Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan bantuan video kartun terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sikur tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah 113 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan siswa kelas XI IPA 2 sebanyak 37 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas XI IPA 1 sebanyak 36 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonequivalent control group design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis dalam bentuk pilihan ganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis tingkat kesukaran, dan analisis daya beda soal. Data hasil tes akhir dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dua pihak dengan rumus pooled varians dan diperoleh thitung sebesar (5,318) dengan ttabel sebesar (1,996) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan video kartun berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Sikur. Kata kunci : Model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, video kartun, hasil belajar.Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning model assisted cartoon video of the physics student learning outcomes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The study population was all students (113 students) of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Sikur academic year 2014/2015. Sampling was done through purposive sampling technique with class XI IPA 2 as experimental class (37 students) and class XI IPA 1 as the control class ( 36 students). The nonequivalent control group was used as the experimental design. The instruments used in the form of a written test in the form of multiple choices previously tested the validity, reliability, analysis of the level of difficulty, and analysis about the different power. The final test result data were analyzed using t-test two parties with pooled variance formula and obtained tcount of (5.318) with ttable of (1.996) at the 5% significance level. The value of tcount greater than ttable then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This suggests that the problem-based learning model assisted cartoon video has effect on the student class XI of SMAN 1 Sikur physics learning outcomes.Keywords: Problem-based learning model, video cartoon, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis CTL pada materi pokok cahaya dan mengetahui pengaruh penerapan perangkat pembelajaran tersebut terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode penelitian R&D. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kuripan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikan 5%. Rata-rata nilai N-Gain diperoleh melalui data posttest dan pretest. Hasil peneilitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis CTL yang telah dikembangkan pada materi pokok cahaya berpengaruh terhadap peningkatkan prestasi belajar fisika siswa kelas VIII. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis CTL, Prestasi Belajar.Abstract. The aims of this research is to develop CTL based instructional instrument on light concept  and to know the effect of CTL based instructional instrument’s application to increase eighth years student physics achievement. The design is a quasi-experimental research and used R&D method. Research subject was eighth years students at Junior High School 1 Kuripan. Data were analyzed using t test at significant level 5%. The average value of N-Gain obtained through pretest and posttest data. This indicates that the application of CTL based instructional instrument on light concept has effect to increase eighth student physics achievement.  Keywords: Development, CTL Based Instructional Instrument, Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar mahasiswa dan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan eksperimen terutama pada saat desain pra-lab dengan langkah-langkah metodeilmiah serta untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan desain pra-lab dengan langkah-langkah metode ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Hasil pengamatandan analisis data diperoleh temuan antara lain, kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan eksperimen dengannpemberian desain pra-lab yang berdasarkan langkah-langkah metode ilmiah adalah baik, serta mahasiswa senangdan berminat terhadap eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain pra-lab. Hasil penelitian yang menerapkan perangkat pembelajaran ini dapat meningkatkan proporsi jawaban benar mahasiswa untuk THB Produk sebesar 55 % dan dari hasil analisis statistik uji-t, diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar produk mahasiswa yang diberikan desain pralab dengan langkah-langkah metode ilmiah adalah lebih baik dari hasil belajar mahasiswa yang diberikan dengan desain pra-lab yang biasa.Kata kunci : desain, pra-lab, hukum II Newton, gerakAbstract : This research intent on know product study and describe ability of university student in doing experiment especially at the moment pre-lab design with steps in scientific method and for know respons to implementation this method. This research is designed using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The result of monitoring and data analysis found that ability of university student in doing experiment by use of pre-lab design with steps in scientific method are excellent. The university students are also happy and having good interest to the training of skilled eksperiment with pre-lab design. The process of studying that implement this method can increase the proportion of correct answer for result examination 55 %, while proportion correct answer for examination result. From result of statistic analysis t-test found that the examination result product of student which is taught through pre-lab design with steps in scientific method is better than conventional pre-lab design.Key words : design, pre-lab, Newton II law, motion

Abstract

Abstraks:  Hasil simulasi dengan menggunakan media CFD, didapatkan bahwa kinerja turbin terbaik adalah turbin dengan rotor 4 blade, kemudian  3 blade dan 5 blade. Jumlah tingkat paling optimal adalah 2 tingkat. Berdasarkan  hasil simulasi dibuat model turbin dan setelah itu diuji coba. Pada pengujian dengan kecepatan arus 0,8 m/s rotor dengan bentuk blade segiempat dapat berputar 60 rpm, sedangkan rotor dengan bentuk blade bundar mampu berputar 130 rpm. Pada pembuatan dan pengujian prototipe di lapangan didapatkan bahwa pada arus air 0,55 m/s rotor turbin poros tunggal mampu berputar 116 rpm, dengan putaran poros generator  sebesar 290 rpm dan mampu membangkitkan tegangan 1,3 V. Kata Kunci: Turbin, Poros Tunggal, Blade Abstract: Simulation results using CFD media, it was found that the best performance of the turbine is the turbine rotor blade 4, then 3 blade and 5 blade. The optimal number of levels is 2 levels. Based on the results of simulations made turbine models and then tested. In testing with flow velocity 0.8 m / s rotor blade with a rectangular shape can be rotated 60 rpm, while the rotor blade with a round shape is capable of rotating 130 rpm. In the manufacture and testing of prototypes in the field it was found that the water flow of 0.55 m / s single-rotor turbine shaft is capable of rotating 116 rpm, with a round shaft generator of 290 rpm and capable of generating voltage 1.3 V.Keywords: Turbine, Single Axle, Blade

