Highly developed technology is utilized for various purposes, including by MSMEs. Most people feel that technology has an impact on independence, especially internet use. Utilization of the internet as a means of information technology to carry out business activities for MSMEs. This Community Service Activity aims to provide education through counseling regarding the use of website-based digital marketing as a promotional and marketing medium in the livestock sector in the city of Parepare, South Sulawesi. The method used in this service uses the ABCD method, which provides assistance in implementing website-based digital marketing for chicken farmers in the city of Parepare. The result of this Community Service activity is that mentoring has had a positive impact on chicken farmers in Parepare City in the form of increasing sales, increasing brand awareness, strengthening skills, and improving product quality. In this training, the role of companions is very important in providing support, guidance and motivation for the community. With this community service, people in Parepare City can increase their knowledge about the use of website-based digital marketing as an effective means of promoting and marketing livestock products. The results of the participant evaluation after attending training on the use of website-based marketing media, 100% of participants stated that they strongly agreed with using website-based marketing media for promotional media for chicken farming products. Of the 20 chicken farmer participants who took part in the training, most have understand how to do website-based online marketing.

In an effort to eradicate extreme poverty, the Government of Rokan Hulu Regency took steps to implement the first policy strategy, reducing the expenditure burden. Second, increase in income. Third, the reduction in the number of pockets. The aims of this study were (1) to find out what the Rokan Hulu Regency Government's Policies/Programs for Accelerating the Elimination of Extreme Poverty in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village, Rambah Hilir District. (2) Knowing the Effect of Policy Implementation of the Rokan Hulu District Government on the Acceleration of the Elimination of Extreme Poverty in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village, Rambah Hilir District. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type, the population is Extremely Poor Families based on Data Targeting the Acceleration of Extreme Poverty Reduction (P3KE), consisting of deciles 1-6 with a sample of 332 households. All instruments have been tested so that they meet the validity test requrements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis used the T-test and the large percentage of influence used the Adjuster R Square coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that (1) a reduction in expenditure burden (X1) has no effect on extreme poverty (Y) with a Sig (Perial) value of X1 to Y of 0.143 > 0.05 and a tcount value of 1.470 < ttable 1.967. (2) Increased Income (X2) has a significant effect on Extreme Poverty (Y). (3) minimizing the poverty enclave (X3) has a significant effect on Extreme Poverty (Y), with a Sig (Perial) value of X3 to Y of 0.00 < 0.05 and a tcount value of 42.448 > ttable 1.967. Reducing Expenditures, Increasing Incomes and Minimizing Poverty Pocket Areas Do Contribute to Extreme Poverty.

ABSTRAKSapi bali merupakan sapi yang dikembangkan, dimanfaatkan dan dilestarikan sebagai sumberdaya ternak asli. Saat ini telah dikembangkan populasi sapi bali polled. Sapi bali polled merupakan sapi bali yang tanduknya tidak bertumbuh secara alami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa sapi bali polled dan bertanduk pada setiap tahapan proses pembekuan. Koleksi semen dilakukan dengan metode vagina buatan. Semen hasil koleksi selanjutnya dievaluasi secara makroskopik dan mikroskopik. Semen yang memenuhi persyaratan diproses lebih lanjut untuk dibekukan. Pejantan yang digunakan sebanyak 3 ekor polled dan 3 ekor bertanduk dengan umur 3,5 sampai 6 tahun. Parameter yang diamati meliputi motilitas dan viabilitas selama proses pembekuan sampai post thawing. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan uji-t (sampel T-Test independen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan nyata (p>0,05) antara sapi bali polled dan bertanduk terhadap persentase motilitas setelah pengenceran (63,33±1,92 vs 65,00±0,00). Namun, terdapat perbedaan yang nyata (p<0,05) setelah equilibrasi yaitu 54,99±1,35 vs 60,00±0,00 dan post thawing 45,41±0,83 vs 49,58±0,83. Persentase viabilitas setelah pengenceran dan setelah equilibrasi tidak berbeda nyata (p>0.05) yaitu 81,94±4,05 vs 86,51±1,26 dan 72,80±6,80 vs 80,17±2,74. Namun, pada post thawing terdapat perbedaan yang nyata (p<0,05) yaitu 56,95±3,74 vs 72,55±2,00. Kesimpulannya bahwa persentase motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa sapi bali polled lebih rendah dibandingkan yang bertanduk.Kata Kunci: motilitas, sapi bali polled, sapi bali bertanduk, spermatozoa, viabilitasMotility and Viability of Spermatozoa of Polled and Horned Bali Bulls at Each Stage of the Freezing Process ABSTRACTBali cattle are cows and bulls that are developed, utilized and preserved as a native livestock resource. Currently, a population of polled bali cattle has been developed. Polled bali cattle are bali cattle whose have horns do not grow naturally. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of motility and viability of spermatozoa of polled and horned bali cattle at each stage of the freezing process. Semen collection was carried out by the artificial vaginal method. The collected semen was then evaluated macroscopically and microscopically. The semen that meets the requirements is further processed to be frozen. The bulls used were 3 polleds and 3 horneds with an age of 3.5 to 6 years. Parameters observed included motility and viability during the freezing process until post thawing. The data obtained were tested by t-test (independent sample T-Test). The results of this study indicated that there was no significant difference (p>0.05) between polled and horned bali cattle on the percentage of motility after dilution (63.33 ± 1.92 vs 65.00 ± 0.00). However, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) after equilibration (54.99±1.35 vs 60.00±0.00), and post thawing (45.41±0.83 vs 49.58±0.83). The percentage of viability after dilution and after equilibration was not significantly different (p>0.05), 81.94 ± 4.05 vs 86.51 ± 1.26 and 72.80 ± 6.80 vs 80.17 ± 2.74. However, there was a significant difference in post thawing (p<0.05), 56.95 ± 3.74 vs 72.55 ± 2.00. It can be concluded that the percentage of motility and viability of spermatozoa of polled bali cattle is lower than horned.Keywords: motility, polled bali bull, horned bali bull, spermatozoa, viability

