Abstract

The high level of Muslim growth has resulted in increased spending by Muslims on sharia goods or services. One of them is the increase in demand for sharia financial institutions in 2020/2021, which can be seen from the increase in performance, namely 17 billion or the equivalent of 246% from the previous year. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of sharia financial institutions on economic growth in 10 Global Islamic Economy Index (GIEI) countries. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research approach with spatial analysis in 2017-2022. The results of this research show that in the short and long term there is spatial dependence on economic growth in the 10 Global Islamic Index (GIEI) countries. The results of the spatial regression analysis show that the independent variables that have a significant influence are the asset value of sharia banks, the value of sukuk assets and the value of takaful assets with spatially correlated values ​​between regions. The asset value of sharia banks and sukuk has a positive effect, this is due to the implementation of the sharia system and the investment made by sharia banks and sukuk which can increase productivity and investment is dominated by sustainable development while takaful has a negative effect on economic growth, this is because most of the assets takaful is invested in the capital market and the public's literacy level regarding takaful is still low.

Abstract

Marketing is part of the main activities that need to be carried out by companies, both service and goods companies in an effort to maintain the viability of their business. This is because marketing is one of the company's activities, which is directly related to consumers. Implementation of marketing management is necessary, because the more advanced a country is, many can commit fraud if it is not balanced with the existence of sharia. This study aims to reduce unwanted things in marketing in Indonesia due to lack of knowledge about the importance of good marketing management. This research uses descriptive method. The results show that the implementation of marketing management is needed because there are many things that need to be known.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies in improving the quality of cosmetic product sales in the digital era. With the rapid development of technology, digital marketing has become an important instrument for cosmetic companies to reach consumers more widely without geographical limitations. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to examine the implementation of various digital strategies such as social media, influencer marketing, interactive content, and email marketing in an effort to increase sales. The results of the study show that the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase brand awareness, competitiveness, and the quality of cosmetic product sales. Digitalization of marketing also helps companies build stronger relationships with consumers through more personal and targeted interactions.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of improving sharia marketing strategies in the digital era, where sharia companies are faced with the challenge of adapting to increasingly complex changes in consumer behavior due to advances in information and communication technology. The purpose of this study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies for sharia companies and provide a better understanding of sharia consumer behavior in the digital era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with secondary data collection to analyze important elements in sharia marketing strategies, including products, prices, places, and promotions. It is emphasized that honesty, fairness, and openness in transactions are the main principles, based on the concept of Islamic trade or commercial agreements according to sharia. Various digital marketing strategies, such as online advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms, are identified as effective tools for communicating with consumers and promoting products. In addition, the importance of conducting employee training and using online advertising in accordance with Islamic principles. In conclusion, sharia companies need to develop effective digital marketing strategies to maximize opportunities in the digital era while adhering to Islamic values, as well as complying with Islamic ethical principles in business, including transparency, legal compliance, and social responsibility.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Marketing strategy is a planned and structured marketing procedure that will be carried out to achieve company goals. Along with the development of similar companies, competition is inevitable, especially in the banking industry. To face this competition, a company’s marketing of its products requires a process of understanding the company’s internal situation and the external environment in which the company will compete. This study aims to find out how Islamic banks must carry out marketing strategies in the face of competition in the future using SWOT analysis. Thus, the development of a marketing strategy based on the interpretation of the SWOT analysis of Islamic banks, namely: 1) SO (Strengths-Opportunities) Strategy, 2) WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) Strategy, 3) ST (Strengths-Threats) Strategy, 4) WT (Weaknesses-Threats) Strategy. Keywords: Marketing strategy, Islamic bank, SWOT analysis ABSTRAK Strategi pemasaran adalah suatu tata cara atau prosedur pemasaran yang terencana dan terstruktur yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Seiring dengan perkembangan perusahaan sejenis, persaingan tidak dapat dihindarkan, khususnya di industri perbankan. Untuk menghadapi persaingan ini, pemasaran suatu perusahaan terhadap produknya memerlukan suatu proses pemahaman situasi internal perusahaan maupun lingkungan eksternal dimana perusahaan akan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bank syariah harus melakukan strategi pemasaran dalam menghadapi persaingan di masa yang akan datang menggunakan analisis SWOT. Abstract

The increasing competition of business or industry makes the behavior of businessmen ignore the natural environment. This causes the emergence of seriousness from the corporate world to increasingly involve themselves in activities that can create a positive impact on social and natural environment. In addition to carry out its function as an intermediary institution, the banking industry is also currently required to be involved in suppressing environmental damage because it is considered necessary to adapt interdepedensially to the environment called Green Banking. This research aims to find out how to implement green banking in Bank Muamalat Indonesia environment. This research used qualitative method by impelementing descriptive analysis using secondary data. The results showed that there are two main green banking programs implemented by Bank Muamalat Indonesia, the distribution of environment friendly financing and environment friendly operational activities, respectively.

