Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta, mengetahui faktor yang paling berperan dalam pelaksanaan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta dan memberikan solusi untuk memperbaiki pelaksanaan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta. Informan dari penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang, diambil dari masing-masing bagian satu orang staf. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan budaya organisasi karyawan Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta cukup optimal karena kurangnya loyalitas karyawan. Ketidak ikutan kegiatan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta karena belum ada peraturan ataupun pengawasan dari pimpinan dan belum adanya sanksi yang tegas. Bentuk ketidak ikutan budaya organisasi yang paling banyak yaitu doa pagi/sore dan pengajian hari jum’at. Faktor yang berperan dalam pelaksanaan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta adalah kebersamaan dan intensitas pemimpin dan karyawan antara lain waktu pelaksanaan melebihi jam kerja, kurang ketegasan pemimpin dan kurang loyalitas karyawan. Solusi untuk memperbaiki pelaksanaan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta antara lain dibuat presensi kehadiran setiap kegiatan, dibuat aturan dalam memberikan reward bagi karyawan yang rajin atau berprestasi, memberikan punisment bagi yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan budaya organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Understand the performance of Bank Jateng Purworejo Branch employees. 2) Understand the causes of employee performance at Bank Jateng Purworejo Branch not optimal. 3) Understand the efforts to improve the performance of Bank Jateng Purworejo Branch employees. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that because the performance of employees at Bank Jateng Purworejo Branch is not optimal is a) The high workload that exceeds the ability. b) Lack of authority to make decisions while the responsibility to be assumed is very large. c) Benefits that are inadequate or not in accordance with the work load given. d) Unfair and flexible delegation of work that creates social isolation among employees. e) Discrimination can be seen from the way each employee is assessed which is not based on their respective competencies. f) The occurrence of a moral conflict that overrides positive personal principles due to job demands. Efforts to improve the performance of Bank Jateng Purworejo Branch employees are improving work performance, behavior at work, employee attendance, service to customers. While the strategy used as a basis for assessing the success and failure of implementing activities is in accordance with the goals and objectives that have been set in order to realize the vision and mission of Bank Jateng Purworejo Branch, namely by motivating employees, providing an overview of good work such as service to customers, serving problem customers etc., provide confidence training in front of customers, train polite and quality speech, managers monitor directly the work results of employees every day, managers monitor employee attendance, every employee who gets more targets will get a bonus from the center.

Abstract

This study aims to to find out what obstacles were faced by the Adana sugar ant company in improving employee skills and to find out the efforts to improve employee skills at the Kulon Progo sugar ant Adana company. The method used in this research is qualitative method, where data collection uses interview and documentation. Before the data was collected, it was analyzed first and checked its validity through the triangulation method. The results of this analysis show that The results of this study indicate that the low barriers experienced by the adana gula semut kulon progo company are that most of its employees belong to the productive age and education level so that they do not have the desire to improve skills, so the skills of employees in the production department cannot be implemented. The role of managers is still too dominant so that there is no active participation of employees in participating in determining company decisions. Efforts to improve the performance of the kulon progo sugar ant adana company are by providing skills training either directly or sending employees to attend training organized by the kulonprogo regency industry and trade office. Employee training in the marketing department has been carried out by providing concepts and authority in planning, marketing preparation, news editing, election documentation, as well as collecting and consumer testimonials that will be used in the adana gula semut online store to several active things in leading daring stores which are very important by employees in marketing.