The purpose of this research is to 1) Describe the digital literacy understanding of vocational high school students in the Construction and Property Engineering program. 2) Analyze students' understanding of technological disruption in the field of construction. 3) Analyze students' readiness to face technological disruptions in the construction field. The research was conducted at a vocational high school that offers the Construction and Property Engineering program in South Sulawesi province. The study took place from March to June 2023. The population of the research consisted of all students in grade X, totaling 1125 students. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula with a 0.05 level of error, resulting in a sample of 318 respondents. All items are valid and reliable based on the validity and reliability test with a value greater than 0.361. The research findings indicate that the digital literacy understanding of vocational high school students in the Construction and Property Engineering program regarding their readiness to face the labor workforce disruption in the construction field is mostly categorized as very good with a percentage of 80%. Furthermore, students' understanding of technological disruption in the construction field and their readiness to face the labor workforce disruption in the construction field is dominantly categorized as very good with a percentage of 63%. Student readiness is dominantly in the Able category, but there are still 18% who are in the Need to optimize category in facing technological disruption in the construction sector.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing carbon emissions in the member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The data used in this study covers the period from 1990 to 2021, utilizing the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis method. All independent variables show a significant impact on carbon emissions in both the short and long term. This research provides evidence that factors such as urbanization, foreign direct investment, population, and economic growth significantly contribute to the increase in carbon emissions in ASEAN countries. The findings also validate the Environmental Kuznets Curve hypothesis for carbon emissions in ASEAN countries. In other words, economic growth leads to a reduction in carbon emissions. The ASEAN region has experienced substantial economic growth over the past few decades. However, carbon dioxide (CO2) remains a socio-economic issue in the ASEAN region. The results of this study can be highly beneficial for policymakers in the region regarding sustainability and economic development.

This thesis discusses the Development of Powerpoint-Based Learning Media in the Islamic Cultural History Subject Class VII MTs Al-Qashash To'bia. This research includes research development that produces powerpoint-based learning media. The results of the study show that the powerpoint-based learning media developed is considered very feasible to be used as a learning resource in the subject of Islamic cultural history. The practicality of using powerpoint-based learning media in the material of imitating commendable behavior of khulafaur rasyidin in the subject of Islamic cultural history produced an average of 86.7% who responded in the score category of 81%-100% with very practical criteria. The powerpoint-based learning media developed is considered effective in improving students' understanding of imitating the commendable behavior of khulafaur rasyidin, judging from the average preetest on the material imitating the commendable behavior of khulafaur rasyidin with a score of 57.36, a drastic increase in the learning outcome test with an average posttest score of 91.24 with a gain value 0.79.

