Abstract

Pendidikan STEM (Sains, Teknologi, Teknik, dan Matematika) menjadi fokus utama dalam banyak negara karena dianggap sebagai kunci untuk menghasilkan generasi yang mampu mengatasi tantangan global yang semakin kompleks. Pencapaian dalam pembelajaran STEM dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik eksternal seperti kurikulum dan metode pengajaran, maupun faktor internal, terutama inteligensi dan bakat individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak perbedaan individu dalam hal inteligensi dan bakat terhadap pencapaian pembelajaran STEM. Berdasarkan tinjauan teori dan penelitian sebelumnya, inteligensi yang lebih tinggi dan bakat alami di bidang STEM berperan penting dalam kemampuan siswa untuk menyerap informasi, berinovasi, serta memecahkan masalah yang kompleks. Penelitian ini diterapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan fokus pada kajian literatur yang relevan untuk menggali hubungan antara inteligensi, bakat, dan pencapaian dalam pembelajaran STEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik inteligensi maupun bakat, bila dikembangkan dengan baik, dapat mempercepat proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan pencapaian dalam bidang STEM. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan untuk merancang pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih inklusif dan disesuaikan dengan perbedaan individu dalam pendidikan STEM.

Abstract

The social adjustment as a process of adjustment to takes place in a sustainable. In their life, a person will be confronted with two realities that is self and their surroundings. Foster children that break the rules of orphanage, irresponsible, and unable to communicate well is indicative of the low social adjustment. REBT looked that the inability of individuals in interpersonal relationship resulting from irrational thinking. One of the efforts made to improve social adjustment is by doing REBT approach.  This research was aimed at revealing the effectiveness of REBT approach in improving foster care social adjustment. This research is a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. By using Simple Random Sampling technique. The class consisted of 10 students the treatment was given in 6 meetings. The instrument was a scale model of Likert. Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test assisted with SPSS versi 20.00. The result indicates that, in general, REBT approach Setting Group was effective in improving the social adjustment of foster children in orphanages Wira Lisna Padang. Meanwhile, in particular, there was a significant differences in the average scores between the social adjustment foster children before and after doing REBT approach Setting Group.

Abstract

Individual counseling services at the school aim to help students cope with personal, social, academic, and career issues. Through this service, students get direct attention from BK teachers to explore problems in depth and find solutions as needed. However, in its implementation, this service often faces problems, including low student interest in the importance of this service. Guidance and Counseling Management (BK) has a strategic role in increasing students' interest in participating in individual counseling services, especially in the digital era that is full of challenges and opportunities. This article was written after a literature study by analyzing various relevant scientific sources, including books and articles. Individual counseling services need to be optimized, starting from providing understanding related to counseling services, improving the ability of counselors to create a comfortable environment and utilizing technology in this digital era so that it can be effective and have a positive impact on overall student development.

Abstract

Game addiction among Indonesian students are increasing increase and cause impact significant to performance academics, mental health, and interactions social. Research This aiming for explore role Guidance and Counseling (BK) in handle game addiction in students, as well as identify strategies that can applied for reduce problem this. Based on the data obtained from the Padang City Education Office, around 25% of students at the elementary school level school intermediate first and top experience game addiction with duration more from four hours per day, which is related with decline performance academic, disturbance sleep, and improvement anxiety. Research This use approach qualitative with studies literature for analyze the role of BK in give intervention through various strategies, such as counseling. Findings show that interventions involving​ assessment beginning, approach based on motivation, and support social from parents and schools​ can help student overcome game addiction and increase quality life they. Research this also emphasizes importance involvement together between BK, parents, and school in create supportive environment​ change positive on students. It is hoped that the results study This can give outlook for practitioner education in design a more program effective for overcome game addiction among student.

