Abstract

Pengembangan Video Iklan Layanan Masyarakat Mengenai Keselamatan Berkendara Pada Polres Parepare Sebagai MediaInformasi Menggunakan Teknik Motion Graphic dengan Swishmax 4. Skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan pengembangan videoiklan layanan masyarakat mengenai keselamatan berkendara menggunakan teknik motion graphic serta mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat mengenai video iklan layanan masyarakat tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan four-D (Define, Design, Development, Dessiminate). Subjek penelitian ini adalah ahli materi, ahli media, dan masyarakat Kota Parepare. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil angket validasi ahli materi, angket validasi ahli media, dan angket tanggapan masyarakat. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap video iklan layanan masyarakat berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan penilaian sangat layak, penilaian ahli media mendapatkan penilaian sangat layak, serta hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan video iklan layanan masyarakat mendapatkan respon positif dari masyarakat Kota Parepare. Dari penilaian ahli media, ahli materi, dan tanggapan masyarakat, video iklan layanan masyarakat mengenai keselamatan berkendara menggunakan Teknik Motion Graphic dengan swishmax 4 termasuk dalam kategori layak digunakan.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need for Akidah Akhlak learning that does not only emphasize conceptual mastery but also encourages the formation of students Islamic Moral Character in daily life. Problem-Based Learning is considered one of the relevant learning models because it links learning materials with real life problems so that Islamic values can be understood and internalized more meaningfully. This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning on the formation of students Islamic Moral Character in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MAN 1 Makassar City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study involved tenth-grade students of MAN 1 Makassar City. The sample was selected using a cluster sampling technique with a total of 79 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability prior to use. The data analysis techniques used were correlation and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 31 for Windows. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, a significance value of < 0.05 was obtained, indicating that there is an effect of Problem Based Learning on the formation of students Islamic Moral Character. Therefore, it can be concluded that Problem Based Learning influences the formation of students Islamic Moral Character in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MAN 1 Makassar City.

Abstract

This study examines the learning outcomes of students in moral academia subjects using jigsaw and STAD-type cooperative learning models in MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. This research is a pseudo-experiment. The samples were class XI IPA 1 and class XI IPS 2, both given treatment (treatment). Class XI IPA 1 was given the treatment of the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model, and class XI social studies two was given the treatment of STAD type cooperative learning model. In data collection, researchers used tests, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were then processed using an independent test formula of the t-test sample, with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the study obtained in the two groups through descriptive statistical analysis, the average learning outcomes of akidah akhlak using the jigsaw type learning model were = 81.25. In contrast, the average learning outcomes of Akidah akhlak using the STAD-type cooperative learning model were = 79.60. The results of the data homogeneity analysis showed that the F-value = 1.343 ≤ Ftabel = 4.10 expressed the sample data as homogeneous. For the Hypothesis test, the t-test showed that what was obtained was calculated as 1.76 < table 1.991, this shows that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is no difference in learning outcomes in classes taught with the jigsaw-type and the STAD-type cooperative-learning model class XI science one and class XI IPS 2 in MAN 1 Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the influence of digital financial technology and financial literacy on the quality of financial management of MSMEs in West Mamboro Village, Palu City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The study sample consisted of 77 MSMEs, determined using the Slovin formula from a population of 336 MSMEs, using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that digital financial technology has a positive and significant effect on MSME financial management. Financial literacy also has a positive and significant effect and is more dominant. Simultaneously, digital financial technology and financial literacy have a significant effect on MSME financial management, contributing 88.9%. These findings confirm that optimizing MSME financial management is not solely determined by the use of digital financial technology, but also depends heavily on the level of financial literacy of business actors.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Dana Desa yang meliputi penetapan prioritas anggaran, realisasi belanja infrastruktur, serta pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban di tingkat desa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemerintah desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan masyarakat, serta didukung oleh dokumentasi terkait pengelolaan Dana Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan prioritas anggaran dilakukan melalui mekanisme musyawarah desa dengan mempertimbangkan urgensi kebutuhan dan manfaat kolektif bagi masyarakat. Realisasi belanja infrastruktur dilaksanakan secara bertahap sesuai dengan kapasitas keuangan desa, namun masih ditemukan perbedaan kualitas dan pemerataan hasil pembangunan antarwilayah. Pada aspek pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban, pemerintah desa telah melaksanakan kewajiban formal sesuai ketentuan, tetapi transparansi informasi kepada masyarakat belum sepenuhnya inklusif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keterpaduan antara perencanaan partisipatif, pelaksanaan yang berorientasi pada mutu, serta pelaporan yang transparan merupakan faktor penting dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan Dana Desa yang akuntabel dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Dana Desa, Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa, Infrastruktur Desa, Akuntabilitas, Transparansi Abstract This study aims to analyze Village Fund management, including budget priority setting, infrastructure spending realization, and reporting and accountability at the village level. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with village governments, Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the community, and supported by documentation related to Village Fund management. The results indicate that budget priorities are determined through village deliberation mechanisms, taking into account the urgency of needs and collective benefits for the community. Infrastructure spending is implemented in stages in accordance with village financial capacity, but differences in quality and equity of development outcomes remain between regions. In terms of reporting and accountability, village governments have fulfilled their formal obligations according to regulations, but transparency of information to the community is not fully inclusive. This study confirms that the integration of participatory planning, quality-oriented implementation, and transparent reporting are crucial factors in achieving accountable and sustainable Village Fund management. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the size of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and board of directors on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The research approach is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis and secondary data. The study population includes all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period, with a final sample of 17 companies that met the criteria, selected using purposive sampling. The results show that simultaneously, the size of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and board of directors significantly influence financial performance. Partially, the size of the board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect, independent commissioners have a positive but insignificant effect, while the size of the board of directors has a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination indicates that variations in financial performance are explained by these three variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. These findings confirm that effective corporate governance management, particularly through optimizing the role of the board of directors and improving the quality of independent commissioners, can support a company's financial performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social, economic, and environmental impacts of PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) mining activities on the surrounding communities in Poboya Village, and to evaluate the extent to which the company implements environmental accounting in its practices and reporting. Using a qualitative, case study-based approach, this study combines in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of company documents, particularly CPM's sustainability report. The results indicate that mining activities have transformed the livelihood structure of local communities, from previously dependent on the agricultural sector and traditional activities to dependent on the mining industry. However, promised employment opportunities have not been fully absorbed due to limited education and skills of local communities, leading to demands for a Community Mining Area (WPR) as a form of economic resistance and survival strategy. Field findings also revealed serious complaints regarding dust pollution and declining river water quality, which have prompted the community to switch to using drilled wells as an alternative water source. Although CPM's sustainability report lists health, reclamation, and environmental management programs, the community believes that the real impact on quality of life has not been fully realized. From an environmental accounting perspective, the company has recorded an environmental budget, but the information presented does not comprehensively reflect the effectiveness of its ecological impact control. This research confirms that the sustainability of the mining industry requires integration between ecological accountability, reporting transparency, and community involvement as the main actors in the sustainable development process.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Programme (PKM) activities were carried out in Bangkala sub-district, Jeneponto district, South Sulawesi Province, the partners in this PKM activity were Madrasah Aliyah (MA) teachers in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. The objectives of this activity are to: a) Increase the knowledge of madrasah aliyah teachers related to IKM-based teaching modules b) Train partners related to the development of IKM-based teaching modules. The method of implementation is by discussion, lecture and workhop. This activity was carried out to a group of 15 partners and then evaluation and monitoring were carried out regularly for 3 months. The outputs obtained are: 1) Increased partner knowledge related to IKM-based teaching modules; 2) Partners are able to develop IKM teaching modules
