Abstract

The most significant influence on the development of Indonesian law is legal philosophy. The term "Pancasila" refers to the entirety of regulations and laws, beginning with our constitution. All regulations that are not based on our constitution must establish Pancasila as the basis and foundation of the law. Indonesia's legal framework is known as Pancasila. Consequently, Pancasila is recognized as both a philosophy and a written law in Indonesia that encompasses living law. The issue is the extent to which legal philosophy influences the development of the legal system in Indonesia. Certainly, it is crucial to address this issue. The legal method was implemented by the authors to evaluate this issue with normative law. The authors' methodology was derived from numerous books that address comparable issues. The results of this research show that Legal philosophy is a critical component of Indonesian law, serving as both a guide for its development and a necessity. Legal philosophy contributes to the elucidation of the philosophical foundation of legal values, capable of achieving the ideals of justice and order in society in accordance with the reality of the applicable law

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Matang Keupula Sa, Kecamatan Madat, Kabupaten Aceh Timur, yang memiliki potensi limbah biomassa berupa serbuk gergaji dari usaha ketam perabot dan limbah getah pohon pisang yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan limbah lokal menjadi energi alternatif dalam bentuk biobriket dengan perekat alami dari getah pisang dan tepung ketan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi pembuatan briket, serta pengujian nilai kalor dari biobriket yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan ini menyasar kelompok petani dan ibu rumah tangga sebagai penerima manfaat utama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respon positif dan antusiasme tinggi dari masyarakat terhadap inovasi ini, terutama setelah menyaksikan langsung efektivitas penggunaan getah pisang sebagai perekat. Komposisi perekat terbaik diperoleh dari campuran getah pisang dan tepung ketan dengan rasio 2:1 pada konsentrasi 40%, yang mampu menghasilkan nilai kalor tertinggi sebesar 6784,69 cal/gr. Selain meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, kegiatan ini juga membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah dan potensi nilai ekonominya. Dengan metode pelibatan masyarakat secara aktif dan pemanfaatan potensi lokal, kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi titik awal dalam pengembangan energi alternatif yang berkelanjutan di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

This research investigated a Bismuth-based ceramic nanocomposite material with the stoichiometric composition Bi?.?Pb?.?Sr?Ca?Cu?O_y (abbreviated as B(P)SCCO-2223), synthesized via the solid-state reaction method. The fabrication process involved compound composition calculations and powder metallurgy using several high-purity oxide precursors, with bismuth oxide as the primary component. Heat treatment in the form of sintering was conducted at 846?°C for durations of 32 and 34 hours to examine its effects on the material’s physical properties. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis revealed layered grain structures with the presence of pores at grain boundaries. Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis confirmed that the target 2:2:2:3 elemental ratio was achieved across all samples. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the sample sintered for 34 hours exhibited the largest grain size of 48.07?nm. The holding time of 34 hours during the sintering process has provided sufficient opportunity for the crystal grains to grow larger. Scanning electron microscopy photos also show that longer sintering times make the empty space between the grains smaller because the crystal grains are closer together, followed by the pore size becoming smaller. This sample also demonstrated the highest oriented phase percentage (58.12%) and the lowest impurity level (6.05%). Mechanical properties, evaluated using Vickers microhardness testing, indicated that the 34-hour sintered sample had superior performance, with a Vickers hardness of 0.905?GPa, Young’s modulus of 74.2?GPa, yield strength of 0.301?GPa, fracture toughness of 5.17, surface energy of 0.18?J, and a brittleness index of 0.175. Overall, the study concluded that the physical properties of the ceramic nanocomposite improved with increased sintering duration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of productive zakat management in the digital era as implemented by the Zakat Management Institution Musa'adatul Ummah. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to gain in-depth understanding of the institution’s strategic efforts in empowering zakat recipients (mustahik). The findings reveal that the strategy focuses on the selection of potential mustahik, the provision of business capital in the form of non-repayable grants, and intensive mentoring in entrepreneurship. The institution has also begun utilizing digital technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in fundraising through digital platforms, program promotion via social media, and zakat distribution reporting in the form of digital infographics. However, the digitization process still faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient digital competence among human resources, and low digital literacy among mustahik. These findings highlight the need for institutional capacity building, the development of an integrated digital zakat system, and strategic collaboration with various stakeholders to support sustainable digital transformation in zakat management. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a digital-based zakat management model and practically offers insights for local zakat institutions to navigate the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Asap cair terbentuk melalui kondensasi atau pengembunan uap yang dihasilkan dari proses pembakaran, baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung bahan-bahan yang melimpah akan lignin, selulosa, dan hemiselulosa, seperti limbah nilam, tempurung kelapa dan sabut kelapa, serta bahan-bahan lainnya. Namun, penggunaan asap cair sering dianggap tidak praktis dan sulit dalam distribusi serta transportasi. Senyawa fenolik dalam asap cair rentan terhadap oksidasi, sehingga diperlukan teknologi untuk melindungi komponen aktifnya dan mempermudah penanganannya. Salah satu solusi adalah dengan membuat tepung asap cair (liquid smoke powder) melalui enkapsulasi menggunakan kitosan dan maltodekstrin sebagai media pelapis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hasil terbaik dari kadar air (%), yield (%), bulk density (%), pH, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), dan pengujian Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Prosedurnya melibatkan pelarutan kitosan dan maltodekstrin dengan asap cair pada konsentrasi 10%, 20%, dan 30%, kemudian mengeringkannya pada suhu 130°C, 135°C, 140°C, dan 145°C. Campuran tersebut kemudian dioven selama 3 jam. Hasil terbaik untuk kadar air, yield, bulk density, dan pH diperoleh pada konsentrasi maltodekstrin 30% dan suhu 145°C, yang masing-masing sebesar 3,36%, 32%,0,794 gr/ml, dan 4,27. Uji organoleptik dari 10 responen menunjukkan rata-rata kesukaan terhadap aroma, warna, dan tekstur dengan skor 4,8, 4,7, dan 4,5. Kata Kunci: Bulk Density, Kadar Air, Enkapsulasi Kitosan, Maltodekstrin, Limbah padat dari tanaman nilam, Ph, Tepung Asap Cair, Yield.

