Abstract

The role of teachers is crucial in enhancing the competence and quality of learning in schools. The lack of learning resources, such as books and the unavailability of libraries, hinders teachers from accessing quality learning materials, which impacts the effectiveness of their teaching. Community service activities were conducted to address these challenges by providing books for teachers and establishing reading corners. This initiative aims to improve teachers' competencies to achieve quality learning and increase students' reading interest at SDN 1 Margajaya. The implementation of the activities involved interviews and observations with the teachers at SDN Margajaya. The community service resulted in the successful procurement of books for teachers, which enhances their knowledge and competencies for delivering higher-quality education. Another outcome of the initiative is the establishment of a reading corner that accommodates students' needs for accessing reading materials, thereby increasing their interest in reading. As a result, students' understanding of the importance of reading for expanding their knowledge has significantly improved.

Abstract

Kejadian penyakit gastritis meningkat sejak 5 – 6 tahun ini bisa menyerangsemua jenis kelamin karena pola makan yang buruk dan kebiasaanmengkonsumsi alkohol dan merokok, Penyakit gastritis ini lebih menyerangkepada usia remaja sampai dewasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain analitik Cross sectional yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola makan dengan kejadiangastritis pada remaja di BPM Indah Suryawati Kecamatan Binjai TimurKotamadya Binjai tahun 2023. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalahremaja yang berobat ke BPM Indah Suryawati, dengan jumlah populasi 31 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yangadalah total sampling yaitu 31 orang. Hasil uji chi square diperoleh ada adahubungan antara pola makan dengan kejadian gastritis pada pasien gastritispada remaja di BPM Indah Suryawati kecamatan Binjai Timur Kotamadya BinjaiTahun 2023 dengan derajat kemaknaan (α) = 0,05 dan df = 1 diperoleh hasilperhitungan yaitu Sig (2-tailed) 0.042 < (α) = 0,05, ini menunjukkan adanyahubungan pola makan dengan kejadian gastritis, dimana responden dengan polamakan yang tidak teratur berisiko terjadi gastritis begitu juga sebaliknya.Kata kunci: Pola makan, Kejadian Gastritis

Abstract

Field Trip atau biasa di kenal dengan praktek lapang adalah salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran diluar kampus untuk melihat dan menyaksikan secara langsung penerapan teori-teori dari beberapa mata kuliah pada situasi nyata di tengah-tengah masyarakat.Kunjungan lapangan dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung, meningkatkan minat dan motivasi terhadap ilmu pengetahuan, menambah relevansi pembelajaran dan hubungan timbal balik, memperkuat keterampilan observasi dan persepsi, dan mendorong pengembangan pribadi (sosial). Waktu kegiatan field trip mahasiswa Fateta USN Lampung Program Studi Agroteknologi dilaksanakan pada senin 07 Agustus hingga 08 Agustus 2024 di Agatho Organic Farm dan BBPSI Biogen Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil kunjungan lapangan di Agatho Organic Farm dapat disimpulkan bahwa media tanam yang baik digunakan pada tanaman organis adalah pupuk ayam + arang sekam + rumput + dolomit dengan perbandingan 1:1, memakai pupuk ayam karena pupuk ayam mengandung lebih banyak nitrogen. Media tanam disimpan dibawah atap bertujua supaya nitrogen tidak hilang an terurai karena hujan. Media tanam difermentasi selama 3 bulan sebelum siap pakai. Berdasarkan hasil kunjungan lapangan di BBPSI Biogen bahwa untuk bermain dengan DNA ukurannya relatif kecil, larutan yang digunakan juga sedikit dalam satuannya, maka menggunakan alat mikropipet, mikropipet ini ada ukurannya misal ada yang 2,20 mikro, kemudian ada yang ukurannya 1-10 mikro dari setiap pipetnya ada skala mikronya, kemudian ada mikro ipet yang multi channel guna untuk mengambil larutan atau mengambil DNA yang kalau DNAnya itu dibuat dalam flet, biasanya dia diambil sekaligus 8, pasangan dari mikropipet itu ada mikrotis ada warna kuning, putih, biasanya kegiatan di lab molekuler itu dimulai dari isolasi DNA. tanaman yang akan diuji itu diambil bagian tertentu biasanya dari daun.

