Abstract

Dalam menghadapi era modern yang berkembang pesat saat ini khususnya dalam pemanfaatan kopi, maka diperlukan suatu inovasi baru yang bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dan keterampilan pada siswa smk muhamadiyah 3 yogyakarta. Selama ini, pemanfaatan kopi hanya sebagai produk minuman sehingga harus memiliki inovasi untuk mampu bersaing. Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk kopi adalah memanfaatkan ampas kopi hasil seduhan untuk dijadikan produk body scrub. Kopi banyak mengandung antioksidan sehingga baik untuk Kesehatan kulit, begitu juga dengan sediaan body scrub yang mampu membantu menghaluskan dan mengangkat sel kulit mati pada tubuh. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan kegiata pengabdian masyarakat adalah metode survei lapangan, pelatihan, praktek, diskusi, tanya jawab dengan sasaran siswa smk muhamadiyah 3 yogyakarta khusunya kelas XI Farmasi. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan dalam membuat sediaan body scrub dari ampas kopi maka dapat menambah wawasan dan keterampilan siswa smk muhamadiyah 3 yogyakarta dalam mengolah produk kopi dalam bidang kosmetik dengan melihat nilai posttest yang lebih baik atau meningkat dari nilai pretest.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on figma website for grade IV elementary school and analyze students' concept understanding. The method used in this research is D&D Type II with 6 stages of peffers model and one group pretest posttest design. The participants in this study involved 38 students of class IV of one of the elementary schools in Bandung city. The data obtained in this study are data from material expert validation results of 98%, media experts 79%, language experts 94%, elementary learning experts 97.5%, so that an average value of 92.13% is obtained with a very feasible category. The data on the value of teacher user response is 93%, and the average value of student response is 89.5% with a very feasible category and get a positive response to interactive media. The results of the N-Gain data analysis of students' pretest concept understanding scores were 43.42 and the posttest N-Gain was 78.94. The data shows that the interactive learning media developed can train students' concept understanding on the material of the function of plant body parts.

Abstract

Background: The advancement of information and communication technology has led society to rely on the use of communication devices and the internet. The global increase in e-commerce, coupled with the growth of digital health services, provides direct access to healthcare for patients, as well as globalization of production and distribution of medications. However, it is important to note that these activities can become illegal if e-commerce actors or involved institutions lack the necessary business permits and fail to comply with certification, licensing, registration, and other legal requirements. Aim: This article explores findings of illegal drug products within the context of online drug circulation through e-commerce. Method: The approach employed in this research is qualitative, utilizing descriptive analysis methods and data collection techniques through literature review. Result: It has been revealed that the sale of illegal drugs online occurs on the Marketplace through accounts using official pharmacy names. The illegal drugs and food products discovered do not adhere to good manufacturing standards and have unknown dosages. This poses a serious risk to public health if consumed. The identified types of illegal products include drugs specifically for men, illegal weight loss products, fake health supplements, illegal cosmetics, and counterfeit processed foods. Conclusion: The misuse of e-commerce platforms for the sale of illegal products must be taken seriously to safeguard the health and overall safety of the public. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar berbasis HOTS dan implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana menganalisis berbagai buku dan artikel yang relevan dengan pembahasan yang sedang dikaji. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan kurikulum 2013 yang berbasis pembelajaran tematik dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai mata pelajaran. Agar mencapai kompetensi yang baik, maka terdapat pembelajaran Higher order thinking skill (HOTS) yang diharapkan dapat mendukung ketercapaian pembelajaran tematik. Dalam pengimplementasiannya tentu tidaklah mudah, maka penulis bertujuan menganalisisnya. Sekolah SD Muhammadiyah 5 Batu sudah melaksanakan seminar dan workshop penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS dalam pembelajaran tematik. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias dalam pembelajaran dan tidak mudah jenuh. Adapula kendala di SDN Serangwetan Cirebon yaitu keterbatasan waktu dan sulitnya menstimulus anak agar bertanya. Maka diperlukan solusi atas hal ini. Dengan pembelajaran HOTS diharapkan peserta didik dapat berpikir kritis dalam menerima berbagai informasi dan berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan suatu problematika.

