Abstract

Perkembangan motorik halus anak usia dini sangat penting. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini adalah penggunaan media gambar dengan teknik kolase. Pada penelitian ini akan dijelaskan mengenai penggunaan media gambar dengan teknik kolase untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan partisipasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil pembelajaran menggunakan media gambar dengan teknik kolase untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa mayoritas anak kelas B di PAUD KB Mawar memiliki kemampuan motorik halus yang baik ditandai dengan anak yang dapat mengkoordinasi gerakan jari dengan mahir, dapat mengembangkan imajinasi melalui bentuk dan konstruksi, dapat mengembangkan ketelitian saat membuat kolase dengan media gambar, dapat memperhatikan kesesuaian susunan dan ukuran benda, dapat memperhatikan keseimbangan dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran, bentuk, dan unsur pengikat, seperti garis atau warna, serta membuat kolase yang tepat untuk menjamin keawetan produk akhir.

Abstract

Indonesia is the biggest archipelagic state with at least 17.506 islands, the two-thirds of the area (70%) consists of sea waters with a coastline of 81,000 km and is located between two continents, namely Australia and Asia, and is located between two oceans, the Pacific and the Indian. Through the UN Assembly in Montego Bay about the International Law of the Sea, the principles of the principle of the archipelagic state are included in the UNCLOS 1982 (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea) which influences the use of the EEZ for the benefit of national welfare and development. According to Law no. 34 of 2004 concerning the TNI, article 9, the task of the Indonesian Navy is to prepare and foster the power to uphold the sovereignty and integrity of the NKRI and protect national interests in the sea of national jurisdiction. Escorting the sea to such an extent is a heavy duty for the Navy, with such a daunting task, compared to the very limited number of naval organization of the Navy, it requires professional and qualified Navy soldiers who are able to work well, to achieve the objectives of the Indonesian Navy as mandated by law. The Navy in carrying out its role as a national defense force in the sea needs to build, shape and improve the quality of its human resources, this is done in an effort to obtain the ability and appearance of professional Navy soldiers shown by their performance, based on the soul of Sapta Marga, Sumpah Praskar and the Indonesian Navy's Trisila, in an integrated, continuous and balanced manner with provision of skills through education and assignments. The Development and Education Command of the Navy (Kobangdikal) is one of the Navy's educational institutions which is the Main Command of the Development of the Navy and is directly under the Chief of Staff by having the main task of carrying out the formal Navy and non-formal education needed to improve Navy soldiers, carry out the study and development of the doctrine of marine operations and the doctrine of amphibious operations at the level of tactics as well as the study and development of general support for sea operations and tactical amphibious operations.2 In order to organize the formal education of the Navy, Kobangdikal was carrying out first education (Dikma), formation education (Diktuk), general development education (Dikbangum), specialization development education (Dikbangspes), science and technology education (Dikiptek), transitional education (Dikalih) and education needed in order to improve the quality of Navy personnel. The Navy's educational philosophy, namely "Purwa Cendekia Wusana Color Dwi", implies that every Indonesian Navy Soldier is first formed and empowered as a Sapta Marga Warrior Soldier (Purwa Color Dwi) and subsequently as a Marine War Professional soldier who is skilled in carrying out assignment (Cendekia Wusana) as a National defense force. In more depth the philosophy means that faced with the demands and challenges of the tasks faced by the Indonesian Navy, then the education of mental and physical fitness is preferred and then competency education, which starts giving knowledge to be competent, training to be deft, assignments to be clever, experience to be smart and appreciate the tasks, functions and roles as the main force of defense of the Sea of the State so that the Indonesian Navy Soldiers are formed. In order to carry out these basic tasks various educational instruments are needed in the form of educational facilities and human resources quality in order to achieve the success of the Navy's main education task optimally. 1 Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut, Pola Pendidikan Prajurit TNI AL, Jakarta, 2008, p.3 2 Peraturan Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut: Perkasal/44/VII/2008 Tanggal 2 Juli 2008 tentang Pokok-Pokok Organisasi dan Prosedur Kobangdikal The main task of the Indonesian Navy's educational institutions cannot be separated from the existence of the Navy's education system which includes 8 (eight) aspects of education and 10 (ten) components of education. In 10 (ten) components of education, there are 2 (two) main aspects in the implementation of education, namely the availability of educators (Gadik) or in other terms called the military teacher (Gumil) and the students. Educators as one of the 10 components of education are the dominant factor in realizing educational goals and objectives. Educators are personnel who have mastered the knowledge, skills and technology in a particular subject that is taught for the next through an educational process, transferring knowledge, skills and technology to a student / student in the military / Indonesian Navy. Students are the general designation for Pasis, Cadets, Students, and so on according to the designation that applies in each educational institution. Integration between educators and students will take place continuously in accordance with the duration of education. Educator (Gadik) or military teacher (Gumil) in the Navy is a soldier / PNS Navy is the spearhead in the implementation of the teaching and learning process in Lemdik of Indonesian Navy, is one of the factors that greatly color the results of Kobangdikal students, both strata Officers, Bintara, or Tamtama. Educators (Gadik) are under the organizational structure of the Educator Teaching Group (Pokgadik) of the Indonesian Navy's Educational Development Command (Kobangdikal). Thus the position of the Educator (Gadik) is very important and strategic and is the main asset of the educational institution in supporting the basic tasks of the military. Human resources (HR) educators, is a necessity in an Educational Institution.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kenyataan yang menunjukkan rendahnya kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Japah Kabupaten Blora yang dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh supervisi akademik, budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Japah Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Japah Kabupaten Blora sebanyak 191 guru dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 129 guru. Untuk menjawab hipotesis yang ditetapkan dilakukan dengan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan besarnya pengaruh 48,0%; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan besarnya pengaruh 55,5%; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan besarnya pengaruh 70,5%; (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan supervisi akademik, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan besarnya pengaruh 71,2%.