Abstract

Sumber daya alam adalah anugerah yang diberikan oleh Allah SWT kepada umat manusia, yaitu khalifah fil ardh, akan tetapi sebaliknya manusialah yang merusak alam itu sendiri. Pembangunan berkelanjutan adalah pola dari pembangunan yang memperhatiakan keseimbangan pada alam. Islam memberikan kebebasan untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang melimpah, terutama di Indonesia akan tetapi ada batasannya dan juga harus memperhatiakan keseimbangan alam sehingga sumber daya alam akan tetap kontiniutas yang terjaga.

Abstract

Industri perbankan berkembang pesat dengan memanfaatkan e-banking sebagai sarana yang efisien dan sesuai untuk memuaskan nasabah. Layanan perbankan online adalah layanan umum yang disarankan oleh bank umum untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat dan lebih dapat diandalkan bagi pelanggan. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, e-banking telah dimanfaatkan untuk menyerap pelanggan dan melakukan transaksi perbankan. Namun, masalah utama dengan e-banking adalah memuaskan pelanggan yang sekarang menggunakan Internet banking. Kepuasan nasabah merupakan faktor penting dalam membantu bank untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah terhadap layanan e-banking. Empat faktor yang dapat mendorong kepuasan nasabah terhadap e-banking adalah layanan cloud, keamanan, e-learning, dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemodelan persamaan struktural untuk mengevaluasi model kausal dengan validitas dan reliabilitas model pengukuran. Model penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner menggunakan SMART PLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan cloud, keamanan, e-learning, dan kualitas layanan adalah empat faktor signifikan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan Internet banking. Abstract The banking industry is rapidly developing to utilize e-banking as an efficient and suitable tool to satisfy cus tomers. Online banking service is the general service suggested by customary banks to provide faster and more reliable services for customers. With fast technology improvement, e-banking has been utilized to absorb sub scribers and conduct banking transactions. Still, the major problem with e-banking is satisfying customers who are now using Internet banking. Customer satisfaction is a significant factor in helping banks to keep their competitive advantage. Therefore, the present investigation aims to examine the factors influencing the satis faction of customer with e-banking services. Four factors that can drive customer satisfaction towards e-banking are cloud services, security, e-learning, and service quality. This study has utilized the structural equation modeling method to evaluate the causal model with the measurement model’s validity and reliability. The research model is analyzed based on the data which are collected from the questionnaires using SMART PLS 3.2. Abstract

Perbankan hijau merupakan pendekatan yang baru muncul dan inovatif dalam sektor keuangan, yang memadukan keberlanjutan lingkungan ke dalam operasi, layanan, dan produk keuangan perbankan. Sebagai respons terhadap tantangan global yang semakin meningkat terkait perubahan iklim, degradasi lingkungan, dan kebutuhan akan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan, industri keuangan telah mulai menerapkan kebijakan dan inisiatif yang ditujukan untuk mempromosikan praktik yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. Makalah ini membahas konsep perbankan hijau, adopsi globalnya, prinsip-prinsip yang mendasari produk keuangan hijau, dan hambatan terhadap penerapannya secara luas. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif, menganalisis kebijakan global yang ada, studi kasus, dan kerangka kerja keuangan hijau. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perbankan hijau dalam mengatasi perubahan iklim dan mempromosikan pembangunan berkelanjutan, tetapi juga menyoroti tantangan terkait regulasi, keuangan, dan kesadaran yang membatasi perluasannya. Kolaborasi yang efektif antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan konsumen sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi adopsi praktik perbankan berkelanjutan secara luas.

The descriptive-critical analysis is used in this paper. The analysis began by presenting data on credit restructuring, its forms used by national banks, and credit restructuring policy issued by OJK to anticipate negative impact of COVID-19 on banking activities. Analysis continued to application of the policy to find credit restructuring "black hole" on banks' performance and its intermediary financial role. Based on the analysis, some steps are recommended to followed by banks to strengthen its performance and intermediary financial role. This research found some credit restructuring "black hole." First, credit restructuring needs high capital and liquidity so that the banks which have low capital will be in trouble and will affect financial system nationally. Second, credit restructuring needs some sorting process, which will exclude unpotential debitur. Third, uncertainty of recovery process of debitur as impact of COVID-19. Forth, how long banks could use credit restructuring while maintaining its performance and intermediary financial role. Hence, credit restructuring would not be enough for banks to play its role in supporting debitur, maintain its business, strengthen its performance and intermediary financial role, and positively play role for economic growth and society. This research suggests five concrete steps banks could use to strengthen its performance and financial intermediary role.
