Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: haikalthohir@student.ub.ac.id Abstrak Pada skripsi ini penulis mengangkat isu hukum mengenai ketidaklengkapan pengaturan tentang Perseroan Terbatas yang menyelesaikan restrukturisasi pembiayaan oleh bank syariah dengan penyertaan modal sementara. Dalam hal ini, Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 36 tahun 2017 tentang Prinsip Kehati-hatian dalam Penyertaan Modal dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 2 tahun 2022 tentang Penilaian Kualitas Aset Bank Umum Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah belum mengatur secara lengkap dan spesifik terkait konversi pembiayaan menjadi saham. Padahal di zaman perkembangan ekonomi yang sangat dinamis dan juga sebagai negara dengan Muslim terbesar di dunia, Indonesia harusnya mempunyai aturan, mekanisme serta landasan yang kuat dan jelas dalam aktifitas perekonomian seperti ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dalam skripsi ini mengangkat 2 (dua) rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana hubungan hukum Perseroan Terbatas yang menyelesaikan restrukturisasi pembiayaan oleh Bank Syariah dengan penyertaan modal sementara? Dan (2) Bagaimana perlindungan hukum Perseroan Terbatas yang menyelesaikan restrukturisasi pembiayan oleh Bank Syariah dengan penyertaan modal sementara? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis-normatif. Berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan Undang-Undang (Statute Approach), Pendekatan Komparatif (Comparative Approach), dan Pendekatan Konseptual (Conceptual Approach). Penulis juga menganalisis permasalahan dengan menggunakan Bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang diperoleh penulis akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode penafsiran gramatikal. Kata Kunci: Bank Umum Syariah, Perseroan Terbatas, Restrukturisasi Abstract This research seeks to investigate the incompleteness in the regulation concerning limited liability companies regarding the resolution to the restructuring of lending provided by a Sharia-based bank with temporary equity participation. The Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 36 of 2017 concerning Prudential Principles in Equity Participation and the Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 2 of 2022 concerning Appraisal of the Asset Quality of Sharia Public Banks and Sharia Business Units do not comprehensively regulate the conversion from lending to shares. Amidst the dynamic economic development and as one of the countries with the biggest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia should have strong regulations, mechanisms, and fundamentals. Departing from this issue, this research aims to investigate: (1) the legal connection between the limited liability company resolving the restructuring of lending by the Sharia bank with temporary equity participation; and (2) the legal protection of the limited liability company resolving the restructuring of lending provided by the Sharia Bank with temporary equity participation. This research employed a normative-juridical method and statutory, comparative, and conceptual approaches. Abstract

This study aims to determine item characteristics based on item response theory and identify cheating during the administration of the National Standardised School Examination (USBN) for Islamic religious education at the senior high school level in the 2015/2016 school year in Yogyakarta. The data source consists of 2929 answer sheets from USBN participants in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) under Package A of the KTSP curriculum. Using a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, the analysis uses item response theory for item characteristics and person fit and test acceptance methods for identifying cheating. The results show that the PAI USBN test instrument for the 2015/2016 academic year has a moderate average level of difficulty, with a good information function. The Test Acceptance method, which identified 153 cases of knowledge sharing, 891 cases of ignorance sharing and 222 cases of response sharing, proved to be more effective in detecting cheating than the Person Fit method, which identified 2 individuals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan mutasi kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Variabel yang di gunakan dalam penlitian ini terdiri dari promosi dan mutasi kerja, Obyek penlitian pada PT. Taspen Persero Cabang Malang.Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai tetap PT. Taspen Persero Cabang malang yang terdiri dari 35 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara simultan Promosi dan Mutasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan dan secara parsial Promosi dan Mutasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Variabel yang lebih dominan adalah Mutasi Kerja.Kata Kunci : Promosi, Mutasi kerja, Kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Suak Baru Village in Simeulue Regency, Aceh, faces challenges in waste management, particularly in the tourist area of Suak Baru Beach. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of adequate waste management facilities, leading to environmental pollution that threatens public health and the area's attractiveness to tourists. The design of this community service program aims to increase the community's preparedness for the adoption of environmentally friendly waste management technologies, specifically composting and plastic recycling methods. The activities include socialization, training, technology implementation, and program sustainability evaluation. The program's results show a significant improvement in the community’s understanding of effective waste management. The use of organic and plastic shredding technology successfully reduced waste volume and created economic value through recycled products. It is hoped that government support and active community participation will ensure the sustainability of this program for a cleaner, healthier environment and improved local economic welfare.

