 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method used in this research analysis is a linear regression analysis method. The results of the Knowledge t test research (X1) show that partially knowledge influences the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. Motivation (X2) that partially motivation influences the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. Risk (X3) that partially does not affect the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. The results of the f test show that simultaneously knowledge, motivation and risk affect the millennial generation's interest in investing in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Asuransi Shopee Menurut Maqashid Syariah, Maqashid syariah merupakan suatu ide untuk kebijakan hukum Islam bahwasanya Allah menurunkan syariah guna memperoleh berbagai tujuan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dan mewawancarai narasumber yang ada. Hasil penelitian adalah Mekanisme Sistem Asuransi Yang Berlaku di Aplikasi Shopee, maka bisa melakukan dengan pertama, pada menu tampilan shopee, klik keranjang, Pilih barang yang mau di checkout, Setelah itu dibawah tampilan barang yang akan dibeli ada menu proteksi kerusakan, Aktifkan dan klik menu proteksi kerusakan. Setelah itu bisa buat pesanan. Dengan adanya klaim asuransi pembeli tidak merasakan telah ditipu dari penjual yang berbuat curang dan jika terdapat barang hilang atau rusak. Hal tersebut tidak dipertanggung jawabkan pada pembeli karena terdapat asuransi oleh pihak ekspedisinya. Asuransi shopee menurut perspetif syariah adalah di halalkan. Dari nash Alqur’an dan Hadis Rasul, didapatkan asuransi yang baik yaitu berdasarkan keterbukaan, jujur, dan tidak ada anggapan suatu hal yang tidak pasti. Setiap transaksi jual beli yang menggunakan asuransi di Shopee yaitu dengan online dan juga offline ataupun dengan langsung dan tidak langsung diinginkan tanpa membuat rugi satu di antara ataupun dua pihak yang melakukan kesepakatan jual beli guna terwujudnya sasaran jual beli tersebut yakni at-ta’awun (saling menolong) berdasarkan nilai an-tarodhin (saling suka).

Abstract

The use of Uses and Gratifications Theory in the context of TikTok Live is a key strategy in overcoming the challenge of lack of effective product introduction to consumers. This theory reveals that TikTok Live users actively seek satisfaction through media, focusing on detailed product information. This research utilizes this theoretical framework to design more effective product marketing strategies, meeting consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted based on the results of observations or observations that the researcher had carried out for 1 (one) month. This research was conducted at PT. PLM JAYA which is located on Jl. Hajj Hospital No. 67 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The application of Uses and Gratifications Theory in TikTok Live illustrates that users seek entertainment, social interaction, and fulfill personal needs when watching live broadcasts. They actively select broadcasts that suit their needs, enabling more informed and targeted purchasing decisions. This makes TikTok Live an effective platform in meeting user wants and needs and increasing the effectiveness of product marketing through social interaction and entertainment content. In the age of social media, especially on platforms like TikTok, product marketing has become increasingly creative and focused on entertainment. The entertainment appeal presented to users provides an opportunity for companies to convey their message in unexpected ways and direct user interest towards their products. With an innovative approach, product marketing on TikTok and similar platforms continues to develop into an important part of modern business strategy.

Abstract

In Medan, Generation Z TikTok users are the target audience for this study, which seeks to determine the relationship between Affiliate Marketing and Product Quality. Here, the entire population is represented using quota sampling. The distribution of the Google Form questionnaire was used in collecting data for this study. On a Likert scale from 1 to 5, users of the TikTok Shop app responded, and the results were used to make statements about Affiliate Marketing, Product Quality, and Purchase Interest of Generation Z. Study of 100 people in Medan who rated themselves to be part of the “generation” the TikTok Shop app is done. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Affiliate Marketing on the customer’s tendency to buy increases significantly. The product Quality Variable has no positive or statistically significant effect on consumer interest in making purchases among TikTok application users in Medan who are members of Generation Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price, Product Quality, And Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Implora Cosmetic Liptint. In this study, a quantitative method was used with the study population consisting of Implora Cosmetic Liptint users in Mabar Hilir Village, Medan; social media users, and information about Implora Liptint products. In this study, 23 indicators were used with a sample of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to collect, manage and analyze data so that it can be presented properly describing the distribution and average frequency tables and making an analysis which states that the results are positive and influential, the coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.652, meaning that the model the coefficient of determination explains that variable (x) has an effect on variable (y). This study concludes that Price, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a significant effect on consumer Purchase Decision for Liptint Implora products partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Based on the background of the problem formulation and research differences and phenomena that have emerged, this study aims to find out what is related between individual values ​​and organizational values ​​(Person Organization Fit) that have an impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance and organizational commitment (organizational commitment) as intervening variables, by taking the research object at Bank BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi. The population used in this study were all employees at Bank BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi totaling 30 respondents based on this study using primary data so the data collection was carried out using descriptive analysis and regression analysis and MRA. The results of this study indicate that production on productivity is negative and significant for Bank BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi for 30 respondents who are the object of this study. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method and the research data was obtained using the census questionnaire technique, by using an open-ended questionnaire to the respondents directly.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the delivery services sector. One of the services businesses offer is sending letters and packages. Companies with this delivery service will really need a marketing strategy to attract customers who operate in the business world which aims to satisfy consumers and increase sales volume. The data collection method in preparing the Final Assignment is the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely a data analysis method without using statistical analysis. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be targeted, namely the business market segment. By determining the business market segment, determining the target market determines the strategy for selecting the company. By choosing a target that suits the business market segment, the market position will automatically become the label for the business product itself in society. The marketing mix in a marketing strategy will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, this is because the product, place, price and promotion are determined according to the business market segment.
