Abstract

Indonesia is a civil law country and is not based on power. The majority of its population adheres to Islam. Therefore, the formation of the national legal system in Indonesia cannot be separated from religious or Islamic law. Islamic law is a series of doctrines found within the dogmas of Islam, used as a tool to regulate human actions to prevent evil, crime, injustice, corruption, and other harmful behaviors, thus creating security, comfort, welfare, and justice in life. This paper aims to understand the contribution of Islamic law to the national legal system in Indonesia and to examine Islamic law and its contribution to the formation of national law across various aspects. The method used in the preparation of this paper is qualitative through literature study, with sources of information coming from journals, digital books, papers, and materials relevant to the topic. These sources were obtained by the author through internet access and digital books. Islamic law plays an important role and contributes significantly to the formation of national law, including in marriage laws, inheritance, waqf (endowments), the organization of Hajj, zakat management, Islamic banking, religious courts, and special autonomous regions. One area where the influence of Islamic law is strongly felt is family law. This writing demonstrates that Islamic law has become an integral component that enriches the national legal system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Joseph Schacht’s thoughts on hadith as Islamic law and to determine the influence of Joseph Schacht’s thoughts on Islamic law. Schacht is one of the orientalists who has a significant influence in the study of Islamic studies, especially regarding the authenticity of hadith. He argues that most of the hadith circulating today are products of the second and third centuries of Hijriah, not directly from the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The research method used is a qualitative method with a historical-critical approach. The main data sources are the works of Joseph Schacht, especially his books and articles that discuss the status of hadith in Islamic law. This study also includes a literature review of the responses and criticisms of contemporary Islamic scholars towards Schacht’s views. The data are analyzed to identify Schacht’s main arguments, as well as how these views influence the methodology of modern Islamic law studies. The results of the study show that Schacht argues that hadith is more of a recording of an oral tradition that developed after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. According to him, the process of collecting, distributing, and verifying hadith was often influenced by social and political factors at the time, raising doubts about the authenticity and reliability of hadith as a source of law. Its influence was not only limited to academics, but also influenced the public’s view of the importance of historical criticism in understanding the intellectual heritage of Islam. This study emphasizes the importance of a more critical and balanced approach in the study of Islamic law, which can help develop interpretations that are more relevant to contemporary demands and values.

Abstract

Weeds are one of the Plant Pest Organisms (OPT) which have both advantages and disadvantages. Weeds can grow around plants very quickly, including in areas where corn is planted. This research aims 1. To describe the weed diversity index found in corn plants (Zea mays L.) at UPT PATPH Lebo Sidoarjo. 2. To determine the morphological structure of weeds found in corn plants (Zea mays L.) at UPT PATPH Lebo Sidoarjo. 3. To analyze various potential weeds found in corn plants (Zea mays L.) at UPT PATPH Lebo Sidoarjo. The method used is a survey using random sampling techniques with a plot system. The results showed that at stations I and II the most dominant plant was Portulaca oleracea (Purslane). The diversity index in the corn fields of UPT PATPH Lebo at stations I and II is 1.96, which means moderate diversity. which means H' is classified as medium (1<H'<H’3). The identified potential of weeds is as food, animal feed, medicine and ornamental plants.

Abstract

Acquiring proficiency in Arabic as a non-Arabic native requires effort and constant practice for the language to become carved in the individual's linguistic repertoire. This inquiry aims to analyze and describe in depth the following efforts to familiarize the Arabic language in Gontor. It discusses how Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor applies the Arabic habituation model for understanding Arabic literacy, which discusses the methods, systems, roles of each element, and the results of the habituation. This study employs a qualitative approach that includes direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the Arabic habituation model in Gontor was carried out systematically, using a direct technique, and that diverse activities and a conducive atmosphere were built in it to promote the habituation, and that every element of the Gontor played a role in generating an optimal language milieu.

Abstract

Red lettuce (Lactuca sativa L) is a seasonal plant and belongs to the Asteracea family, this plant is often used as a staple food that contains various vitamins and minerals. The research was carried out from November 2021 to January 2022 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of red lettuce to goat manure and fertilizer. Completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatments used in this study, first using goat manure as follows: Goat manure content of 0 gr/polybag, Goat manure with a content of 150 grams/polybag and Goat manure with a content of 300 gr/tan . While the second treatment used foliar fertilizers with 3 factors, namely foliar fertilizers with a concentration of 0%, foliar fertilizers with a concentration of 9 ml/polybag and foliar fertilizers with a concentration of 18 ml/polybags. Based on the results of this study, red lettuce plants had the best response to goat manure 300 g/polybag and leaf fertilizer concentration of 18 ml/polybag at plant height 75.60 cm, number of leaves 61.14 strands, leaf length 73.05 cm, dry weight of stover 45.29 grams and dry root weight 37.63 grams.