Abstract

Healthy is everyone's dream, because with healthy humans can carry out their activities smoothly. In Islam there is also a recommendation to live a healthy life, because if Muslims are healthy, the quality of their worship will automatically increase. So how does Islam guide its people to stay healthy? One of them is not to overdo it in eating, this is the focus of research in writing this thesis. This study uses a literature review which then after finding the results compares the hadith with health sciences. We can use the studied hadith as our guide or not to live a healthy life. Therefore, the problem that will be raised or researched is the takhrij hadith and the criticism of the sanad matan about food ethics contained in the hadith narrated by At-Tirmidhi, which is a reference that was appointed as research material. It is hoped that Muslims can actualize this hadith in real life as a manifestation that Muslims love their Prophet and as human instincts desire a healthy life which ultimately increases the quality of our worship. This research was carried out by mentakhrij hadith as research, after finding the results then comparing the hadith with health sciences. We can use the studied hadith as our guide or not to live a healthy life. In the end, this research will assess the quality of the hadith that is being researched so that it is feasible or not to be used as evidence and guidance for Muslims. In a hadith narrated by Imam At-Tirmidhi, it is sufficient for the son of Adam to fill his stomach with a third for food, a third for drink and a third for breathing. It is hoped that Muslims can actualize this hadith in real life as a manifestation that Muslims love their Prophet and as human instincts desire a healthy life which ultimately increases the quality of our worship.

