Abstract

This study aims to understand the regulatory system regarding knowledge and obedience to restaurant taxpayers. The Department of BPPRD or the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the city of Medan, to realize order and compliance in carrying out restaurant tax payments. This study uses a qualitative method which in order to understand social events that are in the area of ​​the Medan City Tax and Retribution Management Agency where sometimes delays in paying taxes are a problem, to try to carry out better the level of discipline, responsibility, and level of responsibility. self-discipline of restaurant taxpayers, the efforts of these problematic factors will affect the level of restaurant tax compliance and acceptance, this study is also disaggregated. Building a good country, prospering and prospering the region is obedient in providing support for the implementation of local government. Abstract

E-Commerce has a very big impact in the business world, especially in the process of improving the company's marketing in order to achieve the company's own goals, such as having a strong appeal so that many individuals or organizations are interested in running this business. Now more and more online shops have sprung up or companies that sell various kinds of goods by simply creating a website. So the process of ordering goods is communicated via the internet. One of the E-Commerce researched is Deal Java. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction factors such as Product Quality (X1), Company Image (X2), and Price (X3) on student satisfaction (Y) as Deal Java consumers. The research method used is quantitative with research results obtained from respondents as many as 98 students through data collection techniques in the form of observation and questionnaires.The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product quality had no partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Company image and price partially have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction.Then, product quality, company image, and price simultaneously have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Islam as a universal religion, teaches all aspects of the lives of its adherents such as matters of worship, morals, including procedures in everyday life which we often call muamalat. For Muslim entrepreneurs, it is a necessity to know and understand religious law in business, especially fiqh muamalah. So that they understand about business and entrepreneurship; and understand the concept of fiqh muamalah, its scope in contemporary business, and the rules of fiqh that are appropriate for contemporary business. Islam emphasizes the importance of developing and upholding an entrepreneurial culture in the life of every Muslim. A Muslim entrepreneur must have basic qualities that encourage him to be a creative and reliable person in running his business or carrying out activities at the company where he works.

Abstract

Perkembangan tekhnologi semakin melonjak naik. Salah satunya Internet, kecanggihan yang terus meningkat dan kemudahan akses yang berkembang semakin menarik perhatian masyarakat. hal ini mampu mendorong peningkatan penjualan bagi para UMKM karena adanya kemudahan akses dan fitur promosi yang diterapkan. Penulis melakukan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif agar menghasilkan gambaran secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat tentang sifat-sifat, fakta-fakta, serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diteliti. Shopee merupakan sebuah aplikasi mobile dan website yang bergerak di bidang marketplace online yang menyediakan fitur promosi serta menjanjikan kenyamanan penjual dan pembeli, yang menyebabkan adanya peningkatan laba apabila seorang penjual menjual produknya melalui marketplace online ini. Strategi penjualan yang dilakukan pihak Shopee sangat baik sehingga hal ini menjadikan penjual dan pembeli lebih nyaman dalam berbelanja. Aplikasi Shopee sangat sesuai dimanfaatkan sebagai media penjualan karena fitur promosi yang diberikan shopee mampu meningkatkan laba penjualan penjual.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how sorghum marketing strategy used by PT Paya Pinang Group in supporting the movement of local food diversification. The sampling method is done purposively by analyzing the marketing mix Strategy (product, price, place, promotion) that has been used by the company. This study is not only analyzed using qualitative descriptive also use SWOT analysis (Strenght, Weakness, opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate the opportunities and threats in the external environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses that the internal environment of the company has. The results of this study showed that IFAS score of 2.75 indicates a strong internal position, EFAS score of 2.85 indicates that the company responds to existing opportunities in a good way and is able to avoid threats in its industrial market. In the Cartesian diagram shows the position of the company in an aggressive state that is very profitable for the company. The marketing strategy used by the company to introduce sorghum as a diversification of local food crops is by expanding market share to various regions by utilizing the strength of the company in the form of good relations and transparency with suppliers and taking opportunities by utilizing the production of sorghum plants that are easy to live making production costs also minimum so as to help maximize sales profits.

Abstract

The Covid19 pandemic in 2019 hampered all human activities throughout the country. Many employees were laid off and learning activities were also stopped. Everyone must also isolate in their respective homes. This makes all employees unemployed, meanwhile every human being has their own needs such as eating, doing activities, and others. Over the years the unemployment rate has skyrocketed. Meanwhile, social media, especially the tiktok application, is becoming a hot trend among young people and adults. This pandemic has made mankind rack their brains to keep meeting their needs in life. One way is to use social media as a marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation regarding the use of social media tiktok as a marketing strategy in entrepreneurship in an Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

Advances in technology have resulted in various developments in the corporate sector. Many companies now offer their goods through web applications. Shopee is one of the most popular online retail business applications today. The aims of this study were to: 1) determine the effect of product, price, promotion, distribution, people, process, and the physical environment on purchasing decisions for fashion products at Shopee, and 2) determine the effect of product, price, promotion, distribution, people, process. , and the physical environment for purchasing decisions for fashion products at Shopee for UINSU Medan students. The approach is quantitative. The participants in this study were UINSU Medan students who had used the Shopee application to shop for fashion items. The findings of this study indicate that product, price, promotion, distribution, people, process, and physical environment variables all influence the purchasing decision of fashion products at Shopee, and that product, price, promotion, distribution, people, process, and physical environment variables are all influence the purchasing decisions of fashion products at Shopee. greatly influenced the decision of UINSU Medan students to shop for fashion at Shopee. Abstract

As an entrepreneur, it is necessary for him to have knowledge related to strategies in running his business. Because by making the right strategy, he will benefit as expected, and vice versa with the wrong strategy will cause losses for business owners and even allow entrepreneurs to go bankrupt. Of course, every entrepreneur does not want to experience bankruptcy or big losses. For this reason, it is necessary for entrepreneurs to understand strategies in doing business as a way to achieve success. This study will explain the various strategies that entrepreneurs need to know in running their business. The method used in explaining the entrepreneur's strategy is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher will conduct a literature study to produce various references related to the strategies that entrepreneurs can go through to run their business. Abstract

Perspectives and ways of behaving are the solidarity of an individual's personality which is framed by propensity ordinary. Pioneering conduct is impacted by inward and outer variables. These variables are possession freedoms (property right, PR), capacities/capabilities (skill/capacity,), and motivating forces while outside factors incorporate the climate in this way Attitudes and conduct can be changed without anyone else and/or there are natural tensions/impacts. there is an impact from inside themselves and from outside the climate to relate then develop indi mentalities and explicit ways of behaving. It is important to expect independent ventures' hardships by leading an exact concentrate on the enterprising soul, innovative qualities, and appraisal of pioneering conduct that might influence the acknowledgment of freedom endeavors. This study intends to investigate the impact of pioneering soul and enterprising qualities on innovative way of behaving to make business autonomy. The discoveries show that the pioneering soul impacts innovative way of behaving and positive roundabout impact on the business freedom.
