Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of marketing strategy variables and product quality on brand image and its implications on purchasing decisions for Sheva bath soap. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires via goggle form to Sheva bath soap consumers at the Yamughni Bandung Cooperative with a total of 281 respondents. This research data analysis method uses partial least squares – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 data processing application. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategy and product quality on brand image. There is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategy and product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions. There is an insignificant influence between marketing strategy and product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image.”

Abstract

Various variations mobile phone brands that enter the Indonesian market, consumers provides many alternatives to choose the products that best suit their needs. But on the other hand it can make consumers experience difficulties in making choices on the products they will buy. Marketers must be observant to see exactly what makes consumers interested in making purchases on handphone products. At present there are many mobile brands from China that have entered Indonesia and are in great demand by consumers in our country. Even though many years ago many considered Chinese-made products to be of poor quality In this study the researcher wanted to know how the role of the country of origin to be treated using three different countries using the COM difference was seen as the impact on the brand equity of the product. Research will be conducted using experimental design using 6 factors. The analysis tool that will be used in this study is different testing using One Ways ANOVA. The results showed that there were only one of the six groups which proved to be significantly different between before and after the treatment. While the results of testing the impact of providing information proved that COO had an effect on brand equity for two products.

Abstract

The incorporation of mangrove leaf powder into food systems offers an emerging strategy for enhancing the functional value of confectionery products. This study evaluated the effects of Sonneratia alba (S. alba) mangrove-leaf powder on the physicochemical properties, antioxidant capacity, and sensory quality of dark chocolate. Leaves were processed into fine 60-mesh powder and added at concentrations of 0–5.5% (w/w). The analytical assessments included moisture content, total phenolic content (TPC), antioxidant activity using the DPPH method, CIELAB colour parameters, texture hardness, and consumer acceptance. The product underwent enrichment with S. alba produced significant (p < 0.05) increases in TPC (49.06–64.37 mg GAE/g) and antioxidant activity (60.45–69.45%). A strong linear relationship between TPC and DPPH inhibition (R² = 0.934) indicated that phenolics contributed directly to enhanced radical-scavenging performance. Colour measurements showed elevated a* and b* values with increasing leaf concentration, reflecting intensified red–yellow chromaticity from plant pigments. Meanwhile, hardness decreased from 135.33 to 98.95 g/F, suggesting that fibre components disrupted fat crystallisation and softened the chocolate matrix. Sensory evaluation demonstrated that intermediate enrichment levels (4.5%–5.5%) provided the most favourable consumer responses, yielding the highest scores for flavour, texture, and overall acceptance. Collectively, these results indicate that powder from S. alba leaves serves as an effective natural fortifying agent capable of improving the functional profile of dark chocolate without compromising sensory desirability. The findings highlight opportunities to use mangrove biomass as a sustainable, phenolic-rich ingredient for developing clean-label, functional chocolate products.

Abstract

This study explores the development of counseling in Indonesia by examining its historical dynamics, philosophical foundations, and the political policies that shape its practice across educational and non-educational settings. Through an extensive literature review, the study highlights that shifts in national policy and the growing diversity of societal needs have driven counseling to expand into more complex fields, including community-based services, workplace mental health support, and public well-being programs beyond formal education institutions. Current political directions place greater emphasis on strengthening counselors’ competencies, particularly in mastering digital technologies to support the implementation of safe and accessible cybercounseling services. These developments require counselors not only to refine their technical skills but also to cultivate digital literacy, reflective abilities, and socio-cultural sensitivity in order to respond effectively to challenges across multiple service contexts. Therefore, sustained policy support, updated counselor education curricula, and comprehensive technology-oriented training are essential to ensure that counseling services continue to evolve and remain relevant in addressing the multidimensional needs of contemporary society.

