Abstract

This research, conducted under the PGRI Palembang University Education Management Postgraduate Program with Main Supervisor Mr. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasir Arafat, S.E., M.M. and Co-supervisor Mrs. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rohana, M.Pd CIQnR, aims to determine and describe the partial and simultaneous influence of academic supervision and the use of the PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar) on the teaching quality of teachers in state high schools in the Rambang Kuang District. The population for this study consisted of all teachers at State High School 1 and State High School 2 in the Rambang Kuang District, totaling 53 teachers, with a total sample size of 53 using the saturated sampling technique. A descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach was applied, utilizing observation, questionnaires, and documentation for data collection, and data analysis was performed using the t-test and F-test. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) the principal's academic supervision has an influence on the teaching quality of teachers in State High Schools in the Rambang Kuang District; (2) the use of PMM positively impacts the teaching quality of teachers in the district; and (3) a combination of the principal's academic supervision and the use of PMM simultaneously influences the teaching quality of teachers in State High Schools in the Rambang Kuang District by 94.6%, with the remaining 3.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of digital literacy learning "Indonesian Fairy Tales" through the method of listening to student learning outcomes. The type of research uses a quantitative method with a Pre-Exsperimental Design with a One Group Pretest-Psttest Design. As for the subject of this study, there are 30 students in grade IV of SD Negeri 17 Palembang, the data collection method uses observation and tests, test instruments in the form of multiple-choice questions totaling 10 questions and essay questions totaling 5, to measure student learning outcomes data analysis techniques using the independent T-test. student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Education has an important role in improving the quality of life of society as a whole, through good education, it can improve welfare, increase awareness about the importance of health, environment, and security, and increase the ability to contribute to society (Santoso, Karim, & Maftuh, 2023). Education not only means teaching about reading and writing, but it also provides the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to live in society. Education plays a key role in helping individuals reach their potential (Nurnaningsih, Norrahman, & Wibowo, 2023).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in improving the quality of learning at State Elementary School (SDN) 1 Catur Tunggal, Mesuji Makmur District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The Independent Curriculum, which has been implemented nationally since 2022, provides flexibility for teachers in designing learning strategies that suit the needs of students. Although it provides many opportunities to improve the quality of education, its implementation faces various challenges, such as difficulties in the use of technology by teachers and adjustments to the digital platform used for curriculum administration. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that although there has been progress in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, intensive training and technological support are needed so that its implementation can be optimal. With the right assistance, the Independent Curriculum is expected to be able to improve the quality of learning at SDN 1 Catur Tunggal and other schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the influence of teacher motivation and school infrastructure together on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri Se, Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out in State Elementary School in Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency which consisted of 4 (two) schools including: SD Negeri 9 Rantau Bayur, SD Negeri 13 Rantau Bayur, SD Negeri 15 Rantau Bayur and SD Negeri 21 Rantau Bayur. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 47 teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used a normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t-test and F test. The results of this study were teacher motivation and educational infrastructure facilities - analyzed together, it was found that both had a very large influence on student learning outcomes, with a contribution of 99.2%.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces various challenges to meet the demands of a growing society. One of the important aspects in improving the quality of education is teacher competence. The leadership of the principal plays a significant role in encouraging the improvement of teacher competence, which in turn will have an impact on the quality of learning in schools. This study aims to describe how the principal's leadership in improving teacher competence at State Elementary School 09 Pemouthan, as well as the factors that support and hinder the process and how to overcome these obstacles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal of State Elementary School 09 Pemouthan in improving teacher competence has implemented various leadership strategies, including by acting as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator to improve teacher competence. The supporting factors encountered include the provision of resources, the use of technology in learning, and creating a positive work environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include budget limitations, resources, time, lack of self-motivation and