Abstract

Dizaman modern sekarang ini, seiring dengan semakin majunya zaman, semakin banyak produk-produk elektronik yang canggih. Dengan semakin cangginya teknologi tersebut dunia serasa sempit, semua yang kita inginkan bisa terpenuhi dengan hitungan jam, menit, bahkan hitungan detik. Manusia semakin terbuai dengan kenikmatan duniawi, sehingga tak jarang jika kita temukan kemaksiatan-kemaksiatan diera modern sekarang ini. Seiring dengan semakin majunya zaman, pergaulan juga semakin bebas, tak pandang pria atau wanita yang bukan mahrom bercampur aduk. Dengan semakin bebasnya pergaulan yang tidak dibatasi oleh syariat (agama islam) maka akan menimbulkan rusaknya pergaulan dan meraja lelanya kemaksiatan. Jika kita lihat di era modern sekarang ini, sangat minim sekali orang-orang yang mau menjaga agamanya , serta keimanannya dengan baik dan serius. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut, satu-satunya cara yang baik dalam menghadapi era globalisasi sekarang ini ialah dengan melakukan uzlah (menyendiri, menyepi, menghindari, menjauhi serta mengasingkan diri dari pergaulan umumm yang tercela.), karena kualitas keimanan kita menengah kebawah, maka satu-satunya cara untuk menyelamatkan keimanan kita ialah dengan ber’uzlah. Penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan (library research), sementara metode yang digunakan adalah studi maudhu’iy/tematik. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang terkait dengan penelitian ini melalui penelitian pustaka. Serta dalam menganalisis kajian ini menggunakan metode tematik, yaitu menghimpun ayat-ayat serta dalil yang berkenaan dengan uzlah dalam pandangan Ulama’ Klasik Hingga kontemporer. Seseorang dalam keadaan ini tidak seperti ber uzlah mengasingkan diri, tetapi membiasakan diri dengan menjaga agar hatinya tidak mengalami kehampaan spritual dan zikir kepada Allah Swt. Hatinya hidup dan mengingat Allah diberbagai kondisi, suasana, waktu dan aktivitasnya berorientasi pada kekhusukannya kepada Allah. Inilah memang tuntutan relevansi uzlah dalam tatanan dunia modern, dimana benturan zaman dan peradaban menjadikan seseorang dapat tergoyahkan jika terlena, namun malah sebaliknya jika benturan itu dapat diatasi dengan baik malah menjadi contoh dan konsep yang dapat terintegrasikan dengan baik. Layaknya seperti air dan minyak yang tidak pernah menyatu, tetapi dapat bergandengan, maka seseorang dalam hal ini harus dapat menggandeng peradaban dan nilai uzlah sebagai ajaran spritual Islam.

Abstract

Melihat pada realita saat ini, penulis berinisiatif untuk mengkaji hubbul wathan dalam al-Qur’an serta kurangnya rasa prihatin terhadap tanah air. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang kurangnya rasa cinta terhadap tanah air, serta mengurangnya pendidikan untuk membangun rasa cinta terhadap tanah air. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research (penelitian kepustakaan) karena penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan maka data yang digunakan meliputi dua sumber data yakni, menggunakan data primer dan data skunder dengan cara mengadakan pengamatan atau memahaman terhadap kitab-kita, buku-buku atau karya-karya ilmiah lainnya yang ada kaitannya dengan judul skripsi penulis tulis. Hubbul wathan atau Cinta tanah air merupakan suatu sikap positif untuk memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun bangsa dan Negara. Yang dimaksud cinta tanah air adalah cara berfikir, bersikap, dan berbuat yang menunjukkan kesetiaan, kepedulian, dan penghargaan yang tinggi terhadap bahasa, lingkungan fisik, budaya, ekonomi dan politik bangsa. Demikian rasa cinta tanah air merupakan rasa kebanggan, rasa memiliki, rasa menghargai, rasa menghormati dan loyalitas yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu pada Negara tempat ia tinggal dan cermin melalui perilaku membela tanah air, menjaga dan melindungi tanah airnya, rela berkorban demi kepentingan bangsa dan negaranya, mencintai adat dan budaya yang ada di negaranya dan telah tertanam kuat dalam dadanya. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini membahas tentang permasalahan dari skripsi, yaitu pentingnya mencintai tanah air, serta menjaga keselamatan dan keamanan wilayah atau negerinya. Hubbul wathan (cinta tanah air) merupakan suatu sikap yang dilandasi ketulusan dan keikhlasan yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk tingkah laku atau perbuatan untuk kejayaan negerinya dan kebahagiaan bangsanya. Cinta tanah air berarti cinta pada negeri, yakni tempat dimana seseorang memperoleh penghidupan dan mengalami kehidupan dari sejak dilahirkan sampai akhir hayatnya. Adapun konsep hubbul wathan dalam al-Qur’an yang dipaparkan penulis diantaranya adalah menjaga stabilitas keamanan Negara dan menjaga stabilitas ekonomi.

