Abstract

AbstractIslamic boarding schools (pesantren) as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia face challenges in integrating digital technology into their learning processes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital learning evaluation in the Qur'anic tahfizh program at Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School (IMBOS) in Pringsewu, Lampung, and assess its impact on educational quality. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation involving 52 tahfizh teachers (muhafizh/muhafizhah) overseeing 104 study groups (halaqah). Findings reveal that IMBOS has adopted two digital evaluation platforms: (1) a web-based system integrated with a mobile application for attendance monitoring, and (2) a spreadsheet application for assessing memorization progress. Data analysis indicates three key benefits of this technological implementation: enhanced evaluation efficiency through real-time monitoring, improved assessment accuracy via data visualization, and early detection of learning difficulties. These findings reinforce the critical role of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of tahfizh education while providing a practical model for other Islamic boarding schools to adopt educational technology.AbstrakPesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam tradisional di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi evaluasi pembelajaran digital dalam program tahfizh Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Insan Mulia (IMBOS) Pringsewu, Lampung, serta mengukur dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap 52 guru tahfizh (muhafizh/muhafizhah) yang membina 104 kelompok belajar (halaqah). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa IMBOS mengadopsi dua platform evaluasi digital: (1) sistem web terintegrasi aplikasi mobile untuk monitoring kehadiran, dan (2) aplikasi spreadsheet untuk penilaian pencapaian hafalan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi ini menghasilkan tiga manfaat utama: peningkatan efisiensi proses evaluasi (real-time monitoring), akurasi penilaian yang lebih baik melalui visualisasi data, serta kemampuan deteksi dini kesulitan belajar. Temuan ini memperkuat argumentasi tentang peran kritis transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan tahfizh, sekaligus menawarkan model praktis bagi pesantren lain dalam mengadopsi teknologi pendidikan. Abstract

Tempeh is a diverse product, from side dishes to snacks. Tempeh can be found throughout Indonesia and abroad. However, marketing of tempeh products is still dominated by traditional sales. To increase tempe sales, an effective digital marketing strategy via online media is needed. The purpose of this research is to identify digital marketing opportunities and challenges in Tempe as well as strategies that can be implemented by micro, small and medium businesses in Tempe to increase sales through digital media. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Based on the results of the literature review, digital marketing opportunities in Tempe include the increasing number of internet and social media users, changes in consumer preferences for online shopping, and diversification of digital platforms. However, the challenges that exist include limited understanding of digital marketing among MSME stakeholders, minimal budget and minimal resources. quality human resources in the field of digital marketing, although there are significant opportunities in digital marketing in Tempe, such as the increase in the number of internet and social media users and changes in consumer preferences, challenges faced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) such as limited understanding of marketing digital, budget, and quality human resources must be addressed. Therefore, to maximize the digital marketing potential of Tempe, it is necessary to increase knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing, as well as efficient budget management and human resource development. By overcoming these challenges, tempe MSMEs can take advantage of digital opportunities to increase sales and reach a wider market.

Abstract

Instilling morals in children from an early age is very important considering that in an increasingly modern era, moral education as the main factor in self-discipline has become a tool of internal control in behaving consistently in religion. It is very important to introduce religious and moral values ​​for young children as early as possible as the most basic foundation in the child's growth and development process. The aims of this research are (1) To describe the individual attitudes of each student at TPA Al - Jariyah prayer room. (2) To describe the application of moral values ​​to students at TPA prayer room at Al - Jariyah (3) To find out the obstacles in implementing these values. morale in the students of TPA AL – Jariyah and looking for a solution. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting direct interviews with religious figures and students. The data collection techniques used are through direct interviews and observation. The results of this research show that the Al – Jariyah TPA program has been implemented according to the program formulated by the KPM INSURI PONOROGO group. The application of santri moral values ​​has been practiced in the activities and process of habituation and example by teachers. The obstacles are the length of meetings, social interactions outside the TPA, including social media at home and in the student's living environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan representasi matematika siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita dari berbagai gaya belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 siswa dari 31 siswa kelas VIII A di SMPN 1 MANDIRAJA yang masing-masing mempunyai kriteria gaya belajar visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa subjek dengan gaya belajar visual memenuhi semua indikator representasi matematis yaitu representasi visual, representasi persamaan atau ekspresi matematis, dan representasi kata-kata atau teks tertulis dan mampu mengerjakan soal dengan baik. Serta mampu menyajikan permasalahan kedalam bentuk gambar kemudian menuliskan persamaan atau model matematis secara tertulis dengan menggunakan kata-katanya sendiri. Sedangkan subjek dengan gaya belajar kinesteti kurang mampu memenuhi semua indikator representasi matematis yaitu representasi visual, representasi persamaan atau ekspresi matematis, dan representasi kata-kata atau teks tertulis dan mampu mengerjakan soal dengan baik. Serta  kurang mampu menyajikan permasalahan kedalam bentuk gambar kemudian menuliskan persamaan atau model matematis secara tertulis dengan menggunakan kata-katanya sendiri. Dan subjek dengan gaya belajar auditori memenuhi semua indikator representasi matematis yaitu representasi visual, representasi persamaan atau ekspresi matematis, dan representasi kata-kata atau teks tertulis dan mampu mengerjakan soal dengan baik. Serta mampu menyajikan permasalahan kedalam bentuk gambar kemudian menuliskan persamaan atau model matematis secara tertulis dengan menggunakan kata-katanya sendiri.