Abstract

The majority of the Borehbangle village community works as farmers, and their main need in supporting agriculture is fertilizer. However, the farmers face challenges in obtaining subsidized fertilizers from the government, causing concern. Additionally, the farmers lack the skills to process organic fertilizer into liquid fertilizer that they can utilize. Therefore, the objective of this community service is to assist farmers in improving their skills in processing organic fertilizer into liquid fertilizer that can be used in agricultural activities. The partners in this service project are the farmers of Borehbangle village and the Agricultural Service Agency (BPP) of Merakurak. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), with approaches that include mapping, transect walks, field notes, seasonal calendars, Venn diagrams, flow charts, as well as historical tracing and problem trees. The community service team collaborated with BPP Merakurak to conduct training on producing organic liquid fertilizers, specifically NPK and urea. The results of this project show that the farmers actively participated in the socialization and direct training on producing organic liquid fertilizers. Moreover, they are now able to apply this knowledge independently at their homes. This training had a significant impact on improving the farmers' self-reliance in addressing fertilizer issues, ultimately supporting the sustainability of agriculture in Borehbangle village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how students in the 2022–2024 cohorts of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) use financial technology features and financial literacy when deciding whether to use digital banking services. Eighty active SeaBank users participated in this study, which uses a quantitative methodology. Multiple regression techniques were used to evaluate the data. With a coefficient value of 0.872, the results show that financial literacy significantly influences usage decisions, while SeaBank's financial technology elements significantly influence usage decisions as well (coefficient value of 0.346). These results show that increasing financial literacy among students and making the most of financial technology features can boost young users' acceptance of digital banking services. The goal of this study is to support the present era's digital financial transformation by providing useful insights for creating marketing strategies and financial education in digital banking.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a funethnomath learning media based on a virtual reality tour in the form of a website using a valid ethnomathematics approach. This research is a development type or RnD with the ADDIE model, consisting of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, which is limited to the development stage. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The validation questionnaire is given to material and media experts. The research instrument uses a validation questionnaire for media and material experts. The media expert validation questionnaire has several assessment aspects, including appearance, software engineering, and visual communication. The material expert validation questionnaire has several assessment aspects, including material design and language. The data analysis of the questionnaire is determined according to the media validity assessment guidelines. The results of this study show that the developed media has valid criteria with a final score of 3.015 in the media expert validation with assessment aspects of appearance, software engineering, and visual communication, and a final score of 3.0625 in the material expert validation with assessment aspects of material design and final value.

Abstract

This study aims to use dividend policy as a moderator to analyse the relationship between financial performance and business value. Utilising a quantitative methodology, this research takes a descriptive and verificative approach. All coal businesses trading on the IDX between 2019 and 2022 make up the study population. This study employed a purposive sampling strategy with predetermined criteria to choose 12 businesses for analysis, yielding 48 observations. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at www.idx.co.id. Methods for gathering information include documenting and reviewing existing publications. Using Eviews 9 software, data is processed and analysed using methods such as panel data regression analysis, multiplecollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, t-tests and F-tests for hypothesis testing, and study of the coefficient of determination. This study found that: (1) firm value is affected by liquidity; (2) firm value is not affected by leverage; (3) firm value is affected by profitability; (4) dividend policy cannot moderate the relationship between liquidity and firm value; (5) dividend policy can moderate the relationship between leverage and firm value; and (6) dividend policy cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value.

Abstract

One of the MSMEs in Sendangmulyo Village is the LUMINTU Sticky Rice UMKM in Sendangmulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang. MSMEs still use traditional marketing strategies so that marketing reach is still not wide enough and businesses are less developed. Likewise with the UMKM Emping Ketan Lumintu which until now has not been able to sell maximum products. MSME managers still have limited knowledge of using social media marketing as a marketing tool, conducting marketing and making transactions online. The target of this community service program is the Emping Ketan Lumintu MSME Business actors. The method used in carrying out this service activity is: Counseling and training activities for Emping Ketan Lumintu MSME Business Actors by utilizing the Digital platform to promote their business, so that it is hoped that visitors will increase and can increase sales turnover. In this way, it is hoped that partners will be able to carry out marketing activities better. The output that will be produced in this community service program activity is an increase in the ability to use digital platforms for business marketing by Emping Ketan Lumintu MSMEs using social media Instagram, improvements in product packaging, and the use of digital sales receipts. With this, it is hoped that it will support product sales using digital marketing tools.

Abstract

Parents as the first educators in the main fund in the family must find information and knowledge on their own about how to grow and support their children's education in positive conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how to raise children in Islam for children aged 10-12 years. The method used is to use a qualitative descriptive research method with reference sources derived from field observations and using references from the web such as Google Scholar and also other sources from the internet. The results of this study are that the responsibility of parents to care for children does not only apply at the age of 0-3 years, but also until he is an adult, where he still needs support for his education and so on. It is also important for every family to carry out religious practices in accordance with their beliefs and culture, while taking into account the underlying religious values and teaching.

Abstract

The researcher found issues in teaching writing skill to students in the eighth semester of Islamic Education School Selaras Air, Agam. Teachers still explain the subject using the traditional teaching model, students have low motivation such as low desire to learn the Arabic language, low activity in following the teaching process, low enthusiasm in teaching the Arabic language, low effort in doing tasks independently, and students' laziness in following the teaching process. The researcher uses a quantitative research with a quantitative empirical research type. The research population is 47 students, and the sample size is 47 students. The researcher uses Purposive Sampling. The method of data analysis is statistical analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the research are that there is an effect of using the Student Team Achievement Division model in teaching students' writing skills, and the effect size is about 64.53%. The mean score of the posttest in the experimental class was 84.06 and in the control class was 71.33. The researcher found that the significant result or Sig.