Abstract

The arts in the city of Malang are so very diverse as well as the artists who continue to be creative in their work until now, to become a culture or culture in the city itself. Contemporary art often emphasizes ideas and concepts over technical skills alone, some works can appear more conceptually complex than visual. There is no single style or approach in contemporary art. Therefore, there is a need for a creative forum that combines all elements of art in the city of Malang. The purpose of this service is to create a forum for art creation in the form of art exhibitions for all artists in the city of Malang by developing the concept of works on contemporary art, as well as providing art connoisseurs related to education on the development of contemporary art to date, and providing new aesthetic experiences to the community. The contemporary art exhibition with the title Fenomeart in surreal image packaging is an attractive forum for art connoisseurs in Malang City. The following are some of the steps or methods that will be taken to organize an art exhibition, including determining the concept and theme, selecting artworks, determining the strategic location of the exhibition, promotion involving mass media, curatorial as well as educating the community, involvement of the art community in the city of Malang, security of artworks, and feedback from the public.

Abstract

Purpose—This research examines how compensation and work motivation impact employee performance at the Secretariat of the Provincial Legislative Council's Representative Board of East Java Province. Additionally, it explores the role of leadership style as a moderating factor in these relationships. Design/methodology/approach — The study employs moderated regression analysis to assess the relationships between compensation, work motivation, and employee performance, with leadership style as a moderating variable. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, involving all 163 population members as respondents to ensure comprehensive data collection and analysis. Findings — The research findings indicate that both compensation and work motivation positively and significantly affect employee performance. However, the moderating effect of leadership style on the relationships between compensation and employee performance and between work motivation and employee performance was found to be weak. Practical implications — Organizations should continue to focus on improving compensation and work motivation strategies to enhance employee performance. While leadership style may not significantly moderate these relationships in this context, it remains essential for creating a supportive work environment. Further investigation into different leadership styles or additional factors might provide more insights into strengthening the moderating effect. Originality/value — This study provides valuable insights into the impact of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in a specific governmental context. It also contributes to understanding the role of leadership style as a moderating variable, highlighting areas for future research and practical applications in managing employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of an academic self-efficacy instrument for junior secondary school students in Indonesia. This research is important to understand the extent to which students at the junior high school level feel confident in facing academic demands. The type of research in this study used a quantitative approach. The population obtained amounted to 564 eighth-grade students from several provinces in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, and a sample size of 300 students was determined. Primary data in this study were obtained from the results of students' instrument answers with the filling method circling the most appropriate answer. At the same time, secondary data is obtained from searching journals related to the research. The data collection technique was a fill-in sheet given to 300 grade 8 students in several provinces in Indonesia. Then, the data analysis used was quantitative data analysis carried out by descriptive analysis and verification analysis (hypothesis testing with t-test). Furthermore, based on the data obtained from junior high school students, the instrument was tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the instrument used to measure the academic self-efficacy of junior high school students in Indonesia has good validity and reliability. The instrument consists of 49 valid items and has a reliability coefficient of 0.861. Then, to determine the effectiveness of the instrument made, a t-test was conducted, and obtained the result that H0 was rejected, which means that the instrument is effective in measuring academic self-efficacy for junior high school students in Indonesia. Thus, it can be concluded that the instrument is effective in measuring the academic self-efficacy of junior high school students in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan permasalahan asesmen di sekolah inklusi dan menemukan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pemerolehan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan analisis dokumen dari guru kelas, guru pendamping kelas, kepala sekolah dan orang tua siswa di beberapa sekolah inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa masalah dalam pelaksanaan asesmen di sekolah inklusi, antara lain: tugas guru terkait administrasi yang berat, pemahaman guru terhadap asesmen diferensiasi yang masih kurang, terbatasnya dukungan fasilitas dan sumber daya, serta kerjasama yang kurang efektif antara guru kelas dan GPK. Peningkatan fasilitas dan teknologi asistif, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, penguatan kolaborasi antara guru kelas dan guru pendamping kelas dan kebijakan asesmen yang lebih fleksibel dan inklusif merupakan beberapa solusi yang disarankan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa salah satu masalah pokok yang terjadi pada proses asemen di sekolah inklusi adalah tugas guru terkait administrasi yang besar, terbatasnya pengetahuan guru mengenai asesmen inklusif, minimnya sumber daya dan fasilitas serta kerjasama yang terbatas antara guru kelas dan guru pendamping kelas (GPK).
