Abstract

Education is essentially a conscious effort to develop the personality that is in a person to be better, smarter, creative and innovative. Spiritual competence is character and attitude which is the deepest part of awareness in a person related to which not only recognizes the awareness of fixed values but is also creative in finding new values. Discipline is a process of training the mind and character of children gradually so that they become someone who has self-control and is useful for the community. This study aims to determine whether there is a influence between Spiritual competence and student discipline in the MTs Darul Qudwah Tegal School environment. This type of research is correlation research, which explains whether there is a  influence between variable X as an independent or independent variable (Spiritual Competence) and Y as a dependent variable (Discipline). The population in this study were some students of MTs Darul Qudwah Tegal, totaling 63 students. In this study the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling data. Based on this research, spiritual competence variable (X) is obtained which influences discipline variable (Y) where there is a positive influence meaning higher variable X and higher Y variable.

Abstract

This article aims to identify and analyze the urgency and future of fiqh legislation for halal products in Indonesia. In addition, this article also aims to identify and analyze whether Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning the Guarantee of Halal Products is the result of authoritarianism in the name of Islamic law in Indonesia or is a constitutional guarantee for the majority of Muslims. The conclusion of this study shows that the effort to enact the jurisprudence of halal products through the Halal Product Guarantee Law is a constitutional necessity for Indonesian citizens who are predominantly Muslim. The regulation of halal certification in the Halal Product Guarantee Law is a form of legal certainty and constitutional protections for the majority of Muslims as consumers in Indonesia. In addition, the existence of the Halal Product Guarantee Law is also considered to provide benefits economically, socially, and healthily, which applies universally regardless of religion. Even the accusation that the Halal Product Guarantee Law is a product of authoritarianism that harms non-Muslims cannot be justified. Because the producers of food and medicine that are widely circulating in supermarkets and mini-markets in Indonesia are actually non-Muslim owners. Even with this halal certification, their products can enter the world market, especially in Muslim countries.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze models of empower­ment of women in the work area DPU Tauhid Daarut Bandung and its influence on family income. The purpose of this study is to analyze models of empowerment of women in the work area DPU Tauhid Daarut London and Her influence to increase family income. The existence of this study are expected to be knowledgeable about the model of women's empowerment as an effort to increase women's economic although it can be sold in other regions indonesia. The results showed that the model of the empowerment of women in the DPU Daarut Tauhid is a semi-direct model of mentoring faith based. The existence of an impact empowerment efforts on improving the quality of life with the motivation to change for the better so that increasing family income, a culture of saving, as well as cooperation among its members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the theological construction of Muslim and Christian religious leaders in FKUB Malang about the necessity of proselytizing mission on one side and the need to care for harmony on the other side. In addition, this study also seeks to explore how the strategic steps of Islamic and Christian leaders in FKUB Malang in bridging the necessity of the proselytizing mission and the need to care for harmony. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are for FKUB Malang that the mission of proselytization in Islam and Christianity is a theological necessity. But in the process, it should not ignore the aspect of the plurality of Indonesian society which is also a theological necessity on the one hand and a sociological necessity on the other. So that for religious leaders in FKUB Malang, the necessity of proselytization which has the impact of inter-religious conflict must be avoided and prioritizes theology of peace building in a multicultural life. Because, the Principle of Love in the teachings of Jesus and the principle of al-salam in the teachings of Muhammad are universal principles in hacking religious conflicts that often occur in Indonesia. The proselytization strategy offered by religious leaders in FKUB Malang in building harmony among religious communities is to foster the quality of religious diversity of each adherent, as well as awareness of the heterogeneity of plural and inclusive communities in Malang. In addition, for Malang FKUB proselytizing efforts should not be made against people who are already religious. To realize this strategic effort, a redefinition of the interpretation of stray sheep which often becomes an exclusive and orthodox turbine driving force is needed.Keywords: Proselytization, Islam, Christianity, Caring for Harmony.