Abstract

Briket adalah sumber daya yang digunakan sebagai bahan bakar pengganti tradisional dan terbuat dari sumber daya alam atau biomassa yang sulit ditemukan. Berbagai baik residu atau limbah biomassa menawarkan peluang besar antara lain adalah residu tebu, serat kelapa, dan serat pinang, Serpihan kayu, limbah kulit jagung, cangkang kelapa sawit, dan sekam padi juga merupakan potensi biomassa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sabut kelapa dikombinasikan dengan sabut pinang, yang biasanya terbuang, menjadi arang yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan parameter seperti nilai kalor, kadar abu, kadar air, dan laju pembakaran. Briket tersebut, dibuat menggunakan bahan baku sabut pinang dan sabut kelapa, yang diawali dengan proses pengarangan. Setelah itu, bahan dihaluskan dan disaring menggunakan ayakan berukuran 80 mesh dengan beberapa variasi (50:50, 40:60, 60:40, 70:30, 30:70) gr, kemudian dicampur dengan perekat, dicetak dengan tekanan press 125 kg/cm2 Kemudian, bahan dimasukkan ke dalam furnace pada suhu 300°C selama 1 jam. Penelitian ini sudah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, yang membedakan dengan yang sebelumnya adalah pencampuran antara arang sabut kelapa dengan arang sabut pinang sebagai bahan baku dalam penelitian briket. Perekat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tepung tapioka dengan variasi konsentrasi 7%, 10%, 18%, dan 20%. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa briket yang dihasilkan SNI 1-6235-2000 memenuhi baku mutu briket, variasi perekat 7% menghasilkan hasil terbaik, dengan kadar air sebesar 4,4696% dan kadar abu sebesar 4,3799%, nilai laju pembakaran 0,256 gram/menit, dan nilai klor 5,96271. Kata Kunci : briket , kadar abu, kadar air, laju pembakaran, nilai kalor, Sabut Kelapa, Sabut Pinang, dan Tepung Tapioka

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the jarimatika method to improve multiplication calculation skills in grade III students at SD Negeri 2 Surabaya Utara in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research approach is a classroom action research with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, tests and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were then analyzed using data analysis consisting of three stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the initial conditions, the first data obtained were only 11 students (60.4%) whose scores were able to reach the KKTP while 14 students (39.6%) whose scores were below the KKTP. After conducting the research, the results obtained showed that in cycle I there were 19 students (72.48) who were able to achieve the KKTP score and 6 (27.52%) students whose scores were below the KKTP. Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 2 students (19.28) who were below the KKTP and 23 (80.72%) students who were able to achieve the KKTP score. This shows that learning activities using the jarimatika method can improve student learning outcomes in multiplication material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution of species on three different transects to evaluate the diversity of aquatic ecosystems and its implications for the economic potential of coastal communities. Sampling methods were carried out on three transects by recording the abundance of 48 species from the mollusk, crustacean, and fish groups. Data analysis included the calculation of the Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H), evenness index (J), and dominance index (C). The results showed that Transect B had the highest total abundance (2,617 individuals) with the highest diversity index (H=2.617) and the best evenness (J=1.094). Dominant species differed on each transect, with Setipinna taty dominating Transect A (500 individuals), Petek (Secutor rocunius) dominant in Transect B (500 individuals) and Transect C (450 individuals). Species distribution showed significant habitat heterogeneity with some species showing specific habitat preferences. From an economic perspective, the presence of high-value commercial species such as kalampa anchovies, green mussels, mangrove crabs, and tiger prawns demonstrates significant potential for the development of capture fisheries, aquaculture, seafood processing, and marine ecotourism. High species diversity opens up opportunities for business diversification that can reduce economic risks and increase incomes in coastal communities. This study recommends sustainable management that integrates conservation with economic development through zoning of water use, establishing sustainable fishing quotas, and developing community capacity in seafood processing.
