Abstract

As an independent party, auditors have the opportunity to improve the quality and reliability of company financial reports that are used by stakeholders in making decisions. Against this background, incidents relating to the accounting profession from an audit quality perspective are increasing. Incidents often occur with test objects due to the inspector's incompetence. The loss of public trust in the accounting profession is an indication of the loss of AI's strict internal audit concept and a weak governance system. This research aims to determine how professionalism, locus of control, emotional intelligence, and professional ethics influence audit quality. auditors who participated in this research working in BPR Region III in Cirebon, West Java, were used as respondents. The resulting sample consisted of 49 of the 83 research topics selected to represent BPR researchers. The results show problems with normality, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation in the classical assumption test, which consists of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests using a one-stage multivariate model. The remainder is influenced by other invisible variables, with a total influence of 0.598 or 59.8%.

Abstract

The batik sector generates wastewater containing pigment residue, posing a significant environmental threat if not managed effectively. L. vannamei shells yield chitin, convertible to chitosan for water treatment. Baglogs, comprising mycelium and cellulose, serve as a viable adsorbent. The purpose of this study was to learn about the use shell of L. vannamei and P. ostreatus baglog waste with different lengths of time to decolorization batik industry waste water. The method for testing involves deproteinization with NaOH 1M, demineralization with HCl 2M and deasetylation with NaOH 60%. Chitosan L. vannamei and baglog P. ostreatus (2:25 g/g) waste were put into a container containing 500 mL of batik wastewater with colour content with variations of 0, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours. Further, the capacity of adsorption chitosan and baglog waste are determined using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer during the decolorization process in batik industry waste water using shell of L. vannamei and P. ostreatus baglog waste are 96 hours with a decolorization rate of 90.05%.

Abstract

A Breast milk is the best nutrition for babies because it is easy to digest and contains the nutrients needed for growth and immunity. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of chayote in smoothing breast milk production and increasing baby weight. This research uses a two group pretest-posttest design method without a control group, with measurements taken before and after treatment. The independent variable is the method of consuming chayote, while the dependent variable is the smooth production of breast milk and the increase in baby weight. This research produced information that the P-Value value obtained for increasing the smoothness of breast milk production (0.000 for boiled chayote and 0.001 for fried chayote) showed a significant difference. The P-Value value obtained for increasing baby weight (0.000 for boiled chayote and 0.003 for fried chayote) shows a significant difference. Based on these data findings, breastfeeding mothers are expected to consume chayote, both boiled and fried, as part of their diet to support smooth breast milk production and baby growth.

Abstract

Rituals are sacred religious teachings based on beliefs that will give birth to peace and blessings in the life of the believers. One of them is the Munggahan ritual which is still carried out by the people of Bandung, West Java. This study aimed to determine how the ritual process was carried out and to understand the theological meaning of the Munggahan ritual carried out by the people of Bandung. The design used in this research is descriptive method that systematically explains the facts in the field through the anthropological approach of religion. The data collection process employed observation and interview. The informants were the chairman and several members of the Bandung community. The result shows that the theological meaning of the Munggahan ritual in the month of Ramadan is a form of cleansing oneself from bad things during the past year as well as a form of expression of gratitude for what Allah has given. It also conveys the hope to be given the convenience, safety, health and to avoid bad deeds during worship during Ramadan. Ritual merupakan ajaran agama yang sakral berdasarkan kepercayaan yang akan melahirkan kedamaian dan keberkahan dalam hidup penganutnya. Salah satunya adalah ritual Munggahan yang masih dilakukan oleh masyarakat Bandung, Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses ritual itu dilakukan dan untuk memahami makna teologis dari ritual Munggahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan secara sistematis fakta-fakta di lapangan melalui pendekatan antropologi agama. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Informan adalah ketua dan beberapa anggota masyarakat Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna teologis dari ritual Munggahan di bulan Ramadhan adalah sebagai bentuk pembersihan diri dari hal-hal buruk selama satu tahun terakhir sekaligus sebagai bentuk ungkapan rasa syukur atas apa yang telah diberikan oleh Allah SWT. Juga menyampaikan harapan agar diberikan kemudahan, keselamatan, kesehatan dan terhindar dari perbuatan buruk selama beribadah di bulan Ramadhan.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of religious teacher leadership in cultivating Islamic ethics at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological framework. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows four stages: condensation, coding, categorization, and theorization. The findings reveal that religious teachers can design, organize, guide, and supervise the inculcation of religious teachings, particularly in Islamic jurisprudence, thus emphasizing the manifestation of Islamic ethics, such as dress code, religious traditions, and Islamic interactions. However, the teachers' skills in critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity have yet to integrate the practice of religion within them, both among teachers and students. This research underscores the importance of further studies to unveil comprehensive strategies for realizing Islamic ethics across various dimensions in the context of religious teacher leadership. These strategies should align with the student profile project of "rahmatan lil alamin" and position the practice of religious teachings as a critical leadership competency within the madrasah context.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pembangunan ekonominasional. Saat ini, UMKM diharapkankan dapat meningkatkandaya saing melalui inovasi. UMKM Ar-Riaz merupakan usahayang bergerak di bidang konveksi yang menjual baju kokomuslim laki-laki, jubah gamis dan mukena. Jangkauan pasaryang dapat dicapai dengan WOM sangat terbatas. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah UMKM Ar-Riaz ini sangat tergantungpada pembeli yang akan kembali membeli produk mereka danpromosi yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan dengan menggunakanstrategi komunikasi pemasaran dengan menggunakan metodeQSPM. Dalam perancangan strategi ini dilakukan dikarenakantarget penjualan tidak terpenuhi untuk setiap bulannya,terdapat produk musiman yang akan dibeli untuk hari raya idulfitri. Terdapat beberapa langkah yang melibatkan beberapamatriks analisis seperti factor internal dilakukan denganmenganalisis Marketing Mix (5P) dan melakukan wawancarakepada owner serta karyawan. Dan untuk factor eksternaldilakukan dengan mengguanakan analisis PEST untukmembantu UMKM Ar-Riaz menemukan strategi yang efektifdan efisien untuk melakukan komunikasi pemasaran.Bedasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkanperhitungan nilai Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) denganstrategi alternatif yang telah disetujui yaitu melakukanpenjualan dengan menggunakan online selling dengan livestreaming pada media e-commerce seperti Shopee atau TikTodengan niali TAS tertinggi sebesar (6,8037), Menambahkanstok ketersediaan produk di Gudang (6,3829), Penambahanwarna pada setiap produk untuk menarik pangsa pasar(6,0693). Abstract