Abstract

Klasifikasi mutu air adalah salah satu teknik dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap air sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar dapat memberikan pengetahuan terhadap mutu atau kualitas air, sehingga dapat menjadi solusi terbaik yang dapat dilakukan terhadap air tersebut sebelum dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skenario dengan beberapa teknik klasifikasi, diantaranya adalah Algoritme Naive Bayes, KNN, Multiclass classification, MLP, SVM, dan Random Forest. Berdasarkan hasil peneltiian yang dilakukan dengan beberapa algoritma klasifikasi tersebut, didapatkan hasil akurasi terbaik menggunakan Algoritme Random Forest dengan persentase akurasi sebesar 99,5% pada skenario pertama dan 99,7% pada skenario kedua . Sedangkan tingkat akurasi terendah ditemukan pada Algoritme Naive Bayes dengan persentase akurasi sebesar 22,3% pada skenario pertama dan 21,9% pada skenario kedua. Hal ini disebabkan karena dataset mutu air yang diperoleh tidak seimbang atau tidak terdistribusi normal (Gaussian). Selain itu, algoritme Naive Bayes memiliki kinerja baik dalam pekerjaan klasifikasi dengan data teks.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kelompok 56 Universitas Nusa Putra di Desa Citepus, Sukabumi, dilaksanakan untuk menjawab berbagai permasalahan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi, lingkungan, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan sosial budaya. Permasalahan utama meliputi rendahnya literasi digital UMKM, belum optimalnya pengelolaan sampah, tingginya risiko stunting, rendahnya literasi dasar anak, serta minimnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan kolektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, identifikasi kebutuhan, serta pelaksanaan program secara partisipatif. Program inti meliputi digitalisasi UMKM melalui QRIS, branding, dan Google Maps; pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R dengan seminar, workshop eco-enzim, pembuatan kandang plastik, plang edukasi, dan aksi Beach Cleaning Day; program kesehatan New Zero Stunting dengan pembagian bibit sayuran, pembuatan alat ukur tinggi badan, dan seminar gizi; serta program pendidikan Citepus Cerdas dengan bimbingan calistung, English Fun Day, Taman Belajar Qur’ani, dan kunjungan sekolah. Selain itu, kegiatan sosial budaya seperti HUT RI ke-80, pengajian rutin, Maulid Nabi, posyandu, dan Jumat Bersih turut memperkuat ikatan masyarakat. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan literasi digital UMKM, kesadaran lingkungan, pencegahan stunting, motivasi belajar anak, serta penguatan nilai religius dan nasionalisme.

Abstract

The existence of the insurance company industry in Indonesia is considered very important by the government in overcoming the risks faced by society at any time. Because of this, the government imposes provisions for insurance companies regarding the financial health level requirements for insurance companies, namely by using Risk Based Capital. For insurance companies, premium income, claims and profits are important in the survival of insurance companies. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of premiums, claims and profits on Risk Based Capital. Research was conducted on insurance companies registered on the IDX in 2022-2023. The research sample consisted of 17 insurance companies for 2 years taken by purposive sampling with data completeness criteria during the research period. Data analysis was carried out using Panel Data Regression Analysis. The research results obtained are that there is a positive influence of Premiums on Risk Based Capital, there is a negative influence of Claims on Risk Based Capital and there is a negative influence of Profits on Risk Based Capital.

Abstract

The arrival of Islam in Aceh initiated a process of Islamization that influenced nearly all aspects of life, including arts and culture. One significant impact was the adoption of the Malay Arabic script (harah Jawoe) for writing in Malay and Acehnese, leading to the development of local Islamic literary traditions such as hikayat, tambeh, and nazam. This study aims to examine the role and position of Tambeh Tujoh Blah 17 within Aceh’s Islamic literary heritage, as well as its connection to the Islamization process and the formation of local Islamic identity. The research employs philological methods to trace the origins, manuscript variants, and linguistic characteristics of the text, combined with reception analysis to understand its acceptance and usage in the community. The findings reveal that Tambeh Tujoh Blah 17 contains teachings on faith (aqidah), jurisprudence (fiqh), and ethics (akhlaq), while serving as a medium for internalizing Islamic values into Acehnese socio-cultural life. The text was studied in dayah, meunasah, and through oral transmission, becoming an integral part of traditional Islamic education. This study underscores the tambeh’s role as an effective medium of Islamic propagation and as a reflection of local Islamic identity. It contributes to the preservation of Aceh’s intellectual heritage and enhances understanding of Islamization dynamics through literature.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work climate on Employee Performance mediated by Work Motivation at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. This research was conducted at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. The type of research is associative quantitative. The sample in this study was 127 ASN and honorary employees at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling technique from the entire population of 186 people. The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Employee performance as indicated by the T-Statistic value of 23.039> 1.96 and the P Value of 0.000 <0.05. On the influence of Work Climate on Employee work, the T-Statistic value data was obtained 1.251 <1.96 and the P-Value value of 0.213 <0.05 or there was no influence of work climate on employee performance. Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Work Motivation with a T-Statistic value of 17.128> 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.001 <0.05. Work Climate has a significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. This can be seen from the results of the T-Statistic values of 67.389> 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. On the influence of Work Motivation on Employee performance, a T-Statistic value of 19.409 <1.96 with a P-Value of 0.000> 0.05 is obtained, which means that Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of Employees of the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. In the indirect effect, the results show that Work Motivation has a role as an intervention variable in explaining the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Work Climate with Employee performance. This shows that improvements in Transformational Leadership and Work Climate can increase Work Motivation, which ultimately contributes to improving Employee performance at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office.

Abstract

The realization of a harmonious family with the fulfillment of the needs of husband and wife is the hope of every couple. However, when problems arise in meeting these needs, couples must find ways to ensure that it does not have a significant impact on the continuity of the household. One way is by using aphrodisiacs. This study aims to examine the use of aphrodisiacs to fulfill the needs of couples in the context of maslahah (benefit). The method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The results of the study indicate that there is maslahah in the use of aphrodisiacs to fulfill the needs of couples, and the level is considered hajiyat (necessary).
