Abstract

The study aims to examine the correlation between the use of digital learning media and the digital literacy skills of Buddhist students in learning activities in the 2024/2025 academic year. The main focus of the study is to determine the form of relationship, direction, and level of closeness between the two variables. The phenomenon observed in Buddhist students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel shows that although the use of digital media in learning is quite active, students' abilities in understanding, evaluating, and managing digital information are not optimal. The approach used in this study is the correlational quantitative method. Meanwhile, the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all samples totaling 18 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant relationship with a contribution of 73% between the use of digital learning media and digital literacy. This shows that the increasing use of digital learning media will also increase students' digital literacy. Meanwhile, the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. This study provides implications that the integration of appropriate digital media can strengthen digital literacy in the context of learning based on Buddhist values.

Abstract

Accommodative learning needs to be implemented in schools that have students with disabilities. Teachers at Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah currently lack adequate knowledge and skills in applying accommodative learning strategies. This condition arises due to the absence of specialized programs for enhancing teachers' competencies in accommodative learning and the lack of dissemination of inclusive education guidelines. Therefore, this community service program aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in accommodative learning while also promoting the guidelines for implementing inclusive education. The program was conducted through offline training sessions using lecture, discussion, and case study methods. The training results indicate an improvement in teachers' understanding and skills, as evidenced by a 35-point increase in post-test scores compared to the pre-test. Evaluation results also show high satisfaction with the training materials, with over 70% of teachers reporting being very satisfied. Furthermore, speaker evaluation results indicate that over 80% of teachers were highly satisfied with the speaker's performance. Nevertheless, follow-up programs are still necessary to ensure that teachers retain and apply the acquired knowledge effectively. Keywords: accommodative learning, inclusive education, teachers

Abstract

This study examines the mediating effect of Environmental-Friendly Operational Efficiency (EOBRL) on the relationship of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), capital structure, company size, and company performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. It employed path analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that GCG directly improves performance because of its impact on EOBRL which encourages sustainable and efficient business operations. The study also shows that capital structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) improves performance by allowing investments into green technology and operational advancements. In addition, larger firms enhance EOBRL and performance as they are more able to invest in sustainability. EOBRL was found to be the most significant mediator of EOBRL in GCG, capital structure and company size and better performance due to increased environmental regulations in the industry. This research supports the notion that sustainability should drive operational efficiency and competitiveness in the long term. Further research may focus on specific sector’s issues, impacts of changing legislations, and the influence of technology on the development of EOBRL in different sectors

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Over Current Relay, Through Fault Current, Penyulang, Incoming ABSTRACT In the distribution of electrical energy, disturbances are something that cannot be avoided. In various sources and types of disturbances, there are disturbances that have the potential to permanently damage equipment. One of these disturbances is through fault current disturbances in the 20 kV network system which has an impact on the transformer installed in the Substation. Over Current Relay (OCR) as existing protection in the 20 kV feeder, is tasked with providing a trip command to the 20 kV Feeder PMT when a disturbance occurs, but there is a potential for the 20 kV PMT to malfunction which results in increasing the duration of the disturbance felt by the Transformer. This study will discuss changes in the protection scheme between the feeder and incoming 20 kV against Through Fault Current disturbances which will have an impact on reducing the rate of transformer resistance to Through Fault Current disturbances.
