Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing and analyzing "The Influence of Attitudes and Work Abilities on Service Quality at the Legal Metrology UPTD of the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Service". The population in this study is the owners of UTTP equipment (measuring, measuring, weighing, and equipment) who are required to re-calibrate. The total population was 635 UTTP equipment owners using the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, namely 86 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from published questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research was the Likert Scale method. Based on the results of research using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 application regarding the influence of attitudes and work abilities on service quality at the legal metrology uptd of the Gowa district trade and industry service, it can be stated that attitude has a positive but not significant effect on the quality of service at the Legal Metrology UPTD of the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency with a Tcount<Ttable value of 1.351<1.989 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. Meanwhile, the ability has a positive and significant effect on the quality of service at the Legal Metrology UPTD of the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency with a Tcount>Ttable value of 9.338>1.989 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam pemeliharaan aset Jalan Nasional di Sulawesi Selatan dan menganalisis faktor dominan yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Dalam Pemeliharaan Aset Jalan Nasional di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara fakta, situasi dan aktivitas objek yang diteliti. Instansi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam mengambil keputusan pemeliharaan aset Jalan Nasional di Sulawesi Selatan terdiri dari Kondisi Jalan, Alokasi Dana atau Anggaran, Pengaduan Masyarakat/ Laporan Masyarakat, dan Perubahan Kebijakan. Faktor Dominan yang mempengaruhi dalam mengambil keputusan pemeliharaan aset Jalan Nasional di Sulawesi Selatan adalah Kondisi Jalan dan Alokasi Dana/ Anggaran dimana alat penunjang pengambilan keputusan yaitu Indonesian Road Management System-Version 3 (IRMS-V3).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Slum-Free City Policy in increasing infrastructure development in Tangerang District, Tangerang City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while this type of research uses a case study. The research carried out was descriptive qualitative research. Conclusion: Implementation of the Slum-Free City Policy program is an interest that can influence the implementation of the program. Supervision carried out by the BKM chairman for each sub-district implementation in the City without Slums program is in the interests of BKM. In carrying out an evaluation of the level of usefulness for the community regarding the City Without Slums program in Tangerang District. Most of it can be explained by the presence of the City Without Slums Program, which has not been implemented comprehensively

Abstract

Laris Bakery Snack and Cookies MSMEs is a business in the field of products and services in terms of providing or serving food requests, for various purposes such as rice boxes, bread, pastries and others. The problems faced by MSMEs are: (1) The location of Laris Bakery Snack and Cookies MSMEs is less strategic because it is in an alley, (2) Lack of product and service information regarding what customers want to order, (3) Lack of promotions to offer products and services. Some of the programs carried out by the service team include: (1) Making Stickers, Thank You Cards and Greeting Cards (2) Making Product Photos, (3) Making Brochures, (4) Making Instagram. One of the results of this community service activity program is that Laris Bakery Snack and Cookies MSMEs has a new face in terms of packaging, has attractive product photos, making brochures makes Laris Bakery Snack and Cookies MSMEs increasingly known to the public, creating Instagram for Laris Bakery Snack and Cookies MSMEs also help the online promotion process. Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to prepare the community along with steps to strengthen community institutions to be able to realize progress, independence, and prosperity in an atmosphere of sustainable social justice. The Community Service Team formulated the problems faced by Partners, namely: 1). Many PKK mothers do not know about entrepreneurship, 2). Lack of business motivation, and 3). Knowledge of business management is still low. Based on these problems, the Community Service Team tries to help solve problems including providing business motivation and introduction to entrepreneurship, business management training, training and coaching for fish processing innovation, as well as evaluation and mentoring for Partners. Abstract

Online loans are a form of financial service that occurs online or online, where online loans are available in applications or information technology. Online loans can also be a place to develop small and medium enterprises, because they provide easy access to loans and are also relatively safe. The social media platform twitter is one of the platforms that discusses illegal and legal online loans. Twitter has a trending topic feature that displays topics of conversation that are being discussed at a certain time. This research uses sentiment analysis which is useful as access to track public responses to an object of interest. In this study using a comparison of algorithms, namely naïve bayes classifier with support vector machine (SVM), where from the two methods will be sought who is better at analyzing data with which value of accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score is better. The data used in as many as 2725 tweets obtained through the crawling process with the python programming language and google collaboratory tools. Sentiment analysis is divided into 3 categories, namely positive, negative, and neutral, with data calculations divided into 70% training data and 20% test data. The naïve bayes classifier algorithm has an accuracy value of 55%, with a support of 404 data. Meanwhile, the support vector machine (SVM) accuracy is 77% with a support of 818 data. The results of the accuracy value of the SVM method are better than the naïve bayes classifier method in this study.

