As an entrepreneur, it is necessary for him to have knowledge related to strategies in running his business. Because by making the right strategy, he will benefit as expected, and vice versa with the wrong strategy will cause losses for business owners and even allow entrepreneurs to go bankrupt. Of course, every entrepreneur does not want to experience bankruptcy or big losses. For this reason, it is necessary for entrepreneurs to understand strategies in doing business as a way to achieve success. This study will explain the various strategies that entrepreneurs need to know in running their business. The method used in explaining the entrepreneur's strategy is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher will conduct a literature study to produce various references related to the strategies that entrepreneurs can go through to run their business. This research explains that there are many strategies that entrepreneurs can go through, including through digital, considering that today is thick with the digital world, so as an entrepreneur he will continue to run a business that can be reached by the younger generation because their world is generally through digital as a means of communication. Interest in entrepreneurship is the desire, interest, and willingness of individuals to work hard in fulfilling their life needs without fear of the risks that will occur. Perspectives and ways of behaving are the solidarity of an individual's personality which is framed by propensity ordinary. Pioneering conduct is impacted by inward and outer variables. These variables are possession freedoms (property right, PR), capacities/capabilities (skill/capacity,), and motivating forces while outside factors incorporate the climate in this way Attitudes and conduct can be changed without anyone else and/or there are natural tensions/impacts. there is an impact from inside themselves and from outside the climate to relate then develop indi mentalities and explicit ways of behaving. It is important to expect independent ventures' hardships by leading an exact concentrate on the enterprising soul, innovative qualities, and appraisal of pioneering conduct that might influence the acknowledgment of freedom endeavors. This study intends to investigate the impact of pioneering soul and enterprising qualities on innovative way of behaving to make business autonomy. The discoveries show that the pioneering soul impacts innovative way of behaving and positive roundabout impact on the business freedom.

Kemiskinan masih menjadi salah satu masalah utama yang sedang dihadapi Indonesia pada saat ini. Kemiskinan merupakan implikasi dari beberapa faktor yang bersifat multi dimensial baik sosial-ekonomi, Salah satu solusi yang harus dihadirkan oleh pemerintah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan adalah dengan mendorong perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Namun dalam perkembangannya, usaha kecil memiliki memiliki beberapa kendala terutama keterbatasan modal, kesulitan pemasaran, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, masalah bahan baku maupun keterbatasan teknologi. Dari beberapa faktor tersebut yang menjadi faktor utama adalah mengenai keterbatsan modal. Lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) berfungsi sebagai lembaga keuangan untuk kredit mikro yang merupakan jasa finansial pada skala kecil yang diperuntukan bagi orang-orang yang memiliki keterbatasan akses ke jasa perbankan tradisional, sehingga dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan dana pembiayaan mikro. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur dari 8 paper di google scholar yang relevan dengan pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lembaga Keuangan Mikro mempunyai peran penting dalam menjaga stabilitas perekonomian masyarakat dengan memberikan bantuan permodalan bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah yang sulit mendapat akses ke perbankan nasional. Dengan bantuan permodalan tersebut maka dapat menghidupi kelangsungan usaha masyarakat terkhusus yang berada di berada diperdesaan sehingga mampu untuk membuat pembangunan ekonomi umat.

Through their field work program, namely consumptive zakat and productive zakat, the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution distributes and distributes zakat for cash assistance, infaq, and alms. Consumptive zakat is channeled through zakat funds, which are used for educational, humanitarian, social, and health projects. Productive Zakat Money works in the field of economic utilization work programs, making good use of these funds by employing people who have talent but lack capital. The farmer partner program formed by the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution is one type of productive zakat distributed by Dompet Dhuafa. Siraman village is located in the Pekalongan area. by having two fostered hamlets, each of which has potential but lacks the infrastructure necessary to develop. The purpose of the study was to examine the function of the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution in strengthening the economy of the poor in Medan City.

One function of the BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi is collect zakat, infak, and shadaqah, but the limitations it has encouraged the BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi to maximize the role and duties of UPZ. The research is aimed at figuring out UPZ’s role in boosting ZIS collections of BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi. The research site is BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi office, which ran from 17 January 2022 to 17 February 2022. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method by using two data sources that were generated from interviews with staff BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi or called primary data and data obtained from boooks, journals, thesis, and notes or called secondary data. Research shows that the amount of money that goes into the BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi via UPZ is down through the year, but the ZIS collected by UPZ to BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi is highest in value compared to the collection from other sources. The more funding that can be collected, the more channeling that can be given to those who are entitled to it.

Background: In online buying and selling transactions, a seller is required to not intentionally contradict his words and actions in his business. The seller must have a mandate by displaying an attitude of openness, honesty, optimal service, and doing good with all things, especially in relation to public service. Objective: aims to analyze the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on the shopee marketplace. This type of research is juridical-normative or normative legal research. Methods: This type of research is juridical-normative or normative legal research. Results: The results show that: the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on the shopee marketplace, has not implemented good business ethics. Because there are still acts of lying and also posting pictures that do not match the original. Conslusion: From the discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions in the shopee marketplace still has not implemented business ethics properly. Because the seller still discriminates against the buyer.

Background: The lifestyle of modern society and economy has been shaped by the advancement and evolution of information technology. Shopee implements worldwide marketing strategies to achieve success in foreign business. Objective: The purpose of this research is to find out how Shopee's marketing approach has developed and grown in foreign markets. Methods: This study uses a descriptive approach and uses a qualitative strategy. This research is based on secondary data collection. Results: generate marketing benefits and increased trade as it attracts many new customers, enables Shopee to conduct international trade exchanges and serves as a link between the domestic and global economies. Conslusion: The advancement of life combined with the availability of information and communication technology, as well as the use of the internet, has resulted in the creation of a multinational business. Consumers play an important role in shaping all commercial and manufacturing operations in the modern economy, so businesses that emerge in this era must be able to match their desires.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kewirausahaan melalui motivasi berwirausaha. Rendahnya motivasi siswa dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan berwirausaha dan efikasi diri siswa yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kesadaran berwirausaha dan efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran berwirausaha dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Kewirausahaan berarti pekerjaan dan kemandirian dari orang lain. Pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal memotivasi individu untuk berwirausaha.