Abstract

Keberlanjtan pertanian salah satunya tidak terleas dari ketersedian tenaga kerja di pertanian. Namun, ketersediaan tenaga kerja di pertanian semakin hari semakin berkurang,  disebabkan karena rendahnya  regenerasi petani dan melemahnya padangan petani terhadap nilai socio-culture lahan pertanian. Akibatnya,  banyak rumahtangga tani merasa  kekurangan tenaga kerja pada saat musim tanam ataupun musim panen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1)  mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap nilai socio-culture lahan pertanian, (2) mengetahui  regenerasi tenaga kerja pertanian dan dampaknya terhadap ketersedian tenaga kerja pertanian pada rumahtangga tani (3) mengetahui pengaruh nilai socio-culture lahan terhadap regenerasi petani dan  ketersediaan tenaga kerja pertanian.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Duren Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak  92 petani secara random sampling dengan system pemgundian.  Data yang digunakan terdiri dari  data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap nilai socio-culture lahan pertanian masih tinggi, namun regenerasi petaninya relatif sudah sangat rendah, sehingga berdampak terhadap ketersedian tenaga kerja pertanian pada rumahtangga tani. Rendahnya regenerasi petani  menurut kepala rumahtangga tani tidak terlepas  berbagai faktor. Salah satu faktor yang  signifikan berpengaruh terhadap regenerasi petani adalah nilai socio-culture lahan pertanian, sedangkan  yang berpengaruh terhadap ketersedian tenaga kerja pertanian adalah  regenerasi petani dan nilai socio-culture lahan pertanian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka pemerntah harus menguatkan kembali nilai-nilai socio-culture  lahan dalam kehidupan petani maupun generasi muda petani, agar regenerasi petani dapat  berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic Law into the Halal Product Guarantee or Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) Law is unique. Muslim minorities in Indonesia worry that the JPH Law is no longer voluntary but mandatory. The state acts as a regulator and an operator at the same time. This is because the JPH Law is derived from Islamic law but is intended for both Muslim and non-Muslim producers, in national and international context. This research aims to analyze the pattern of absorption of Islamic law in the jurisprudence provisions of halal products into the JPH Law and to review it from the perspective of maqashid shari’ah. This is a normative juridical research with a qualitative approach. The results indicate that 1) there are two patterns of absorption. On one hand, its existence reflects the pattern of Islamization of national law. On the other hand, it reflects the pattern of nationalization of Islamic law; 2) in the perspective of maqashid shari’ah a) the pattern of Islamization of JPH into National law is an expression of preserving religion (hifdz al-din) and the realization of hifdzu al-’aql; b) the pattern of nationalization of Islamic law in the JPH Law is deemed appropriate, if it is related to the philosophical values contained in the pattern of absorption of Islamic law. This is because the nationalization of Islamic law is a pattern that emphasizes the absorption of Islamic legal values that are compatible with Indonesian culture. Transformasi Hukum Islam ke dalam Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Ada kekhawatiran bagi minoritas muslim di Indonesia jika aturan tersebut diberlakukan secara mandatory, tidak lagi voluntary. Negara bukan hanya berposisi sebagai regulator akan tetapi pada waktu yang bersamaan Negara juga berperan sebagai operator. Hal ini karena UU JPH yang bersumber dari hukum Islam namun diperuntukkan untuk semua produsen baik muslim maupun non muslim, baik dalam konteks nasional maupun internasional. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola penyerapan hukum Islam yang ada dalam ketentuan fikih produk halal ke dalam UU JPH, serta meninjaunya dalam perspektif maqashid syari’ah. Metode penelitian adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola penyerapan hukum Islam ke dalam UU JPH memiliki dua pola, yaitu pola islamisasi hukum nasional dan juga mencerminkan pola nasionalisasi hukum Islam. Kajian dalam perspektif maqashid syari’ah, pola Islamisasi Jaminan Produk Halal ke dalam hukum Nasional merupakan ekspresi untuk menjaga kelestarian agama (hifdz al-din) dan terwujudnya hifdzu al-‘aql. Pola nasionalisasi hukum Islam dalam UU JPH dirasa tepat, jika dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai filosofis dalam pola penyerapan hukum Islam yang menekankan pada penyerapan nilai-nilai hukum Islam yang kompatibel dengan kultur keindonesiaan.