Abstract

UMKM Tahu Walik dan Pangsit Pojok beralamat di Desa Sumberjo, Kecamatan Rembang, Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah memproduksi makanan tahu walik dan pangsit. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka ditemukan permasalahan meliputi: 1) Belum mempunyai nama usaha, 2) Belum mempunyai packaging produk, 3) Perlunya renovasi banner grobak usaha, 4) Belum mempunyai label produk dan 5) Belum mempunyai akun sosial media. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan yaitu Pembuatan Nama atau Merk Usaha, 2) Pemberian Label Produk, 3) Renovasi Banner Grobak Usaha, 4) Packaging Produk, dan 5) Marketplace (Facebook Bisnis). Melalui program pengabdian di UMKM Tahu Walik dan Pangsit Pojok, maka UMKM akan lebih berkembang dan mempunyai keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

This study is conducted to examine the effect of good corporate governance on financial performance. The variables used in this study are the board of commissioners, the board of directors, institutional ownership and the audit committee as independent variables, while the dependent variable is financial performance proxies with ROA. This study uses 14 consistent samples of LQ45 companies that met the sample criteria during 2014 to 2018. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling in order to obtain 70 observations. Because the classical assumption test gets problems in the autocorrelation test, the data are transformed using the cochrane orcutt method, so that the total observations become 69 observations. The data analysis technique utilizes multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, while the board of directors has a significant negative effect on financial performance, and institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance, while the audit committee has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Based on the determination testing of variable of the board of commissioners, board of directors, institutional ownership and audit committee in the regression model, this study is able to explain the dependent variable of financial performance by 32.9%, while 67.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

An era of technological disruption is marked by digitization in various lives. Apart from offering benefits, the industrial revolution 4.0 also has challenges that must be faced. The challenges faced by a country when implementing the 4.0 industrial revolution are the emergence of resistance to changes in demographics and social aspects, instability in political conditions, limited resources, risk of natural disasters and demands for the application of environmentally friendly technology. The PESTEL framework is the basis for considering political, economic, social, technical, environmental and legal factors to analyze challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Indonesia needs to improve the quality of workforce skills with digital technology. The relevance of education and work needs to be adjusted to the development of the era and science and technology while still paying attention to aspects of humanities. It is important to identify in competency classification, including: 1) Technical competence consists of all knowledge and skills related to work, 2) Methodological competencies include all skills and abilities for general problem solving and decision making, 3) Social competence includes all skills and abilities as well as attitudes to cooperate and communicate with others, and 4) Personal competence includes social values, motivation, and individual attitudes. New literacy, leadership, team work, mental maturity and character, culture and entrepreneurship make HR function properly in the community. The development of thematic studies in various disciplines is linked to the real world, project-based learning, through general education (extra-curricular) programs, and internships/practical work and the important thing that can support it is foreign language skills. Thus, competent human resources (HR), critical thinking, lateral thinking and entrepreneurship can be realized.

Abstract

Transformator distribusi merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam penyaluran tenaga listrik dari gardu distribusi ke pelanggan. Pelayanan terhadap pelanggan akan terganggu sehingga apabila terjadi pemutusan aliran listrik atau pemadaman yang diakibatkan dari kerusakan pada Transformator Distribusi. Transformator distribusi yang mengalami beban yang melabihi 80% dari kapasitas transformator tersebut maka akan berefek pada umur/life time transformator distribusi dan juga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat dan mutu pelayanan pada konsumen serta berpotensi besar terjadi gangguan. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan suatu tindakan agar persentase pembebanan transformator distribusi tidak melebihi kapasitas trnasformator dengan metode pemasangan Trafo Sisip. Motode penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan juga menggunakan simulasi software ETAP 12.6.0.  Di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP LANGSA KOTA terdapat transformator yang mengalami pembebanan berlebih (overload) yang terjadi pada Gardu Distribusi TC-7 sebesar 84,85% dan dilakukan pemasangan Trafo Sisip, pembebanan pada gardu TC-7 menjadi 49,65%. Dengan ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa pemasangan Trafo Sisip merupakan metode yang cukup baik untuk mengatasi gangguan pembebanan berlebih (Overload) pada Gardu TC-7, sehingga dapat memperpanjang umur trafo / life time transformator, menngkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pelanggan dan mengurangi potensi terjadinya gangguan karena transformator pembebanan dibawah 80% dapat bekerja secara baik. Kata Kunci : Transformator, Trafo Sisip, Pembebanan berlebih (overload)