resistance to change. To overcome this, the principal encourages teachers to optimize the use of technology and the internet to access online training materials, build a positive learning culture by forming a learning community and involving driving teachers as resource persons, as well as providing rewards as competency support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the UPTD Office of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. Effective leadership and high work discipline are believed to be two important factors in improving ASN performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 60 ASN respondents at the UPTD office of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial influence of leadership and work discipline on ASN performance. The results of the study show that leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on ASN performance, both simultaneously and partially. The level of relationship between variables is included in the close category, with the contribution of the influence of independent variables on dependent variables included in the category is quite high.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Agung. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers as research respondents. The results of the analysis show that the leadership of the principal has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, work motivation also contributes significantly to improving teacher performance. Simultaneously, the principal's leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance. The implications of this study show that improving the quality of school principals' leadership and work motivation can be an effective strategy in improving teacher performance in the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran guru sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran, serta untuk memahami tantangan dan solusi yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi (kinerja) belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kayuagung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, survei, dokumentasi,wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, pemrosesan data, dan visualisasi data. Fakta-fakta yang disajikan di sini adalah pengamatan dan temuan dari para administrator sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu siswa mencapai tujuan mereka. Selain itu, peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam komunitas pembelajaran dapat mendorong kolaborasi di antara guru dan meningkatkan kepemimpinansiswa.Prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kayuagung dapat diimplementasikan dengan prestasi siswa yang baik dalam bidang akademik di mana siswa dapat dievaluasi di SMA unggulan baik di tingkat OKI atau Sumatera Selatan, sementara dalam bidang non-akademik, siswa dapat dievaluasi di tingkat provinsi atau nasional.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research aims to determine the level of financial health of PT. United Tractors Tbk 2020 - 2022. By analyzing financial ratios in the form of liquidity (current ratio, Quick Ratio). Solvency Ratio (Debt To Total Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio), Profitability Ratio (Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Return On Equity), and Activity Ratio. This research uses qualitative methods, the data collection used is documentation. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the liquidity ratio in 2020-2022 means it can be concluded that Pt United Tractors Tbk experienced a decline, in 2020-2022 this company experienced a decline but it is still said to be quite good because it is still above industry standards. 2) The results of the solvency ratio in 2020-2022 for this company experienced decreases and increases but are still said to be not good because they are above industry standards. 3) Based on the Net Profit Margin calculations in 2020-2021, Pt United Tractors Tbk is still said to be not good because it is still below industry standards. In 2022, it can be said that this company will be quite good at generating profits because it is above industry standards. 4) Based on the calculation of Total Assets Turn Over which is 2 times or 200%, from 2020-2022 this company is said to be bad because it is still below industry standards, meaning this company has not been able to maximize the assets it has. Keywords: Financial Ferformance Financial Ratios.     ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan keuangan PT. United Tractors Tbk tahun 2020 - 2022. Dengan menganlisis rasio keuangan berupa likuiditas (current ratio, Quick Ratio ). Rasio Solvabilitas ( Debt To Total Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio ), Ratio Profitabilitas ( Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Return On Equity ), dan Rasio Aktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2020-2022 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pt United Tractors Tbk mengalami penurunan, pada tahun 2020-2022 perusahaan ini mengalami penurunan tetapi masih di katakana cukup baik karena masih di atas standar industri. 2) Hasil rasio solvabilitas pada tahun 2020-2022 perusahaan ini mengalami penurunan dan penaikan tetapi masih di katakan kurang baik karena berada di atas standar industri. 3) Berdasarkan dari perhitungan Net Profit Margin pada tahun 2020-2021 Pt United Tractors Tbk masih di katakan kurang baik karena masih berada di bawah standar industri. Pada tahun 2022 dapat di katakana perusahaan ini cukup baik dalam menghasilkan keuntungan karena berada di atas standar industri. 4) Berdasarkan dari perhitungan Total Assets Turn Over adalah 2 kali atau 200% maka dari tahun 2020-2022 perusahaan ini dikatakan buruk karena masih di bawah standar industri, artinya perusahan ini belum mampu dalam memaksimalkan asset yang dimilikinya. Kata kunci: Kinerja keuangan, Rasio Keuangan.
