Abstract

Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi dan berkembangnya jumlah pengguna mobil di Indonesia menyebabkan perlunya  perkembangan teknologi untuk beberapa komponen mobil. Saat ini aki, radiator, dan rem mobil belum tersentuh teknologi sehingga banyak dari pengendara mobil tidak mengetahui kondisi dari mobilnya sebelum berkendara. Sistem-sistem pada mobil pun masih terpisah-pisah. Program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu sistem yang memonitoring kondisi komponen-komponen tersebut dan mengintegrasikannya dengan sistem pengamanan dan utilitas. ECOCAR (Embedded Computer On Car) menggunakan mini-computer Raspberry-Pi dan sebuah mikrokontroler ATMega16. Dalam pembuatannya, terlebih dahulu dilakukan perancangan sistem, pembuatan rangkaian ECOCAR, dan pembuatan software ECOCAR. Sistem ini akan memantau tegangan aki, suhu dan tekanan radiator, kampas dan minyak rem. Sistem ECOCAR ini menggunakan daya listrik sebesar 4,56W sehingga tidak akan menguras tenaga aki mobil itu sendiri. Kondisi dari kampas dan minyak rem akan terdeteksi. Suhu dan tekanan dalam radiator bisa terpantau langsung oleh pengguna. Lalu, penguncian dan pembukaan pintu mobil bisa menggunakan Smartphone. Sistem ini mampu mengintegrasikan sistem-sistem tersebut sehingga  pengendara bisa lebih mudah dalam memantau dan memelihara perangkat mobilnya.   Kata kunci: ECOCAR, pengamanan, utilitas, monitoring, mobil     Abstract Developments in technology and the growing number of car users in Indonesia led to the need for the technological development of the car components. Currently the battery, radiator, and brake the car has not been touched by technology so most of drivers do not know the condition of his car before driving. Systems on the car is still fragmentary. The program aims to create a system to monitor the condition of these components and integrate with security and utilities systems. ECOCAR (Embedded Computer On Car) uses a mini-computer Raspberry-Pi and a microcontroller ATmega16. In manufacturing, the first system design, manufacture ECOCAR circuits, and software development ECOCAR. This system will monitor the battery voltage, temperature and pressure radiator, the lining and brake fluid. ECOCAR system uses electrical power of 4,56W so it will not drain the battery power the car itself. The condition of the lining and the brake fluid will be detected. The  temperature and pressure in the radiator can be monitored directly by the user. Then, the locking and unlocking the car door can use a Smartphone. The system is able to integrate these systems so the driver can make it easier to monitor and maintain his car.   Keywords: ECOCAR, security, utilities, monitoring, car

Abstract

Karakteristik motor induksi 3 fasa dipengaruhi oleh pembebanannya. Dua parameter yang penting diketahui adalah nilai torsi dan efisiensi motor induksi ketika dibebani. Namun, pembebanan motor yang signifikan untuk mengetahui karakteristik tersebut belum dimanfaatkan. Dengan penelitian ini, diharapkan nilai torsi dan efisiensi karena pengaruh pembebanan ini bisa didapatkan. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui unjuk kerja motor induksi 3 fasa yaitu dengan menggunakan prony brake. Prony brake merupakan salah satu dynamometer jenis penyerapan karena kerjanya bergantung torsi tarikan yang mengubah energi mekanik menjadi panas akibat gesekan antara beban pulley dan tali kawat. Pembebanan prony brake mampu menghasilkan torsi lawan dan pembebanan yang cukup signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pembebanan prony brake mampu memberikan pembebanan sebesar 191,02 W (25,47 % beban penuh) hingga 656,07 W (87,49% beban penuh). Nilai torsi keluaran dan efisiensi terkecil sebesar 0,9893 Nm yang terjadi ketika pembebanannya 25,47%. Lalu torsi keluaran terbesarnya adalah 5,5051 Nm ketika pembebanan 87,48 %. Sedangkan efisiensi terbesarnya adalah 74,21 % ketika pembebanan 80 %. Rugi-rugi daya maksimal dalam penelitian ini didapatkan ketika pembebanan 87,48% sebesar 287,59 W dengan komposisi rugi-rugi daya inti 80,58W, rugi-rugi karena angin dan gesek 22,7 W, rugi-rugi tembaga stator 139,63 W, dan rugi-rugi tembaga rotor 44,68 W.

Abstract

Tujuan PKM adalah melakukan Pelatihan dilakukan terhadap kelompok ibu-ibu yang berkaitan dengan produk olahan yang meliputi; kualitas bahan yang digunakan, diversifikasi bentuk prodak, diversifikasi rasa, serta bentuk kemasan prodak, Pelatihan dilakukan terhadap kelompok Ibu-ibu tentang manajemen mengelolah usaha kecil menengah, Melatih kelompok Ibu-ibu mitra tentang cara penggunaan sistim informasi melalui intenetan, Menyiapkan tempat yang strategis sebagai tempat memasarkan produk olahan mitra. Kondisi akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah.  1) Meningkatkan skill kelompok sasaran sebesar 30 % dalam membuat kue-kue kering  sehingga layak dijual dan diminati konsumen.  2) Omzet penjualan kelompok sasaran meningkat 50% . 3)  Berkembangnya wirausaha kelompok sasaran sehingga akan meningkatkan   penyerapan tenaga kerja sebesar 30%.  4)  Meningkatnya ekonomi penduduk di sekitar wilaya desa Pincara Kec. Abstract

Hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 is a calcium phosphate compound which is bioactive ceramic material with high bioafinitas and the principal inorganic constituent of bones and teeth. Hydroxyapatite (HAp) materials used as bone implants, adsorbents and catalysts. In this research synthesis of hydroxyapatite can be made by using material which is rich of CaCO3 like PCC chicken’s egg shell with a composition of 99,45% CaCO3. PCC chicken’s egg shell which has calcium source was synthesized to HAp by hydrothermal process with varied of ratio Ca/P (1,57;1,67;1,77) and reaction temperature (140oC, 160oC, 180oC). HAp synthesized result has been analyzed using X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The results of FTIR analysis, synthesis of HAp with hydrothermal method through precipitated calcium carbonat (PCC) showed the formation of hydroxyapatite in the presence of peaks PO43- dan OH-. The highest peak is obtained at reaction temperature 140oC with ratio Ca/P 1,57 and reaction temperature 160oC with ratio Ca/P 1,67. XRD diffraction results in hydroxyapatite get the highest purity obtained at temperature of 160oC at ratio 1,67 with a hexagonal crystal structures. The results of SEM-EDX analysis, show that the morphological form of agglomerates or clumping . The molar ratio of Ca/ P of hydroxyapatite which is made from chicken’s egg shell through the PCC is 1,69.Keywords: PCC Chicken’s Eggs Shell, pH, Temperature, Hydroxyapatite, Hydrothermal Method.

Abstract

The aims of the research are to analyze tha influeced between leadership style towardsteachers’performence, the influenced of job’motivation towards teachers’performance;also the influenced between leadership style, job’motivation, and compensation towardsteachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta. The kinds of research isdescriptive quantitative research with population: 55 teachers. Data collection method is questionairethat has been tested the validity and reliability. Then the collected data were analyzed by usingdoubled linier regression technique, Test t, F, and R2 were caunted its relative and efectivecontribution. The research result showed that: 1. Leadership style has positive influenced towardsteachers performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta with efective contribution is 18,8%; 2.Job’motivation has positive influenced towards teachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAMSurakarta with efective contribution is 24%; 3. Compensation has positive influenced towardsteachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta with efective contribution is 15,1%. Itmeant that Motivation has positive influenced towards teachers’performance higher compared withothers variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to determine: 1) Democratic values that the students developed in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura students; 2) Learning strategy of democratic attitude in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura; 3) Factors to be an obstacle in the learning of democratic attitudes in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura.The study was conducted in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura, with the kind of qualitative research. Data obtained by the method of interviewing, observation methods, and documentation. Data analysis methods used in this study is an interactive data analysis by using three main components, namely data reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions and also verification. While the data used to test the validity of the triangulation method.From interviews combined with observation and documentation of results, obtained results that: 1) The attitude of the developed democracies are attitudes based on values of openness, equality and the value of cooperation based on mutual respect; 2) Learning strategy of democratic attitude implemented by creating a democratic learning situation, get creative and open thinking and courage found. Implementation of learning strategies in developing the values of openness, equality and the value of cooperation through contextual learning strategies, inquiry and cooperative learning strategies. Evaluations democratic attitude of learning carried out after the learning process by looking at changes in behavior illustrates the extent to which the values that have been developed can be accepted and applied by the students. Evaluation conducted by the guidance counselor and teacher of all subjects, with an intensive observation and through direct inquiries to the responses of students on a case. Assessment results in the form of presentation in the form of quantitative assessment (score or number) and a qualitative assessment of verbal statements that are descriptive; 3) constraint in democratic attitude of learning is the unpreparedness of principals and teachers in implementing the changes to learning in developing democratic values, there is limited infrastructure and also lack of family support and people to introduce democratic values.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini antara lain: 1) untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan, 2) untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas Human Relations dan kematangan kepribadian karyawan dengan tingkat produktivitas kerja.Populasi karyawan Bagian Sortir PT Dwi Kelinci yang berjumlah 79 orang diambil 30 orang sebagai sampel. Pengambilan sampel secara non random dengan cara puposive sampling. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada karyawan dan data produktivitas kerja dengan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara intensitas Human Relations dengan produktivitas kerja. Demikian pula hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kematangan kepribadian dengan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Evaluation in a program is an important series that intends to evaluate the implementation of industrial practices. This study is an evaluation study with the CIPP evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam, analyzed quantitatively. Respondents in this study consisted of 5 Head of Department, 27 supervisors, 20 industrial supervisors, and 134 students who had carried out industrial practice class 2017. The results showed that 1) the context aspect had obtained categories according to the average value of 131.02. Significant in the context evaluation is that in the management of information systems supervisor respondents, the category is less following the percentage of 37.03 percent, so information systems need to be developed. 2) the input aspect in industrial practice management is in the category according to the average value of 57.08, which indicates the readiness of the management and students is appropriate, 3) the process aspect is in the category according to the average of 93.84. The category is not suitable for the role of supervisors who need improvement in student services and adequate guidance so that students can be directed, 4) product aspects with an average score of 85.30; this is shown by the changes that occur by students from personality, responsibility, and skill improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain in-depth interview about Political Relations in Maros Regency in the Study of Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in 2020 South Sulawesi Province. The researcher collected discourse data through electronic media, and the researcher acted as a research instrument on the political relations between the rulers and the community in the 2020 Regional Head Election contestation in Maros Regency. Sources of data are through documentation and informants, while data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews which are located in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research informants were 2 people, selected by purposive random sampling. The results showed that it developed in two dimensions, namely; subjective dimension and objective dimension. The subjective dimension is obtained through; (1) network of government actors and bureaucracy; (2) retainer network; and (3) community empowerment group networks can mobilize community support, while the subjective dimension is through creating client patrons.