Abstract

Politik pendidikan merupakan faktor kunci yang menentukan arah kebijakan dan penyelenggaraan sistem pendidikan nasional. Dinamika politik memengaruhi perumusan kurikulum, alokasi anggaran, pemerataan akses pendidikan, hingga kualitas layanan pembelajaran di sekolah. Dalam konteks Bimbingan dan Konseling, keputusan politik dan kebijakan publik berimplikasi langsung terhadap ruang lingkup kerja, standar kompetensi, beban kerja, serta legalitas peran guru BK. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara politik pendidikan dan landasan yuridis dengan praktik pelayanan BK di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan melalui penelusuran regulasi pendidikan, jurnal ilmiah, dan hasil kajian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa landasan politik dan yuridis tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai regulasi administratif, namun juga sebagai instrumen perlindungan profesional, penguatan legitimasi, penjamin mutu, serta pedoman etis dalam pelaksanaan layanan BK. Pemahaman terhadap dinamika kebijakan pendidikan membantu guru BK beradaptasi, meningkatkan akuntabilitas layanan, dan memperkuat peran sebagai agen perubahan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang inklusif, adil, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis dialektika antara paradigma Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) dan Practice-Based Evidence (PBE) dalam bidang konseling serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan konselor. EBP menekankan penggunaan bukti penelitian empiris terbaik, keahlian klinis, dan preferensi klien dalam pengambilan keputusan intervensi, namun sering dikritik karena kekakuan dan potensi dekontekstualisasinya. Sebaliknya, PBE membangun bukti secara induktif dari praktik klinis nyata, sehingga lebih responsif terhadap kompleksitas, keunikan individu, dan konteks sosio-budaya klien. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang integratif, yang mensinergikan kekuatan EBP dan PBE, merupakan solusi paling komprehensif. Implikasinya, pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan konselor perlu dirancang untuk membekali calon konselor dengan kompetensi ganda: kemampuan mengkritisi dan menerapkan temuan EBP, serta keterampilan melakukan refleksi sistematis untuk menghasilkan PBE. Demikian pula, arah riset konseling masa depan harus mendorong model siklus umpan balik yang simbiotik, menggabungkan rigor metodologis (seperti RCT dan meta-analisis) dengan metodologi yang menangkap kompleksitas kontekstual (seperti mixed-methods dan studi kasus). Sintesis ini diharapkan menghasilkan praktik konseling yang lebih efektif, relevan, berorientasi pada bukti, sekaligus manusiawi dan adaptif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis legitimasi profesi konselor melalui tinjauan filosofis dan sosiologis di tengah persaingan lintas profesi yang semakin kompleks. Berangkat dari masih banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang menempatkan guru non-BK sebagai pelaksana layanan konseling, sehingga mengaburkan batas profesionalitas dan identitas konselor. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menelaah literatur akademik mengenai identitas profesi konselor serta dasar legitimasi konseling dalam perspektif ontologi, epistemologi, aksiologi, dan konteks sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa legitimasi profesi konselor didasarkan pada landasan filosofis yang menegaskan objek kajian, sumber keilmuan, serta nilai etik konseling sebagai helping profession, dari perspektif sosiologis, legitimasi diperoleh melalui pengakuan sosial, kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan psikososial, serta kemampuan konselor menegaskan identitas profesionalnya di tengah persaingan dengan psikolog, guru, atau pekerja sosial lainnya. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi landasan filosofis, sosiologis, dan yuridis menjadi kunci penguatan identitas profesional konselor agar mampu memberikan layanan bermakna dan kompetitif dalam konteks pendidikan maupun sosial.

Abstract

This study analyzes and explains empirical evidence of the effect of growth and Intellectual Capital respectively on financial performance and firm value, as well as the role of Financial Performance in mediating the influence of company growth and Intellectual Capital respectively on firm value. The benefits of this research are expected to be a reference that enriches the literature of Management Science, especially related to signaling theory and Resource Based Theory. In addition, this research is expected to provide benefits for automotive company managers in developing strategies that can improve financial performance and firm value, investors in automotive companies in making the right decisions in investing in automotive companies and the government in formulating policies related to automotive companies so that more investors invest in automotive companies. To test the hypothesis used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that: (1) the company's growth has a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, (2) Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, (3) company growth has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, (4) Intellectual Capital has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, (5) financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (6) financial performance does not mediate the company's growth to the company's value and (7) financial performance mediates Intellectual Capital to the value of the company

Abstract

BPR JATIM is one of the pilots BPR in the East Java operational area that has good risk management, and has just won the 2nd Best Indonesian Enterprises Risk Management Category: Local Government with assets of over IDR 1 trillion from Economic Review Magazine. This makes PT. BPR JATIM is recognized as one of the best BPRs with good risk management implementation. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the quality of risk management implemented by PT. BPR JATIM and to determine the health level of PT. BPR JATIM. Qualitative research with a case study approach is used in this research. Instrumental provisions of Regulation Number 13/POJK.03/2015 and SE OJK No.1/SEOJK.03/2019 concerning Implementation of Risk Management, as well as SK DIR BI No.30/12/KEP/DIR/1997, are used to analyze the implementation of management risks and the bank's ability to improve and maintain its soundness from a financial perspective. The results of this study indicate that PT. It turns out that BPR JATIM has implemented good risk management including credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk, liquidity risk, reputation risk and strategic risk, where all risks have been managed properly. The results of this study also found a link between risk management at PT. BPR JATIM with its financial analysis, where good risk management has also shown a good level of bank soundness as well.

Abstract

Kampung Banyu Urip Wetan (BUWET) merupakan salah satu wilayah sasaran program lomba KP-KAS (Kampung Pendidikan Kampunge Arek Suroboyo) tahun 2019 yang diadakan oleh pemerintah kota Surabaya dan DP5A. Program lomba KP-KAS ini didampingi oleh DINPUS, LSM dan akademisi pada unsur-unsur yang menjadi kategori lomba yaitu Kampung Kreatif, Asuh, Belajar, Aman, Sehat, Literasi, Penggerak Pemuda Literasi melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Dalam Lomba KP-KAS wajib menyusun Portofolio sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Kampung Banyu Urip Wetan, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kota Surabaya, merupakan salah satu kampung yang merasa perlu adanya pendampingan dalam penyusunan Portofolio Lomba KP-KAS tahun 2019. Tujuan Pendampingan KP-KAS di Banyu Urip Wetan yaitu memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pada penyusunan portofolio kampung agar menghasilkan Portofolio Lomba KP-KAS sesuai dengan ketentuan dan tepat waktu serta mampu mengungkapkan potensi dan keunggulan-keunggulan yang dimiliki. Metode pendampingan yaitu memberikan bimbingan teknis terhadap penyusunan Portofolio KP-KAS yang dilakukan secara koordinatif oleh tim dosen STIESIA pada masing-masing kategori lomba. Implementasi program lomba KP-KAS melalui koordinasi, gotong royong dan kolaborasi antara perangkat RT, RW, orang tua, anak, tokoh masyarakat serta partisipasi warga RW VI sangat membantu pelaksanaan program KP-KAS. Direkomendasikan untuk tetap menjaga lingkungan kampung setelah lomba dan perlunya peningkatan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak dalam upaya perlindungan anak.