Abstract

Tekstil akustik merupakan salah satu kelompok tekstil teknik yang kainnya digunakan sebagai peredam suara. Peredam suara adalah suatu bahan dari kain yang dapat mengurangi dan mengendalikan kebisingan. Koefisien absorpsi bunyi dinyatakan dalam bilangan antara 0 sampai 1. Nilai koefisien absorpsi 0 menyatakan tidak ada energi bunyi yang diabsorpsi dan nilai koefisien absorpsi 1 menyatakan absorpsi yang sempurna (Leslie L. Doelle, 1985).Material yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kain non-woven berbahan dasar serat serabut kelapa dan rayon viskosa dengan variasi berat 40 g, 50 g, dan 60 g yang dibuat di balai besar tekstil menggunakan mesin prototype Hot Press dengan metode Thermal Bonding.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian koefisien absorpsi bunyi tertinggi pada kain nonwoven dengan variasi berat 60 g yaitu 0,3 ɑs, kain nonwoven dengan variasi berat 50 g yaitu 0,18 ɑs,  dan kain nonwoven dengan variasi berat 40 g adalah 0,15 ɑs. Penambahan berat pada kain non-woven dapat meningkatkan nilai koefisiensi absorpsi.Kesimpulannya adalah serat serabut kelapa dan rayon viskosa dapat dijadikan bahan kain non-woven untuk tekstil akustik dengan metode pembuatan thermal bonding. Semakin berat gramasi kain semakin tinggi nilai koefisiensi absorpsi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and results of learning during the Distance Learning period using the role-playing method that can develop children's prosocial attitudes. This research was conducted at SPS Asa Ayoso in the 2020-2021 school year. The focus of this research is to develop children's prosocial attitudes towards other people and the environment around them so that children's prosocial attitudes can develop. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects of group B children totaling 12 children at SPS Asa Ayoso. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis used in the form of data reduction activities, data display, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that after carrying out learning activities using role-playing methods, children's prosocial attitudes can develop. By playing the roles of doctors, sellers, and buyers, mothers who are cooking are implemented according to the learning theme in the group method. In addition, it was found that using the role-playing method can develop a willingness to share, want to help, and be able to cooperate with children as part of a prosocial attitude.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasidan hasil dari pembelajaran pada masaPembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran yang dapat mengembangkan sikap prososial anak, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan diSPS Asa Ayosotahun ajaran 2020-2021. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sikap prososial anakterhadap orang lain dan lingkungan sekitar anak, sehingga sikap prososial anak dapat berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anak kelompok B yang berjumlah 12 anak di SPS Asa Ayoso. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penilitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan berupa aktivitas reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa setelah melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan metode bermain peran, sikap prososial anak dapat berkembang. Dengan bermain peran sebagai dokter, penjual dan pembeli, ibu yang sedang memasak yang diimplementasikan sesuai tema pembelajaran pada pada metode kelompok. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran dapat mengembangkan sikap mau berbagi, mau menolong dan dapat bekerjasama pada anaksebagai bagian dari sikap prososial.

Abstract

The analysis of Maslahah in the Millennium Development Goals . This research is a study Maslahah of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The focus of this research is Maslahahof five MDG targets, namely: 1) Reduction of extreme poverty and hunger, Equity in education, 3) Supporting the equation of gender and empowerment of women, 4) Reduce child mortality, 5) Improve maternal health The method of research used qualitative analysis. The data sources of this study is literature, Because this type of research is library research. The results Showed that the millennium goals are maslahah values that have an influence on the maintenance of maqasid al-Shari’ah, namely: to maintain religion, mind, spirit, Ancestry, wealth, lineage. All of this indicates the existence of universal values of Islamic law as rahmatan lil’alamin and suitable for all times and places salih likulli zaman wa makan.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze models of empower­ment of women in the work area DPU Tauhid Daarut Bandung and its influence on family income. The purpose of this study is to analyze models of empowerment of women in the work area DPU Tauhid Daarut London and Her influence to increase family income. The existence of this study are expected to be knowledgeable about the model of women's empowerment as an effort to increase women's economic although it can be sold in other regions indonesia. The results showed that the model of the empowerment of women in the DPU Daarut Tauhid is a semi-direct model of mentoring faith based. The existence of an impact empowerment efforts on improving the quality of life with the motivation to change for the better so that increasing family income, a culture of saving, as well as cooperation among its members.
