Abstract

Masjid sebagai lembaga keagamaan yang menjadi pusat aktivitas ibadah, memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pengembangan dan pemberdayaan umat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun paradigma baru tentang tata kelola masjid yang mampu menjadi sumber penghimpunan dan penyaluran pembiayaan syariah melalui akselerasi Baitul Maal waal Tamwil (BMT). Pengabdian dilakukan pada 2 (dua) wilayah strategis di Provinsi Aceh; yaitu Kota Lhokseumawe dan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Masjid yang akan menjadi sasaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah Masjid Baiturrahman Kota Lhokseumawe dan Masjid An-Nur Meulaboh. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam 4 tahapan, yaitu proses koordinasi dan komunikasi gagasan pengembangan ekonomi masjid, pemetaan/maping potensi masjid, dan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan BMT Masjid. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, respons dan pandangan pengurus BKM di Masjid Baiturrahman Kota Lhokseumawe dan Masjid An-Nur Meulaboh sangat baik dan membutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan untuk pengembangan unit usaha masjid. Pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan BMT Masjid menjadi landasan bagi penguatan Sumber Daya Insani pengelola unit usaha dalam akad dan keuangan syariah, mengembangkan kelembagaan BMT, dan kemampuan untuk merancang bisnis yang adaptif dengan kebutuhan jamaah.

Abstract

The effect of engine loading on emission of particulate matter was studied by using an Otto engine (Honda astrea grand 110 cc). In the experiment, the characteristics of loading engine, fuel consumption and composition of particulate matter were investigated. The engine loading was determinated in term of engine transmittion, the fuel consumption was measured by using plastic tube scale, and composition of deposit particulate matter was analyzed by using spectrophotometer. The experimental results show that the quantity and fuel consumption was increased by the increasing engine loading. The deposite of particulate matter was generally characterized by organic carbon content.Keyword: motor bensin, emisi debu, transmisi

Abstract

Jerami padi merupakan salah satu limbah padat dari lahan pertanian yang sampai saat ini belum dimanfaatkan. Limbah ini mengandung kalium sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku dalam pembuatan pupuk kalium sulfat. Pupuk kalium sulfat dibuat dengan cara mereaksikan kalium karbonat yang terdapat pada abu pembakaran dengan kalsium sulfat yang terdapat dalam gipsum di dalam reaktor berpengaduk. Reaksi dibuat dengan berbagai variabel yang semuanya mempengaruhi kondisi proses yaitu pada temperatur 60 oC, 70 oC, dan 80 oC, kecepatan pengaduk 100 rpm, 150 rpm, dan 200 rpm, serta waktu reaksi 60 menit, 90 menit dan 120 menit. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dari pupuk kalium sulfat yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji kadar kalium, kadar sulfat, kadar air dan kelarutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk kalium sulfat yang baik diperoleh pada suhu  80 °C, kecepatan pengaduk 200 rpm dan waktu reaksi 120 menit, yaitu dengan perolehan kadar kalium sebesar 0,68 % dan kadar sulfat sebesar 30,57 %.

Abstract

The Singkil District Court has now implemented this regulation before the existence of Covid-19 in Indonesia. However, the fact that it was found that the electronic trial process at the Singkil District Court, especially in cases of default, was still not effectively carried out due to several obstacles experienced so that the trial process could not be applied due to the principle of speed. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing defaults based on PERMA No. 1 of 2019, in the field of civil law and find out what obstacles and solutions are experienced by the litigants in the Singkil District Court. The research method used is empirical research, namely by using facts obtained through interviews and looking at real behavior through direct observation. The results of the study show that the application of E-court in PERMA No. 1 of 2019 in default cases at the Singkil District Court has not been fully implemented, because there are many obstacles that hinder electronic trials in default cases so that the trial process is very slow. It can be concluded that the application of E-court in default cases at the Singkil District Court is not fully in accordance with PERMA No 1 of 2019.

Abstract

The resolution of minor criminal acts that occur in Indonesian society can usually be achieved through several channels, one of which is through deliberation. The concept of deliberation itself is regulated in Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Customary Life and Customs. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is how effective and constraining the resolution of cases through deliberation in the crime of theft in. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and constraints in resolving cases through deliberation in the crime of theft in the family. The method used is empirical juridical with a statutory approach and a case approach.The results of the study found that deliberation in the crime of theft in the family tends to be effective to be carried out because of the issue of morality and values that are still upheld. And the constraints in resolving cases through deliberation in the family are related to personal relationships between the parties who are families who tend to be more sensitive to being accessed by third parties in their resolution, so a persuasive approach is needed.

