Research Method: A qualitative approach was used with a case study design conducted at SDN Rancaekek 05 in Bandung Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation studies covering the School Work Plan (RKS), School Budget Plan (RKAS), and academic supervision reports. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, ensuring data validity through triangulation of sources and methods. Research results: show that school principals make decisions through a systematic and data-oriented process, starting from identifying quality issues, collecting and analyzing information, formulating policy alternatives in a participatory manner, making decisions, implementing programs, and conducting ongoing evaluations. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, and work experience on employee competence at Mall X in Bandung City. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population consists of 110 active employees at Mall X, utilizing a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 19. The results indicate that: (1) education has a negative and significant effect on employee competence (t-value = 9.517, p < 0.05); (2) training has a positive and significant effect on employee competence (t-value = 23.218, p < 0.05); (3) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee competence (t-value = 7.153, p < 0.05); and (4) simultaneously, education, training, and work experience significantly influence employee competence (F-value = 384.034, p < 0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 91.6%. These findings suggest that while formal education may not directly enhance competence in hard service operations, structured training programs and accumulated work experience significantly contribute to employee competence development in the retail industry.

Abstract

The implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) is an important part of the digital transformation of healthcare services, but in practice there are still problems related to the accuracy of data entry by healthcare workers. Inaccurate and incomplete EMR records have the potential to reduce service quality, patient safety, and clinic accountability. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, ethical understanding, and training frequency on the accuracy of electronic medical record completion at the Liza Medika Clinic in Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach with an analytical design, involving healthcare workers as respondents. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire, while data analysis used linear regression tests to assess the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results showed that knowledge, skills, ethical understanding, and training frequency had a significant effect on the accuracy of EMR completion, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the accuracy of EMR recording is influenced by the comprehensive competence of health workers. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening competence through continuous training, improving technical skills, and professional ethics coaching as strategies for improving the quality of electronic medical record documentation.

Abstract

The background of this research is driven by the fact that many students have a limited understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health and making responsible decisions regarding reproductive behavior. This study aims to describe and analyze the management of reproductive health education based on the self-care module in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at Sehati Bina Insani IT Junior High School and Al Hasanat IT Junior High School. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation studies, and data triangulation. The study results show that implementing reproductive health education management based on the self-care module in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in the two schools is effective. In conclusion, the implementation of the project to improve the profile of Pancasila students through reproductive health education based on self-care modules at Sehati Bina Insani IT Junior High School and Al Hasanat IT Junior High School showed significant success in the planning, organization, and implementation stages. The evaluation showed the effectiveness of this approach despite challenges related to limited resources, integration of Pancasila values, parental involvement, and teacher readiness. To overcome these challenges, the proposed solutions include improving the quality of resources, teacher training, collaboration with parents and the community, and using technology. It is hoped that this project can run optimally and positively impact students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-development, ethics, and physical appearance of health workers on patient's intention to return to the Mitra Tamzil Clinic, with brand image as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional analytical observational design, involving 63 outpatients selected by random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using regression tests to examine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that self-development of health workers significantly influenced patient's intention to return both directly and through brand image. The indirect effect through brand image was greater than the direct effect (0.030 < 0.066), while the regression coefficient of self-development was 0.272 with a t-count of 2.245 > t-table of 2.030, and a contribution of 68.89%. Healthcare worker ethics also significantly influenced repeat visit intention, with the indirect effect through brand image being greater than the direct effect (0.101 < 0.224), with a regression coefficient of 0.139, a calculated t-value of 2.258, and a contribution of 29.05%. Healthcare workers' physical appearance significantly influenced both directly and indirectly through brand image (0.124 < 0.278), with a regression coefficient of 0.106, a calculated t-value of 2.740, and a contribution of 63.20%. Brand image directly significantly influenced repeat visit intention, with a regression coefficient of 0.272, a calculated t-value of 2.660, and a contribution of 61.93%. Overall, this study confirms that healthcare workers' self-development, ethics, and physical appearance significantly increase patient repeat visit intention, both through direct effects and through brand image as a mediating variable. These findings demonstrate the importance of improving human resource quality and clinic image in building patient loyalty and maintaining expectations of quality healthcare services.