Abstract

The Adiwiyata school program does not always run smoothly. Teachers find it difficult to consistently demonstrate environmentally conscious behavior, and monotonous and unvaried activities reduce the interest of students, teachers, and school staff. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the management of Adiwiyata Mandiri School at SMP Negeri 31 Semarang. The research approach used is qualitative. The type of research is phenomenology. The qualitative research design consists of three stages: orientation, focused exploration, and data analysis. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's data analysis, which is a systematic and interactive method for analyzing qualitative data. The results of the study show that: First, planning was carried out by compiling school environmental assessments and environmental action plans. The principal then formed a school Adiwiyata team and conducted an initial identification and assessment of the school environment. Second, Organization was carried out by determining teacher resources, planning and developing the organization, assigning and delegating authority. Third, Implementation was carried out by directing and motivating the principal, implementing independent Adiwiyata school management, supervising the principal, and reporting on the success of the independent Adiwiyata school. Fourth, Supervision of independent Adiwiyata school management was carried out through evaluation of the results of independent Adiwiyata school management, correction, and follow-up. The author suggests that school principals pay more attention to implementation and evaluation. Teachers are required to always be ready to carry out activities.

Abstract

Cooperative, participative, emancipatory, transparent, responsible, and sustainable are the guiding principles of BUMKp management. The BUMKp management should adhere to these six guidelines. Accountability to the public is one measure of accountability practices. Examining the public accountability system put in place at BUMKp Bustanussalam, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency in 2021 is the goal of this study. Researchers use Hopwood and Tomkins' Gran theory to analyze this issue. The data for this study was gathered at BUMKp Bustanussalam by observation, interviews, and recording using a qualitative approach method. Strong regulations, community involvement, and government assistance all attest to BUM Kampung Bustanussalam's very transparent and accountable BUMK management. However, it is not ideal because staff members still encounter challenges while creating financial reports, including tight budgets, scarce human resources, a lack of time, and outdated facilities and infrastructure. Subsequent studies examine BUMKp innovations to improve openness.Prinsip dalam mengelola BUMKp meliputi kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transaparan, akuntabel, dan sustainabel. Keenam prinsip ini telah seharusnya diimplementasikan dalam pengelolaan BUMKp. Salah satu indikator praktik akuntabilitas adalah pertanggungjawaban kepada publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis akuntabilitas publik yang diterapkan di BUMKp Bustanussalam, Kecamatan Blangkejeren, Kabupaten Gayo Lues Tahun 2021. Peneliti menganalisis permasalahan tersebut menggunakan Gran teori dari Hopwood dan Tomkins. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan di BUMKp Bustanussalam. BUM Kampung Bustanussalam dalam pengelolaan BUMKnya sudah cukup akuntabel dan transparan dibuktikan dengan adanya regulasi yang kuat, partisipasi masyarakat, dan dukungan dari pemerintah namun belum maksimal karena masih ada hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi pegawai dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan seperti terbatasnya anggaran dan sumber daya manusia, waktu, dan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian yang akan datang menganalisis inovasi dari BUMKp untuk meningkatkan transparansi.

Abstract

Bahan ajar flipbook merupakan salah satu inovasi teknologi di bidang pendidikan pada pembelajaran era digital. Bahan ajar tersebut perlu diterapkan pada pembelajaran diferensiasi dianggap mampu memenuhi minat dan kebutuhan siswa. Bahan ajar yang layak dapat diukur menggunakan instrumen yang sesuai untuk memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang proses pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen kuesioner pengembangan bahan ajar flipbook pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Langkah awal dengan uji coba validasi isi yang melibatkan lima ahli. Uji validitas menggunakan menggunakan formula Aiken’s V yang menghasilkan nilai dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 0,94. Setelah itu dilakukan uji reliabilitas, diketahui bahwa nilai r tabel untuk N = 5 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% adalah 0,878. Adapun ketentuan uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha 0.914, menghasilkan pernyataan bahwa Alpha> r tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 33 pernyataan sesuai dengan ketentuan uji validitas dan reliabilitas Kata Kunci: instrumen, reliabilitas, validitas
