Abstract

Making information systems for “Paket C” participants is an urgent need for PKBM in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of non-formal education services. Based on these conditions the researcher tries to design a sales information system that is in accordance with the problems that have been analyzed, to produce an information system design that can help the next programmer create an application program in order to produce higher quality information, the programming language that the researcher plans is to use a web program which is expected to help work in data processing to be more effective and efficient. The analysis carried out is: context diagram, relationship between files, database design, menu and sub menu design, input design, output design, using the waterfall method. PKBM (Community Learning Center) Information System has enormous potential in improving the quality of non-formal education management, especially for Paket program. The implementation of this system can speed up the administrative process, facilitate the management of student data, and provide convenience in making reports that are more accurate and timely, With an integrated system, PKBM can monitor the development of students more efficiently, starting from registration, attendance, test scores, to graduation, To achieve optimal results, the implementation of this information system requires serious attention to several supporting factors, such as adequate infrastructure, training for managers and system users, and readiness to face technological challenges.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have made a significant contribution to improve the efficiency of educational systems, including in academic administrative processes such as short-semester registration. At the Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu, the short-semester registration process is still conducted manually, which often leads to challenges such as slow processing, high error rates, and difficulties in data management. To overcome these problems, a web-based short semester registration information system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system allows students to register online and provides multi-level login features for administrators and students, course quota monitoring, and automatic data storage. The research method used was descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this research is web application called Sisfo-SP.site, which provides a practical and efficient solution for the short semester registration process in campus

Abstract

New student registration is a crucial process in the world of education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK). At SMK Negeri 5 Bengkulu Utara, this process is still done manually, causing various obstacles such as delays, inefficiencies, and the risk of data input errors. To overcome these problems, a web-based new student registration information system using PHP and MySQL was developed. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection stages through interviews, and software development through structured analysis and design. The result of this research is a PPDB (New Student Admission) website that is responsive, easy to use, and equipped with features such as online registration form, document upload, admin login, applicant dashboard, announcement of selection results, and print proof of registration. This system is proven to be able to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the registration process, and make it easier for schools to manage prospective student data.

Abstract

Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center of Bengkulu plays an important role in maintaining the safety and health of animals, fish, and plants entering or leaving Indonesia. One of the main activities in supporting this task is laboratory testing. However, the process of managing laboratory data, which is still done manually, often causes various problems, such as delays in recording, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and reporting data. To overcome this, a computerized Animal Quarantine Laboratory Information System was developed. This system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and was designed to manage test sample data, test results, laboratory reports, and other digital archives in an efficient and structured manner. The system development method used was waterfall, starting from needs analysis to system implementation. The results of this system development show that the laboratory data management process has become faster, more accurate, and more accessible to relevant parties. Thus, this information system is expected to improve service quality and operational efficiency at the Bengkulu Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Center laboratory.

Abstract

Sosialisasi kepemimpinan dalam organisasi bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan motivasi yang tinggi kepada siswa SMP Al-Azhar Budi Syifa Samarinda dalam berorganisasi dan menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan di Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS). Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, mahasiswa mengetahui pentingnya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi. Dan pada akhirnya beberapa mahasiswa ini tertarik untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam organisasi yang mereka ikuti nantinya.

Abstract

Sosialisasi kerjasama tim ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa-siswi yang mengikuti OSIS untuk menghidupkan kerjasama tim dan menumbuhkan kerjasama yang baik bagi masing-masing anggota OSIS. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Pendidikan masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, siswa-siswi anggota OSIS mampu bekerjasama dalam tim.

Abstract

Saat ini, Indonesia telah memasuki era digital. Oleh karena itu, penerapan digital marketing sangat penting bagi orang-orang yang menjalankan bisnis untuk mempromosikan produknya dan memperluas pasarnya. Namun, masih ada orang yang menjalankan bisnis yang tidak menyadari pentingnya menerapkan digital marketing dalam bisnis mereka. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode edukasi publik dan mediasi. Edukasi masyarakat yang dimaksud adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM "Sempol Ndeso" mengenai penerapan digital marketing (media sosial seperti facebook) dan pemahaman tentang perangkat promosi seperti standing banner. Kemudian, metode mediasi adalah menjadi mediator antara UMKM "Sempol Ndeso" dan pihak Gojek. Hasil dari layanan ini adalah UMKM "Sempol Ndeso" telah menerapkan digital marketing dalam bentuk promosi di media sosial seperti Facebook dan menjadi mitra Gojek, juga mereka menggunakan standing banner sebagai alat promosi fisik. Dengan cara ini, UMKM "Sempol Ndeso" dapat memperluas pasarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of biology learning outcomes in grade VIII of SMP As-Salam Ambon through the application of the Index Card Match model of cooperative learning. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection with 17 subjects. The data collection technique is by conducting tests and observations. The data analysis of this study was carried out descriptively. The results of data analysis were obtained that the application of cooperative learning of the index card match model can improve the learning outcomes of students in grade VIII of SMP As-Salam Ambon on the material of the circulatory system in humans. This result is aimed at the increase in test results in cycle I, and cycle II which is carried out with the cooperative learning model of the index card match model, namely in the initial test of student learning completeness, which is 11.76%, after taking action using the cooperative learning model of the index card match, the success rate achieved by students in cycle I increased to 58.82%, then in cycle II it increased again to 100%.