Abstract

Introduction: Cataracts are the leading cause of preventable blindness. This study aims to determine the prevalence of cataracts and analyze the risk factors for cataracts in Jember Regency. Methods: The research design is observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The study carried out eye examinations on 1000 adults (≥50 years) who were randomly selected in Jember Regency. Risk factors analyzed included age, gender, education, occupation, smoking, and history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Results: The prevalence of cataracts in Jember Regency is 25.3%. Risk factors associated with the incidence of cataracts are age (OR=1.35; 95%CI: 1.02-1.98), female gender (OR=1.54; 95%CI: 1.12-2.13), low education (OR=1.83; 95%CI: 1.22-2.73), outdoor work (OR=3.72; 95%CI: 1.14-5.58), smoking (OR=1.42; 95%CI: 1.01-2.00), and history of diabetes mellitus (OR=2.15; 95%CI: 1.43-3.24). Conclusion: The prevalence of cataracts at ages ≥ 50 years in Jember Regency is quite high. Age, female gender, low education, outdoor work, smoking, and a history of diabetes mellitus are risk factors for cataracts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplor kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika. subjek yang diambil berjumlah 3 peserta didik kelas IV A dan 1 wali kelas. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang yang dipilih berdasarkan kemampuan peserta didik. Tingkat kemampuan peserta didik ada tiga yaitu; kemampuan tinggi, kemampuan sedang dan kemampuan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan peserta didik kelas IV A dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika terdapat tiga kemampuan yaitu; 1) kemampuan tingkat tinggi, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan soal cerita matematika dengan benar dan sesuai dengan runtutannya, 2) kemampuan tingkat sedang, peserta didik dapat menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika dengan cepat tetapi tidak runtut dalam pengerjaannya; 3) kemampuan tingkat rendah, peserta didik tidak dapart memahami soal cerita matematika.

Abstract

The current development of information and communication technology has triggered a digital transformation that has changed the industrial order. If in the Industrial 4.0 era technology was only placed as a machine or tool to access information, then in the Social 5.0 era technology and its functions have been emphasized more as part of human life. Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions are currently also required to be able to accelerate and transform according to these developments. If previously the da'wah media was more conventional with a very limited reach, now it is hoped that santri can expand their da'wah by using digital media so that their contribution can reach all levels of society. This is an opportunity and a challenge for Islamic boarding schools in developing da'wah. This activity uses a personal approach by providing understanding to caregivers and administrators of the Tahfidz Al-Quran Islamic Boarding School Merjosari Lowokwaru Malang "Oemah al-Quran" about the importance of digital da'wah for students as a provision when students have graduated from the Islamic boarding school. For this reason, the UPT PKM Universitas Brawijaya community service team provided a solution by holding digital da'wah training by inviting competent resource persons in their fields. In this community service activity, the Community Service Team collaborates with preachers as well as content creators who are experts in the field of virtual preaching. Some of the digital platforms that are in digital da'wah training are Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. From the results of the training, some students already understand how to make da'wah material that is interesting and can be delivered in the virtual world. From the results of the evaluation carried out by the community service team, it was found that the majority of students had good enthusiasm for the material presented because awareness grew both when the material was delivered, or during the socialization process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the status of hadiths that serve as the basis for the imposition of sanctions on individuals who convert from Islam to other beliefs (apostasy) and the views of Muslim scholars in understanding the legal messages behind hadiths on apostasy. This study addresses questions regarding the wording, transmission, and status of hadiths on apostasy, as well as how Muslim scholars define apostasy and interpret the legal messages of apostasy sanctions in the hadiths of the Prophet. The study utilizes the method of takhrij hadith with an analytical-descriptive approach. Both primary and secondary research data are gathered from various literary sources. The study finds that hadiths on the legal sanctions for apostasy have two forms of wording: "man baddala dinahu faqtuluhu - whoever changes his religion, kill him" and "la yahilllu damumriin muslimin illa tsalasin - no Muslim's blood is lawful except for three cases." Hadiths on apostasy sanctions fall into the category of ahad hadiths with a degree of authenticity (sahih). Furthermore, the study reveals the evolution of Muslim scholars' understanding of apostasy, wherein apostasy was initially understood solely as a departure from the Islamic faith (i'tiqad) but later came to be seen as a departure accompanied by enmity towards Islam. The scholars themselves are divided into two major groups in their interpretation of the position of hadiths on apostasy, namely the classical Muslim scholars who interpret it as a legal ruling that can be implemented against apostates. In contrast, contemporary Muslim scholars have started to criticize and reinterpret the status of these hadiths, emphasizing the need to reconsider the contextualized understanding of the legal message of apostasy sanctions. The significant contribution of this study lies in clarifying the status of hadiths on apostasy sanctions and illustrating the dynamic understanding of Muslim scholars regarding the implementation of these hadiths' messages

Abstract

This research was conducted in class II SD IT BUNAYYA with the aim of finding out information about what factors cause students to have difficulty learning mathematics. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research design used was a case study. The subjects in this study were class II teachers and 5 class II students of SD IT BUNAYYA. The data collection instrument for this research was observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the discussion from this study indicate that 1) the difficulties experienced by class II students of SD IT BUNAYYA in learning mathematics, namely students having difficulty understanding concepts in the material of equivalent currency values, difficulties in arithmetic skills on division and multiplication material, difficulties in solving problems, especially in the form about story. 2) the factors that cause learning difficulties in mathematics consist of two factors (internal factors and external factors). Internal factors consist of weak intelligence, low student learning motivation, and also a lack of asking students to study mathematics, while external factors consist of inappropriate application of learning strategies and media and a lack of parental attention to student learning development.