Abstract

Minimnya pemahaman guru Pendidikan Agama Islam akan moderasi beragama baik yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap esensi ajaran agama, atau kurang menyaring informasi yang didapatkan dari media sosial seringkali menimbulkan pemahaman atau bahkan perilaku yang bersifat ekstrim dan radikal yang akhirnya cenderung akan bersikap intoleran terhadap orang lain yang berbeda pemahaman, dan ini akan berakibat fatal ketika diajarkan kepada peserta didik. Melihat fenomena seperti ini, maka Guru PAI perlu diberikan edukasi mengenai moderasi beragama sehingga nantinya bisa mengajarkan kepada peserta didik.  Edukasi ini dikemas dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan dengan menjadikan sembilan prinsip moderasi beragama sebagai materi utama. Hasil dari kegiatan ini guru-guru mendapatkan pencerahan terkait pemahaman mereka akan esensi moderasi beragama dan bisa mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran PAI di tempat mereka mengajar. Dan dari hasil evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan, sikap peserta didik sudah mencerminkan perilaku yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama.

Abstract

The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon in crypto asset trading activities such as Bitcoin is increasingly prevalent among the younger generation, especially students. This study aims to describe the level of FOMO experienced by students in Semarang City who actively trade Bitcoin and the factors that influence it. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. Data collection was carried out by distributing Likert-based questionnaires to 100 students aged 17 to 23 years spread across various universities in Semarang City. The results showed that most respondents experienced moderate to high levels of FOMO, which were triggered by social media factors, peer influence, and market price volatility. This study is expected to be the basis for wiser digital financial education among students.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang penting bagi kehidupan nyata. Pendidikan diharapkan dapat membentuk sosok manusia yang berpendidikan dan beradab dalam kehidupannya. Selain itu, pendidikan merupakan upaya sadar dan terencana dalam proses pembimbingan dan pembelajaran bagi individu agar tumbuh berkembang menjadi manusia yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, kreatif, berilmu, sehat, dan berakhlak mulia. Mind mapping merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas belajar siswa. Metode pembelajaran mind mapping dirancang untuk mengembangkan siswa dengan kreatif menyusun ide-ide pokok dari sebuah konsep peta pikiran yang mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Peta pikiran tersebut dapat meringkas informasi yang panjang menjadi diagram yang warna-warni, sangat teratur, dan mudah diingat yang bekerja selaras dengan cara kerja alami otak dalam melakukan berbagai hal. Otomatis kerjanya pun sesuai dengan kealamian cara berpikir manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Attaqwa 19 Kel. Kebalen Kec. Babelan Kab. Bekasi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan April 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, PTK, dan dokumentasi. Populasi sebesar 100 siswa, sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin margin error (5%), maka di dapat sampel sebesar 80 siswa dibagi menjadi dua kelas, kelas eskperimen dan kelas kontrol, masing-masing berjumlah 40 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik Pre-test dan Post-test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Validitas dan reliabilitas dan dianalisis melalui uji korelasi Product Moment (rxy), melalui uji t (taraf signifikan) dan melalui gain score. Berdasarkan hasil uji t didapati thitung sebesar 7,19 sedangkan ttabel 2.021 thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan DF (degree of freedom) 38. Dengan demikian Hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan Hipotesi Alternatif (Ha) diterima maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X (Pengaruh Metode Mind Mapping) dengan variabel Y (Terhadap Hasil Belajar Fiqih). Berdasarkan uji KD menyatakan bahwa metode Mind Mapping memberi pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 57,76% dan 42,24% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain dan gain score sebesar 8,7. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X (Metode Mind Mapping) terhadap variabel Y (Hasil Belajar Fiqih).

Abstract

Kinerja guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa serta mewujudkan budaya sekolah yang dicita-citakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial (1) kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru (2) motivasi terhadap kinerja guru (3) sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru 4) kompensasi, motivasi dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SD Negeri se Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan survey, populasi 155 guru, sampel 111 guru, teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling, berdasarkan ketentuan sampel oleh Slovin, teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner” skala likert” dan Teknik pengolahan data analasis jalur. Temuan penelitian secara parsial (1) pengaruh langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,079; (2) pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,053; (3) pengaruh langsung sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,120; Temuan penelitian secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi, dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,24 sedangkan sisanya 0,76 ditentukan oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Produktivitas akademik sangat berarti disebabkan menjadi gambaran dari pencapaian kuantitas dan kualitas guru dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang meliputi aspek pengajaran, penelitian kegiatan sosial dan penelitian ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial (1) budaya sekolah terhadap produktivitas akademik (2) kompetensi guru terhadap produktivitas akademik (3) motivasi terhadap produktivitas akademik 4) budaya sekolah, kompetensi guru dan motivasi secara bersama sama terhadap produktivitas akademik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SD Negeri se Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan survey, populasi 155 guru, sampel 111 guru, teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling, berdasarkan ketentuan sampel oleh Slovin, teknik pengumpulan data angket ”skala likert” dan Teknik pengolahan data analasis jalur. Temuan penelitian secara parsial (1) pengaruh langsung budaya sekolah terhadap produktivitas akademik sebesar 0,04; (2) pengaruh langsung kompetensi guru terhadap produktivitas akademik sebesar 0,05; (3) pengaruh langsung sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,02; Temuan penelitian secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi, dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,11 sedangkan sisanya 0,89 ditentukan oleh faktor lain.