Abstract

The purpose of this description is to analyze the results of student learning physics education in sub subject Ohm's law and Kirchoff laws in subject 1 Basic Electronics and possible solutions, which are expected to minimize the percentage of errors. The author uses quantitative methods to support this description. First of all, I have shared the instruments to students of the third semester. Then from the results obtained, the authors categorize the types of errors, analyze and find the reason of the student errors. Once analyzed, the authors obtain the result that the students' understanding of the application of Ohm's law in category 3, the percentage of the greatest mistakes that 90%, followed by the category 1 by 80% and the lowest category of 2 (20%). Then from the results of the analysis of Kirchoff laws, obtained the largest percentage error in the category of category 3 by 90%, then 40% of category 2 and category 1 by 10%. From the analysis it can be concluded that the ability of students to master the fundamental law of electricity is low.

Abstract

This study is an experimental aims to finding out the effect of problem based learning through experimental methods on student’s physics science process skills of SMA Negeri 1 Selong academic year 2014/2015. The design of this study used pretest-posttest control group design, while the sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The population of this study is students of grade X Science Program SMA Negeri 1 Selong, while the samples are the students of class X 1 (experimental group) and class X 4 (control group). The instrument of this study is the science process skills test. The result data was analyzed by t-test pooled variant two tails. Obtain values thint = 5.38, ttable = 1.99 at the significance level of 5%. Because - ttable < thint > + ttable, then Ho will be rejected and Ha will be accepted which indicates that there is significant the effect of problem based learning through the experimental method on physics science process skills of students of SMA Negeri 1 Selong academic year 2014/2015.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of problem based learning model with PhET media on the student’s results of physics learning of Xthgrade SMAN 1 Gunungsari in academic year 2015/2016. This research is a quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is all of Xthgrade student which amounted to 333 students, and the sample is the student at X.6 which amounted to 34 student as experiment class and student at X.7 which amounted to 35 student as control class. The sample was got by using the cluster purposive sample. The result of pre-test showed that the average value of experiment class is 34,35, while the control class around 43,66. The result of post-test showed that the average value of experiment class is 70,24, while the control class around 57,60. The study tested the hypothesis with t-test polled varians. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, tcount = 4,93 and ttable = 1,99 with significance level of 5% and tcount>ttable, then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So can be concluded that there is an effect of problem based learning model with PhET media on the student’s results of physics learning of Xthgrade SMAN 1 Gunungsari in academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inquiry learning model using simulated media on learning outcomes physics class X SMAN 1 Lingsar Lombok Barat in the academic year 2016/2017. This kind of research is quasi experimental research design posttest control group design. Population of this research is all students in grade X SMAN 1 Lingsar the school year 2016/2017. Sample was taken by purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain class X mathematics and natural sciences 2 consisting of 25 students as an experimental class and class X mathematics and natural sciences 3 consisting of 24 students as the control class. Instruments in the form of multiple choice questions test which refers to the students’ cognitive abilities as many as 30 items with due regard to the validity, reliability, power and the level of difficulty depending matter. Based on the results obtained that the average value of 68,4 posttest experimental class and control class 58,75. Data obtained in advance were tested for normality and homogeneity, earned both classed of normally distributed and homogeneous. Research hypotheses were tested using t-test polled variance, obtained tcount and ttable by 2,98 and 2,01 at the 5% significance level. Therefore tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. So, it can be concluded that there are significant inqury learning model using simulated media on learning outcomes physics class X SMAN 1 Lingsar Lombok Barat lessons year 2016/2017.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of Predict-Observe-Explain learning model (X1) toward students' physics learning outcomes (Y); (2) the influence of scientific attitude (X2) toward students’ physics learning outcomes (Y); (3) the effect of interaction between (X1) and (X2) on (Y). This research type is quasi experiment with factorial 2 x 2. Its population is all students of class XI IPA in SMA Negeri 6 Mataram years 2016/2017. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique and class XI IPA 4 as experimental class and class XI IPA 3 as control class. Data were taken using multiple choice tests with five alternative answers (learning outcomes) and questionnaires (scientific attitudes). The result data was analyzed using two way analysis of variance (anava) with 5% significant level. The results show that Fcount for influence (X1) = 4.58, (X2) = 25.92, and interaction between (X1) and (X2) is 0.05 with Ftable = 3.97. For the effects of (X1) and (X2) there is Fcount ≥ Ftable whereas the interaction effect between (X1) and (X2) is obtained Fcount <Ftabel. Based on the results of this analysis can be concluded that: (1) there is influence of Predict-Observe-Explain learning model toward student’s physics learning outcomes; (2) there is influence of scientific attitude toward student’s physics learning outcomes; (3) there is no interaction effect between Predict-Observe-Explain learning model with scientific attitude toward student physics learning result.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of guided inquiry learning model toward concept mastery and critical thinking ability of physics of X grade students of SMAN 1 Kuripan in academic year 2017/2018. This research was an experimental research with post test only control group design. The population of this research was X MIA students consicted of 3 classes with the total number of the students was 30 for each class. The sample was chosen using cluster random sampling technique. Technique of collecting data of the mastery concept and critical thinking ability using essay test. Gained data was analyzed using manova test. The result of hypotesis test showed , so it was concluded that there was an effect of guided inquiry learning wodel on the mastery of concept and critical thinking ability of physics of X grade students of SMAN 1 Kuripan in academic year 2017/2018.