Abstract

Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Tingkat keparahan dari cedera otak traumatik (COT) dapat dinilai menggunakan Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). Saat terjadi cedera kepala, tubuh akan melepaskan berbagai mediator inflamasi, leukosit dan penanda radang yaitu C-Reactive Protein (CRP). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara jumlah leukosit dan CRP dengan luaran pasien COT berdasarkan skor GCS di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian menggunakan studi desain observasional analitik dengan rancangan potong lintang. Data diambil secara consecutive sampling. Hasil: Didapatkan 45 subjek dengan hasil rerata jumlah leukosit dan kadar CRP tertinggi ada pada pasien COT berat diikuti dengan COT sedang dan COT ringan. Pada hari ke-7, didapatkan 41 pasien dengan luaran yang baik dan 4 pasien dengan luaran yang buruk. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara jumlah leukosit (p=0,004; r=0,424) dan CRP dengan luaran pasien COT (p=0,043; r=0,361). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara jumlah leukosit dan kadar CRP dengan luaran pasien COT berdasarkan skor GCSAssociation of Leukocyte Count and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) Levels with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Patient Outcome based on Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) Score in Ulin General Hospital BanjarmasinAbstractBackground and Objective: The severity of traumatic brain injury (TBI) can be assessed using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). When head injury occurs, the body releases various inflammatory mediators, leukocytes and inflammatory markers, namely c-reactive protein (CRP). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between the leukocyte count and CRP levels with the outcome of TBI patients based on GCS scores in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Subject and Method: This research is an analytic observational with cross-sectional approach. Data acquired with consecutive sampling method. Result: We Obtained 45 subjects with the highest mean of leukocytes count and the highest CRP levels in patients with severe TBI followed by moderate TBI and mild TBI. On the 7th day, 41 patients had good outcome and 4 patients had bad outcome. Analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed that there was a relationship between the leukocyte count (p = 0.004; r = 0.424) and CRP levels with the outcome of TBI patients (p = 0.043; r = 0.361).Conclusion: It was concluded that there is a correlation between leukocyte count and CRP levels with the outcome of TBI patients based on GCS scores

Abstract

Saat terjadi COT, tubuh mengeluarkan hormon sebagai respons stres fase akut sehingga terjadi peningkatan kadar gula darah reaktif. Selain itu juga memengaruhi pembuluh dan komponen darah sehingga akan memengaruhi hematokrit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kadar gula darah dan hematokrit dengan luaran pasien COT berdasarkan skor GCS di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data diambil secara prospektif dengan metode consecutive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis hasilnya menggunakan uji korelasi non-parametrik Spearman.Hasil: Sebanyak 45 sampel didapat secara consecutive sampling. Pada hari ke-7, 40 pasien memiliki luaran baik dan 5 pasien memiliki luaran buruk. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan terdapat hubungan kadar gula darah dengan luaran pasien COT (p=0,044; r=0,302) tetapi tidak terdapat hubungan antara hematokrit dengan luaran (p=0,958).Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan kadar gula darah dengan luaran pasien COT, tetapi tidak terdapat hubungan hematokrit dengan luaran pasien COT berdasarkan skor GCS.Association of Blood Sugar Levels and Hematocrit with TBI Patient Outcome Based on GCS Score at Ulin General Hospital BanjarmasinAbstractBackground and Objective: Glasgow coma scale (GCS) examination is done to categorize the severity and determine the outcome in TBI. When TBI occurs, the body release hormones in the acute phase of stress response which will occur an increase blood sugar levels. It will also affect hematocrit. The purpose of this study was analyze correlation between blood sugar levels and hematocrit with TBI patients outcome based on GCS score in Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin. Subject and Method: The design of this study was observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. Data acquired prospectively with consecutive sampling method. The collected data will be analyzed using the Spearman non-parametric trial.Result: Total of 45 samples were obtained by consecutive sampling. On day 7, 40 patients had good outcomes and 5 patients had poor outcomes. Analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed association between blood sugar levels and TBI patients outcome (p=0,044; r=0,302) but no association between hematocit and TBI patients outcome (p=0,958). Conclusion: It was concluded that there is an association between blood sugar levels and TBI patients outcome, but there is no association between hematocrit and TBI patients outcome based on GCS score.