Abstract

Group counseling is one of the important approaches in Guidance and Counseling (BK) at school, which aims to help students overcome emotional, social, and academic problems. One of the relevant approaches to be applied in group counseling is Transactional Analysis (AT), which focuses on understanding communication patterns between individuals. Despite the great potential of AT in improving the effectiveness of group counseling, many counseling teachers still face challenges in its application. This study aims to identify the problems faced by counseling teachers in implementing AT-based group counseling and provide practical guidance to optimize its implementation. Through a qualitative approach with a case study, data were collected through interviews with three counseling teachers in Medan City. The results showed that the implementation of AT-based group counseling was not optimal, with most teachers tending to use the general guidance approach. The main problem found was the lack of understanding about AT theory, particularly about the concepts of Ego States (Parent, Adult, Child) and techniques such as Reframing and Strokes. Therefore, this study suggests the importance of increasing basic understanding of AT, careful preparation before group counseling, and practical training for counseling teachers so that they can manage group dynamics more effectively. With optimal implementation, AT-based group counseling is expected to have a positive impact on students' emotional, social, and academic development.

Abstract

Students have various problems, one of which is related to self-confidence that needs to be explored and eradicated. School counselors have challenges in alleviating students' trust problems in schools. Counselors are required to have competence in counseling services in schools. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of group counseling based on the Adlerian approach to increase students' self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach. A literature study is a method used to collect data or sources related to the Adlerian approach that was adopted in a study and then analyzed by the descriptive analysis method. The Adlerian approach is one of the most popular approaches to group counseling in practice. In this article, we will discuss the analysis of group counseling based on the Adlerian approach to increase students' self-confidence. Based on the analysis of the group counseling approach, the Adlerian approach can increase students' self-confidence.

Abstract

Analisis transaksional berakar dari tradisi psikodinamika. Analisis transaksional juga mendapat pengaruh dari konsep keadaan ego dan pemikiran Erikson tentang perkembangan manusia yang berupa rangkaian urutan dalam kehidupan seseorang, yang kemudian disebut Berne sebagai life script. Pendekatan analisis transaksional banyak digunakan tidak hanya dalam bidang konseling dan psikoterapi, tapi juga dalam bidang lain seperti pelatihan pendidikan, manajemen dan komunikasi. Pendekatan analisis transaksional cocok digunakan untuk membantu klien dalam menangani berbagai tipe dan tingkat problem dan disfungsi. Mencakup situasi problematic sederhana, melalui reaksi stress sementara, hingga kesulitan berelasi dan emosi yang jauh mengakar serta gangguan kepribadian.

Abstract

Persepsi sosial adalah proses untuk memahami orang lain dan memengaruhi interaksi sosial. Kognisi sosial berperan sebagai kerangka berpikir yang mempermudah hubungan antarindividu, meskipun kesalahan persepsi sering terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara persepsi sosial, kognisi sosial, dan skema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi sosial dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, sementara kognisi sosial dan skema sosial membantu individu memahami lingkungan sosial dan menyederhanakan informasi yang kompleks. Atribusi berkontribusi pada pemahaman alasan di balik tindakan orang lain, yang memperkaya interaksi sosial.

Abstract

Perilaku prososial di era digital telah mengalami transformasi yang signifikan, memungkinkan individu untuk berinteraksi dan berkontribusi secara virtual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang dan tantangan perilaku prososial di era digital melalui tinjauan literatur. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, data dikumpulkan dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan, dan artikel relevan periode 2018–2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform crowdfunding, kampanye kesadaran global, dan komunitas daring memberikan peluang besar untuk memperluas partisipasi prososial. Namun, tantangan seperti slacktivism dan anonimitas yang berpotensi mengurangi tanggung jawab individu juga diidentifikasi. Kesimpulan menegaskan pentingnya strategi adaptif untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi digital dalam mendukung perilaku prososial yang autentik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Hubungan interpersonal merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan remaja, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti media sosial, empati, perilaku prososial, dan lingkungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika hubungan interpersonal pada remaja, dampak penggunaan media sosial, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan literatur dengan menganalisis temuan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dapat memperluas jaringan sosial remaja, tetapi penggunaannya yang berlebihan berpotensi menurunkan kualitas komunikasi tatap muka. Selain itu, empati dan perilaku prososial memainkan peran kunci dalam membangun hubungan interpersonal yang harmonis. Lingkungan sosial yang mendukung, seperti keluarga atau panti asuhan, terbukti membantu remaja mengembangkan keterampilan interpersonal yang baik. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan yang terintegrasi diperlukan untuk membangun ekosistem yang mendukung hubungan interpersonal yang sehat pada remaja.
