Abstract

This research discusses the goods distribution system in an urban area by considering an odd-even vehicle license plate rule. This rule enables the vehicles with the even-number plate to pass particular roads on even-number dates and vice versa during specific time intervals determined by the authority. This rule is potentially rising the company’s logistic cost up to 20%. Therefore, a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming model is developed to solve the problem. The performance of the model is tested on some numerical examples. Computational results show that the model generates optimal solutions with numerous computational times. The instances of customers located randomly and clustered manner (i.e., mix) are arduous to solve. The average computational time of these instances is 1 hour and 35 minutes.

Abstract

Teachers are at the forefront of building students' competencies for junior high school education, especially local wisdom-based civic competence, but during the implementation of the independent curriculum, the competencies mastered by students are still not optimal. This study aims to ascertain the level of local wisdom-based civic competence that students possess, the challenges that Pancasila subjects present to students in developing local wisdom-based civic competence, and potential solutions for fostering local wisdom-based civic competence in the era of independent curricula. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Pacitan, and the research subjects were students. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive research method because it tries to describe the competencies mastered by students, the obstacles to building them, and solutions to these obstacles, especially those related to local wisdom-based civic competence in the era of an independent curriculum. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation, and the data analysis used is interactive data analysis. Students have not been able to master civic competence optimally because they have not been able to implement civic disposition optimally and master civic disposition and civic skills more. This can happen because there are several obstacles, namely less than optimal teacher competence, unsupportive facilities and infrastructure, teachers being often late in starting lessons, poor student ethics towards teachers, and still teachers who cannot utilize digital-based learning media. The solution that needs to be done is for the government to make a policy to provide education and training to teachers related to understanding and implementing the Merdeka curriculum. This needs to be done so that each teacher can improve his competence so that his role in the learning process can increase civic competence based on local wisdom in students.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe trend of giving charity in the digital era has changed significantly. Baznas has reported that the current trend of providing zakat is dominated by young people aged between 25 and 44. The achievement in 2021 is that the value generated is tremendous, reaching 11.5 trillion rupiah, most of which is duet o the participation of millennial young people. The large number of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh is partly due to the ease of issuing Zakat using the application. Laz Nur Hidayah is one of the Laz institutions in Surakarta City, which was established in 2021. This new institution is currently still developing to be able to create after other Laz institutions. Laz Nur Hidayah has enormous potential, as Nur Hidayah already has a big name in the world of education in Surakarta. Currently, Laz Nur Hidayah, a new institution, still has many shortcomings in ZIS management in terms of program planning, donor optimization, donor management, and reporting to donors. This service program aims to optimize LazNH's performance with the development of the SIMLaz application. The problems experienced by Laz Nur Hidayah can be overcome by digitizing the management of Laz Nur Hidayah by providing an online-based donation application that can be transferred directly in real time either using a bank account or digital wallet such as OVO, Gopay, Linkaja or other ewallets. The assessment outcomes about this program indicate that the application developed has undergone evaluation utilizing the black box methodology, achieving an accuracy rate of 100%. This means that this application is in accordance with the function requirements that users want. Subsequent applications were subjected to qualitative assessment to ascertain the enhancement of institutional efficacy. The assessment of the interview determined that the application enhances the organization of programs, the documentation of financial inflows, and the augmentation of volunteer resources that may serve as supplementary employment. Keywords: Simlaz; Crowdfunding; Zakat; LAZ; empowerment; HR; zakat application.