Abstract

Objective This research aims to examine the factors affecting budget absorption in a local government taking the context of Aceh Province, Indonesia, which consistently falls below 100 percent from 2018 to 2020. This indicates that the level of budget absorption has not yet reached the targeted achievement, highlighting the need to investigate factors affecting effective utilization of allocated funds within Aceh province.Design/Methodology We use a group analysis unit consisted of 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province and collect data from 2018 to 2020. This research uses a time horizon, in panel data form, which is a combination of time series and cross section data. We use census method where the entire study population is observed. We collect data from secondary data sources; Indonesia Central Agency on Statistics (BPS), local government financial reports (LKPD), and local government budget (APBD).Results The result shows that the remaining budget for of previous year, the size of the local government, and the timing of budgeting had an effect on budget absorption in district/city governments in Aceh Province. Thus, it is very important for local government to control these variables in order to increase the absorption level of the budget.Research limitations/implications The findings of this study have important implications for government, as they suggest that government should control the influencing variables, especially the remaining budget of the previous year and the budgeting timing, in order to increase the absorption level of the budget.Novelty/Originality This study uses census method where the entire study population is observed. Previous studies used samples to represent study population.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to examine the effect of village officers role on the accountability of village fund management, (2) to examine the effect of village officers performance on the accountability of village fund management, (3) to examine the effect of monitoring system on the accountability of village fund management, and (4) to examine the influence of village officers role, village officers performance, and monitoring system on the accountability of village fund management simultaneously. The population in this study consist of villages in Banda Aceh City, with total of 47 villages. The respondents are the village head, village secretary, and village finance officer who take parts in managing village funds, thus the total respondents are 141 respondents. Data are collected using questionnaires that was distributed directly to respondents from March to June 2021. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS v.25. The results show that the village officers rp;e, vilalge officers performance, and the monitoring system have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

Abstract

Objective The purpose of this study is to examine whether information asymmetry and group cohesiveness affect budgetary slack with budgetary participation as a moderating variable.Design/methodology This research was conducted in a public hospital in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaire which were filled by 38 respondents who were involved in the hospital budgeting process. The samples are selected through simple random sampling methods. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was utilized to analyze the data.Results The result of this study shows that partially information asymmetry and group cohesiveness influence budgetary slack at a public hospital in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. By using moderated regression analysis with interaction test, the budgetary participation is able to moderate information asymmetry and group cohesiveness towards budgetary slack at a public hospital in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

AbstractObjective This study aims to analyze the performance of village governments in managing financial resources of the budget year 2016 in Lut Tawar District, Central Aceh Regency, according to the Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (or PERMENDAGRI) No. 113, 2014.Design/methodology This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach is a type of research where the researcher describes or deeply analyzes the result of a research about an object and then adds it with sources which already existed in the research object. The data was gathered through number of interviews and document analysis. Results The result of the research shows that the performance of the village government in managing fund allocation in Lut Tawar Sub-district at the planning stage has been running well. The implementation stage has been completed where all the programs and activities are executed in accordance with the plan. The administrative stage has been done well by the treasurers and every month the treasurers have accounted for every acceptance and expenditure to the village headmen. In the reporting stage, the delay in submitting accountability report is caused by some negligence by the party from the village government. At the accountability stage, the accountability reports were reported as well as evaluated with the village government community and transparent to the community for every use of village funds in the form of information posted on the information boards in the office of the village headmen and billboards installed in front of the village headman office.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget di kalangan peserta didik telah meluas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap interaksi sosial peserta didik. Berdasarkan tinjauan Pustaka dan analisi data, penggunaan gadget memiliki dampak yang signitif terhadap kemampuan interaksi peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengunaan gadget yang berlebihan dapat mengurangi kesempatan siswa dalam berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya, yang dapat mempengaruhi pada kemampuan mereka untuk berkomunikasi, bekerjasama, dan membangunhubungan sosial yang baik. Di sisi lain, pengunaan gadget yang terkendali dan terarah dapat memberikan manfaat Pendidikan dan mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif. Artikel ini menunjukan bahwa pendidik dan orangtua berperang penting dalam memantau dan membimbing penggunaan gadget di kalangan peserta didik, sehingga dampak negative dapat diminimalisir dan potensi positif dpat dicapai.