All Muslims believe that the Koran is the main source of Islamic teachings. The above are mandatory religious teachings, and a person cannot be called a good Muslim if he violates these beliefs. Thus, every Islamic educational institution must truly make the Koran the main material that must be studied. Read or recite the Koran, write, memorize, and be able to practice the religious values contained in the Al-Qur'an. Using the Koran as a guide to life is a competency that Muslim children must have. So what are the obstacles for young children in practicing the Koran? The above is a big problem in this research, the answer to which must be sought through a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 3 teachers and students at Nw Sajang Kindergarten. In order to obtain accurate data, researchers used interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, there are two obstacle factors, namely internal and external factors experienced by Nw Sajang Kindergarten children in learning to practice the Al-Qur'an. Also internal factors are: (1). Lack of concentration. (2). Difficulty reading Arabic letters. (3). Limited understanding of Arabic. (4). Pressure or lack of time for studying religion, especially the Koran. (5). Lack of motivation and strong will from the child. And the external factors are: (1). Environmental disturbances (2). Children play more often. (3). Lack of appropriate learning materials. (4). Children use electronic devices more often when they are at home. And the solution to overcome this obstacle is; increasing concentration, taking an educational game approach, integrated Arabic language teaching, effective time management, providing ongoing motivation, and finally creating a calm learning environment.

Abstract

Reliable clinical diagnosis of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) is necessary for personalizing tamoxifen medication according to CYP2D6*10 genetic variations. Our research aimed to create a recombinant plasmid for external control material with a molecular size of 3812 bp. The recombinant plasmid was achieved by cloning an 838 bp gene insert of CYP2D6*10 rs1065852 into a 2974 bp pJET1.2 plasmid into Escherichia coli DH10B and selection on ampicillin agar medium. Isolated E. coli recombinants provided the plasmid molecules for analysis. Bi-directional sequencing and Real-Time PCR confirmed the presence of wild-type and mutant rs1065852 DNA fragments in the plasmid, namely homozygote CC and TT. The conclusion is that we have successfully introduced a novel recombinant plasmid developed by cloning the SNP rs1065852, which carries the 100C>T mutation, using pJET 1.2/blunt system, which could significantly enhance the accuracy of clinical SNP diagnostics for personalized medicine in breast cancer treatment.

Abstract

Persuasive communication is very important in shaping awareness, attitudes, and behavior, especially in the development of Islamic communities. In Kendal Regency, socio-religious life is influenced not only by culture and tradition, but also by legal regulations that govern social order. This study aims to analyze how persuasive communication from a legal perspective contributes to the sustainable empowerment of Islamic communities. Using a qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the integration of legal values and Islamic principles strengthens social participation, increases legal awareness, and encourages the formation of an independent and empowered society. This study offers an integrative conceptual model between persuasive communication and legal legitimacy as a humanistic, adaptive, and relevant da'wah strategy in the context of Islamic society at the local level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine leadership styles in increasing the effectiveness of employee performance at BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru. This research uses qualitative research methods, with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques using observation and interviews with managers and employees as informants. The results obtained are [1] Employees must be able to collaborate effectively with their colleagues to achieve common goals and overcome challenges that may arise.