South Sulawesi is one of the largest rice production centers in Indonesia. Several important diseases of rice plants, such as those caused by viruses and phytoplasmas, can be transmitted by insect vectors, especially leafhoppers and stem plant. Symptoms of diseases caused by viruses and phytoplasmas are quite diverse but visually similar and difficult to distinguish. This study aims to analyze the presence of phytoplasma associated with white-backed planthopper which are commonly found in rice plantations. The research method used is by conducting surveys and explorations of insect samples in six villages in Sidrap District. White-back planthoppers found on rice plantations showing symptoms of yellowing and stunted leaves were sampled for further analysis, including total DNA isolation of insects, standard PCR amplification for insect and Nested-PCR for phytoplasma identification, gene sequencing for both amplicons, and nucleotide analysis using BLAST method and Mega X program. The PCR with CO1 primer successfully amplified a 700 bp amplicon from insects, whereas nested-PCR using fP1/rP7 primers followed by m23SR/R16F2n amplified phytoplasma supposedly around 1800 bp and 1250 bp of 16S RNA gene, respectively. The DNA sequencing analysis results indicate that the insect samples were identified as 83% Sogatella vibix species based on homology percentage analysis using BLAST and Mega X Program. As for the phytoplasma, it leans more towards the 16SrI group or Candidatus phytoplasma asteris (Aster yellows phytoplasma) with a homology percentage of 99%.

Abstract: Feet are an important part of the human body. The feet support the body's weight and are used for walking. If the legs experience problems, other parts of the body will feel the impact. One of the problems with the feet is X-shaped feet. Through physical exercise, people's physical fitness will increase so that it can support optimal performance. The form of training to gain leg muscle strength in weight training is squatting. Squat training is a type of weight training to increase the development of strength, especially in the leg muscles, and weights are the main basis for training. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. The subjects in this research were 12 Police Academy Candidates at Evita Sport Consultan and Therapy. Because the population was relatively small, the entire population was sampled using total sampling techniques. The variable in this research is the physiological changes in sufferers of Foot The initial test is taken before being given treatment or before being given any form of training through a prepared training program. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is an effectiveness of the Squat Training Model on the Physiological Changes of X-Leg Sufferers at Evita Sport Consultan and Therapy.Keywords: Training Models, Squats, Physiological Changes, and X-Legs Abstrak: Kaki merupakan bagian penting dari tubuh manusia. Kaki menopang berat badan dan digunakan untuk berjalan. Jika kaki mengalami masalah, maka bagian tubuh lainnya pun akan ikut merasakan dampaknya. Salah satu masalah pada kaki adalah kaki berbentuk X. Melalui latihan jasmani maka kebugaran jasmani masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga dapat menunjang kinerja yang optimal. Bentuk latihan untuk menambah kekuatan otot tungkai pada latihan beban adalah jongkok. Latihan jongkok merupakan salah satu jenis latihan beban untuk meningkatkan perkembangan kekuatan terutama pada otot kaki, dan beban merupakan landasan utama dalam latihan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 orang Calon Akpol di Evita Sport Consultan and Therapy. Karena populasinya relatif kecil, maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Perubahan Fisiologis Penderita Kaki. Tes awal dilakukan sebelum diberikan pengobatan atau sebelum diberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk apapun melalui program pelatihan yang telah disiapkan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat Efektivitas Model Latihan Squat Terhadap Perubahan Fisiologis Penderita X-Leg di Evita Sport Consultan and Therapy.Kata Kunci: Model Latihan, Squat, Perubahan Fisiologis, Kaki X

Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit menjadi perhatian dibidang kesehatan. Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan masih belum dirasakan oleh keluarga pasien seperti keluhan kurangnya sikap caring, empathy, kurang tanggap, dan sikap acuh tak acuh perawat pada pasien. Pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan juga dirasakan keluarga pasien di Ruang ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan perawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSD. dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga penunggu pasien di Ruang ICU RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. Empat bulan terakhir, yaitu bulan Mei, Juni, Juli dan Agustus tahun 2022, sebanyak 120 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dan menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi Square. Apabila diperoleh Asymp. Sig < 0,05, maka hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hubungan kualitas pelayanan perawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (pValue = 0,00,). Kualitas pelayanan perawatan pada kategori baik (54,3%) dan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien pada kategori puas (57,1%). Kategori kepuasan ini masih di bawah standar yang telah ditentukan oleh Komite Mutu Rumah Sakit yakni di atas 90%. Terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan perawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSD. dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor.
